Modern upscale bistro, with sleek decor and market driven fresh cuisine.
First time for supper with a group of coworkers. The entries and main courses were all spot on and the perfect size. Truly delicious and well flavored. The waitress was very attentive and the dessert... Well I'm not a dessert guy..but boy I would have had a second banana cheesecake..Bravo gang...defs going back
Absolute hidden gem in the West Island! Very simple but flavourful dishes with fresh, quality ingredients! Had the salmon tartare which was spectacular, and be sure to try the banana cream cheesecake and/or crispy hot cherry pie for dessert!
Cozy restaurant with relaxed vibes. It's not too loud or crowded. It's a soothing atmosphere. Dim lighting that sets a mood. Great option for a date night! They have a diverse wine list. The service was great! From our waitress to the timing of the food coming out, as well as ensuring our water glasses were always filled. The team was on point. The bread service was delicious. The bread was fresh out of the oven with coarse salt flakes on top. The garlic butter was delightful. The honey butter was not my preference, but my partner liked it. The olives were tasty, but the green ones were on the bitter side. We both order the rib eye steak with fries. Their homemade fries were beautifully done. Perfect amount of seasoning, and I love when fries have a little bend to them like these ones did. The rib eye steak was a little underwhelming. I asked for not too much pepper. It was cooked properly. It was charred nicely, but I found it lacked seasoning and overall flavor. It didn't have pepper or anything, really. It was disappointing when you ordered a high-end item on the menu and expected a quality that wasn't delivered. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience,
Review from someone that just loves food in general from fast food to fine dining. Rating is based on the lowest score. Service: Top service, food arrived fast, new plates in between, checked in on regularly. No issues at all. Atmosphere, simple dim light open room concept. Sound travels so it was a bit difficult to hear my table. Open kitchen so I think kitchen seats might be interesting. Food: Interesting menu items. Had taken several appetizers and a steak. What's interesting when you have menus without images is your expectations and I think everything was on par visually. Calamari was as expected, portion size and both tentacles and rings. Crispy and not chewy. Horseradish sauce (which I make and prefer) plus other sauce was nice to have. 8.5/10 I would prefer to have again. (Example of bad calamari is Lucille's 18$/8pcs). In general calamari should be under $20 and few good places have them in $16-18 range. Mushroom Tartine: Extremely above expectations. Flavour was just something different. Definetly a dish I would want to recreate myself and was the highlight at the Bistro. 10/10 Oysters: Oysters are Oysters. Choice of Lemon, Tabasco, Mignonette (a bit under on flavour) and that Horseradish tomato again. I typically just go for Oysters on Oyster days, or shuck a box myself. Salmon tartare: I love salmon and beef tartare (and when presented table side) but this one just didn't have any burst of flavour, it didn't give my taste buds a new experience. 7/10 Basically decided from my last 2 experiences that I'll just stick to my own home made tartare. If you are ordering a Salmom tartare for the first time, this dish would be a safe introductory to get over "raw" fish. Beets salad: To me, it was just a beets salad. I enjoy beets already so nothing new of a flavour profile came out on this dish. 7/10 Sirloin Steak frites MR: Had expectations since their mains are fairly beef related. For nearly $50 it isn't changing anyone's steak expectations at all. There are quite a few steak places to be had in the sub $40 as a complete. Fries also under whelming. That malt vinegar mayo, noooo. Overall the place is a nice little bistro. Annually for the past 4-5 years we go to the same restaurant for their tasting menu and wine pairing but this time I wanted something different this time hoping Bistro Grace can bring in something different. Come to think of it, there was a reason we kept going back to our same resto because expectations matched and I guess we will see them next year.
One of, if not the best restaurant in the West Island because they are always consistent. We have been multiple times and service is great. The food is incredible, especially the salmon tartare. The mac'n'cheese and burger are amazing too. Must try!!!
Really cool restaurant, the kind you would easily think you’d find downtown so it’s nice to have in the West Island. The weekly menu idea is very cool and very good reason to keep going back. The food is top tier you really are getting the most bang for your buck. We tried the soup of the week very tasty and good portion size the flavours complemented each other. Oysters were impeccable. Tried the burger and must be the best burger in the west no contest came with fries that were very crispy! Tried the pasta of the week and it was perfect honestly no complaints. The ambience is very cozy perfect place for a date night. Only con I could say is the service was a big on the slow side but the servers were super nice so it made up for it.
Food is consistently at the highest level, every item on the menu is an excellent choice.
All I have to say is WOW! Haven’t been to Bistro Grace since before Covid, and I forgot how good it is. I am a foodie, and I can say it is by far, the BEST steak in the West Island! Started with the blackboard potato leek soup and fried oysters, both great. My wife had the Cod, which she raved about. Great cocktails and wine. Amazing ambience and they take Covid precautions seriously. It was really an amazing night, kudos to the entire team. We cannot wait to come back soon!!
This place is literally perfect. everything was delicious !! Perfect birthday restaurant
loved the atmosphere here & the food was great :) our waitress paige was also so friendly & helpful!
My family and all my friends favorite restaurant!
Very clean, very warm, well spaced, pleasant atmosphere. Delicious meal Parking: Plenty of free and accessible parking spaces
We were not expecting what we got which was impeccably prepared food and the best run kitchen to dining service I have seen. The menu has standard fare for the less adventurous, but the seasonal menu keeps this resto current and appealing for different palates and preferences no we did not get the mac n cheese, but I m sure it was great. Looks like chef Paolo runs a tight ship and his clean cooking and plating style are top notch in the west island. We had such a great time that we drank far too much and we left the car and took a cab home. Perhaps we should have left a note on the dash bc we got a $80 ticket. I guess the local police prefer us to take risks.. totally not the restos fault, but hope this makes them aware. Cars parked overnight may not be loitering. We may just be trying to do the right thing.
Good service. The steak was so good and the pudding
Food and service is good
They could have offer you piece of bread while waiting for stake . And no wonder stake was expensive. I find this place is over all great except for some missing elements.
The food here just gets better everytime I go. The freshest most delicious fine cuisine. Friendly and knowledgeable wait staff that are very accommodating. Its not just a restaurant, its a delightful and well planned experience. Make a reservation, before you go. Gems like this place fill up fast, or try your luck. Vegetarian options: Look at the menu Parking: Theres a gas station next door
It is must-visit place!
Second time Ive been to this restaurant. First time the experience was nice however the second time not so much. Went with a friend who had suggested the restaurant. Explained to the server that I could not eat the salad offered with the meal. The server went to verify if I could get another salad. The agreement was that I would give my friend the salad and I would purchase another salad (which I paid 10$ extra for a small portion of lettuce). My meal came to me with the salad that I had asked not to be served on my plate. The salad was scraped off my plate- my plate was returned to me with the remnants of the salad- not a clean plate. As I was eating my meal I found a hair. I once again returned my meal and was given a new plate. I called the owner a few days later as I continued to be bothered by my experience. When I spoke to the owner his tone was confrontational and aggressive. My friend and I spent a great deal of money for this meal and I have to say it didnt seem to bother the owner one bit that my experience was disappointing. Im not writing this review because of a salad mix up; I can let that go- the hair in my meal, not so much - the owners attitude when I called was what really got to me. I wonder how the owner, who is also the restaurants chef, would grade the restaurant if he experienced what I did. j
My sons birthday........tried to make a reservation for 5 people, but the online system would not allow us to. Tried to call, but we were told we could only make a reservation online, so I made a reservation for 4. Tried to explain the situation when we arrived, but the restaurant was unwilling to accommodate us, sending us away on a Saturday night!!
Horrible service!!
Expensive for the food you get. I took the surlonge with fries and was not impressed by it. The service was good.
Deep in the heart of the West Island, off the St. Charles exit in Kirkland is a small strip mall which caches a secret surprise for those willing to travel the distance, Bistro Grace. A delightfully well appointed restaurant with old barn wood trim on the walls and an (mostly) open kitchen Grace has a relatively tight menu but I would have liked to try most of them. For our dinner we started with the Bread Service (delicious freshly baked brioche buns...yum!), and then the special of the day Celery Bisque (very good) and Citrus Salad (also very good). Our mains included the tasty Hamburger Grace (delicous with a very good sauce) and Med Sea Bass from the board (also excellent) ending with a Crispy Cherry Pie (very good...along the lines of a fast food deep fried hand held pie but much better). Service was very good and we were well taken care of...definitely worth the venture to this part of the West Island for an excellent meal. Enjoy!
Five stars all the way through! I would give ten if I could. The atmosphere feels like you re downtown, without having to worry about construction and parking. The food is simply fantastic. We had the sea bass and the burger and both were super tasty and cooked to perfection. And the service was even better! We had Sara as our server and she was super sweet, very efficient and knows her menu well. I came with my daughter and even though this is not really a kids place, she made her feel like a little princess. All mama s reading this can appreciate that ;)
Excellent selection of dishes. The ones we chose were first rate. We will certainly return in future.
We had great service. The waitresses were attentive and sweet. For food, we started with the crab cakes on apple slaw and they were very delicious! The 10oz sirloin steak was just ok but it had a nice sear though. For dessert, the key lime tart had a soft mushy crust. I would have preferred a crunchy crust, but the filling was nice. It was not too tangy nor too sweet. We also ordered the dark chocolate pot de crème which was amazing.
Arrived at the restaurant on Valentine s Day with my husband at our reservation time of 7:30PM. The wait for the main course was an hour and a half and the food arrived freezing cold. The ravioli was not cooked well and the duck was overcooked, but we were so hungry that we ate it anyways. When the waitress asked how our food was, we were honest and they did absolutely nothing about it. She said she would bring the dessert that was included in the valentines menu right away and we still had to wait another 15 minutes for it. For the price of $85 per person, this is unacceptable.
Food is good, potion a bit small or not generous , open kitchen, waiting stuff is nice, accommodating, parking is enough for customers, on residential street next to a gas station, reservation recommended during dinner time to secure a table, have weekly speciality( not the special)menu on the wall, with one page fixed menu, plus wine and deserts menus, prices are higher for the portion and location, otherwise 5 stars
One of the best dining options in the West Island. Tucked away in a rural strip mall, Bistro Grace serves up well prepared meals, and probably the best burger on the island of Montreal. The crab cakes are not to be missed. The banana cheesecake is a must-have for dessert. Unless your initials are AK and you hate bananas. Bistro Grace is worth my 30 drive from downtown.
The food was delicious.
Great tartare! Nice ambiance, very cozy.
We arrived on time and we were immediately told that there was a 2 hour time limit on the table. Probably waited between 20 and 30 minutes for our order to be taken, another 15 for bread and another 10 for our drinks. 18$ for a ceasar salad, soup was nice. 3 of us ordered steaks, 2 were definitely undercooked. I had ordered medium rare was closer to bleu. My fries were overcooked fragment pieces. The waitress noticed ( I think possibly the chef too). I hesitated to allow them to put it back on the grill but finally did as I couldnt eat it. It came back medium, doused in butter (?) With a really strong char flavour. Luckily she also brought me fresh fries that were full fries so that is what I ate instead of the 54$ steak. All in all our experience was certainly not worth the 400$+ bill. If you go, stick to the hamburger, it is the most reasonable price and judging by what I saw around us, rhe most popular.
This place is an absolute gem. One of the best meals I have had in a long time. The server was superb and engaging. Our new West Island restaurant for sure.
Great food and service!
We just had dinner at Grace , it was just wonderful. Food was delicious, plate s looked perfect & everything on plate was perfect from green bean to carrots to fish & shrimps . Truly impressed. Service was very nice .
The food is delicious and the service is always great here! The only thing is that its quite pricy, so I recommend more going here on special occasions.
Awesome food and ambiance. Everything feels fresh and made with the highest quality of ingredients. I had salmon tartar and black cod. Everything cooked to perfection. 100% recommended.
Would never step foot in this place again based on how rude the staff was. We walked in on a Thursday around 5pm looking for a table for the 5 of us. 2 adults and 3 children. The place was empty. They refused to even seat us. I couldn t even believe it! The hostess was so rude. The place was empty!! There was no one there. We were so confused. That s okay though, we found an even better place to eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking just outside the door. No stairs that I recall to get in. Food
Great food, small & cozy place would definitely recommend
Tried to make. Reservation online, said too large please call restaurant. Called to be told they can not take our reservation of 17 people that groups have to be 40 people. Called again 2 weeks later to make a reservation for 6 person again to be told no more than 4 persons. I live close by and have an elderly father in wheelchair so location was ideal to walk to. This is so sad and very bad business. Who does this?
Some highs and lows. The hostess/bartender was rude, not friendly at all, she could certainly ruin the experience for people. Now for the food, the mushroom goat cheese app was amazing, total crave worthy. I ordered the chicken as my main, terrible, it was swimming in a brown gravy maybe 3-4 ounces of chicken, I should ve ordered something else. Had the cherry pie for dessert, was simple but very good! Restaurant could use some additional decor, you feel like you re in a store front also the noise level gets awkward.
Excellent home cooking and not reheated... a bit of a wait but its worth the detour! Pleasant and careful service!
Grace restaurant is a real gem. A real blessing to have such world class food in the West-Island. The chef is absolutely top notch. The service is super friendly and truly cares about your dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. If I could rate it 10 stars I would!!! Bon Appetit!!!
Great little bistro on the West Island. Odd location off St Charles in a lot with a gas station but very nice employees and excellent food. Food
nice place. good quality food. Friendly staff. A little on the expensive side, but worth a visit.
Nice little restaurant, a hidden gem!!!
Excellent service! Beautiful place! Varied menu and there is a daily menu. What made me flip at the end was the plate of Wild Mushrooms Tartine. While eating this dish I completely lost my mind! Crispy mushrooms on goat cheese and crusty bread! Oh my!
Food is ok, not exceptional but not bad either. Had to take a star away if you take the price into consideration.
The food was fantastic (I had the mushroom tartine and sea bass), every morsel succulent. Others had the sweet potato soup and I got to try a spoonful- so good!! The service was on point , informative, polite, delightful and helpful. The only small negative was that it was a little loud even at 1/2 capacity. My elderly parents had a hard time hearing the conversations. But other than that I would highly recommend it.
First visit was great. Second visit not so much. Rushed and ushered out indelicately because of the 2 hour time limit. Its not like we were planning to linger.... I was really disappointed and will not be going back.
Where do I even begin. The food here is absolutely delightful. Honestly. My girlfriend and I shared the crabckakes that came with the green apple salad and their own made sauce. Everything worked together in such a pleasant way/taste. For our main course, we both had their pasta dish. It was made with a hot chili peppers sauce that really gave it a nice kick. My girlfriend said it was a little too spicy for her, but she still managed to enjoy the meal to is fullest potential. Lastly, the desert. All I got to say is, Oh my... I had the banana cheesecake that came with salted caramel and walnuts, while she took the Chocolat Pot de Crème. Both desert were absolutely to die for. Yes, its definitely expensive. For two people, our bill was almost 160$ (we didnt have any wine or anything like that). It gets a little loud there, so I definitely recommend reserving a table at 5pm. Overall, this was some of the best food Ive had so far overall in Montreal. We dont really eat out much in fancy restaurants, but still, this was simply amazing.
Excellent food, service, ambiance and reasonably priced. Wine choice by the glass is limited however.
Absolutely fantastic food and amazing staff
Great food and bistro vibe close to home in the west island. Our young kids even approved. We will be back!
Very good reataurant, very very good service with Ali who makes all the difference, the cooking of the rib steak perfect and quality of the products served at the top, its fresh and very well seasoned. Its true that the location could be better but the gastronomic experience and the service fully deserve the 5 stars. THANKS
What a beautiful restaurant with fantastic food and drinks. I loved my beef tartare and drinks. The service was great too. Highly recommended.
Nice surprise this restaurant! Refined food, quality ingredients and tasty dishes. I highly recommend!
West Island gem, the weekly menu offers great seasonal options. Great restaurant for families when the parents want something a bit fancier. The staff is very kind and they seem proud of what they do (rightfully so). Its a bit expensive but worth every penny.
Second time at this restaurant and we were not disappointed as the food is excellent. In addition, we feel a good chemistry between the employees which means that the table service is pleasant and very courteous. The only downside is that the restaurant can sometimes get very noisy.
Discovered it yesterday. Unpretentious and friendly place. Food was fantastic, we had a great time. Will go again, highy recommend.
We went to Bistro Grace for the first time and it was better than we could have imagined. We were a party of 4, we each ordered different dishes and one was better than the other. Our waiter Mo was AMAZING. So nice to get good service. DONT SKIP DESSERT!!!
The food was delicious! The atmosphere and staff are great. They have a black board menu that changes weekly which is great for people who like variety. The mushroom tartine was one of my favourites.
Dishlightful! Ya like mealiscious! Everything is in harmony. So proud of Paul, happy to have experienced such an awesome night. Thks !
First meal at this place. Despite the strange location where this restaurant is located, we were charmed by the welcome and the food. My partner with a Grace Hamburger and I with the linguini of the moment, shrimp and chorizo complemented by a banana and salted caramel cheesecake (a marvel). Everything is made on site, hand-cut fries, desserts and especially the dishes, prepared by a chef who knows his seasoning and cooking. When you taste all his dishes it s magical. What can I say about the service. a great brigade and exceptional service, by attentive, friendly, true professional people. THE BEST TABLE SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. Just for you its 5 stars. All this made us have an excellent time with a taste for returning there. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed
Never seen such dehumanizing service.
Absolutely incredible! Food is some of the most high quality, creatively prepared and flavourful that I ve ever had in the West Island. Service is impeccable and classy. A true gem of a restaurant!! Highly recommend!
The amount of food was very sufficient, the service was very friendly We ordered the most expensive steak, the same hamburger made of beef, oysters and fried squid The oysters are very fresh, the steak is very suitable, the outside is burnt and the inside is tender, and the side dishes are very abundant. Finally, we packed the steak and French fries separately. Of course, the French fries, you can also exchange them to salads
Very good restaurant. Excellent quality of food and impeccable services. Thank you for the beautiful evening
The dishes are really hearty and the portions generous! A favorite! Compliments to the chef!
The waiter simply refused to serve us for having 5 partons instead of 4 on the reservation. And there were empty tables.... How bizarre? We ended up leaving
My bf liked the salmon tartare; the burger was not very good - no seasoning and it was dry. Staff is friendly but slow. Took forever to get water, bread, the bill etc. Perhaps more known for the seafood.
The food was amazing and the burger was the best I have ever had!
Excellent service & the food was amazing!
So delicious. Please order off the chalk board menu! It s delicious!
Will not take a reservation for 6 people! Very unfortunate because the restaurant is yummy.
For starters the food was perfect, the blackboard was a fantastic touch and I love how it changes every week, it makes every time I go there a new experience. The ambiance and service was amazing I cannot think of a single thing to complain about. Out of all the restaurants Ive been to in Montreal this is the best!
Exquisite food!
Update: Really disappointed the kids menu has been removed. This place was our favorite restaurant; enjoyed by the whole family for the food and nice setup. Initial Review: Great food and service every time!!
Nice discovery. Excellent service, great atmosphere and excellent meal.
Impeccable service done with attention and as a bonus a smile. Attentive chef. Excellent choice of dishes for all tastes and well presented. Modern decor, warm atmosphere.
Great restaurant!! Food is amazing! Good service
Great ambiance, friendly staff, appreciated the freshness of the seafood.
amazing service! Great dining. Wonderful experience!!
Was in town visiting a friend and we ordered take out. The food was amazing, and staff were very professional. It made me wish I had the time to dine in
Great food everything cooked to perfection especially for take out, wish I could dine in next time!
Wonderfully surprised! The service was A++(they work so hard), the food was delicious!Need to try everything on me u! Will go back many more times, I hope!
Excellent restaurant. The food was just perfect. I had the shrimp and it was divine! I will go back.
The only thing better than the food and drinks is the service! We have been multiple times and it is one of our favorite spots Vegetarian options: The menu included some veggie options Parking: Easy access to parking lot right in front of the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible
Food was great and service was extremely friendly.
Cool vibe and very nice restaurant with soft music that gives a warm ambiance. Very good attention. We had a burger and it was amazing. We will go back for sure.
New favorite restaurant in the West Island! Place is cozy inside with nice ambient music. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Ali our waiter was such a fun person , very professional and made us feel welcome. The calamari were seasoned beautifully and cooked perfectly. The burger was amazing as were the hand cut fries. My wife had the special cauliflower soup which was also delicious. My favorite though was the key lime tart dessert which was unbelievable. I can t wait to go back.
It was very lovely. We were impressed by the modern ambiance and high end service. Everything we ordered was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Modern and clean bistro, excellent service, but the portions were too small.
Found a gem in the West Island... Such a nice setting, cozy with a friendly staff. The food is simply sublime.
What can I say.... this place is always amazing. The best restaurant in the west-island.
Very good
As everyone says, Bistro is the best restaurant in the West-Island. The food is always exceptional and fresh. They have the best tartar and the most delicious burger I have ever had. It was the first restaurant my husband and I went to after the restrictions were lifted last summer and you can bet it will be the first restaurant we will eat at this summer as well. Thank you for never disappointing and really glad to see you guys open up again. See you soon!
Always great food and menu changes every week
As always, we had an amazing dinner last night at this hidden gem in Kirkland. Went in for a quick bite and everything was delicious. We shared a bunk of apps and loved each one. They take social distancing very seriously and even had me wash my hands before touching the credit card machine. Cant wait to go back!!!!
Excellent restaurant! Very good service throughout our evening. Currently the staff is doing an exceptional job with the Covid situation, we were able to spend an evening without thinking about it! Well done!
Awesome Service. Delicious food. Will be back soon.
Very nice bistro in the west island. Great decor and service, food is fantastic.
Great food, great service
We found this restaurant by chance Happy coincidence! The order was for take-out but everything was tasty once home! Scallops with tagliatelle, halibut, sirloin/fries, simply excellent! To try again on site!
Absolutely love this Bistro. Very chic, with fresh new dishes on the regular.
Wonderful food! The lemon tart was amazing!! Will definitely be going again.
Extrime is the best
The best restaurant in the West-Island, by far. Love your work Paul!
Its been a while since we were able to go back and chef Paulo is better than ever. The potato leek soup was hearty and delicious, the wild mushroom tartine was exquisite in texture, substance and taste and the Lucky Lime oysters were perfectly presented, meaty and accompanied with tasty vinaigrettes. We added the featured salad and the Grace Orecchiette pasta, which was nicely cooked with the right amount of spices. Another wonderful dining experience that will surely entice us to go back soon !
Very friendly and professional staff. Food/drinks are creative and exciting, always a pleasure!
Im pretty hot under the collar right now. I stopped in on Wednesday in preparation to surprise my wife with dinner from Bistro Grace for Friday night our 33rd wedding anniversary. I am not a good cook and figured I could at least set a nice table with some candles and get some seafood from these guys. I was advised to order Thursday night for the Friday, order from the blackboard is the recommendation. Make contact on Thursday night to be told the blackboard gets revised for Friday afternoon. Call on Friday, sorry were not doing pickups tonight. Go in on Friday night to order for Saturday night in an effort to make it up to my sweet Mrs. Friday night Im told to call it in at 4 exactly on Saturday. Today Im told the chef changed his mind and there will be no pickups tonight. Thank you very much to everyone who was so helpful in screwing this up when I was trying to do something special for my anniversary, I even said as much on the Wednesday. It all comes down to the Management or lack there of.
We had heard positive recommendations, and had expected an elevated dining experience. Overall, we were not disappointed. The decor, atmosphere, and wait staff are professional, personable, and efficient. The food was nearly 5 star: excellent carrot-ginger soup, and a great Caesar; of an appropriate bistro size. The sirloin and rib steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered. Standard, excessive basket of fries. The pot de cream was not as expected, though a good flavour. It was quite firm, more like a ganache, and could have easily been formed into truffles. The espresso was not hot, nor the steamed milk, but were, properly removed from our bill. We had arrived 15 minutes early for a 5:30 seating, and were offered a less than desirable table. After requesting a table on the perimeter of the room, we were approached by the chef/owner, and were tersely told that he cannot change our table, with the explanation that all the tables were booked through the system. Yes, booked, but the assigning of 6 empty single tables was not predetermined by OpenTable. That was a choice by management, who could have demonstrated a flexibility to a potential clientele. There was not a note of regret, nor an alternative suggestion. That was unfortunate, as we are part of a large number of potential diners, who are seeking local fine dining establishments. Perhaps we have become accustomed to a higher level of service, which was sadly lacking here.
Very attentive service, great explanation of menu, great atmosphère, delicious fine cuisine
A great restaurant that brings something original to the area! We had great drinks and even better food. Our waitress Meg was incredibly insightful with guiding us though the menu and it made for an overall great experience. The owner and chef Paulo takes pride in what he does and so I would highly recommend you check this spot out!
A hidden gem in the West Island! Paul and his team were so welcoming. Not only did they serve me delicious food but did so with passion and excitement and elegance. Thank you!
Awesome food with awesome staff !
Over priced - service was very good
The staff was very friendly and the ambience was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived we were seated immediately. From the menu, you can choose so many things, and if you have any uncertainties , you can always ask to make the selection easier. Its a good place for all ages and the portions were a good size too. The food tasted great, the location is also very good. Two thumbs up, I would come again and again.
Super cute and classy place. Good food and nice staff
UNBELIEVABLE! Fantastic food, service and quality! At par with the very best in the city!
Pretty good menu with variety and looking into new recipe every week. Quality is amazing and people are welcoming.
Definitely one of our favorite spots in the West Island. Service is good, atmosphere is laid back and comfortable and the food is always on point and fresh. Guaranteed to be a great experience.
Ambience and service was great. Calamari and the tiger shrimp were excellent. The 10oz 1855 serloin steak was a little too fatty but cooked right (rare). Thank you Niko for the excellent service!
Great spot, romantic and food is authentic!!! Cant get a better spot in West Island! Thank you Paolo and your team, my wife and I enjoyed it alot!
A West Island Gem! 5 star Service. One of the greatest gift s is to cook for others Thank you Paul for sharing that Gift ! Highly recommend Bistro Grace
Great service. Very friendly. Food was tasty but on the pricey side.
Food and service was top notch!
Still the best crab cakes anywhere and the best burger on the island of montreal
A hidden gem in the west island. GRACE is spectacular. The ambiance and the food will surpass your expectations. Definetly a place to come back to over and over again. The staff add to the experience and you genuinely feel right at home.
Aaaaaamazed Very impressed with the warm welcome we received The weekly diverse menu options from the chef was a great touch of variety The spanish mackerel was beyond devine and will definitely be coming back again. The wine pairing and the dessert recommendations were just the right finish to our evening
Great food, ambiance and creative menu. Check out the weekly blackboard
Bistro Grace is a hidden gem in the west island! Always the most AMAZING food and such wonderful service! The atmospher is cozy and intimate. Great spot for a date night or night out with a few friends! Thank you all for making our dinning experience so special!
Very good service. Excellent food.

Tried this restaurant for the first time last night and had a wonderful experience! Nice ambiance, tasty food, great cocktails and amazing service. I will definitely be going back. I ordered the orrechiette with italian sausage, kale, beans and bread crumbs.. delicious! I had a chance to speak with the owner who was very friendly. Looking forward to the next visit
Amazing service and excellent food. Jon was a spectacular waiter. Informative and amusing but never invasive or annoying. Will certainly come back again. Food is excellent. Table d hote makes multiple visits never boring. All about the seafood but never limited to the seafood (if that makes sense). A real gem and must visit.
The best bistro in the West Island. Delicious apps, fish ,homemade fries desserts.
Make sure to get there very early at 17:00 or make reservations the recipies are simple but yet with original ingredients. Drinks and wine is very expensive. Plated prices are normal.
Excellent service! Excellent food!
Had a delicious dinner last night. Great ambiance. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was delicious. Hard to choose from all the delicious sounding options. My wild mushroom tart appetizer was amazing as well as a pasta dish with salmon. Lemon tart for dessert was superb! Our friends had fresh oysters!
Amazing food. Nice portions. Great service. Good vibe. Best in the West !
A little pricey, based on portion size but very very good quality I enjoyed my meal very much so did my wife. Would most likely go there again for a nice date night. An unlikely spot to find such a little gem.. service was absolutely great. Our waiter Michael was amazing. Very clean facility even the washrooms were spotless. Very welcoming environment with a modern twist..
The attentive service and truly excellent food are worth the trip! Im from Montreal and I found it worth traveling so far to enjoy a delicious meal with my friends from the West Island. Its true that I couldnt afford to go there regularly, but the price amply justifies the high quality of the ingredients, the undisputed talent of the chef and the unparalleled service!
Great food and service.
The service was fantastic and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice. Ordered the salmon tartare and the rib steak. The tartare was good with the medium spicy sauce but the steak wasnt that good. It was cooked perfectly but there wasnt much flavor to it
Very delicious food.
For my first time to dine there best cod dish ever ...
Excellent food and service. Compliments to the chef...
Decent
Great restaurant on the west side of Montreal. Its a small kitchen and not where you would expect to find a bistro but Im happy we went. Food is great, highly recommend the beet salad, oysters were on par, and the salmon tartare was not at all bad. Wine selection is not that great so I wouldnt waste time there.
Amazing Bistro in the West Island. You have to try it and bring the kids. Great Kids menu with an amazing warm cookie monster desert.
I highly recommend this place fabulous food great atmosphere
Great food, service and ambiance but a little pricey.
A gem in the West Island! I am a regular and each time I have visited they have fresh seasonal offerings and signature drinks to compliment their already great menu! Great service every time (John is such a joy!) and chef Paolo creates amazing food, great presentation and all, every time! Amazing price for the quality of the meal. Will be going back again soon (of course!)
Delicious, great service, expensive but not over the top
great service great employees
Great service, amazing food!
Great food, great service and good portions
Very good food, except the fries, which were very dry inside. Pleasant atmosphere, the music wasnt really dining appropriate in our opinion. Service was friendly and helpful. Expect over $100 per couple.
Service was good, food OK , had to send my cloth to cleaners smelled grease. Parked on the street.
Service and food out of thus world. Little west island jewel! A must
Why is Mac & cheese almost $20? The prices are very exaggerated, lets see. There are many more places with better quality/price.
Service was by far the best ive ever experienced! Super friendly and welcoming. Food is to die for! strongly recommend to anyone who loves local in-season food.
Great food and service in a nice and cozy environment
My boyfriend worked here for the weekend and the owner never called him back nor paid him.
Excellent service by Michael. Again. Food is outstanding. Thank you.
Great service and great food. West Island gem. We will be back.
Very delicious food, friendly services.
Wow.. Amazing burger. Best crab cakes ever!!!
