Everytime I ve gotten New York Fries, they ve been incredibly welcoming! The food never disappoints and the service is incredible! It s fast and they handle rushes so well so there s never a huge line up either. I ve never craved fries before I had their veggies fries for lunch one day and it s really good!! Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: They have veggie fries and vegetarian gravy so all can be accommodated!!

I had a fabulous time at New York Fries with twin children, they luv fries! Will be going every week the only thing that keeps them quiet lol! Parking: Pickering town centre many parking spots! Slay!

Went here Feb 28 3:15pm. Myself and my wife are now both having a terrible and identical reaction that started about three hours later. We made mention to each other at the time how the fries were a bit slimy underneath all the chicken, curry, etc as we had the loaded versions. Still tasted good though, so we made no official complaint to the staff. Without all the toppings I m sure we wouldn t have eaten as much or any and wouldn t feel this bad now. Please don t mask old or contaminated fries under toppings. We are pretty young and I m sure will be fine in a day or two but this kind of negligence or cost cutting could put somebody in the hospital. Our son had fries that weren t loaded and we commented at the time how fresh they were in comparison to ours. He s totally fine thank god. We will never go to this location again, and I will be scared to order anything from NYF after this honestly.

I got the veggie loaded fries - absolutely no taste, no seasoning. It s as though they don t put salt on the fries. The veggie loaded fries comes with sour cream, green onion and tomatoes. Just no flavour. I also got the chilli dog hot dog and also, no flavour, very little chilli and the hot dog tasted like rubber. If you go to New York fries, stick to fries with gravy - maybe. Vegetarian options: Veggie options but have no flavour

One of my favourite spots in the mall food court. The regular poutine is the best but the veggie fries are a close second! All of the staff and managers are friendly and make the experience great.

The service I got recently was really good. The people behind the counter were friendlier than usual. Unfortunately they did get part of order wrong, I got mayo instead of sour cream which threw off my whole meal. It is in the food court at the mall so the atmosphere is as good as it s gonna get. All I can say is that it s New York Fries, you know what your getting

I like this place a lot, its my go to place for fries. But I gave it three stars for two reasons. One star off because of how insanely expensive it is. The other reason I took off a star is because of the staff specifically at the Pickering location. I dont know anyones names but I do go here often. Usually the staff is quite friendly, and prior to recently I only had one bad interaction. But there is a newer girl who works there who looked at me the other day and said Why are you always here? Youre here so often. Like??? It was so rude. I didnt even say anything back because I didnt know what to say.. and the look on her face was like she was wondering why I always buy from them... I think its great when staff great regular customers in a friendly way but that was NOT friendly. I felt embarrassed. Like I dont even wanna go back there anymore. I need to find a new location to frequent. Also that same girl is always asking for help. She either takes too much money from me and doesnt give me my change, or after I order shell just stare at the computer in silence and then walk away and ask someone else to help me. I honestly try not avoid going there if I see she is working. To end on a somewhat high note, the fries are good but very pricey. I will continue buying though because I have poor spending habits. Also the one white girl who works there is amazing. I hope shes there every single time I want to order. 10/10 to her.
