One point off because a meal doesn't automatically come with a biscuit here I guess. This is my first time going to a Popeyes that doesn't automatically give you a biscuit with your meal. Another point off because I don't like the chicken they gave me. Asked for dark meat. Usually get a leg and a thigh. I honestly should have just asked for two legs. I'm not sure if it was a thigh they'd given me but it was shaped weird, hard to eat through, and just overall not a good piece of chicken. Felt like we were fighting each other. I think I'll stick to my 'home' location at Kingston and Brock road.
This location is great - food was good and service was amazing. Moe got our very complicated order perfect!! We will be back!!

I recently visited the new Popeyes location in Pickering, and I was really impressed! The restaurant is clean, modern, and spacious, making for a comfortable dining experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was, of course, amazing. Definitely a great addition to the area, and I’ll be coming back soon! Highly recommend!
This location of Popeyes is really good as the person that was serving me was amazing, Ali, people working are very sweet and caring. The service is amazing as it’s made sure we get our order correctly. Great job.
Guys be careful when you shop Popeyes in Pickering Town Centre. Today I got signature chicken that is impossible to bite. 3-4 days old at least. My kid almost choked on it because of dryness.
I visited this Popeyes location recently, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, as always. A special shoutout to Simran for their friendly attitude and quick service. They made sure I had everything I needed, and their smile truly brightened my day. Highly recommend this place!

Its my first time buying from this location as i was in the mall and yes the staff was friendly. I ordered 7 pieces of spicy chicken and 1 piece mild for my 3 year old. I thought the smell wasnt too right but assumed it could be from the oil they used as i never had any complaints with popeyes. When I got home and checked, I was given all mild chicken and the one mild chicken that was put aside for my 3 year was spoilt. Thats the one the smell came from. Its ok if they made a mistake in giving me mild chicken instead of spicy but Im disappointed that there was a spoilt chicken in the box which was supposed to be for my child.
