Mr Delicious by the Beach . Fabulous food so well as the presentation, excellent service thank you for a great meal. As a true Jamaican Trust mi people Di Food Baddd I recommend this restaurant. So lovely to spend an evening at Mr Delicious by the Beach!!!! Look at the Food and the drinks it s like you can eat and drink it right through the phone . I want to thank the hostess : Lorraine ,Yvonne and Glen for making our first visit enjoyable.

We had the pleasure of celebrating my husbands 50th birthday party at Mr. Delicious and all I can say is WOW!! From the food to the service, the venue, bartender, DJ - everything was absolutely perfect! Sara was fantastic from the very beginning. Everyone is busy but she made time to call and or text at times as it was a surprise party. She did not leave out any details. Thoroughly pleased with our experience here and we will absolutely be back!! Thank you Mr. Delicious for bringing 10/10 service and food to a West Indian restaurant in the GTA.

Mr Delicious is DELICIOUS! This delightful hidden gem in Pickering, Ontario is a must visit if you love authentic delicious Jamaican food. The ambience, atmosphere, food and drinks are wonderful! There is lively Bob Marley music playing in the background while at this fun upbeat restaurant. We will definitely return!

Absolutely delicious meal. We were very happy with the takeout food and presentation of the jerk chicken and curry goat. The house salad was delicious. We spent $40 after tax and received a lot of food and we were full and happy! We started eating before we took a photo so this photo really does not do it justice.Will be back. Thank you!

The only good thing about this place is the ambiance. I found out about this place from tik tok and decided since I was in the area to give it a shot. It was a sunday afternoon place was relatively empty. The wait for the food was long. The food was horrible. 0/10 would not recommend

Finally got over to try the place! Love the vibe. It s a great atmosphere. Service was great, we had an awesome server. Food- We ordered oxtail and goat samosas. Came with a side of oxtail gravy. Mouthwatering deliciousness! For dinner we ordered the Oxtail with rice and peas and the Jerk Shrimp meals. They came with salads that were tasty and refreshing! The Oxtail was amazing! We were really confused about the Jerk Shrimp though. It wasn t Jerk Shrimp. It was a red sauce like a sweet and sour sauce with possibly a bit of jerk sauce mixed in. Personally, wasn t a fan as I was expecting actual Jerk Shrimp. Overall, we will definitely go back. 5* on all the food we received (aside from the mystery sauce shrimp.) Next time, I d definitely like to try the goat curry.

Found this little gem recently. The food was tasty, the presentation was appetizing. The samosas are a must, lots of choices and they are all good. Our group had the pumpkin and red peas soup equally delicious. I enjoyed the brown stewed fish. The atmosphere was a nice chill vibe, makes you feel like you re actually in a restaurant on the beach in the islands. The server was very pleasant and the chef came out to say hello. We recommend giving this restaurant a try.

Decided to try Mr. Delicious after seeing mixed reviews on TikTok and here. It s honestly a hit or miss depending on what you get. For the positive highlights, I really enjoyed how they transformed an ordinary parking lot into a mini Caribbean oasis. The colours, oil drum seats, and materials made it feel like you were being transported to Jamaica. I did, however, find the outdoor seating needed some cleaning up. Dusty, rickety seats and tables, things covered in garbage bags. Perhaps that adds to the authentic vibe. Some music would have helped to add to the atmosphere. While the seating may have had an authentic Jamaican vibe, much of the food we tried was far from it. The party platter was reasonably priced, however, we were surprised to find that some of the items were processed oven inserts, such as the mozzarella sticks and mac & cheese bites. The cheese in the mac & cheese bites was cheap and greasy. The wings were flavoured alright but were overcooked. The calamari, however, was nice and well flavoured. The Samosas are probably the highlight of this restaurant. They are packed well with a good amount of filling. We ordered ackee & saltfish, curry goat, jerk chicken, oxtail, and curry chicken samosas. The best samosas were the curry chicken followed by the ackee. I would have loved to try the curry goat, but was very disappointed to find that there was no curry goat samosas that we ordered. They seemed to have mixed up our curry goat for more jerk chicken samosas. When we told them this, which was sometime after since they don t check on you often they didn t bother to apologize or replace them. So we ended up having 4 jerk chicken samosas (instead of 2 jerk and 2 curry goat), which we didn t enjoy as much as some of the others. The jerk chicken samosas were okay but a bit on the dry side. Nonetheless, I thought that rice and peas and jerk chicken in samosas is a cool concept. My least favourite samosa was definitely the oxtail. This oxtail had absolutely no authentic oxtail flavours. It tasted more like a very wet and bland beef stew. The rice and peas also tasted very unauthentic. It tasted exactly like the taste and mushy texture of rice used in white pudding. If blindfolded, I could have never guessed that I was eating rice and peas. As for the drinks, we tried the rum punch after hearing good reviews about it online, however, we found the rum punch to have been made with a heavy hand when it comes to the spices. They put enough allspice, clove, cinnamon, and essence in that one drink for at least 100 coconut buns and 100 different Easters. It wasn t even palatable at that point, much less, enjoyable. We tried to mitigate the very strong flavour by buying extra mango drink and mixing some of the punch with it, but it was still very pungent. We barely drank it. Not even the bees wanted the rum punch. We wanted to try the pumpkin soup, however, they didn t have it nor did they have the red pea soup. Those might ve been better than what we tried. I can appreciate the variety of what they offer here. However, I would rather they narrow down on what they offer and focus on doing it better. Service was pleasant at first but a bit slow. They don t give you water or napkins unless you ask. Also, after telling them our honest thoughts on the rum punch and letting them know that we never received the curry goat samosas that we ordered, they didn t bother to apologize, replace the curry goat samosas, or otherwise try to make it right. It seems like the quality really varies depending on what you get. Looking at photos online, the kitchen team makes some odd culinary choices, such as putting cranberries, blueberries, and cheese in a tropical salad , using canned corn, and highly processed oven inserts. Expect that some of what you get is not going to be cooked from scratch. All in all, I would say you should try it for yourself. You can t go wrong with the samosas except of course, the oxtail samosa.

This eatery was recommended by a family member and her recommendation was spot on! There were 10 in our party and we were seated in the Cabana outside. I enjoyed the Reggae tracks playing but the volume allowed us to converse while feeling we were in Jamaica! Everyone enjoyed the delicious and authentic dishes Our server was attentive and welcoming. We will definitely be back

Today I walked into Mr Delicious and ordered the Jerk chicken, Ackee & Saltfish, pepper shrimp and Oxtail Samosas, I was in Food Heaven. My friends and I tried the Samosas. We Rate the Ackee & Saltfish samosa #1. Amazing atmosphere, very welcoming and amazing service. I will definitely be back for more very soon. Funny enough I had return for more Samosas. I dare you to try Mr Delicious. You wont regret it.

Best food in the Pickering/ Ajax area. Chill place, really friendly servers. We went the day after st. Patrick s, and they were out of a lot of items lol but the food we had was second to none. What we ate: jerk chicken rice (cause the salmon wasn t available), jerk chicken samosas. The samosas became soggy by the time we got home, but were still tasty.

Been to this delicious venue at its old location a while back, was great to enjoy the strong ginger beer with the tasty samosas, spinach salad, plantains, and cheese cake on this hot summer day. Glad there are options for various dietary needs. Great service. Hope to return soon!

Amazing food! The portions are huge, great value. Calamari is one of the best I have ever had. I had 3 different samosas, all excellent. Service was excellent. I will be coming back to try more of the menu. Atmosphere was wonderful and there was beautiful music.

Just moved to Pickering and stopped in for Jamaican food tonight (ital dish and penne pasta with jerk chicken, and akee and saltfish samosas AND jerk chicken samosas) and WOW service and food ABSOLUTELY AMAZING hands down best Jamaican food I have ever had and the rum punch WOW a next level good can t wait to be a regular customer here I highly recommend this restaurant 5/5 star rating

It s been a minute since I ve found food that has wow d me.. bless presentation , portion and taste. Plus the patio is the perfect getaway! I finally remembered to take flicks this time .. still amazing as always . We went out on a limb, and were so pleasantly surprised at the live music and lively atmosphere, the friendly waiting staff, and the DELICIOUS food. We had the samosas which were perfect, the curry goat which was a great portion, and super succulent as well as the steamed snapper, wow! Sydney was a kind server and made some great recommendations. Food was amazing! Im not a spice lover but I ordered coconut Shromp and the appy platter. The drinks were delish and topped it all off with the Coconut ice cream infused with rum. We had a lovely time with friends then chatted with Chef Glen for a bit. So glad we chose to go to Mr Delicious! Glen is a multi award winning chef and it shows by the food they serve!

I ordered the vege stuffed ravioli and was such a let down, very bland. The jerk chicken was BBQ lol but calamari was good. The portions are VERY small. So if your hungry think twice. Other than that the w aitresses was very sweet and kind.

We went here for my nephews birthday. We had dinner on the patio and the food was good and atmosphere was just right for the celebration. Ravisha was our waitress and she did an amazing job for the amount of people in our party. She was pleasant, friendly and kind. The unfortunate situation was my salmon was not made as I requested. Ravisha did a great job making the recommendations of no jerk sauce on salmon to place on side, but unfortunately it came out with the jerk sauce on it. I dont do spice at all, but I was able to manage it because the salmon was tasty. I did have to drink lots of water. In the future , I would suggest the chef do better with looking at recommendations so the customer is 100% satisfied

My mom found this spot and put me on. The food is amazing! I had the oxtail with rice and peas as well as the curry chicken samosas. My mom had the jerk wings with fries. Atmosphere and service are fantastic. Not sure if it was an off night in the kitchen but our meals were not great. Short ribs were tough and stringy. Jerk salmon tasted extremely fishy, almost old tasting. Cocktails are definitely up there in price at $15 a drink. Food

I was always curious about this restaurant so my friend and I made reservations and peeked our curiosity... Not gonna lie, when we got there, from the outside, I was skeptical but once those doors opened, it was like being at a resort in the Caribbean. Live entertainment was on point and had the customers engaged.. Now the food....the Fiery Shrimp...is a must...the lobster ravioli...I will be coming back for more... However the night would not be complete without our server Ravneisha (sorry if I spelt it wrong). She was attentive and helpful. The place was busy but she made sure to come around and check up and make sure we were ok..and she did it with a smile. Next time we come, we are requesting to sit where she is working... First time trying Mr Delicious in Pickering today and we gave them a 5 star rating. The atmosphere, the food, the staff, the music, I can go on and on everything was on point this place was one of the best restaurants we have been to in Durham. It was our wedding anniversary today and they went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing night. All the staff even the owners and chef at different points of the night made sure to stop what they were doing to wish us which made us feel so welcomed and extra special. They were so attentive and friendly. OMG let me tell you about the food we ordered the fiery jumbo Shrimp which was definitely JUMBO and packed with flavour. The jerk chicken made in a drum pan was out of this world delicious My new # 1 pick for jerk if anyone likes Yardeys this place has similar flavour For mains, I had the brown stewed snapper which was a 10/10. My husband had the ravioli stuffed with lobster in a creamy sauce which he said had a very generous portion of lobster. Also I have to make a honourable mention of their house made pepper sauce, chefs kiss delicious If you re looking to go on a date night, ladies night or just to get that resort/Island vibe with your family, give them a try I m so glad we choose them for our special milestone & we will definitely be back Mr. Delicious you couldn t have picked a more fitting name because you truly are just that, damn Delicious !

Went on a busy Friday night and it was beyond my expectations. I have been wanting to try this place for years and they did not disappoint. From the atmosphere, to the hospitality to the food. Everything was 10/10. Will be back soon.

Chef Glen, known for his decadent pastries, has found a way to elevate Jamaican food and the dining experience. The ambiance of this place has a feeling of sophistication, with a tropical flair that extends to their patio out front. That feeling also extends to their service and food - both outstanding! My meal started with a delicious salad that included spinach, blueberries, mango, tomato, feta, and more. It was a delicious blend of flavours and a great start to a meal. For my main course, I chose the Traditional Curry Goat Dinner, served with rice & peas, festival, fried plantain, and corn. It was served in a cast iron skillet on a wooden charger. The presentation was unexpectedly different, beautiful and totally awesome! Great impression! It was also delicious, with tender pieces of meat, rich flavours, and generous portions. Although I was quite full, I couldnt resist having Chef Glens house-made ice cream. I chose Grapenut, a flavour I grew up with and is not really mainstream. It was rich, creamy, and delicious! The presentation was also excellent! To wash it all down, I had coconut waster, served in a freshly chopped coconut. Very refreshing! Their regular menu includes Jamaican staples like Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, Ackee and Saltfish, and more. There is also a selection of pasta dishes, soups, salads, and starters that include lobster, shrimps, Ital (vegan) dishes, and specials. I discovered this restaurant in February with my friend and the food was on point with the Oxtail and Ackee & Saltfish that we ordered in a small iron skillet. Love the representation. So I had to return and share my experience with my husband today. He said that was the best jerk chicken he s ever had and he s a picky eater too. The Jerk in made traditional in a Jerk BBQ Drum. I had the Ital Dinner in a Calabash bowl with a spoon made out of the Calabash. LOVE THE PRESENTATION! Prices are reasonable and the service was good by the young lady serving us. She was very polite and hard working both inside and outside too. The lady cooking in the back did a great job on my Ital dinner, very fresh and tasty . Thank you for a great early dinner vibe and we will definitely be back. Loved the music that was playing.

Today, my wife took me there for Father s Day celebration . This was our second time visiting Mr Delicious by the Beach. The food and service was excellent. We were served by their wonderful staff, the chef, Mr Delicious and waitress Lorraine. They were delightful, charming and made our visit memorable.

Got takeout. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. I like spice, but my family doesn t, and they were able to accommodate. Got oxtail with rice and peas and jerk chicken with rice and peas, 3 samosas on the side. Very flavourful and delicious. Will be back again, and to sit in next time. Would highly recommend!

I recently hosted a family dinner for 40 guests at Mr. Delicious and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the food. On Saturday, everything exceeded my expectations and my guests were equally pleased. Not only did they enjoy the delicious cuisine, but they also left with big smiles and full bellies. The customer service was exceptional and really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

We had a seafood platter for 2 that was amazing and hubby also tried the jerk chicken. Really good flavourful food and great servers. We will definately be back.

We booked reservations for a part of 9 for 2 birthdays. We asked if they do anything for birthdays, and they said yes. Unfortunately, the only spot they had was not spacious. We did like that it was isolated, but it was not enough room. We were bumping elbows, so the booth is better for maybe 5 adults at most. The waitress was very kind. However, for a Saturday night, they were severely understaffed. Our food and drinks took long to come out. The cooks were slammed with orders. The portions of the food was generous, and it was flavorful. The app platter was probably the best thing to purchase. 5-6 different apps for $22. Great for indecisive kids or for the table. Soft drinks dont have a free refill. The alcohol drinks are strong but no complaints about that. We also had to ask several times about the birthday dessert and was told no because the cooks were too busy. Which was disappointing as that was the purpose of coming out. We somehow got a dessert to go, and one of the cooks came out to sing happy birthday, which was sweet of him to do. Its not a place well probably go to again but glad we tried it out at least once.

The food was soo good! I got the vegan bowl and I added rice which was perfect. My partner got the oxtail dinner and he loved it. He couldn t wait for the picture to be taken. They were very generous with the meat too such a good serving. Our sever Carly was amazing !! She was so kind . Will be going back for sure . We also got the veggie samosas which were good!

The server was friendly , attentive and informative , The Food was just amazing . its the type of coking in which your stomach is saying Im full but your mouth is saying keep going .Price was good considering all that we got . This is not just a restaurant, this is an EXPERIENCE! First of all, the spot is located in a non-descript strip mall but once you walk in you feel like you ve been transported to Montego Bay, Jamaica. The decor and atmosphere are authentically Jamaican. Chef Glen takes his dishes to a NEXT level when it comes to presentation and flavour. We had calamari and garlic bread for apps. And I was worried cuz we were already more than half full by this point. BIG portions! We had the steamed fish and the escovitch fish for mains. Out of this world. The breadfruit on the side was the softest sweetest I ve ever had in my life. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. We didn t finish our meals cuz we wanted to have dessert. And O M G! When the dessert came we were blown away. A cheesecake spring roll With homemade mango ice cream. I promise you whatever you order here, you ve never tasted it the Chef Glen way. I would literally eat there every week if I could! Don t miss!

The young girl was so sweet making sure I liked what I ordered which I really appreciated. They serve the food really nicely. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The food at this place is very very delicious one of the best Jamaican food Ive had. Very flavourful, had the salmon and shrimp samasos, jerk chicken plate, calamari, mango salad, and coconut ice cream. Everything was perfect.

The vibes were on point as soon as I stepped into this restaurant. Mr Delicious is an excellent spot for Jamaican food and a good time. The servers are kind and the food is fresh and tasty. Went there this evening with my girls and here is our review. Customer service was top notch, shoutout to Rene, she was fabulous, and shoutout to the chef for giving us a complimentary dinner as he was not pleased with how one the dinners turned out. Food was great, out a scale from 1 to 10, we give it 8.7. Our dinners was Jerk Chicken; Oxtail; Brown stew fish; and escovitch Fish. Fish dinners was 9 out of 10, jerk chicken was 8.5 and the oxtail dinner was 8 out of 10, prefer Lima beans over potatoes in the oxtail dinner. We would definitely return for dinner!!! Had my mom s birthday here and it was a 5-star experience! Owner and Chef Glen and the staff were incredibly kind, accommodating and attentive! The food was flavorful and delicious and the atmosphere perfect for such an occasion. They were able to provide a space separate from the regular diners for our group of 30 ppl without interference. We told Glen who the party was for and the music was appropriate for the honored guest and others. We were able to stay beyond the facility s closing time. Parking was plenty even on a weekend. My only regret was that we weren t able to get soup for the older folks to burp off the gas . Lol. However, it was a last minute request to be added to the menu of jerk chicken, oxtail, rice n peas, an incredible salad, and a variety of samosas. The price was very reasonable too! Everyone of all ages had an exceptional time! Kudos to Glen and staff. I pray Mr. Delicious sees many more years of success! Nuf luv!

I visited for dinner last night and had a great experience. The staff were all polite and attentive which is not a common thing in most West Indian restaurants. We ordered 2 rum punches, the ackee and saltfish samosa and the Red Pea soup that were all really good! For our entrée we ordered the Jerk Salmon dinner and the Jerk Chicken Dinner. They were both tasty but both dishes tasted more like bbq than jerk. The chicken and salmon were not spicy and did not have the jerk flavor, seasoning and scotch bonnet pepper we were hoping for. Nonetheless it was still good and we appreciated the chef using ripe plantain instead of green plantain in our meals.

Went there for the first time April 15 with another couple. We loved the atmosphere, the African/Caribbean artwork and the music was on point. Our server Lorraine was great, everything flowed with good timing! We had the following: Appetizers Samosas - Jerk Chicken, Ackee and Saltfish and vegetarian, coconut shrimp and calamari Main Dish Oxtail Jerk Chicken Escovitch Snapper The food was delicious like the name says. We wanted to try dessert but we were so full. We will definitely return and try some other dishes on the menu.

Lorraine and her coworker behind the bar were lovely and gracious hosts. My boyfriend and i decided to try having dinner here for the first time and we had such a great experience. Everyone actually was amazing and the gentleman with long dreads actually fixed the lighting which was bothering us and almost seizure inducing, without us even having to say a word. Very attentive staff, plus with the food tasting so flavourful and fresh, the portions were right on point, worth waiting a bit longer for perfection. It was an easy 10/10. Made our night even better listening to the 90s hiphop in the background, (boyfriend was feeling nostalgic), joking around and the fun atmosphere ignited joy to the soul!

Mr. Delicious by the beach is Seriously delucious. I had the jerk chicken salmosa..annnnnnnd it was delicious....the coconut shrimp was extraordinary and the jerk chickean with corn, rice and peas and festival was finger licking good!!!!!! To drink i had their rum punch...OH MY!!!!! That s**** is dangerously freaking delucious!!!!! The restaurant is clean and well kept. As soon as you walk in you feel as if you have just enter a restaurant in Jamaica. And to make it even better the prices are good! Its afforable. Renee has been my server every time I ve gone and she is so sweet and attentive. The owners also come to check in and see how you re doing as well, the food comes with such a nice presentation and everything I ve tried has been great. I would 10000% recommend Mr.Delicious!

I had a wonderful time here and was introduced by friends in the area. The atmosphere, service, and food was exceptionally good. The menu had most of the standard caribbean-jamaican fare. What caught my eye though is ... French pastry?! Apparently the chef is an (ex?) culinary teacher at George Brown (to confirm). But it was all really good. Stewed Red Snapper, Lobster Bisque, salads, and the ice creams and cheesecakes were very good. It has that made-fresh taste. Took some time to talk to the long time customers, the waitress, and the chef. Very kind, pleasant, generous people. We had a great time. Very highly recommended. Give them a try.

Chef Glen and team know good food, good service and a good time! I was a regular when they were located on Liverpool and have made a point to check out their new spot more regularly as the atmosphere and decor are all island vibes. If you re looking for that authentic Jamaican flare with fun, you have to check them out! Oh and their pastries too!

Exterior does not prepare you for the absolute dynamite gastro experience that awaits you inside. The food is plentiful, the flavours are explosive and the service is nothing short of homely...the achee and salt fish was cooked to perfection, the festivals were on point, the salad that accompanied the meal was ridiculously refreshing with blueberries, watermelon, mango and spinach...that thing could be had as a meal on its own. In a nut shell the hype is absolutely real, and you must check this place out...I know we will be making it a regular spot.

We were a group 6 so we had a variety of dishes. Each was great. Jerk chicken samosa was fab! Jerked chicken with rice and beans, plantain, and festival was spectacular. Pasta w Shrimp was terrific. No one was disappointed. Loved that they had Jamaican lager and stout. Fun atmosphere and our server was lovely. Wish we had found it earlier so we could have gone again. Well, nest time we are in town.

Service by Briana was exceptional! Chef did his thing. From Oxtail Samosa, curly fries (Oxtail sauce with fries was yummy) Jerk chicken and Red Snapper, appetizers and entrees was fresh and delicious. Desserts were also on point.

Went to Mr Delicious last night for a surprise birthday party... What a great choice!! The staff was so accommodating of our party of 15, and communication was great getting the details set up in advance! The food, the atmosphere, the live music was all incredible! Asked if they could do a birthday cake and they made the most beautiful and delicious cake which they brought out...the cake was so big we gave everyone (including staff) a piece and there was still so much left over! Everyone in our party raved about the place and how it they really have brought a piece of Jamaica to the GTA, and it will now be a regular spot for us to drop in! Highly highly recommend!!

So disappointed in this restaurant especially being a Caribbean place. The food is overpriced I paid $22 for curry goat and the portion was small as heck and it wasn t even fresh, felt like I got served food that was sitting there and got heat up in the microwave and even then the food wasn t hot. $10 for side jerk chicken that was one piece cut into three.. very disappointing unsatisfying did not enjoy it all n the fact I spent $82 dollars in a Jamaican restaurant for basically 1 meal a side and 4 drinks kmt nonsense !

This is hands down the best Caribbean restaurant I have ever been in Canada. The food to the desert does not fail. I was well impressed and felt blessed. The food was Good. Pan jerk chicken came with everything. Plus they had handmade Bailey salted caramel ice cream!

We had a group of 15 on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere is set with absolutely amazing, helpful hostess. I ll call them hostesses because they were incredible hosts. The FOOD!!! Incredibly authentic but slightly different (Must try their take of the samosa). I don t suggest places that often but I see a true gem here with huge potential. For a small place, this restaurant offered such an incredible experience from the service to the presentation of the food. The patio even shocked us, it was really nice out there. We had the Rasta pasta, jerk dinner (both served with a delicious house salad) & the grapenut ice cream for dessert. Everything we had tasted amazing, the grapenut ice cream is a must try, and to top it off they even offered us samples of their rum punch which was so strong and flavourful. Definitely will be going back. Thank you!

I have been to this restaurant three times. Always received a warm welcome and prompt service upon arrival. Have tried the jerk chicken, oxtail and snapper meals with 7 other people; we all agreed the food is fantastic! The meals have a nice balance of protein, carbohydrates and vegetables. Everything fresh and beautifully spiced. Definitely a neighbourhood favourite.

I wasnt ready for this food! Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants some delicious Carribean food. I left feeling full and satisfied with what might be the best Ox Tail meal Ive ever had. Also tried the samosas with pepper shrimp and Ackee and saltfish filling which were super tasty. Service was great and you get a hearty amount of food for your money. You can tell that there is an experienced chef in the back that loves what he does and just wants to share his gift with the world. I will definitely be back to try some more dishes.

We enjoyed it. The musical artist, when we went, bailed though because they didnt get a crowd. Bad promotion, I guess. We know the artists family as well. In any case, it has a very nice atmosphere. wondering how they survive as they are never open , nor do they answer the phones . went last week Wednesday and ordered jerk chicken and ackee and saltfish . there was like half a scoop of ackee and a large amount of rice and veggies . ackee was barely visible . my bf who ordered the jerck chicken got oxtail instead ..also the food wasnt great . tried numerous times to return and everytime they were closed despite the hours of operation stating it was open . wanted to try this place for a while . extremely disappointed . wont EVER be returning also im letting everyone know about my horrible experience !

Everything was mouth watering Careful with the hot sauce with the spicy shrimp, not for everyone. Strong flavors, perfect levels of spice, perfectly cooked calamari. We cannot fault any of the food! We even devoured our side salad (that comes with mangoes and a tamarind sauce i think, so good). Very hip, very jamaican vibe. Will go back soon :)

Ordered take out tonight as a first time patron. Heard good things about the food. The food didn t disappoint. We all had Jerk Chicken dinners. The dinner came with rice and peas, corn, a festival and a piece of plantain. The meal also comes with a salad with mango, blueberries and goat cheese. Everyone really enjoyed their food. The staff are all very friendly but tonight seemed overwhelmed. It took about 20 minutes to place our order and another 50 get our food. The waitress and a gentleman I believe to be the owner apologized several times. While this is much longer than I would normally wait I will be back and will dine in next time. Lots of other things to try. Nice casual vibe inside with great music playing.

I visited Mr Delicious for dinner and drinks tonight with friends. The food was incredible! We started with samosas that had filling of ackee and salfish. It was an interesting fusion and was enjoyable to eat. The jerk chicken was full of flavor, and the presentation was very pleasing. The lemon cake we had for desert was the perfect combination of the creamy topping and tartness from the lemon filling. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. I definitely will be back.

I normally just have Lemon Pepper chicken wings and fries at Mr. Delicious because it s soooooo delicious. This visit I tried the fish and chips and it was really good. The tartar sauce was delicious and one of a kind with regards to the flavour. This visit I also decided to have some dessert. I asked Glen, the owner, to choose the dessert for me .to surprise me. He brought me the Deep Fried Cheesecake. This cheesecake was beyond delicious. It was warm, creamy with a crispy outer layer ..omg so good. I have to say Mr. Delicious came thru. I truly enjoyed my meal and will definitely be going back.

I would like to have given them a 5 star for the atmosphere, and service but the food for me was not good and it was my first time in the establishment. I will go back just for the karaoke and wings but that is about it. I love to support my culture and people so please improve on the food. Especially the ackee , the lobster bisque, and oxtail.

I really enjoyed my meal but I did not appreciate the fact that I was served rice and peas and curried goat in a cast-iron black pan. For a moment I thought maybe because I have natural locks, so I dismissed the idea of inquiring. Nevetheless, when I dine out, I am expecting to eat from a nice dinner plate . Love the new place which can now host more people and the food is as delicious as it was at the old location. Their samosa entrées are always great and the salad with fruits is fresh and delicious. The main of Jerk Chicken hit the right spots and so did the desert. Definitely a place to visit while Chef Glen continues to build up this new place.

For a new restaurant you go there and they are closed although their hours are on the door as being open. Not a good show for a new restaurant.

Very authentic Jamaican food served here. They are no longer right by the beach but this is a plus since there is better parking in the new area. The meal is balanced with salad and a good amount of protein in comparison to rice. They have one of a kind Jamaican ice cream here too. I cant wait to go back!
