Dont bother coming here. Horrible, HORRIBLE portions. My wife and I both ordered a small, and there was a significant difference in size. When approached about it, the staff said it was because one pita had too little toppings. When we opened the pita to show them it was mostly bread, they refused to acknowledge they skimped heavily. $12 for a Pita Bread with basically just sauce is insane. On top of that management just does not care.

My lunch time Pita was very good and fresh , The ingredients were sufficient, Service was good and fast, It was enjoyable. Please get out and support our local restaurants

Really like this location but the new staff working Friday evenings need some serious training. Edit to add: after explaining my order 10 times to the girl working the till she still got it wrong. The guy forgot my pita in the toaster making it completely burnt. All while not toasting my other one. The customer beside me also got their order completely wrong.

Incompetent staff completely unable to prepare a mobile order made through the pita pit website. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes after the time given for pick up because the staff did not even know how to check the order. I had to explain and walk them through the order I had paid for almost an hour ago and wait for them to make it.

Their falafel wrap was appallingly bad. A few skimpy falafel balls, pre-made and nuked. Cold overall and no flavour. Yet the Ajax location on Harwood serves up the best ever, go figger

Been a while since Ive been in here the two employees working today didnt seem to have things in order, the pita was definitely smaller then I remember, oh wait they actually gave me the wrong one with only two of us customers in the store, I called the store they said they would replace it but when they only give you 100 grams of meat per pita Ive come to realize that this isnt the greatest place to spend my money. I feel like having to use more fuel to drive back to fix my order and my time has left me with a unhappy feeling that my 14$ meal now costed me over 20$ including my time. When you look at the board it says 2-3$ for extra cheese or bacon. Thats what the whole lb costs for a tablespoon or 2 thin cut strips. , Extra meat being 100 grams is 4$ meaning they are profiting huge paying for that new cottage or another house. I was in store waiting for my order but 4 online orders were filled before mine was even started with 2 people working. People came in after me and were also left waiting 3/4 mins before their order was even taken. I get online food service but that shouldn t mean that in store people are waiting just as long as if it was ordered from home. Maybe this location needs to hire another set of hands.

Amazing service and amazing food! My first time here and definitely won t be my last especially with Cayla 10/10 service she was so helpful and very good at explaining different things on the menu no matter what question I flew at her she knew right off the bat what was going on.

So we had an all day group test at site and I called this place . They were wiper responsive, prepared everything as I asked them and their wraps were fresh with great selection of toppings. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. I wish I had the pictures of the packaging when arrived, very well prepared!

Wonderful service. Just got to know that this is under new management since Feb 2022. Very well maintained and serving fresh food. Vegetarian options: Serving variety if vegetables and its good to see freshness Dietary restrictions: I am pure vegetarian but I see they have Halal options as well. Pita was good but only thing I found was it was a little small for the price I paid. I believe I got the small but it was half the size of burritos I am used to getting for less money in Toronto. Maybe I am spoiled or maybe that particular server just made a small one? They should be careful to keep there food portion substantial when the customer is paying $9+ for a sandwich. Otherwise service was fast and friendly.

Very slow service. It took 20 minutes from ordering to receiving my food at the take out counter.

This location is terrible. Ordered two wraps, one being a large falafel pita. It was mostly crumbs (barely even one full piece of falafel) and no halloumi to be found. What a waste of money!

I was in to get a Pita for my son and myself yesterday and I have to say, they were amazing!!!! The service was great, Kara and Damaris were working and they make sure you are getting a great pita in the end as well as their attitudes are awesome!!! Very happy and friendly people and they want you to be happy as well. I will go back, for sure!!!!

Looks like my husband and I found our new favourite take-out food at Pita Pit, Pickering. I had the beef brisket and my hubby had a gyro both grilled and delicious! The girls are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They really know their product and suggest the best blendings for great sandwiches. Going back soon.

I used to work in pitapit so i know the standards. There was only one spatula used for veg and non veg. There was no divider kept for veg and non veg meats. I am a pure vegetarian so won t recommend to go here. The girl who was working was pretty new so she can t even wrap the pita so the other girl should have take the charge and had to do it. Wrap was so loose.

Great food, great service, but the staff is clearly overworked and overwhelmed. It absolutely broke my heart watching the only employee there trying to deal with the 8+ customers in line while also taking orders off of multiple tablets. Take care of your people, Pita Pit.

The Manager was a total creep. Short old man that kept asking female customers whats your plans for tonight. Pretending to be friendly but clearly flirting and making everyone uncomfortable. Food is also frozen and terrible.

Food is cold and the portions are very small. Service is terrible and really slow. I saw the manager an old man raise his voice rudely at one worker. I do not recommend going to this place.

The only reason it s not a 5, is because management schedules these poor workers to be all by themselves on Sunday nights. I don t understand why these hardworking employees are subjected to being swamped on Sunday nights.

My wife and I really love Pita Pit for the food they provide. Weve been to the location on Kennedy Rd, and it was great, even when they were busy. For this locations review, Ive been really disappointed. This was the 2nd time weve ordered from UberEats and it was both disappointing. 1st time we ordered 2 of the same pitas and only received 1. When I called the location they said no one came to pick up as yet. When I told them I already half my order they said that the other pita was still there. Anyway I couldnt drive over to get it so I requested a refund for that 1 pita. We figured well try them again last night. What a mistake. 2 pitas arrived this time, with a note saying that the pitas were too full to put the sauces we wanted. So the put the sauces on the side. I thought that was strange and didnt understand how I was going to eat the pita as it was toasted and wrapped up. Anyways I tried only to find out that the actual pita bread was falling apart as if someone punched it. Now I understand why they didnt put the sauce as it would have all leaked out. Anyways I hade to put everything in a plate. Chop up whatever that wasnt already falling to pieces and poured the sauce. I made my own bowl. Was very disappointed as this is the only pita pit I can order from UberEats. Maybe the staff is overworked and the location is very busy, but Customer service is failing here.

Ordered 3 veg pitas, my brother picked it up and when I saw them I was very disappointed. I understand things have gone up and produce is more expensive but for $10 this is embarrassing. Charge more but offer a good meal. Im really disgusted... this barely fed half a person. Very disappointed.... there is a limit to being frugal.

Ordered a bowl, felt like chewing on plastic instead of rice, and falafel wrap was stuffed with lettuce, very dry and less of actual ingredients and sauces. Will be my first and last time to order from here and to add not great customer service. Total waste of money.

Very disappointed tonight. Went to get food here at 8:23 pm tonight. Open sign on. My hubby walked in to place an order and was told it was closed. He questioned why the door was open and the Open sign was lit up. We checked at 8:25 pm on the website to review the hours and it stated there that it was open until 9:00 pm. This review is our most current opinion. The one below was from our last visit..thats why we had come back. Jan 6, 2020 update: Why would you request me to contact you by email to not respond to my email? Bad customer service! Fresh and awesome..you can have as many toppings as you like and how much you want of toppings!

They were out of steak and cheese

The quality of ingredients at this store is seriously alarming. Even the cashier/customer server was extremely frustrated. All of the pitas were old and crumbling while she was trying to make my two pitas. She could not find one pita that wasnt old and crumbly. I gave the whole situation the benefit of the doubt, thinking that the pita bread wasnt old and she was just experiencing difficulties (it happens), but when i finally went home and ate, my boyfriend and I were pretty disgusted. The bread was so old and gross. The customer service was great... but this location really needs to invest in fresh pita bread.. $30 and a complete waste...

Pita pit is my go to for a quick easy but healthy meal. Went to this location today for the first time and left feeling like I needed to leave a review! The gentlemen working behind the counter today was so friendly and really gave amazing service!

We have been going to this Pita pit location for last few times and always have been pleased with their service and quality of food. Would like to give a shout out to their employee Allie when we visited on Saturday evening, she was super nice given that it was the closing hour and we had a huge order but she made it perfect with a smile on her face! Highly recommended this location.

Restaurant was clean, staff friendly. I went to a Pita Pit a long time ago (several years) and it was nowhere near as good as this.

No hairnets or beard nets! My server had a long beard and he wasnt even wearing a uniform he was wearing his regular clothes... very unprofessional! Every pita pit I ever go to the staff never cover their hair with hairnets.

The young lady who attended to my pita was excellent. She was on her own. There was about 10 people in the line up. I felt sorry for her and them. And glad I got in there first. I definitely would not wait in that lineup with one person working.

Pita Pit is most definitely the place to go for your pita made just the way you like it, double meat, toppings galore, have them cold or heated on the grill and for the finale have the whole pita toasted so its nice and warm while you enjoy all the flavors that were put together by friendly and helpful staff.

Had to get my pita remade because the girl couldn t make it properly. Had tears down the side and looked more folded than rolled, as a pita should be. She seemed happy with her mediocre attempt and tried to give to me saying she would double wrap it I said I wanted my money back. She said she could remake it. I said fine. Another guy remade it, and I could tell as he was STUFFING it full of lettuce that this pita, too, was also a lost cause. I had no more time to wait, however, as I had to return to work. As I type this, Ive eaten half way through, and this this isn t holding ANY toppings in. Pitas are supposed to hold EVERYTHING IN. That s the point. Please train staff on how to properly fill pita so they don t explode. The flavour, however, was spot on.

The only problem is that during my last visit, the meat didnt stay on the grill long enough and my pita was warm outside, but cold inside. Eating cold beef is gross. If you like variety, there are a lot of toppings to choose from.

The staff here is excellent. Ever since this place opened it has been our familys go to pita place. The girls who work here are always friendly, and get your Pita made right.

Absolutely the best. service. staff. Ever! We went there on May 28th the two people prepping and cash Are what front line customer service should be. Seriously. They know their food, offered delicious suggestions and the results were great. We used pre bought Costco vouchers, no problem at the till. As a past business analyst with double Masters degree in business, this is the best service Ive seen world wide. Kudos to the two of them and the management.
