The food to be honest isn’t good and unusual like other branches. The chicken was very smelled and not well cooked unfortunately. Well I can’t touch to comment with the staff but just they’re good but needed to be more friendly and welcoming. Mission branch is awesome in all levels. I believe this will get back on perfect way soon
Restaurant is very clean, food was not very appealing. First visit when I read tots I am expecting wedges. Had a buffalo Mary was so wet and messy, the bottom of the bun was disgustingly soggy. Will not be back to Mary Browns.
We tried MB Chicken for the first time, and it was a terrible experience. We're used to spicy food, so we ordered the spicy chicken as usual. However, it was so unbearably spicy that my husband started coughing so badly he almost choked. I went to ask if they could change it to the regular chicken, but the staff simply said, "Sorry, we can't." It was really disappointing, and we will never return to this restaurant.
After not so good experiences at other locations I tried this location and was impressed. The food was hot, fresh and good. The place was clean and I even saw tables being wiped during our stay (something that has been lacking at other fast food restaurants lately)! Only 4 stars as the drink options for kids menu were limited (juices only no water) and there’s no coffee
Unfortunately the Chicken was nothing to write home about. Not as crispy as one would expect for “fried” chicken. I asked for 6 piece feast, 3 piece regular and 3 piece spicy. The spicy would be much better if they spiced the breading… but they don’t, they just soaked the regular breaded chicken in hot sauce, so it’s soggy. I find churches chicken to be much better. The fries were good though. That’s about it
Food was hot , delicious and value priced. Sadly, in an empty restaurant, every table had food spills, lettuce pieces, mayonnaise drops on EVERY tabletop. Do they never come out from the back to wipe the dining area down?
Chicken was average, the thigh was kinda dry. The table and the floor wasn't cleaned/swept from previous day. I saw food on the ground when I dined in earlier today. They don't have a soda machine, so they serve the pop by cans and charge 11 cents for the deposit and recycling fee on top of it, then plus tax. If you guys don't want to invest a pop machine and this is your way of serving drink, then you should not charge the customer for the deposit fee. Very sneaky!
I and my wife are on our regular walk from our village to Meadow-town today, we notice a fried chicken restaurant "Mary Brown" is in operation in the mall, we are in an attitude of give it a try, ordered "One Feast meal" x 2. The staff are smiley and very polite. To our surprise, the fried chicken meat is very juicy and its skin is crispy. A biscuit fresh and warm comes with the meal, the fried potatoes are freshly cut and taste better than another fast food chain's wedges (***our opinion). Also in the meal is a strawberry-cheese pie which to us is perfect taste. A pop is included and the price is 9.99 (of coz tax must be added). We are "eat-in" and before we leave, a lady sitting next to us asks how we feel, we tell her that the chicken is very good and yummy, she tells us that this is her first time being in this restaurant and she says she will come here regularly, and, my wife echoes.
Not greeted when arriving or placing an order. Had a fresh order, as 20 min till ready, so was nice and hot. No on in there when we arrived and still seats were not cleaned were we were sitting to wait. So, a 3 due to unfriendly staff.

Beware of this garbage restaurant! I ordered their chicken sandwich combo. Terrible food poisoning for the last 3 days. Bunch of uneducated fobs that have no clue about food safety an respect for their customers

Went there for dinner and got some chicken sandwichs I got 1 regular and 1 spicy and buffalo what happened was they put spicy on the chicken sandwich wrapper so I have my son the regular but turns out the one that said spicy was regular so that sucked because I just ate my son sandwich and hes stuck with the spicy one at 10 years old
Marys Mondays have been treasured since early 2022 so im thrilled another store opened in Pitt!
Food was good but the kitchen staff need some lessons on how to put a burger together the one I ordered was not put together properly and very sloppy

Great day to eat at Mary browns. The two women did a wonderful job on such a busy day alone. I watched as they served a man 10 Big Mary s with a smile. In fact they both smiled a lot and I am grateful. Thank you for being apart of my day ladies.
Food is solid, but get these guys some help. Having one person running the restaurant is just unsustainable and not fair for the employees

They always close there doors 15 to 20 mins before there closing time of 10pm which is weird. There lights are on but doors are locked.

First time trying Mary Browns tonight and ordered the half spicy half regular 13 piece. Only 3 non spicy pieces and the spicy was too hot for my wife and daughter. My wife called to complain and she was asked for our order number and was told we were to receive a call back. Call never came...so enjoy your Google review. Poor customer service and we even gave you the ability to rectify it but you blew it by not returning our call...

Picked up a 13 piece feast on Friday and received 7 wings, 2 backs, 1drumstick, 2 thighs and 1 breast. A $50 dinner and more than half is wings . I never received a return call or email about this. Take business elsewhere . Here a add on to review 2 days later they are quick to reply on a review for all to see but no reply to email like requested .

I ordered a combo on the app but there was a bug when I paid, the amount showed 0. I went to the store and tried to pay in store but the employee told me that the price 12.99 was only available on the app, if I want to pay in store, I have to pay extra $5. I tried again to pay on the app but it still didnt work. Why should I pay $5 more for the same thing because of your app bug! Then the next day I successfully ordered the same combo at another location, while this location still has the same bug. Also, this store is supposed to open at 11:00 according to their opening hours, but the app order for this location always opens after 11:15, while other locations are all able to order at 11:00

Had the best chicken in mary Brown s. It was juicy, served fresh and hot. Customer service provided by the staff was an A. The lady who served me was so cheerful and helpful.I would definitely come back and would highly recommend this place both for the food and service.

Entire order was wrong, half measured only thing they got right was the pre made coleslaw. They offered me 5 dollars for my 65 dollar order. Trash.

I have ordered Sidekick sandwiches and they are so tiny! I have been charged over $4 for each tiny sandwich. They dont look like the advertised pictures. My first and last experience at Mary Brown s Chicken!!

Went for the Monday deal also got a order of wedges but when I got my order they gave me fries instead, when I came back to the front they insisted I said fries and wouldnt give us wedges. Our spicy chicken sandwiches were not tossed in hot sauce just a small squirt on bun . Music was also very loud. Would not go back to this location
The food was alright. Chicken was cold and soft, zero crunch whatsoever. The taters are so big that they re not cooked all the way through.
I place an order online, went to pick it up at the said time on the website, the order wasnt ready for another 10 minutes. Well I stood there waiting for my order I watched the kitchen staff the one lady run her hand through her hair with her plastic glove rub her nose and then take four pieces of chicken strips and put them on a tray to be served to a customer with a very same hand in the same movements. I confronted the staff at the counter immediately about this and the lady giggled and laughed out loud embarrassingly. I told her she needs to go correct that situation immediately and that your food handlers cant be touching their face and rubbing their nose with plastic gloves and then handling peoples food with the same gloves. She stood there and nodded at me. I waited and then I repeated it to her that she needs to go deal with this immediately. She finally went behind the counter after me telling this to her a few times and out of sight of me talk to the other lady not quite sure what was said but the other lady did change her gloves. After that the food handlers behind the counter where seldom seen for the next 8 or 9 minutes seeming to make themselves invisible to people watching what they were doing Mary Browns should find this repulsive and upsetting and even those locations are franchises Theyre a direct reflection of Mary Browns business model and service, and the franchise has responsibility to Mary Browns to uphold their standards. Theyre obviously is a lack of quality control and hygienic control with Mary Browns. If you check other reviews of this particular location this is not the first time food handling issues have been brought up in the reviews. Up to over a year ago this has been a problem subject for this location. I once got pulled over by a cop for speeding, and he said to me if I caught you once probably means youve done it a thousand times before you got caught. Im sure this food handling issue is exactly the same thing.

I have been here 2 times one to eat inside, its good service both times, the second time was take out, the service was good.
I normally really like Marry Browns, but this location has noticeably lower food quality. The chicken is dry. I have tried this location both times and have been disappointed. My sandwich was ok the first time but the second time my Nashville Chicken sandwich was not the right sandwich. My brothers sandwich was also significantly worse then mine. I would only consider visiting this MB again if they improved their quality.
