I call them for pizza and one guy who I talk with him was rude while talking and pizza was also not cooked properly, it was horrible experience and I will not recommend this brunch pizza pizza store.

Horrible experience. Worst looking pizza.staff also giving out fake names. I would never go back to a place that they work in a food company. It serious that they do not understand. You are dealing with a customer that concern. If you can acutally in front of your manager. Give a name mark smith. It a serious issue. I dont need them to poision my food. And when you go back they say it not their store. I would go to pizza nova. Instead of every go back to this location.

I moved to Pickering five years ago and have always gone to this Pizza Pizza, which is close to where I live. This past weekend really cemented their status as the best Pizza Pizza location I ve been a regular customer at. I have lived in different parts of the city (North York, London, Ontario, etc.), and this location stands out. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza for pick-up, went home, and realized it wasnt stuffed crust. I went back to the location, and without hesitation, the manager (I assume - I forgot to ask her name) and Meyron (Im not sure if I spelled his name right) replaced the pizza with the correct stuffed crust and let me keep the original one. Exceptional customer service at this location!

Had an amazing customer pizza there it also helps if you know someone who works their but a a helpful tip. If you go toward the end of the business day you can sometimes have them load up a pre-made pizza or slice they have on the racks loaded with toppings for free or super cheap.

Pizza was great, exactly what I ordered. Vegan cheese & plant based pepperoni! It was delivered much faster than expected and the delivery driver was very nice.

Consistent service and food. I come here for dine-in, take out, and delivery. Delivery can be slow (40 min) which seems silly when its right down the street.

I bought a XL pizza for lunch ,the quality wasnt good at all. It tasted like that the dough hadnt properly risen and the quality of the toppings were mediocre at best.

Great selection & they have halal chicken & ground beef. Chicken is always halal only if you order pepperoni then you need to come in person & ask for halal but any chicken item you order, it will be always halal

At Pizza Pizza Kingston Road Branch, you can have Halal Chicken Pizza

This is a standard Pizza Pizza. You get reasonable pizza for a reasonable price. This Pizza Pizza has Halal options. This store has a standard set up, and is clean. People are polite and they work hard. Editing review to better due to the ability to get foods that satisfy cravings.

We dined in here at this Pizza Pizza location ( Valley Farm Rd and Kingston Road). Pizzas taste better when fresh. Vegetarian options: Lots of choices here for vegetarian and including gluten free pizzas. Parking: Good number of parking spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: Available. Parking lot is ample.

Ordered two pop corn chicken poutine and cheesey bread, and got two boxes FULL pop corn chicken with bread covered in shredded cheesed that was not toasted at all. Never again

Ordered XL pizza with creamy garlic drizzle and pizza came without it. Missing toppings. On calling them, all they care about is giving charge back for that particular topping. No one likes a dry pizza in my family and that was a waste. No consideration to replace or fix the order. Not ordering again from here.

Great location and the owner is very friendly.

A lady working here was extremely rude and condescending. Refused to take my score a slice free slice coupon and accused me of redeeming it already which I never did. She humiliated me in front of other customers, why would I lie about redeeming a free slice it s $5 of course I can afford that. I ve given this location a ton of business over the year but no longer will I.

Great place for fast food dine in delivery or take out

Our club was in the Santa Claus parade in Pickering, after that we had a potluck lunch, so as usual, I decided to take the easy way out and order pizza . The pizza pizza happens to service the harmony martial arts after school program, so I had ordered pizza from there to my surprise they had made me 14 pizzas medium size when I arrived they were hot and ready to go. The manager who I would believe is the owner very nice individual, big smile on his face greeted me professionally. I was happy to see that the eating area the shop itself was very clean and as usual the pizza was delicious.

Asked for chilli flakes on my pizzas 5times and confirmed twice before picking up. Still no chilli flakes on all 4 pizza. Disappointing

Paid for extra pepperoni and got a few pieces on my pizza. Employees were not wearing masks.

The delivery person last night pre programmed a 5% tip during a debit purchase. I think its the same idiot that always asks for tips everytime they deliver the pizza from my previous orders. I mean bad enough that you already have a delivery charge and a $1.50 extra to use debit machine now this! I hope the 5% tip is worth your business reputation.

horrible location. Try to give me a burnt pizza slice. When I told them that the pizza wasn t edible as it was hard, burnt, and basically black, they try to convince that the pizza was fine and that s how they cook it

Living in pickering for over a decade now. Mornings are good. But the evening crew are terrible. They cheap out on cheese. Sad to say but This particular location in my opinion is the worst pizza pizza location in all of GTA and Durham. We have all been to dozens of different pizza pizza locations and this is my honest review. The evening shift workers on the weekday schedule need to be moved around. Its like a gang in there. Terrible quality pizzas. Yes. More than 0nce.

Ordered two panzarotti both with pesto sauce, tons of ingredients and ceasar salad. Get home, no pesto sauce in either!! Ingredients were very sparce compared to the first time i went there. Very disappointed although the staff both times were very friendly. Called them to tell them the issue and all i get is to have to drive all the way back right away to get only one replacement panzarotti. Highly disatisfied with all of my services proved by them today. To top it off i gave these guys a four dollar tip!!

Get the Hallal pepperoni pizza...soooooo good. There is a black light when you walk in. Dont know what its for.

I went for pick-up.they gave me thin crust pizza and upon my complaint their reply was that our all pizzas are made up of this crust which is a regular one. Seriously is it regular!? So rude and disappointing.

Pizza dough was extremely dry.

Last experience was great. This time thr guy gave me a deal. I got a creamy garlic pizza with bacon and mushrooms. After 6 hours of not eating and working I get home to see bacon and pineapple.

This is the worst pizza pizza ever! First of all, the website isn t good for ordering, there are so many glitches. Second of all, the dough was not cooked at all. It was under cooked. The cheese wasn t good either. We chew the cheese and it was hard. The pizza for some reason was so sour. Do not order from this location at all. Pizza pizza s quality is getting worst day by day. Please improve!!

The new website is HORRIBLE. I ordered pizza for now and when arriving they said it was for the next day. Told me I would be charged again. Ended paying $60 when it was only suppose to be $30. Customer service rep over the phone was not helpful, had a horrible tone & attitude and no sense of proper good service. Last time ordering from this restaurant better off trying other pizza shops near by.
