The food here is really good. I had their double cheeseburger with bacon it was sooo good, their fries were nice and crispy it was heaven. I just finish eating their ice cream and was pretty good lots of flavour. Parking: Very spacious

Ever since I stopped in at the Queen St. location a few years ago, Ive been jonsing for them to come out to the east side. I couldnt believe it, driving past Pickering Town Center and seeing the logo!!! Immediately came in and got the OG Cheeseburger, fries, and a vanilla milkshake. Just like I remembered...burger cooked to perfection, fries just right, and one of the best, if not THEE best milkshakes in the city. Definitely a weekly stop for me now! Blessed!

Got the OG burger with cheese. Not sure what kind of cheese it is but it tastes awful. Like super processed cheap brand slices. The burger itself had no flavour to it. Super thin burger patty even thinner than the tomato slices. Glad I had a coupon for a free burger with $5 spent. The fries were decent but probably because I asked for them well done. Which they seemed only cooked regular. So I guess they normally under cook them. Won t be going back here again although the staff are cool and friendly the product doesn t cut it for the price. McDonald s McDouble is a better burger hands down than the crap they call a burger.

Their website and app were having issues placing an order and told us to contact the store. Online was offering 10% off, so we asked if this could be honoured and they said no. They didn t offer any alternative either and said to contact head office. We did and were told someone would contact us. It s been over a week and no follow up guess they really don t care. Food is decent, but service and functionality of their site/app need work. Update: Why bother responding to the review if you have no intention of addressing anything? I have followed up twice with no response to either attempt. It seems pretty clear that service is not a priority and the response was just put up for show.

This Burgers Priest used to be a go to for me. But recently, the staff have become incompetent, careless, fooling around behind the counter, getting orders wrong. It is very disappointing. Tonight, they gave my order to the wrong person and didnt apologize or even care. I asked for my money back and walked out the door. Unless there is a change in the staff, more people will be walking out the door.

I love the chain but this location is a must try and the absolute best of all! Alex and Musa are great with customers and will remember your order and how you like it. Musa is seriously awesome! Dining here is always an experience. Burgers are way tastier than any other QSRs. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Pranjal, that guy is awesome. Pranjal Always helps us with the menu and makes the best food and he is fast too. I remember I called in last week and he helped me a lot with the menu on the phone and when I came my food was ready and hot. Many thanks to him. This is my favourite food place in Pickering for sure and will surely visit

Fair value for quality and quantity

Loved the double magnum cheeseburger with the salted caramel milkshake. The rest of my family had a couple of OG cheeseburgers and a Vatican with poutine and regular fries on the side. Easy to support a local Pickering establishment when food is great.

Honestly one of the worst burgers I ve ever had- must be the location because the one on the Queensway is a treat. Bun was stale, burger was sloppy, sauce and toppings all over the place and yet still very bland, fries were undercooked and so soggy. You d get a better meal at McDonalds- step it up, Pickering!

The team is always energetic and amazing - theyre the reason why I come to this location. The food is incredible as always - been going to all locations since BPs opening date on Queen East. However, my complaint is that every now and then the tables are caked with something...the floors feel like you could slip on them with the grease. When its dead in the shop, that would be the best time to straighten up the place. The bathrooms also make me want to run out without my food, but....I know it can all be improved. Thanks, team!

Aside from the obviously amazing burgers, you know what I love about this place? The people that work there. Theyre always pleasant to deal with whether its in person or on the phone. They always make me feel like Im their homie from way back. Like today, Alex from BP was helping me over the phone to get my DoorDash order right; he couldve easily told me to get in touch with DoorDash and let them handle my issue but he was a real one and walked me through the steps I had to take to submit my order. Its the attitude from the staff that makes customer decide on how many stars to give on their google reviews but more importantly how they actually feel walking into and out of a store. Today it was Alex who I was appreciating today but to be honest there isnt a single time where my experience at BP Pickering wasnt great. Reeeesspeck Alex and the BP fam! I appreciate your help with everything my man! Note: Id share photos of my amazing food but I ate it all.

I have had a bad experience the last two times I have ordered my bacon double cheese burger. Not sure what you guys changed. But I keep biting unit none fragments. Its hurting my teeth and discouraged me from coming back. It was better before for sure.

I had chicken low priest burgers and stern fries. The fried chicken inside the bun was dry. The burger itself is a good size though. Stern fires was okay, no idea about the secret sauce. Overall for me, so so .expected better.

This was my second visit to this location. Ordered online and specifically asked for NO SALT for health reasons. Picked up the food arrived home, the first bite the burger was filled with salt, had to dump it in the garbage. I called the store and chat with the Manager, Alex who expected me to leave my home 5.2 km away to drive back to the store to get a new order. He didnt suggest a credit or something free the next time I visit. Super poor customer service. And, as you all know these burgers are not cheap.

Editing this review to reflect more comparison eating around. This establishment does have a stuffed portabella topping that is worth trying if you like mushrooms. And the butter buns give an added dimension. This is a premium burger place, and the burgers are tasty. It is a small space and can get really crowded and has a resultant wait, particularly in the summer.

Stopped into The Burger Priest for the first time,its been on my bucket list of burger joints to try.I ordered The Vatican Absolutely, beautiful, tasting burger from the first bite to the last.And on the plus side the service and staff were great.

The food is always the same, fantastic burgers! The service was awesome! I called the store to check hours as I knew I was cutting it close to the end of the night. To my surprise, there wasn t a hint of resentment when I said I might make it with a minute before closing. Instead, Musa said happily that he would take my order and wait for me to arrive. Upon arrival, I was respectfully greeted by all three employees who were there. All of them were super nice, unlike other places who would be happy to get rid of their late night patrons. This is the type of exceptional service this location offers! Thank you! You guys came in clutch on a night, I needed kindness. I didn t mention it, but I unexpectedly lost an immediate family member earlier that evening and it was you guys, that brightened what was a low/sad night for me. Once again, thank you. Sincerely appreciated.

I used to order fries with gravy atleast twice a week. The last time I ordered, my fries did not taste fresh and I felt sick thereafter. I did not bother reporting it to Doordash regarding my pick up order. I decided to never return ever again.

This used to be my favourite burgers, but until they were acquired by recipe unlimited, the burgers havent seen the same. This always happens when the big brands come up. Burgers arent the same.

The guys working here have great customer service along with being kind. It was closing time and one of the staff was generous enough to give me the last batch of fries on the house. Service was fast as well and the burger tasted great!

Burgers Priest for lunch was on our list to try, and certainly was a winner! Great OG cheeseburgers were made fresh on a flattop grill with fried onions and mushrooms. Smash style on a fresh bun were as good as any weve had in some time. And the Poutine was excellent! Crispy fries, rich gravy, and squeaky cheese curds. A perfect burger place in the Pickering Town Centre. You gotta try it! Went back today, tried the double OG Cheeseburger. Twice as good.

Went in for their $5 and $8 OG Cheeseburger and double stack Cheeseburger deal they had on April 12th. Added fries and pop which was a can and not very cold but the added price was $7! And No Refills for soft drinks! Burgers were ok but was on the greasy side which made it messy to eat. Their fries were very good though if not better than most burger places around the GTA. This burger chain is on the higher price of things for a burger combo and the seating area was cramped. For the price Im paying for a burger combo I would enjoy it more if I went to Jack Astors. Parking: Lots of FREE parking for the Pickering location.

When businesses fail to have Coca-Cola product.... in my opinion they have completely failed all-round and theyve basically lost my future custom... not one Pepsi drink that I like... They are all rank.

Wow..we had our first Burger from this place. It was exceptional. The best burger I had in a long time. Their fries were great and also the milk shake was great very tasty. Wont hesitate to order from the again. Parking: Pickering Town Centre..parking was good.

I love this place I really do .... but we went there today (April 20th) at around 4:30 pm and there was a lady employee working whonwas talking on the phone so loud and laughing to whoever she was talking to.. she took a customers order while she had the phone up to her ear and she made the orders while talking on the phone still .. very rude and not very sanitary seeing as phones carry so many germs..

I love Burgers Priest, but not this location, food is always prepared poorly. On our visit Saturday evening, buns were stale. We ordered 2 Options and both were frozen in the middle. Fries are limp and undercooked. Middle bun on the High Priest was a top bun and way too thick. This is my second complaint, and even though the owner seems to be very dedicated, the staff seem to not care. I would sugget better team management and or supervision. This business could rock with the proper team.

Went for takeout at The Burger Priest in Pickering. Order was ready in 10 mins and enjoyed the burgers. The Vatican and Chicken low priest was delicious. The hot dog was meh. Definitely a must try for burgers.

If youre gonna offer curbside pickup you have to follow through on the process. I had a sleeping child in the back and couldnt leave the car to come inside while the workers were out to lunch on how to get the food to the curbside pickup spot.

I was looking forward to trying the Burger Priest, however, it was terrible. I ordered the hot dog, the bun was so stale it fell apart. My toppings were mustard, pickles and onion, non existent. Burnt hard fries!! Save your money, eat elsewhere

Delicious food, excellent service. The guy behind the counter gives chill, good-guy vibes. Dont know what else to say. My only recommendation is to get or make spicier hot sauce the deception sauce is good flavour, it leaves me wanting more heat. Fortunately their deep fried jalapeños are amazing. 10/10

Wow. There s so much to say about this place! I really walked in not having any expectations. Had this place recommended to me by a friend and had seen it on Facebook a couple of times. Let s start with the service: I was initially greeted by all of the working staff which is way more than I usually get at a typical fast food place. The cashier was incredibly patient & the grill guy even recommended their most popular burger the High Priest! I ended up getting that burger & I can definitely say it will not be the last time. The sauce, vegetation and the fresh meat is something rare to find nowadays. The atmosphere was lively as well! Busy restaurant with nice music. Laughs from the kitchen were also delightful. Overall such a positive experience, can t wait to bring my kids here! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns were available, separate grill for vegetarian burgers

Worst fried chicken burger that we ever had. Chicken was dry, not at all juicy and hard to swallow. Hamburger and cheeseburger were good but not great. Fries were average as well and nothing to write home about. Some of the tables and a portion of the floor were not clean until we dined.

Oh my goodness am I overjoyed! I decided to take the kids out today for some family fun and to discover all that pickering town center has to offer. Boy was it a pleasant surprise I just happened to find the best burger place in town! Little Jimmy had a hotdog, my princess Stella eat a double Hamburger, and I chowed down on a hot and honey with sauted onions per the recommendation of the lovely worker named Tamia! This place always has really good tasting high quality food and great customer service. All the staff here are so nice and helpful. They made me two burgers on time even though I came 5 minutes before closing. Would recommend coming here often.

Burger was really good! As for the fries, Five Guys are my go to. But honestly, these fries were better! You dont get as many, but the portion size is good, just right. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun was decent! Anyone who is Celiac will know that is high praise

Standing at the cash register for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement by staff while they prioritized delivery orders. Not once did anyone speak to us, say hello or tell us they would be with us in minute. We thought they were closed at that point due to their customer service. We walked out.

**update, I have emailed you as requested, late last night, havent heard anything from you all day....guess you are too busy** Worst $25 ever spent, tiniest portobello mushroom burger ever, though that was hidden by 3 giant pieces of lettuce which were ridiculous compared to the burger size, fries definitely could use less salt especially since you forgot to send my drink to wash down the salt my chocolate milk never got sent with the order. I love the staff and the whole aesthetic of the restaurant and their fries and sauces are the BOMB. Also, the offer affordable burgers and hot dogs. However, I dont really enjoy the beef or hot honey chicken burger very much. I understand burgers are suppose to have bit of grease but to me sometimes they taste bit too greasy so I feel like I am consuming mostly oil and not tasting the flavor of the beef.

I had ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with no onions as I am allergic and I received the og cheeseburger with onions on it / it was a good thing I looked what was on it before I ate it.
