UPDATE: They called me after leaving this review and promised to be compensated, months have gone by and no action has been taken on their behalf to correct a complaint $35 for a medium pizza that was barely cooked wonderful

Great franchise pizza joint

We ordered 10 party sized pizzas (5 cheese and 5 pepperoni) for a big party. Ask for Sadaf! She did a great job getting our order right and and time for our party. People ate everything and loved Pizza Nova!

First time grabbing a pizza from here, I wish I had ordered years ago! A friend suggested to get the Meat Supreme and Honey Garlic Wings. Excellent quality food and was well prepared. Still wanting more two days later!

Why are you so stingy with toppings? Premium toppings mean customer pays . Half a mushroom per pizza. Lord save this franchise

Absolutely disgusting I have been ordering here for many years now but tonights pizza was totally gross. I ordered a small pizza with 6 toppings on it. It was a cardboard crust it was probably from the day before..toppings were old and no cheese! $40 including tip! What a rip off!

Our favorite pizza chain in the GTA. Always great service and their pizza is second to none. They are more expensive than others but reasonable given the higher quality of their pizza. Their panzerottis are amazing as well.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the pizzas are okay and sometimes it is not right. I guess it depends on whos making them. Just like other restaurants, I guess it depends on the person who is making your food. Ive had worse.

I have been coming to this location for years! And will always stay like this love the quality, service and friendly staff that are willing to help out when needed. Staff experience is excellent! Love love the charcoal dough thats ny new addiction & healthy choice ! Staff recommended it and now love it! My to go Pizza place every week!

The lady at the cash who also works at the back has horrible customer service! Even when they mess up your order they make you pay for it. This has been the third time this happened! The same lady never uses a hair net or gloves when handling food. I have been understanding the pst two times but a third time is enough to loose me as a customer! Honestly so disappointed with the way the handled the situation each and every time! Next time I ll drive a little further to a different pizza Nova location or just order from a different pizza place.

Ordered two sandwich combo special. 17$ ...Paid extra for cheese and toppling. 25 tax in and did I get my order....no ask for tomatoes none... peppers none..The person making my sandwich did not care about the order or customer....It was better before new owners.....Some staff great other..? I try to help local business but there service is terrible....

Tonight, I tried their new Honey Stinger pizza. This turned out to be really good, with just the right amount of heat balanced with the sweetness. The olives added a saltiness, which was a nice counterpoint to the sweetness and the mild heat of sopressata. The flavour of the sausage really came through nicely. Other members of the dining party ordered a plain cheese, and a banquet cheddar, and were very satisfied with their pizzas. We ordered for delivery; everything was on time and prepared as per our order. Next time, I will ask for a bit of a bolder bake, because I would have liked my crust a touch more well done.

OMG I had this on Saturday night LATE and it was the best pizza I have had in so long ! Didn t want to argue so I went with my boyfriends choice dbl pep mush bacon chicken the freshest toppings ever I could taste every topping every bite ! Now how often does that happen ?!!!

Usually a fan of Pizza Nova. It s one of the better pizza brands. Unfortunately I have to leave an unpleasant review of this particular location. A few weeks ago we ordered a pizza and when we picked it up it smelled off. We had our masks on and I thought I was just being paranoid. We were starving and we got home, ate some of the pizza and it was clear that the cheese had turned and gone bad. They had put rotten cheese on the pizza! We did not feel well after eating that pizza and had to throw the rest of it in the garbage. We called customer service and got a credit. We ordered again last night to use our credit and I did a double check to smell that the cheese was okay. Seemed fine but then both my husband and I felt sick afterwards and I had diarrhea. This place is obviously not sanitary and it s obvious they are not always using fresh products. I won t be ordering from this location again.

Tonight am having my pizza done again here at this location I love how they deliver it hot and fresh very clean location friendly staff.

My sister ordered wings an it came with an employees hair on it, the fact that we are not allowed to get out money back is awful, you can clearly see the girl behind the counter is her hair with no hair net on!

I ordered a Gluten Free pizza earlier today, and I had almost a full (small) slice before realizing that it was in fact not gluten free. When I called them to let them know of their mistakes, I was told there s nothing they can do because I ordered it through Uber Eats and to take it up with them. No responsibility claimed and absolutely no refund provided. So three hours later, and I m still curled up in a ball due to an allergic reaction because of a crucial mistake on their end. Thankfully no hospital visit this time, but It s safe to say I m never ordering from here again.

As we are in the coronavirus pandemic, I would expect staff to be wearing masks but as I waited for my pizza, many were maskless and talking over the food. Not happy, plus long wait times.

Pizza was cold!

Worst service I have ever received. Called to order a couple of pizzas while my family is dealing with the passing of an important member of our family. They messed up the order TWICE and had the audacity to blame us for the mistake. When they tried to correct it they still managed to put the wrong toppings. They are awful to deal with.... Honestly do NOT waste your money.

WORST PIZZA EVER. THE PIZZA IS SO DRY AND BURNT. ITS A SHAME I CAN NOT FIND A SINGLE PLACE IN THIS BIG CITY THAT CAN BAKE A GOOD PIZZA LIKE MONTREAL OR NEW YORK CITY.

I really enjoyed the pizza from this location. Not oily and the crust was done to the crispiness I prefer. I especially appreciate the fact that I can order from here and accommodate friends allergies.

I just ordered a pizza man that pizza sucked. I think the dude who dropped it off must have dropped it on the floor, it was a sloppy mess . The cheese and topping were all in the middle and I actually tipped the dude too . Anyway I wont be having this pizza again.

Pizza Nova is ok, there pizza is ok in my opinion. They put a bit to much sauce and there cheese taste ok. If you are looking for a pizza place to go to I would recommend Dominos or Pizza Hut.

Horrible customer service even when it s their fault! DONT BE FOOLED, THIS STORE IS NOT CONCERNED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife and I have ordered from Pizza Nova for years and as of the last year it seems like we have had little to no luck getting this particular location to cook our pizza the way we ask them to. All we ever asked for is for our pizza to be well done, pretty simple, right? Well, it turns out that 7/10 times they would deliver a pizza that looked like a regularly cooked pizza. The first few times we would be upset but simply turned on our oven and cooked it ourselves but after a while we were like wait...we pay this location our hard own money, shouldnt we get what we are asking for. So we called customer service each time the pizza was under cooked. Customer service will not just take your word for it (and I dont blame them at all...) they want you to send a picture of the pizza so they can ascertain whether or not the pizza was cooked properly or simply subject to the buyers picky discretion and every time we have gladly taken pictures of the pizza the customer service dept always confirms yes, the pizza is definitely NOT well done. My wife and I would scratch our heads almost every time we ordered as they would totally ignore the explicit notes for the pizza to be well done and send us a regularly cooked pizza. Customer service would credit our pizza so many times that it became embarrassing for us. We even had a regional supervisor of some sort tell us that he was well aware of the problem and would cook our pizza himself if the problem continued. We even sent them photos of how the pizza should look. (Were werent asking anyone to burn the pizza; all we wanted was for the pizza to be well done (darker brown edges and the whole pizza should be a bit browned, not burnt. The pizzas we were getting looked normal as if they simply ignore the request for the pizza to be cooked a bit longer)) So...fast forward to the present.....we ordered a pizza last week and......undercooked. We didnt bother to call in. We just did the usual, turned in the stove and cook it ourselves. Now we call in tonight to place our usual order and my wife simply asks the order taker to let the store know that our last order was undercooked and to please make sure this pizza is cooked well done. We werent complaining, we were not rude (we never are) and we were not even remotely asking for a credit (we never have, theyve always offered. All we ever wanted was just to have our pizza cooked they way we like it). Well, to our surprise, the customer service rep says this pizza will be a final order. If your not happy with it nothing will be done. My wife and I were shocked to hear this because we are not the ones who cant seem to get it right. We should be telling this location that this will be the final time you sell us an undercooked pizza! In any case, we cancelled the order and will not forever boycott this location. I happen to be a Pastor in Pickering and we used to use this location for our function but not anymore. In fact, we will be telling all of our members (although were not that big....300 members) who live in Pickering to not spend a dime at this location because the fact is......they really dont care about customer service....they only want your money. Thanks for everything Pizza Nova (Pickering)......thanks for nothing! PD

I usually do not have a problem with this location with their service but tonite kind of surprised me. Now I am not a picky person when it comes to pizza...just pretty basic as much. Tonite I ordered their large pepperoni pizza that they advertise in store and on their app...I placed the order at 10:21pm via the app oh did I mention this is sunday night.....anyways i left home 15min later and arrived there 5min later so about 1041 i arrived fully anticipating my pizza to be done...their were a couple people in front of me ordering when it was my turn i went and paid.... there was no mention of when my pizza will be done ...until i asked 10minutes later as I am getting annoyed that they only put my pizza in 5 mjnutes after i had paid...make a long story short i left this place at 10:55 ! I dont know if it because that i am getting a discounted order and it takes less priority over other orders but at the end of the day i am paying for it. Will think twice about ordering from here next time i want a pizza...

Great place to get a great pizza

This is my go to pizza spot in Pickering. They are pretty good at giving good amounts of toppings, people are friendly. I have to be really specific about my pizza being well done, couple times it s been overdone. But I always come here for pizza cuz their ingredients are fresh tasting and they take their pizza making seriously.

Every time I come here the staff are friendly and upbeat. It doesnt matter what time of day. The prices arent bad either. I like getting the panzaroti.

*TLDR*; quality pizza with fast service that can serve a variety of customers, but restaurant aspect is lacking In terms of food, it was prepared very quickly, it was delicious and it was all clean and appealing. The service was friendly, and you can watch as they prepared the food, which is always entertaining. The place is relatively small in size, however Ive seen small restaurants pull off great furniture setups and comfortable atmospheres, both of which this fast food chain/restaurant was lacking. There were literally only two stools, and although it was air conditioned, the overall feel and atmosphere was not the most inviting or exciting either! However, theres vegan options, which is a huge bonus, and free wifi. So overall, the location can definitely improve but still a recommendable joint.
