Our attendant Sylvia was very sweet, and always had a smile while serving. Environment was clean and festive.

It is a great place to eat. Not all that pricey considering that you can have all you want of a large variety of foods. And they are all well prepared, seasoned and fresh. Busy enough most of the time that servings disappear without sitting for very long. Enjoyed it very well, but not in a position to eat that quantity very often.

Offering fresh and delicious choices, a very cordial atmosphere and attentive staff! I learned from our server Sylvia that she has worked here for 30 years since its opening and others have worked here for over 20 years! Sylvias cheerful attitude and great service is a testament to this well run establishment. Amelia and Loc as well added to our wonderful service. Anyone who enjoys a variety of yummy, well prepared and varied food offerings will definitely enjoy the Mandarin Pickering!

It was truly a wonderful experience! Sylvia, a staff member, managed everything single-handedly with exceptional efficiency and provided us with outstanding service. Her dedication and professionalism made our visit all the more enjoyable.

The place is good for the seniors deal and large groups of people with different dietary needs and palates. The quality was always mediocre, and has declined over the years. I do not know how buffets survive as a business, but Mandarin seems to have even after Covid, and for that I give them credit.

Ambiance is good. Alice and John offered excellent customer service. Food is good as always.

Went to this Mandarin with my family for an early Christmas lunch. Had a great time; the food was fresh, service was top notch and the overall atmosphere was inviting. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to dine with 8 people or more and be worry free.

I was very disappointed with one of my items, Cantonese Chow Mein, portions was fine but it was just covered in prue sugar water, more water than anything else. Was not impressed. Other items which I ordered were delicious.

The restaurant is great. I have went here many times during my life and every time they have yet failed to disappoint me. There are many options at the buffet and they all taste great. The service is also very good and the waiters are all very nice and efficient (shoutout to Michael). They also sing you happy birthday and give you a free framed photo of your birthday. Overall a great restaurant 10/10 Parking: Great parking and has tons of spots.

What are you expecting? Its a buffet. With Chinese food. And other stuff. Stay for hours, eat until your pants dont fit. This is the buffet way. We go once or twice a year for someones birthday, its always kind of fun. Could be more Chinese food and less salad bar and pizza, but to each their own.

Celebrated a birthday here and was treated so well! Sylvia was an outstanding waitress, she told us about getting the birthday meal for free and took our photo. Definitely would come back to this location :)

This is probably the best Mandarin restaurant I ve ever visited. I went there with my family to celebrate my daughter s birthday, and the experience was fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server, Loc, went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with everything. They also made the evening special by singing a birthday song and taking beautiful pictures of us.

On Saturday November 9, my wife and I, along with 18 of our family and friends, gathered at Mandarin (Pickering), to celebrate a birthday party. My wife and I cannot thank Mandarin enough for providing us with a private room, (room D) and the most attentive staff we have ever encountered in a restaurant. The efficiency and attention to detail, was second to none. The food was stellar, and everyone ate to the point, were I bet Mandarin had to order in a second supply truck. Everything was absolutely outstanding. Again thank you so much Mandarin Pickering you folks are the best.

I had an incredible experience at Mandarin! The food was absolutely amazing the salmon was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the prime rib was tender and flavorful. The customer service was also top-notch. Sylvia and Loc were so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The managers, Francis and Gloria, went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable meal. I cant recommend Mandarin enough for both the food and the exceptional service!

Our server, Vince, was outstanding attentive, respectful, and always smiling. He went above and beyond to assist us, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you go, definitely request to sit in his section. He truly deserves a raise, and we d return just to be served by him!
