Food was amazing I could not make time to have. A pictures disappear right away was really hot and fresh

Their food is always delicious, never had a bad experience with this location. They clarified the menu to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

The owner/manager has terrible customer service skills. I made a request for my order for my son and he tried to lecture me about why the request couldnt be filled saying that kids orders make no money. Umm hello, what does that have to do with me? Dont offer it then Piss poor attitude. Considering the joint was empty, a kids order seems better than no order, but what do I know, other than I wont be going back there nor will I be advising anyone to. Wings Stop it is! Kid-friendliness: Dont bother, they seem to have a problem with people ordering from the kids menu FOR THEIR KIDS smh

As soon as I saw the burger paddy I knew it wasnt going to be good. My burger looked nothing like the pictures you see here. My paddy was processed burger paddy which had no taste whatsoever.. within minutes of eating it heartburn started. Toppings were ok, bun ok, sauces were good but the star of the dish, the burger was one the worst burgers I ever had. I do not recommend this place. Youd be far better off getting McDonalds food. Would have ordered combo for me and the wife but they want to charge 3.99 to get sweet potatoe fries when regular fries are 1.99. Not a chance! I can buy sweet potatoes for around 7-8 bucks for a whole bag! So heck no I went home, cut then cooked my own! These guys lost money from upsale for charging too much. When mentioned this to front counter attendant she said no one else has a problem with paying that. Ha! I highly doubt that!

Very nice people! Great service! The main thing I got here for is ANY of the poutines! Holy they re all so good! Sweet chili chicken poutine is A+, same with the hungry poutine, burger poutine and Cajun poutine! I legit think these guys with their sweet chili chicken poutine has the best poutine in Durham without a doubt!

So glad we decided to give this awesome place a chance given the previous poor review. Early jump on lunch crowd, burgers were ready under ten min and excellent. Fries perfect. Prices decent enough to prompt me to tip ( it is self serve) and the warmth and pride from the two gentlemen behind the counter was my reason to write this review. We will return!

The Cajun Burger is my favourite.. Such an unrated place, I also tried the jerk poutine and its delicious as well. The burgers fills you up.

Decided to give this place a try on a whim. Wow were we surprised and impressed! Simple to order online with email confirmation sent right away. Text message received telling us the food was ready (on time). Prices were extremely reasonable, portion sizes large and everything we ordered was fantastic! Amazing value for fantastic food, no need to pay more and get less from McDs, BK, Harveys, etc. We had the Buffalo chicken sandwich, Cheeseburger, fries and Buffalo chicken poutine which were all great, looking forward to ordering from here again!

Food was hot and great tasting. Late night craving. Didnt want McDonalds for my burger fix. Very happy I went there. Definitely trying other things on the menu.

They dont turn on AC on a hot summer day. We wanted to sit inside and eat our burgers, but they were cutting corners and temperature was 31 degrees inside. We had to take out the food and leave as it wasnt possible to eat inside.

I tried Burger Street for the first time the other day and I honestly think it s my new favourite burger spot in Pickering. The burger was full of flavour and done just right, fries were nice and fresh didn t have a frozen taste. 10/10 guys thank you!

I honestly have some concerns with the cooking times of their burger. I ordered a burger yesterday and it looks to me that it was not cooked through. I only notice after taking 2 bites. Not sure if this is associated with staff training, but this isnt acceptable.

I initially enjoyed the chicken burger. it was juicy and amazing. However, my recent experience was disappointing, the patties were dry, had an unpleasant taste, and the bun wasnt fresh at all.

What a mess. My wife got a Hawaii burger with sweet potato fries. The fries were way too dry, way too overcooked. I got a mushroom Swiss burger with wings. They placed the burger in the same container as the very saucy wings, so the buns were completely soaked with wing sauce. Just a big soupy mess. To top it all off, I bit into the burger onto what Im assuming is bone. Im lucky I didnt crack a tooth. We wont be returning.

It was a good burger, toppings were fresh. The cheese was awful, American cheese, the most bland flavour lacking cheese known to man.

I wish I could give 0 stars. First time ordering from here. I asked for a chilli poutine which is basic lol and advertised. I received a poutine with just chilly peppers on it.. they re also as old as my ancestors and we re bad. not a great first experience for a new store. Do better!

who soever the Owner or manager is, firstly they dont give the food they are supposed to, they dont know how to speak very rude behaviour, very bad food quality this place should be closed as soon as possible. rotten chicken and bad smell of the food

I have eaten at this establishment in passing since I was traveling and my surprise was very pleasant, the friendly and decisive staff, a spacious place where you can consume your products or pick up the products I bought were very good both in quality and price counting on offers and good prices.

Got a bbq chicken poutine. Massive container full of food. But I thought it d be some nice chicken breast pulled apart. NO it was a salty battered chicken strip cut into strips. Only thing I enjoyed was the bbq sauce. Sorry guys. It s like 5 items and they make 30 meals but it s the same food. Parking: Parking plenty but new plaza foods a little blah.

Burgers are fantastic! Like a 5/5 for sure however day old reheated French fries will always taste like day old reheated fries you cant tell me otherwise. And to blame the potato? Umm you most know what your cutting up.

Went here for the first time, came close to closing hours since nothing else was open along the way home for me. I ordered a meal and everything was pretty good. The burger was huge so I ended up not finishing it in one sitting but it was worth my money might visit again to try other menu items.

Was in yesterday. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Asked the guy at the counter if they were fresh or frozen, said that they cook them on the grill. I figured they would cook them. Wouldnt answer the question. Frozen food not good at all. Bacon looked and tasted like jerky. Had to spit it out. Would not recommend paying any amount of money at this place. :(

Do not go there if you are disabled and with a service dog. Was denied service because a customer doesnt want us there because of my service dog. Completely illegal

If I could give a zero I would I hope their fined for denying a service dog! They clearly have something against disabled people! And it wrong as for the ada it strictly tells you that you CAN NOT DENY A WORKING ANIMAL NOR GUIDE DOG! While the food is like any burger joint, the staff are MAJORLY uneducated!!! They refused service to a disabled person with a service dog! Violating the Ontario disability act!!! I hope you review a HUGE fine! And take a course on disability rights!

When I first saw the coming soon ads for this place, I groaned. Too many burger joints doing such a simple product too poorly these days. Still figured wed give it a try tonight...and I am SO GLAD we did. Hands down, this is the next best thing to home made. Cooked to perfection (not sawdust like other places), generous toppings, and very reasonable cost for dinner for 3. If you havent tried this place, DO IT. Youll be pleased.

Terrible experience. Ordered online at 9pm, when the store closes at 10. Received a phone call afterwards telling me they decided to close early. So I couldnt get a refund or my food. I was forced to get the food the next day because they couldnt do a refund online. When I eventually got the food, the fries are the frozen kind and not the good kind, and the burger was thin and burned. 17$ for a burger and fries and this is the best they can do?

Had this one Saturday night, it blew me away. I tried the burger with jerk chicken topped. Simply amazing, jerk chicken was done right. Flame broiled taste to the burger. Fries were great. I had chicken wings on the side. The were nice and hot. I could barely move after this meal, but I was in food heaven.

my dad gets their poutine almost every friday and it makes my day ultimately better. The butter chicken poutine is so unique and so tasty and i love it. i have tried a lot of stuff from their menu and they are all to die for. I recommend this place

TLDR: 5 stars for their poutine, wings, burgers, and hospitality! We will definitely be back the next time were in the area. Burgers: great value, bread was charred just right and doesnt overpower the juicy meat and fresh toppings. Poutine: The combination of their dark gravy, melted cheese, and crispy fries makes a great balance of crunch and savoury. Wings: great size, flavour, and texture.

Just had a burger from here an hour ago and I loved it. 10/10. The patty was grilled to perfection juicy and not dry. I like how the burger was thin and wide instead of stacked up high.

Food was mediocre. The dine in experience was pretty terrible. The place smells, washrooms were dirty, and the staff sit in the back of the kitchen so you need to yell to get their attention. Will never go back.

I was passing by so I decided to try this restaurant out. The burger was good and it left me satisfied. I got a regular cheeseburger with fries combo. The burger meat was cooked nicely, the thing that surprised me the most was the size of the burger...it was a big portion. The burger itself though wasnt cheap, but there are other burger spots in Pickering that charge you the same thing but give you a smaller portion. The fries were also the crispy type that I like which was a good compliment to the burger. One thing I didnt like was at the front of the restaurant it was advertised that the cheese burger after 4pm was $5.99....when I asked the server at the counter about that offer she said its a promotion but only after 5pm. I then told her the sign outside says 4pm and she repeated no its for 5pm so the cheeseburger is regular price, if it was actually starting at 5pm then you should change the two giant signs that advertise 4pm. Overall the burger was good and I would consider visiting if Im in the area again.

Recently visited this place and tried their chilli onion poutine and cajun spicy burger and I must say I have never tasted anything like this before!! It had the perfect blend of spices and the cajun spice is lit!! Loved their service. Me and my friend got the burgers and poutines with the buy one get the other 50% off discount. Must try!! Will visit this place again next week for sure!!

I ordered the Swiss burger & crispy chicken poutine with there special mayo sauce and it was so good! There fries are amazing and thats hard to find. Glad they opened up this location. I WILL be back!! The other burger joints in Durham do not compare. 5 stars!!
