Popular neighbourhood resto-bar with typical pub food with some Shi Lankan curry meals on the menu also. Good mix of beers. Pleasant atmosphere with large terrasse and live music in the evenings. The service was excellent.

We tried it out for the first time this past Friday for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment but the food and atmosphere were not great.

Great little place for dinner. Conveniently located. Food was really good. Service was a little slow (its possible things got backed up in the kitchen) but our waiter made up for it with lots of enthusiasm. A little on the expensive side for what it is, but doable.

Went for a drink with a couple of friends. Didnt order food, but our friends did and said it was delicious. It did look delicious, to be honest. Our drinks were very good and the service was excellent. It was packed so the atmosphere was nice.

We were given some b.s. BBQ menu where every option was tiny and too expensive. The regular menu was not available. Very disappointed. A tiny BBQ menu without any drinks came up to 95$ for a family of 6, who were still starving afterwards. $5 corn. 10$ hot dog. Coleslaw from a container spooned onto the plate as a side. Paper plates! Not cool, not was I was expecting at all.

Gréât local spot. Food is homemade with some creative takes on pub favorites. Check out the curries, chicken wrap (on homemade wraps) or the butter chicken poutine! Very friendly staff. Gréât management.

November 2023: came here for drinks and apps. Mojito wasnt bad, old fashioned was perfectly strong, espresso martini had Baileys in it (it was tasty, but definitely unusual), the whiskey sour was terrible. They ran out of the vodka for cocktails then said they would charge more for the cocktails if they used a different vodka. Aside from that service was pleasant and attentive. Bonda were tasty balls of potato curry. Beef rolls were crisp but barely had any beef in them, mostly potatoes. Fried cheese curds were perfect. August 2023: Showed up on a Monday because Google and their website said it was open but they had a sign saying they were closed Monday when we got there.

Its a very tiny place, food was average for a bar. I ordered chicken fingers, they were homemade but also so dry and overcooked. It said it came with two sauces. I asked for BBQ and Ranch, ranch wasnt listed an option, but they charged me and extra 2.00 for it. At least give me two BBQs then, or tell me its gonna be an upcharge. The fries were greasy overall, but tasted good. Had to ask for waters with the meal. Service was nice but slow, no one checks up if you need anything else, refills etc after they drop the plates. I wouldnt go back except maybe two have a drink on the patio in the summer. I wouldnt go here for a meal besides appetizers The bathroom was nice but only one, so expect to wait your turn.

A Wednesday dinner with good long time friends and we decided to try a different locale ...well...what a gem ! Lovely laid back neighborhood hang out that WILL be one of the top on our list of lets go to... Wonderful team, excellent cuisine, best wings EVER, pizzas superb, fantastic fish and chips...bravo for giving us a 5 on 5 star evening experience, creating memories and a new dining adventure ....Cheers on the West Island ...wheres Norm??

Amazing service. I mean the food gets to your table fast AND its amazing. Try the calamari with the Chipotle sauce, its easily in my top 3 calamari dishes ever. The burger was also delicious. The beer selection is decent. Didnt get to sample their cocktails or hard drinks yet. No patio or live band yet but its coming soon. Will definitely come back as I had an amazing first impression. September 2022: The place is decent. They have no menus though so You have to look at your phone. Not convenient if you don t have. The service was alright. Laid back. And chill Kyle was a decent server. I ordered their main course chicken with mash potato and veggies. Their veggies were small portions and their chicken was cooked well. Only thing missing was gravy but it s not on the menu. It was around 29.20 which is quite expensive for me. It s a not the best buts it s decent to say the least. I would recommend it but for now I m indifferent. I ate at this restaurant in September 2021. I think Jay and the other owner are doing a good job at maintaining this restaurant well. The restaurant is confusing and a little hard to find it is your first time and the restaurant is small than most. The dine in is not that bad. Just be careful of the black hanging lights because if the tables are rotated around you might hurt your head. I ordered their goat curry and it was delicious nothing to complain about the their curry. The waiter we had was nice and funny as well. I enjoyed their food and I will pass by when Im craving this restaurant.

The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is very friendly. During shutdown this place has been an amazing change from the usual pizza delivery orders. I love the eclectic menu and its always nice to try something new from their menu. This is one of the best places to eat in the West Island. The fish and chips are always made fresh, the curries are super awesome, and I always try at least one new thing from their menu that I havent tried before. I have never been disappointed. Good job guys!

Great food and excellent service! We were on the terrasse and the heaters made it very comfortable. Kirkland Platter and Butter Chicken were great choices. Would recommend it.

A huge shout out to Kirkland Resto Bar. My wife and I had enjoyed immensely the BBQ burger platter and the Kirkland chicken platter. From the pleasant and attentive serving waitress to the open air terrace with giant screen TV no less (Euro soccer) it was a great lunching experience. Amazing to say the least!! P.s Sorry everyone just too good for taking pics, you have to experience it to enjoy it.

Cozy and friendly and ego-free! Love this place. Wonderful menu full of choices. Service is great...we bring our 2 kids often and they love it too. Also they have big screens setup on their terrace to watch games! Highly recommend.

Incredibly friendly service!

I went with my family for breakfast. We placed our order and it 15 minutes before they stop breakfast our waiter told us. About 10 miuntes later he came out and apologized that they are not going to make breakfast. I called Jay the owner over and explained to him we placed our order 15 minutes prior to the end of breakfast. Then he told me that they ran out. How can a resteraunt run out of eggs bacon and bread. Lost a good customer Jay.

Nice fun little pub

Decided to visit this resto for the first time because my friend Pete Dawgs was the live entertainment tonight. What a little gem. As my wife and I were seated the bartender waved at me as if he knew me. His name was Kyle and he became our waiter. He was so professional and attentive. Great service. My wife had the special and I had a curry dish. Fabulous portion and great price. Beer was ice cold. We will be back

People people. You dont go there for seafood or steak so stop complaining about it. Its pub grub. This pub has a really nice intimacy to it. Feels like home. Menu is limited but very good food. We sometimes share as its a lot of food. Price is decent - medium ranged. If you want to penny pinch... go fast food. Great service. Terrace is nice in the Summer. If you have a large group, you would need to rsvp in advance as space is limited. Our little West Island gem. Great for a first date. Love this place!!

Absolutely horrid chef, with nothing to show for their experience in cooking. A friend and I both got the steak meal and asked to have it medium rare. His was severely overcooked and mine was raw. Additionally, this place is cheap with their nacho ingredients. Theyre so hesitant with the cheese too and thats the most important ingredient. Im not going back to this place again.
