Sloppy service. Some souvlaki piece fell off. When you tell them that, they are rude. Once seated, the lady kept looking at us obviously talking about it. What s with them?

They always forget sauces when you order on Uber and do nothing to fix the issue

My new Greek spot in Ajax/pickering. The food is fresh and really tasty. Very surprising as it is in a mall but it taste better than actual restaurant. Would recommend 100%

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I had to repeat my order FOUR times and they claimed they didn t hear me because I was on the phone. I ordered 2 chicken dinners and asked for more tzatziki because the lady (who looked south-Asian) put one spoonful. For a big dinner that s filled with rice I shouldn t be getting one teaspoon of tzatziki and was told it costs extra for more what a joke. Staff are rude. They charged me for ONE chicken dinner and I had to repeat myself for a FIFTH time saying I had ordered the TWO chicken dinners. I asked for the manager and the lady at cash said they have no manager seconds after putting up a fuss that I was leaving the second chicken dinner behind because I refused to make another purchase with them as they re all rude and lack customer service. Not to mention, after all the ruckus an older guy walks out from the back and claimed to be the owner . I was confused because the staff at cash just LIED and said they have no manager? He then began arguing with me so unprofessional. The entire food court was starring. They re so rude and wont be seeing me ever again. I gladly purchased from another food vendor in the mall and was provided exceptional customer service. I will be calling head office to further express my complaint.

Worst location I ve been to yet. They serve leftovers and the food is completely tasteless and dry as the dessert. Save your money and go somewhere else. What a disappointment.

Horrible experience at this location. The middle aged woman was extremely rude when I asked her to give me a container rather than a plate for my dish. I asked the cashier at the front (man with beard) if his coworker was feeling okay, and he told me everything was okay In an aggressive tone. Im not coming back here again, customer service is lacking..,.

The owner here is so cheap, he only allows 1 scoop of dressing for the salad and they hide the cucumbers. They re there but you have to ask for them. So ridiculous

I ordered a pork souvlaki dinner. The skewers were burned and dry, and it didn t even taste like a proper marinated Greek souvlaki, The meat was probably a day old at least, and I couldn t finish my meal, it was that gross. Plus, less than an hour later, I had to rush to the washroom with diarrhea ( 3 times in less than 20 minutes!)

Very rude staff. From the manager right down to the employees. Don t waste your time the food is as bad as the service!

The service was great! I come here often. Ordered the roast chicken, spinach pie, chicken souvlaki. They gave generous portions of the salad, dressing, rice, and potatoes. The rest is standard size. When I got the spinach pie they actually put it in a separate paper bag. The take out box was full of salad, rice, and potatoes! Theyve consistently provided fresh food with generous portions and Ill keep coming back!

Good food

On tonight visit I ordered 2 chicken souvlaki meals and wanted more veggies less rice and potatoes I communicated with the staff member. She totally ignored my request and informed me that I should tell her from before with an attitude I told her that I did she was not listening at the end I refunded my order and went elsewhere to bring dinner for my family. The staffs were very rude and turn me off from wanting to eat the meal.

Food is the usual mr.greek but the lady serving seems way too grumpy. I asked for extra sauce and was more than willing to pay but i just received the stink eye instead.

I know most would classify this food as bland but I love the food here because to me it is pack with flavor ! I enjoy it all the time because it is consistent in taste and staff are super efficient

I ve been going here 17 years. I m usually in love with every experience but today I was rushed out, was given cold rice and piping hot potatoes, asked for extra tzatziki and was charged for it (saw it on the screen) then was told I wasn t charged for it with a big sigh and was told just take it , but if I didn t pay for it I shouldn t. Although it was charged to my card they didn t seem to agree so I refused. Was take out but wasn t given a bag. Ordered a veggie meal and said it 3 times and then chicken tongs touched my spinach pie. Can t eat it now since I m a vegetarian because of a very traumatic experience with chicken. Really really upset me.every other time I d give 5 stars but this really upset me. My food is inedible. I was going to tip before the last few things happened but there s also no tip option on the card reader! Probably not going to bother going into the mall anymore. At this point it s not even worth it to go to the mall this was the last place I went anyway. Vegetarian options: Really only 2 options, and they touch your veggie option with same tongs as meat.

I have been coming to buy food from this place for a long time already but however the chicken was very hard and dry like they have been using leftover chicken from the previous days and the customer service was horrible and the workers there look and act like they don t care about what they are doing the atmosphere that the workers are giving off is making people not want to go there and eat anymore

This morning My mum went to order some food and she ask if the chicken was fresh as previously she had order many times before but recently the chicken was very hard and overcooked but then the staff proceeded to tell my mother sarcastically that the chicken was from last year ,very poor customer service

Wow. I think this place changed ownership. The roast chicken i used to love is now consistently salty! Same goes for the potatoes. I am a Jimmy the Greek fan but I cant buy from this location anymore. Pickering town centre Jimmy the Greek is the saltiest out of Metro Hall, Scarborough Town centre. Too bad, I come here often. Eat at your own risk.

Amazing food. Very quick service. Kudos to the staff they handle the crowd really well. There were a few ahead of me who were being rude, but they very handled very well by the guy there. Overall a 4.5.

Amazing food and I found the staff making you feel the best out of it. Make sure you ask them to put potato gravy on the rice.

Unfortunately, my usual delightful experience at the malls Greek restaurant was far from satisfactory this time. My experience was marred by some unexpected and frankly unreasonable charges. My main issue was when I asked for an extra plate to share my meal with a 4-year-old child. I was taken aback when they said there would be a 50-cent charge for the plate. This seemed quite petty, especially considering that families often share meals, and a small gesture like providing an extra plate can make a big difference in the dining experience. Another disappointment was with their spinach pie. In the past, this came with tzatziki sauce, but I was informed that its no longer included and would be an additional charge. These small charges left a sour taste. It felt like the restaurant was nickeling and diming its customers. Especially when we had order one meal and a spinach pie which already cost $22. Plus I was informed of the extra charge once I had already paid for my food. The necessity of a second transaction for these small charges likely incurred more in processing fees than what they gained, adding to the sense of unreasonable pricing. The staff member was very unfriendly and just kept repeating that head office made the changes. Like it was out of her hands to be reasonable. There was zero attempt to resolve the issue, instead I chose to be refunded for the whole meal and decided to dine elsewhere. This experience has left me hesitant to return or recommend to others.

Been dropping here for over a decade! Love the roast chicken and lamb shank. They also have Salmon Hot off the grill (15 minute wait) but excellent with greek salad after the gym session.

Worst experience at Pickering Town Cnt ever. They gave very little salad and no toppings. They actually hide their cucumbers. There was no line and I see why. Disgusting customer service. Stop stealing peoples money. Just close down

Easily the worst chicken souvlaki wrap Ive ever had. It was gas station quality lettuce and massive tomato chunks wrapped in the wrong type of pita with an unseasoned, overcooked, dry to the bone chicken shishkabob dropped in the centre.

I usually find theirs to be the best Greek food despite the not so great customer service and a few unpleasant staff. I noticed the prices have increased, but the new containers being used are terrible, they get soggy and warped and the food makes a total mess. I was completely disgusted to find 2 little flies in the salad. I saw the black items & upon taking a closer look I realized they were dead flies. Completely lost my appetite after. They are always a little stingy with tzatziki.

Dropped by after work for something different. It was good. Got the souvlaki with rice and salad. I can make this way better at home but it was good for fast food. Filled the void in my gizzard.

Do not buy Jimmy the greek from here!!! They won t refund me unless I need to drive there which is ridiculous!!!! Saying they don t do e-transfers or have an account via etransfer how stupid!!! Alwatsa nice place to get souvlaki. Its a really full meal complete with roasted potatoes and salad.

Jimmy the Greek is one of my go to places in food courts and it never failed me until I came here to dine! The quality of food was very bad! The lettuce was yellowish color and looked very old. The chicken was very dark and soggy , it was definitely sitting there for a long time. The customer service was good and the lady who served us was very nice but I wont choose to eat here again.

The food is pretty good considering it s fast food. My only complaints are that they are super cheap with the portions now and for some stupid reason they keep the tzatziki at the cash instead of a fridge. It shouldn t be Out shouldn t be room temperature

Few things. I got to Jimmys at 7:40pm. Asked for shrimp and salad and I was told its too late for seafood because they turned off the grill. (over an hour before closing?!) So I asked for a chicken filet and salad. Not the meal, just chicken and salad. The girl gives me a skewer and salad. (I assume this will be cheaper I guess?) When I get to cash, the lady asks the girl Is this the chicken meal? The girl who served me says no, shes just getting salad and chicken. The cashier lady says same price. And proceeds to ring me up. This dry chicken skewer and lettuce cost $16 total. ($15 and change). And I asked the lady that is the same price as the full meal??? And she said yes. Salad is expensive I asked so I could have gotten rice and potatoes added to this as well for the same price then?! She says yes. Sure you can have them if you want. Too late, first of all. Secondly, you should be advising customers of this. Thirdly, how does this make sense??? I am in getting LESS food. So charge me less!! Never going back.

Greek food cannot be dry. Here they managed to make both meat and rice super dry despite sauces. We couldnt finish our meals. Service is very nice though.

Good location and service

I have ate here twice because its the only semi healthy option in this food court. The first time the chicken souvlaki was so dry and old it was no longer grilled meat more like beef jerky. the second time i went the gyro was so dry it was also beef jerky just sitting in weeks old grime will never ever eat here again and take my advice. DO NOT waste you money here. The food is literally weeks old and reused I have never seen them make fresh food on the gill.

Paid $13.55 for meal. Got salad potatoes and skewer with chicken. Asked for a lil more potatoes , was done without argument also asked for more tzatziki and salad dressing gave it to me without extra charge. Man who served me was friendly and respectful. Salad was fresh and potatoes cooked nicely with flavor and chicken was delicious. Price couldve been a little less but Im not paying rent in the mall so its okay as long as food tastes good and service is good. Probably the best place to buy food in the mall to honest with you. Definitely the healthiest!

Saturdays since we have so much to do we do not cook and take food out. Today I went to pick-up food from Jimmy The Greek at Pickering Mall. I was greeted by the staff in a hospitable manner, the food looked fresh, the portions were more than enough and to top it off the gentleman who cashed me out was truly a gentleman indeed, he was kind, friendly, hospitable and made me feel welcome. Thank you for the wonderful food and the great prices you offer to us. Wish your establishment many years of success. Please thank the gentleman who was working today he made my day.

Such yummy food and the guy that served us (on Monday around 1pm) was so nice, friendly and helpful! It was the only restaurant in the Pickering Town Centre food court that offered gluten-free and dairy-free options. (Its pretty sad in this day and age when so many people suffer from food allergies/sensitivities. The other 10 or 15 restaurants in the food court need to step up and provide alternate food options for customers with allergies/sensitivities.) Also, the price wasnt too bad for the quality and size of the meal. I would definitely eat at Jimmy the Greek again!

Just bought $40 worth of food there. The staff is usually amazing, friendly and always smiling. However, theres a young girl there who looks at you and you feel like youre going to turn to stone. Horrible

Most Jimmy the Greeks are awesome. This location is the exception. The food looks and tastes like leftovers. The staff are rude. The look at you sideways when you ask for extra anything, even though you would happily pay for it.

First of all the older looking ladys service was not very good. The food was terrible and my sister agreed. This was one of the worst jimmy the Greek meals we have ever had. Will never eat here again. The food was tasteless , brown lettuce in salad and dry !

Its very bad when you check online it tell you open and you go all the way and park and enter the mall and found that its close. Really disappointed

The woman who packed my food was uninterested and throw my food together then proceeded to ignore me and then just stare at me. Poorly packaged food leaked all over my car. Very disappointed would not recommend.

For fast food, this is my favourite and much healther alternative to burgers and fried chicken. Frankly, the taste factor is pretty close, if not on par, to what one would get at a restaurant.

If in doubt, go to Jimmy! :) I always asked them to give me salad instead of the rice & potatoes and they always obliged. Love this particular location. I always feel like I get my money s worth here. They give sufficient serving that s almost good for 2 people. The staffs are always nice, although there s one lady who I never see smile. Lol But all in all, this particular location is 5/5 for me.

Please stop the practice of mixing in new lettuce with the old. Half of my salad was rotten. Literally rotten, shrivelled up and it had clearly turned. If I wasn t vigilant and picked through it I could have gotten sick from it. It s a dirty, disgusting trick and you ve been doing it for years, but now is the time to stop before someone gets truly ill from it.

Lady picked out the driest piece of chicken for my meal. Had to throw away the chicken as the fork couldn t get through the chicken.

Generally a good experience the few times I ate there. The food is freshly cooked and the staff are friendly and fast. Many options for light hearty lunches and dinners. Service is fast and friendly. The desert options are great ranging from regular cakes to Greek pastry. Very accommodating for large groups. Parking is free and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Four star rating for a good atmosphere and friendly staff.

The gyro wasnt that good. The meat seemed really dry.. Salad was ok but olives tasted funny.

Ordered a Chicken Fillet Salad, I basically got a piece of chicken and lettuce, the veg. was nonexistent wont go here again. The one at the Oshawa Center is sooo much better. The salad there is always full of veg. I basically paid $11 for a piece of chicken and some lettuce -.-

I would give 5 stars because there food is always amazing. But service can be dodgy Ive had multiple times where the wrong order was given to me or I had to stop them from making the wrong order and they cant split bills. So overall food is very good, just the service could be better

The portion of the combos are small which is not proportionate to the price they are charging for the combo. The other location in Oshawa mall is much better: tastier and portioned the right amount.

If I could give a rating a 0 then I would. First of all, their portions are definitely not work the price at all. This place has workers that are unable to identify which meat is which, I had to ask one of the workers three times as to which meat is which and since I don t eat beef, I wanted to make sure I am ordering food that does not contain beef. I was lied to by the person at the front that what I got was pork when it was actually beef. Get ready to be ignored and repeat your order several times to the people that are at the front. The manager is clueless as to what is going around in front of the store as he is mostly at the back. He came out after I paid for the food. He talks to me about immigrants which is totally unrelated to what I was actually complaining about. If you have a trainee please provide a badge. Please train your customers to identify which meat is which and a tip for the manager, try to stop interrupting your customers while they speak, learn how to run a business. Never coming back here again.

I had them cater an event for 50 people today. The party just wrapped up and everyone commented how good the food was! These guys did an excellent job! They even brought all the food to my car in the parking lot. I will surely use them again and would recomend them for catering to anyone I know! Excellent job thank you!
