Worst food ever!!! Jimmy the Greek to sooo much better. Salad was overdressed! Potatoes were too saucy And the spanakopitas were dry. Food : 1/5

We enjoyed great meals, vegetarian souvalki and chicken souvlaki. The Greek salad was very good as well. Moh was our server and he was very good.

Ordered takeout dinners. Told they had no rice. Portions were the size of a kids meal. Food was cold and quality not that great. Not worth the money spent. Will not return or recommend

We got take out here for dinner. We ordered 3 chicken souvlaki dinners and the amount of chicken they gave was laughable. It wasn t even enough to fill my nine year old child. We all ordered the regular size chicken souvlaki dinners. If you look on the menu it actually says that that meal is served with 2 sticks of souvlaki, which is not true. The chicken was not on sticks at all it was a few tiny pieces in each meal. The side salads and potatoes were okay. The rice tasted terrible and even my kids did not like the fries. I will never buy food from here again! What a ripoff!

Amazing Greek food at great prices

Weve been eating at Milos for many years. Not anymore. We ordered delivery. It arrived and the pitas had mold on them. Not a huge issue, but not great either. Was the first thing I opened so it turned us off the meal. The issue is with the way the restaurant handled it. I called to let them know, spoke to a female who had originally taken my order and she made it sound like my complaint was unwarranted or fake? She said there couldnt be mold on the pitas as theyre a new batch. Which was a lie obviously. Once I told her I took a picture and would be happy to show her the tone changed. All she said was sorry about that Ill tell my manager when he gets back. No replacement offered, no call from the manager, and I dont want to think about the pitas they probably continued to sell to their customers while they waited for their manager to get back. Crappy food, portions have decreased by half although the price has increased and they made it very evident that they arent concerned about serving people rotting food.

Picked up two kids meal. Very little food fries and a few pieces of chicken. No dipping sauce. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this place and I will never order from them again.

So disappointing, I feel so badly that we brought our friends here This is not a Greek restaurant. New management. New owners. Don t even bother coming.

Not only did I wait 2 hours for my meal. The srrvice is horrible and they made me feel bad for ordering food. WHAT? How can you make me FEEL BAD FOR ORDERING FOOD?

Went in with my family, got the chicken Souvlaki and since I m new to Greek food, I thought maybe it s a flavour thing but I passed the chicken around and definitely it was spoiled. We spoke to the waiter and he said it s the chicken they sell. We gave him a sample and told him to take it around back to the chef and he took the sample and dumped it. We took the last piece to the person at front and they acted like they couldn t smell the stench coming off now cooled meat. We are never coming back. They never even gave the benefit of the doubt that something could be an issue for their customers. Shameful. We are never going back and you shouldn t either. Server finally came around and said they took the chicken off the bill. This is obviously an admission that they knew something was wrong. They did not however remove the mixed chicken and beef one and that was even more expensive. Doesn t matter. Not going back.

We gave this place a second try and ordered a eggplant dip with 2 pitas. Instead we received a small portion of dip and a BUN! A bun? Come on! Do better. A bun in a greek restaurant? The main reason was to get a pita. They dont check before handing out the order? That s a really bad experience. I wont even go with one star if i could.

We have enjoyed eating here before but the frozen vegetable mix and lacklustre (also frozen?) fries made tonight s dinner not very enjoyable.

We have been coming to Milo s for many years and it used to be great. It wasn t good at all today. The food is not the same. Also, the AC is not working. It was unbearably hot in the restaurant. The thermostat showed it was 82F. They have industrial fans blowing but doesn t help. Fix your AC! Food

We had our food delivered. I asked him to add $ to the total for his tip. He didnt say one word the entire transaction nor look at me lol. Food was delicious as usual however I feel drivers also represent the companies.

Food was awful, nothing Greek about it. AC is not functional so eating is a chore when you have sweat running into your eyes.

I tried using the too good to go app with expectations of getting good amount food as the description says it would include salads, soups etc. We purchased the surprise bag that cost $9 and we were surprised that we got 2 containers of extremely salty roasted potatoes that we couldn t even eat and was overcooked almost mashed. If you will participate to this platform with the hopes of eliminating food waste, please do it properly. DO NOT GIVE OUT LITERALLY FOOD THAT ARE WASTE already. If you cannot give out decent amount of food then might as well cancel the purchase and don t make a fool out of people. This restaurant is not even worth the try. Avoid this at all cost.

My husband(who is Greek) and I had dinner here Sat Aug 3, 2024. No air conditioning, very dated restaurant, and tasteless. My stomach was upset all night. Not a representation of Greek food at all. Jimmy the Greek in the mall is 100% better.

Must be new owners and did not taste like the Greek food we have had before at this restaurant. Not impressed! The sesame seed grilled bun instead if garlic bread The Greek salad with little feta and too much oil. The undermarinated chicken without a skewer. The warm potatoes with no Greek taste. The rice very mushy more like under cooked rosato. The serve MO and the red wine was all we enjoyed. We will NOT return.

Nick, our waiter was so very friendly, attentive and couldnt do enough for us. The menu is varied with lots of Greek foods but some Canadian dishes are available. My wifes Village Salad was just okay. Her chicken souvlaki sticks were good. I had the lamb souvlaki dinner. The meat portion was smaller than expected, but tasty, the Greek salad was ok and the portion of potatoes was very good. But, the tomato sauce was insipid. It wasnt thick enough, and essentially tasteless.Cheap ingredients? Thinned out by too much water? I dont know but room for improvement.

The waitress shouldnt be asking for tips we tipped already the waitress and she told us she wanted 10% more tips this is not really good customer service skills if you ask me then they got the food wrong in the first place secondly the waiter wasnt kind at all to begin with.... We ordered takeout tonight as we do once a month and it was delicious. We ordered one chicken souvlaki dinner and one pork souvlaki dinner, which comes with 2 skewers of each, with rice and lemon potatoes, and a side Greek salad. It was yummy. The side salads were good but it definitely needed more feta. It barely had anything on it. What s a Greek salad without the feta right? The rice also needs a little more flavouring as it was quite bland. Coming from a Greek it definitely could use something more. The lemon potatoes were delicious and the sesame garlic buns were yummy. Thanks Milos! Aside from the few down sides, everything else was good. On a night that I don t feel like cooking, you did good!

I have been ordering take out for years. The Owners have changed instead of red roasted potatoes was lemon. Meat was fatty. Salad was smaller. Overall, the food was very disappointing. Will not be returning.

My family and I went here for our Mothers day dinner. There was 13 of us, so we were not a small group, which I understand as I write this review. I will first add that our meals were good minus a few kinks. To start, the bread they bring out is cut up burger buns, something you can buy from any grocery store. Two of us split a Kalamari (Calamari), and while it tasted decent, there was a lot of oil left on the plate. Clearly it wasnt strained of the oil long enough. The salad that came with our dinners was heavy on the dressing, almost swimming in it. Now, for the dinners, the food was quite delicious. We all got either the lamb or chicken souvlaki dinners, and one of us got the lamb chops. Nobody had a complaint and we all enjoyed it. The service on the other hand, was atrocious. It took 30 minutes for our server to take our drink orders, in which we ordered everything due to the original wait time to order. It took another 45 minutes for food to finally come out. We all finished eating, and at this point none of us got any of the drinks we ordered other than water, and one of us didnt even get that. Then it took another hour to get a takeout order for 2 people we placed, get the bill, and be able to pay. All in all it was roughly 2.5 hours from the time we sat down to leave. To compare, there was a group of 6-8 beside us, that showed up maybe 20 minutes after we had. When we left, they didnt have any food other than some fries for the couple kids with them. 2 hours and nobody got food! All in all, the food is definitely worth getting, but as a takeout order. Im not sure Id dine in here again, unless the restaurant gets their staffing issues in order.

We decided to try Milos via Too Good to Go App basically try the food and see if we like it for a Local GREEK restaurant. Well we received 2 containers of RICE and 1 order or GARLIC Bread. Price $7.99 @ $24.00 value not even close!! The server said I hope you enjoy seriously??? RICE and BREAD...I am not expecting alot but come on!!! MILOS you have sealed the deal for us NOT to return!!! If you are going to participate in To Good to Go Participate properly or dont bother!!!!

What a mess. This restaurant just keeps getting worse. Tonights takeout had the worst pathetic greek salad I ever seen and portions of rice keep getting smaller. No olives, barely any feta and lettuce from days ago if not longer. Definitely will not use them again after many years its too bad

Absolute garbage. This place has gone down hill significantly. Ordered a chicken souvlaki dinner & a beef souvlaki dinner. The cauliflower vegetables in the dinner were MOLDY (which is a big safety concern) the fries were old and stale, the salad was brown and wilted. The beef was hard as a rock. This place used to be the go to spot but it looks like since getting new owners, they ve taken a turn for the worse. It s also always, always dead during dinner & lunch hours. Probably will go out of business soon and hopefully a better place can open up instead.

It really has gone down hill since we have been there 5 years ago. Pork and Chicken were tasty but a small serving. The salad was thinly laid out with tons of dressing flooding it. The potato was not what were were use to either, they looked boiled and really had no flavour compared to what you would be use to with greek roasted potatoes. It was drenched with a golden brown sauce along with the rice. The atmosphere seemed like it was old and tired and I felt I was being served in a institutional cafeteria and not a restaurant. Unfortunate because it could have lots of potential.

I had an excellent experience last night dining in at milos Greek restaurant. The saganaki opa was amazing. I had the peppercorn steak that was cooked to perfection and my wife ordered the chicken souvlaki dinner in which her chicken was cooked very well. I highly recommend trying to place for a good dinner out!

I recently visited and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I sat down, it took an excruciating 15 minutes just to get a simple drink order placed. When my food finally arrived, the disappointment continued. The chicken souvlaki I ordered was dry and overcooked, lacking any semblance of flavor or moisture. The rice accompanying it tasted like it had been cooked in a microwave, with a rubbery texture and bland taste that was unappetizing. However, the lamb dish was surprisingly good, tender and flavorful, redeeming the meal to some extent. It then took about 20 minutes from when we finished eating to getting the bill. I wouldnt recommend Milo Restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience

Just got back to realize that I received the wrong order. I know for a FACT! that I ordered chicken dinner cuz I read out the text and what I received was pork. When I called to speak to someone I was passed on to the owner, which is who I should be speaking with. He basically insinuated that it was my fault or at least thats how he made me feel. He offered to replace my order if I would drive back and pick it up. Unfortunately that is not possible. I dont feel like driving a half an hour. So what was now going to be 100 % replaced has turned into a 15% off that meal the next time Im in the area, but apparently I have 5 days to redeem this. Wont be going back what a joke. Take care of your customers or someone else will

So very disappointed. Take service great but thats where it ended. Got home and for the four of us not impressed. Rice was like minute rice and potatoes not much flavour. Chicken was ok. Salads couldn t be any smaller. Going back to the Greek Tycoon in Whitby. Will never return.

My family used to eat here weekly about 10-15 years ago feeding about 8 people. Portions use to be great! Now slim considering prices arent slimming. Salad used to be my favorite part. One slice of tomato and no other veggies? I could make a more decent Greek salad at home. Overall, Id pay extra for a better meal elsewhere than return here sadly.

This place has potential. The location is nice. The food isn t. I believe that if a few changes are made, there be a lot of happy customers and a lot more business here. I really hope that the owner Can read this review and make some small adjustments, and get this restaurant really well. I see how hard the employers work, and our server was such a nice lady. Unfortunately the food was terrible, the worst I ve had. RECOMMENDATIONS: - serve a high-quality bread, like sourdough bread, it should be nice and warm. Perhaps paying a few extra dollars, to make some good bread at the back. You may serve olive oil with vinaigrette, instead of slathering it with very cheap oil in a cheap hamburger bread, that becomes, very soggy. First impression is important, and if you bring a poor bread like you did we are already turned off from this restaurant. - The vegetables that came with the dishes, very apparent that they were frozen. Like the ones you get from the grocery shop. My suggestion is that you pick a few vegetables that are fresh, and you cook them, instead of getting frozen vegetables. - You may reduce your items on the menu, but every item you have should be high-quality. The dish my mother received was cold, uncooked,. Terrible feedback about the chicken. And my dish I reserved which was cheese pie, was very poor quality. I highly suggest that you get another creative chef that can help create a powerful menu and also offer suggestions about how to make it really good and tasty. I think that this restaurant needs a consult with a high chef to really improve the menu. I would be happy to come out and support in anyway (even though I m not a chef, I see where improvements can be made). - you want to make sure that the spinach pie and the cheese pie are gourmet style. The one I received again was soggy, and not tasty at all, actually it looked like it was very cheap. To be very honest the quality of this restaurant is one of fast food. There is a poor quality of the overall foods and the way it is prepared. When I come to this restaurant I do not see high quality of food preparation, or thoughtfulness of preparation, and also skill set in how the food is prepared. It looks like there is actually just a rush to put out some kind of food that is made quite quickly and easily without any thoughtfulness or preparation. And we are paying a lot for each item like $20 or more. Overall this restaurant needs a menu lift, and a whole different energy of the food. I really hope improvements can be made. It s not that hard. Invest some time in money, and you ll have many more customers that are happy. -

I would like to give Milo s a higher rating but the food didn t deserve it. Ordered (via their own delivery) the combination souvilaki dinner. This dinner is basically $30 before taxes, delivery fee and tip. We got 6 bite sized pieces of meat and a ton of rice (unfortunately chalky and watered down) and potato s (which were decent). Oh and 2 small limp pieces each of cooked onion and green pepper. The 2 small pieces of beef were dry and grisly ,they weren t consumable. So, really 4 pieces of meat and a ton of carbs, a small salad and a large garlic bun for $30, plus tax, plus delivery fee, plus tip. Rice, potatoes and a generic white bun with tons of garlic butter will never add up to $30. We made the effort to spend money to support a local restaurant to get shafted. Who ever put this order together and approved of it should be ashamed. The MAIN course is the meat. Yet the main course was the rice and a side of meat. Crazy. 1 skewer worth of meat ending up with a half of a skewer which the meat was dry and who really knows what level of freshness. I won t go so far as to bother getting my money back. But that was so not worth even $20 And I pretty much spent near $40 for this.

First time Ive been there. Ours was one of two large parties, with about 15 at each table. Service was good. Prices were reasonable. I had Greek salad chicken souvlaki - pretty standard and thats fine. Garlic bread was tasty and generous.

Did not meet my expectation. The chicken pita was tasty and the pita was fresh but the tomatoes were not and very few. The Greek salad was mostly iceberg, and the feta was like bagged, grated feta and quite soggy. The garlic bread wasn t garlic bread, it was a hotdog bun with garlic butter. Not my favourite. Also had the baklava which is usually my absolute favourite dessert but it was quite dry, unfortunately.

I had food catered for a party that consisted of potatoes, pork and chicken souvlaki, pastichio and village salad. Everyone loved the food especially the pastichio. The proportions are generous too.

I love a good saucy salad. The salad here was great! The meat was made well, the rice and potatoes hit the spot, and tzatziki sauce always does me well! Overall, the price is worth the meal.

I have returned to this restaurant for the second time since Covid 19 hit. I will return weekly because the food is excellent, the prices are great, the portions are amazing and the service is fast and friendly. I remember that in 2019, the food was excellent, and on return it is even better. I have had the Saganaki, Calamari, Pork and Lamb souvlaki which includes a salad with home made dressing, potatoes, rice and home made Tzatziki. YUM. Dietary restrictions: I am not restricted but I do not like uncooked onions, When I ask for exclusions like onions, they are happy to oblige. Parking: Lots of free parting Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of space in a dining room that is not damgerous and the staff are friendly with the children.

Went for dinner with family! There were 11 of us. Being a family of lifelong Greek restaurant owners we were very impressed. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was great! The prices are more than reasonable to be honest compared to other restaurants we have visited. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Greek food!

I wish I believed some of the low star reviews before I came in. The beef souvlaki dinner, beef was cold and no taste! The service was awful the guy was so rude (I wish I got his name) he was literally slamming the plates on the table! After ordering coke, he brought diet coke and tried to convince me that I said diet coke which i never drink diet coke! My sister in law didnt get her salad with her souvlaki dinner, tried explaining but it seemed like he couldnt understand English and he just walked away with out saying anything! Not recommending to come here! The one star is for the guy who cashed us out at least he said thank you for coming

Yummy Greek food and always available sitting

I am extremely disappointed. The food we got was not at all what we expected. The calamari was very soggy & the rice wasnt even properly cooked... Roasted potatoes are simply some baked potatoes dipped in some sauce... Milos food was soo much better before.... I dont know how the quality went downhill so drastically... But I doubt Ill be ordering food from Milos again.

First and last time. Service was terrible. Waited an hour for our food and we watched people seated after us get their food first even tho we ordered the same items. When we got the food the chicken tasted fishy, was cold, and dry. Rice and potatoes were mediocre if that. Some of the rice was underdone. Not sure if they are in a management change but over all this is and will be my first time and last time here. Sorry Milo. Not sorry.

Have been going here for years and the food normally fantastic. Something has changed! The salad dressing is different and not for the better less flavour and their salad was my absolute favorite. The lettuce for the salad was turning brown. The tiziki was runny and less flavourful and different too. The chicken souvlaki was dry, dry , and dry. Rice was over cooked and crunchy. Overall awful meal. Quite disappointing as it have been a favorite for many years.

We recently held a makaria luncheon at Milos to celebrate a departed family member. John - the owner, was wonderful to deal with. Food, service, attention to detail were all excellent. I can t thank him and the staff enough.

Usually, I would rate this place 5 stars but recently on my last several visits Ive noticed there to be a lack of care in quality of the food. The service is friendly as always but slow if there are more than 3 tables occupied. One of my recent visits a guest at our table asked for extra lime wedges and was presented with very dried up old looking limes. On my last visit the meats all guests at my table complained of them being overcooked and dry. The potatoes too were a bit dry. I myself found my meat to be cooked fine, perhaps a bit over (Lamb souvlaki) but not dry however, the rice even with the sauce was dry and in clumps in some parts suggesting to me it had been sitting around for some time. Milos used to be my go to but quality of food has been slipping a lot recently. Im not sure if new chefs are there or if they are lacking consideration for quality as restaurant owners. Whatever the problem is... Milos... you need to step your game up. I wanted to rate 3 stars based on my last dining experience but overall this restaurant has historically been very good. Shape up Milos. Greek food has heavy competition!! Dime a dozen restaurants are... dont slip away.

Love this place! We come as often as we can. Great service, great prices, love the food!

I thought that the restaurant looked nice from the outside and decided to give it a try. The decor inside is also reminiscent of ancient Greece, which I thought was cute, and the servers were very friendly. While the portion sizes are large, especially for the price, the quality and flavour of the food is not the best. The salad was mostly lettuce and the feta cheese looked shredded, like you can buy in a bag at the grocery store, and the garlic bread was just hot dog buns drenched in butter. Overall, the food was underwhelming, but Im glad I gave this place a try!

What happened to this place? We ordered a bunch but the Pastitsio, and I can t believe they even called it that. It was soggy, mucky, bland!!! The Rice was basically paste. The potatoes wouldn t hold their shape on the fork and basically disintegrated. The chicken had a strange fish flavour. It was terrible. I m reading these reviews and they are mostly all the same negative comments. Food being bland and overcooked, just such poor quality and not what I associate with Greek Cuisine. I don t think we will ever return.

We were a large group, with a reservation. They refused individual bills, service was terrible (had to ask for water twice) and the food not very good.

We went to Milos yesterday with my family. 45min to get our food, restaurant was empty. When I told the waiter we are ready to order, he flashed menus in his hand and said , I cant take an order and walked away and gave me a dirty. look. They Forgot to give us a side order, waiter never once came to check up on us. I had to go and flag him down for the cheque. Food had no taste. The real thing that grinded my gears was that ,myself and my wife ordered a large meal, and it was the same size as my moms meal which was a small. When my wife asked are you sure this is a large, he said yes, your chickens pieces were bigger, but that dose not justify a $4 difference in price. For an empty restaurant with no more then 4 tables occupied I would say this was one of my worst experiences at a Greek restaurant. I hope they take this review seriously, becasue this is not how you treat customers , coming from someone who has 10 years plus in customer services.

DO NOT order the fresh vegetables as a side! It s frozen California mix which you can buy from any local grocery store. The owner even admitted it when we called to ask why the vegetables tasted bland/stale.

Regrettably, I found myself enduring an hour-long wait for their highly-touted for-two meals, only to be presented with an underwhelming rendition of fish and chips. To exacerbate matters, the air conditioning was unoperable, forcing the staff to leave the door ajar, thus inviting the presence of unwelcome mosquitoes. Furthermore, the overall condition of the establishment left much to be desired. The tables and chairs exhibited signs of neglect, appearing worn-out and distressingly sticky. The ambiance, in its entirety, exuded a pervasive sense of old-age. Considering these disheartening aspects, it is with a heavy heart that I assert my unwavering decision to never return to this place. I implore you, dear reader, to preserve your hard-earned funds and refrain from setting foot in this establishment.

New managements horrible food nothing like befor

Great food for amazing prices in these Hard times where going out to eat is a luxury. Milos makes sure that everybody is fed for a great value. Souvlaki on a bun my favorite go to and cant forget about the greek Fries with their lemon Sauce. Overall great place to come for a quick dinner/lunch. Vegetarian options: They have no problem adjusting menu items. Dietary restrictions: Very good at adjusting the food depending on what you are feeling like. Parking: There is a dedicated parking spaces for the restaurant! Kid-friendliness: They do have some kiddie menu items! Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

This place is all right for Greek food. I normally only come here it s around lunchtime. You can t go wrong with getting a chicken souvlaki meal for $12. I also come here for Saganaki. The service is amazing. The old man there is super friendly and charming. I feel what s lacking at this place is the race it taste too much like tomatoes I feel like they need to switch it up and try out the lemon rice instead and then this place would be a 5 Star to be honest cause it s super cute in there definitely gives Greece vibes. Just maybe tweak the recipe. Cause the rice is not it!

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and food has always been fantastic but not today. The food has changed and not for the better. My chicken souvlaki was rubbery, rice was overcooked, and the potatoes looked like leftovers from the day before. The tzatziki is different and not good at all. I asked for salad dressing on the side but they forgot to give me a salad. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be coming back. What happened to this place?! What a shame.

Holy smokes this was a dining experience. We sit down expecting some delicious Greek food and decided to order a platter for 2. We get our waters and there is a fly inside one of the glasses. Okay no big deal we ask for a bed one. The salad and bread comes afterwards. Normally there is olive oil and vinaigrette on the side but not this time. The pita bread is cut up hot dog buns with margarine. Red flag right there. The food comes but it s only meat. They forgot our potato s and rice. So we ask if there is any after a few minutes and they bring it out. It s Heinz bean sauce in the rice and potatoes. At this point I find it hilarious. Then I eat the meat and hoping it will be the star of the show. Spoiler it wasn t. It was very dry for some of it and undercooked for the other. There was a lack of flavour so I poured hot sauce and salt to try and salvage it. This may have been the first time I not only didn t finish my plate but I also didn t want to take it to go. I m not trying to be rude I any way, I just am stating what I saw. Hope it changes for the better

Food is always fresh and delicious, and very generous. Service is attentive. Price is very reasonable. Vegetarian options: Good choices of vegetarian dishes like moussaka, Greek Salad, etc. Parking: Plenty of parking at the west side of the restaurant.

I have been going to this restaurant for years. We waited for over an hour for our food. Then our food arrived, Moussaka and it was burnt on the bottom and as hard as a rock. I have had this before and never was it so disgusting. We could not eat same and they charged us full price. This place has gone downhill. Windows are filthy and website talks about a patio which looks like a junkyard. Very disappointing and would certainly not recommend.

10+ years returning customer Absolute disappointment. Interior windows were extremely dirty, sat beside the gas fireplace which was also filthy. Our table was extremely sticky. Our food took an hour to be brought to us, and was extremely over cooked. We could not even cut into it and did not eat any of it, at which point we were still charged full price by direction of the manager . We will never return or recommend to anyone ever!

Try this very good restaurant if you are looking for quality authentic Greek food. They make some Greta lamb dishes. Service is and take out is good . I would stay away from delivery.

We have been going to milos approxinately 18 years when it was the friendly greek. However the food is not the same. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

Unprofessional staff. Young lady was being rude with customer and taking too long to prepare order. I was watching the process of making food. She cleaned the table with cloth and made salad without washing her hands( no gloves). She noticed that I was watching her so she made face and repeated same process. Its not hygienic at all.

Recently ordered a chicken dinner and some appetizers to go. My family and I used to love this place but it s undeniable that the quality has declined in the past few months. Tzatziki is clearly store bought, ingredients are not fresh even saw the kitchen staff a few months back berating the other employees who were taking our order, to the point where we saw an employee holding back tears. It was very uncomfortable. Thought I would give it another chance but seems like nothing has changed. Don t think I ll be returning again.

I went here for the first time, and I ordered a dish called Moussaka, I didn t know what was it, so I asked the server, the server was very knowledgeable and friendly, so I gave it a try. Wow the Moussaka was very delicious and flavourful, I love it, I will come back again.

The food used to be fantastic and authentic!!! Unfortunately it seems that there is new ownership and they have changed the tzatziki sauce, which I can only assume is now store bought. They also changed the pasta sauce and it absolutely gross now!!! I would have suggested Milos before but the food has taken a turn unfortunately.

I was picking up food from your store. I accidentally entered the front door and that was my first time picking up order from your store. It was around 9pm and no cx s inside the store. I asked for the order and waiter told me to walk around the building to pick it up. She refused to give me the order because I entered the front door. How she said was so rude and she walked away when I was saying this is my first time picking up the food.I understand I made mistake entering front door but I felt like unnecessarily asking a person to go around the building.

Came here twice , the first time was with my girlfriend and boy did I fall in love with the gyro pita and also I ordered the Saganaki Opa ! What a amazing show for me and my gf! We loved our server Niko! he was entertaining! What a gentleman! Came back with my family and cousins the second time and again top notch! We had the chicken souvlaki and moussaka! Thank you Mo and Kosta for the great service! Again amazing dishes!! We will be back again!! Thank you Milos and staff!

laughably disorganized, extremely untimely and questionably sanitary. Avoid. Was over half hour late for our takeout order, no gloves during food prep (tossing salad with bare hands) and they forgot some of our souvlaki order. To be fair, i was offered a replacement souvlaki, but im not going to wait another hour for it to be ready at lunch.

I ordered from too good to go for this location. And as I was standing inside the restaurant they cancelled my order. I literally drove from scarborough for this pickup, making it a 22 minute drive. I was there four minutes into the pickup time. Incredibly ignorant as they said sorry there was a rush and we have no food for you. And then chirpped have a good night as I was leaving. I would never get anything from here as they clearly do not respect anyones time or gas money to come here. Honestly you owe me an hr of my time and gas. But clearly I should have a good night.

We ve been coming here before it was even called Milos so I didn t check reviews, this was my first mistake. We called and ordered fried Calamari and the lamb dinner. When I arrived to pick up I couldn t believe how empty it was considering it was a Friday just before dinner in December. I got the food home and noticed they gave us grilled calamari (which we never eat) and called back. The same girl that took our order was adamant she was right and we were wrong. We said we want what we ordered and she said she would talk to the owner and call us back. She called back and said we would have to pay full price and refused to let us speak to the owner or give us his name. We told her they would lose our business and that we would write a review which didn t phase her. Upon writing this review I thought I would check the last 3 months of reviews. There were 15 1 star reviews (mostly take out) vs. 18 5 star (mostly dine in) I also noticed the owner hides behind their keyboard and only identifies as owner . I also notice a lot of his responses to negative reviews is a cut and paste reply saying things like sorry we weren t up to par , we are not a 1 star , and we have the reputation of the best Greek in the area . Please save yourself the time of cutting and pasting a response. I wouldn t return for $100 of free food at this establishment (not that they ve ever offered to make it up to anyone in these reviews). There are as far as I know only 2 Greek dine in restaurants in Pickering and the other is slightly better than Milos in my opinion. There are many other good establishments competing for our money in town. Next time I m feeling Greek food I will go to Floga in Scarborough. I look forward to seeing what will replace you when your restaurant fails judging by the crickets in your dining room and the poor reviews being left online as well as the non existent customer service. It s only a matter of time in my opinion. Total waste of $55 for subpar food and portions. Read the recent reviews and judge for yourself. My family has always been in the restaurant business and have never treated costumers with such disregard. It is called the service industry for a reason.

Got a salad that was so small with just 3 tomatoes sliced for $12!!!!!!! It wasn t like this in the past . So infusing to pay so much to get so little worth $7 at most shame on them.

I recently had a shocking experience at this restaurant. I arrived to pick up my order and was appalled to find that a tray of potatoes and a tray of salad each cost $80 plus tax. It was my mistake for not inquiring earlier, but I never imagined the prices could be so exorbitant. When I questioned the owner, they explained that prices had surged. I realized I could have purchased four (4) 50-pound bags of potatoes for the same cost as one tray. The same applied to the salad. This blatant overpricing has left me disheartened, and I wont be ordering from this place again. Its disconcerting to see a once highly-regarded establishment succumb to such practices, especially when the interior hasnt seen an update in two decades. A disappointing experience overall.

Placed an orders for 8 individual meals to be delivered and the service was perfect. Delivery was within the hour as promised and each meal was labelled (including a gluten free meal) for easy distribution to our guest. And, everyone enjoyed their meal.

Its a good Greek restaurant. Grear decor and pleasent environment, But I do recommend you dont go in a rush be prepared to wait at least a good half hour to 40 mim for even the salad to arrive. Service is super slow but its just they dont have a lot of stuff .

Love this place. The best Greek food around easily

Been here before, the food is great but I think the place could use a renovation. Decor feels outdated, but that could be just because it s a family business. So I can t really complain but it would be great if they did.

Ordered lunch for 15. It was beyond my expectations. The chef was just removing the chicken skewers from the grill as I was picking up. Everything was very fresh and attractively packaged. All the extras were included and lunch was enjoyed by all. I will definitely be back!

We were so looking forward to coming to the restaurant for dinner tonight, and left extremely disappointed! I got fried calamari and it tasted as if it was left in swampy fish slime for a couple of days and then not even rinsed off and thrown into the frying pan, no flavour to them, worst fried calamari I have ever had! Will not be returning back to your restaurant, nor will the other guests at my table, or friends and family. Extremely disappointed! Its been over 6 hours and I still taste the swampy taste in my mouth from the food. I wish I could give it 0 stars! Also, our waiter was not welcoming at all.

About a week ago, we decided to order catering for my daughters baptism. We went in to the restaurant to see the sizes of the trays and better understand what we might need. They were extremely helpful! On the day of, the food was ready on time. Amazing portion sizes! All of our guests loved the food! They all wanted to know where we ordered from and wanted to get the name of the restaurant so they could order on their own. If youre looking for a great catering option, look no further! Food and service fantastic

The most horrendous fried calamari, sauggy and unpleasant. Maybe their other food is better but that was so off-putting that I would strongly recommend against ordering sea food in this place.

My parents and i have been going here for years. Absolutely love the food and the people. The owner is so nice and he remembers us everytime we come in. The souvlaki is always cooked perfectly and they allow changes to your order. So i always get large chicken souvlaki no rice but double potato. I highly recommend coming here if you want a nice dinner out.

Awful awful awful. This place has gone downhill. New owners. The past few weeks we have ordered take out and there is always something missing Tonight our rice was so over cooked and mushy and tasteless. The salad was soggy and rusted lettuce. The fries were hard. The chicken was rubbery. We will never order from there again. Greek Stop at Dixie rd or Jimmy the Greek from the Mall are much better and more consistent

Took a catering order and all the lamb and beef was raw and tasted terrible Called and emailed the restaurant but i guess they don t care

Meat portions are good, and they are not stingy with their toppings on a wrap or sandwich. But if you place an order from your car and pick it up within 5 minutes, to find that your pork souvlaki is luke warm and tastes dry, it ruins the meal completely. Thankfully the tzatziki made up for the compromise of taste. Its not difficult to place the pork skewer and pita on the grill for a couple minutes and give the meat a bit of flavour (lemon) This was clearly pick from the warm tray and wrap up the pita. All in all, the meat didnt taste fresh. I also recommend removing the toothpick to secure the pita sandwich. Found half of the toothpick missing when I unwrapped my sandwich. I wonder where the other half went.

Tried a couple options both were very nice . The chops grilled the as I liked it and the portions were huge. The seafood pasta were also very nice but a little sweet. Overall great service, and will be back again.
