Booked for 2 queen sized beds and got 1, and a pull out sofa which was covered in skittles but otherwise bare. When we asked for a blanket they offered a stained duvet and a fitted sheet to somehow wrangle together.. Staff was unaccommodating and unpleasant.

TERRIBLE Very unfriendly Staff, called and specifically asked if they had a fitness centre they said yes. I had to stay there for a month for work..their fitness centre and was closed the whole time for renovations. Save your money and stay somewhere else

I am in from the states for the weekend and looked for something beyond the burger/sandwich/fries routine that is a majority of what is offered in Pitt Meadows. The food here was quite good (I got the spicy beef vermicelli and a veggie spring roll), and Id definitely come back if/when Im in town again.

I was expecting a lot more for the price and from the website. There is a lot of noise from other rooms, the breakfast is not very good, the coffee is terrible, all of the amenities are currently closed, the rooms smell like smoke and chemicals, the staff was friendly but not very helpful, the rooms are clean, and the beds are OK. I would not choose to stay here again.

Yes the hotel was clearly renovated recently but the room wasnt cleaned well at all, the guy was very rude when we checked in. The only good thing about our stay was the polite front desk lady when we checked out. I liked going there because its situated in a great spot & close to my family but Ill be trying somewhere new next time!

It was a good comfortable stay. Just make sure you have both shampoo and conditioner before hopping in the shower.

After booking on the phone, and asking if my visa debit was accepted, not once but twice, when I arrived I was asked for a credit card and i gave my visa debit, but was told no it wasnt , I dont have a credit card but had the money for the room as well as deposit. I was told they didnt do that, tired from our drive and wrangling two little boys I pleaded with the front desk cleark , he said there was nothing he could do, so I asked to speak to a manager, and she was not available, it was 9pm I was not getting in my car and driving back home 3 1/2hrs, after pleading over and over he said he would do it this once, so I paid the deposit which I had no problem with .... We had the room booked for three nights, after the first day of our room not having any housekeeping ( I had not placed the do not disturb sign on the door) the next day as we were heading out I saw one of the chamber maids on our floor so I asked if she could please tend our room as I have two boys and ones in diapers so garbages were a big thing, she then proceeded to tell me we were not on her list but she would make a note, then as we walked to elevator I greeted another chamber maid , and said we werent on the other list maybe we were on hers and she said no were on the other girls , so I politely asked if someone could please make note to go to our room. After returning 6 hours later, or room was still not touched, I ended up taking my garbage our and letting the front know it still hadnt been cleaned up, so the lady at the front ( who was the nicest out of everyone i dealt with there ) sent someone up to do so. Check out date I talked to the front desk , as they wanted to check my room to release the deposit which I knew would be no problem. I got my deposit back and wanted to talk to the manager but she was busy so I took a card. A few days pass and I emailed to explain the situation, I was not rude and I felt her to be very condescending, I also asked her about returning in the future as me and my boys will be doing many trips now the next several months, and now I am aware of the credit card situation. I thought maybe due to the fact we didnt cause any trouble or damage things and left a deposit that maybe we could come back there the next time, and she told me that they made that exception the one and only time as it gets confusing for the front, and insinuated I used cash for my deposit and that the credit card security is to ensure guest safety and hotel safety ?? So having a credit card makes me a safer guest ?? If i was paying cash ( which I was not i used my visa debit ) I am not creditable ? So needless to say even if I were to have a credit card I will not be staying here again and I will make sure I let everyone I know to do the same and as the looks of it I am not the only one who has had problems. Its too bad because I would have been a repeat customer as I had stated before I would be coming down every weekend or every second , but I will defiantly take my business elsewhere ,specially for the price

The WiFi is totally free, the water pressure for the shower is great and its overall a great hotel experience. Best Ive ever had.

Room is alright, were sleeping in a hide-a-bed that feels like they put a foamy over a chain link fence. Cable tv is still standard def. Good thing I dont like soccer as I couldnt make out the numbers, names etc.. Dont understand how any hotel still offers standard tv in this age.

Fairly central location. Parking was a bit tough. We stayed on a Friday night and the pub had a few drinks but they were harmless. Did make me a bit concerned for my vehicle though. Breakfast was simple but filling.

Poor service when we needed it. Someone was smoking pot above our room and the smell found its way into our bathroom. While not the fault of the hotel - it wasnt a great experience to have to use the lobby bathroom when we had to go. We had two rooms because our group was large- one od the toilets overflowed, and instead of cleaning it the manager handed me some gloves, towels, garbage bags, and a plunger to clean it all myself as the housekeeping staff was gone for the day. I do the cleaning at home- shouldnt have to pay to do it. :( They did give us 60 bucks off the final bill when I complained- But this was not a very good experience.

It appears this hotel may have been converted to a Ramada from a non-branded one. I maybe wrong on this statement. We got the room with a queen bed on the second floor. Room was clean and bed linens had no concerns. The room décor could use an upgrade along with the carpeting. The complimentary breakfast had a handsome amount of offerings and included eggs, sausages, pan cakes, cereals, etc.

Its a great hotel. The staff are pleasant and the room is excellent. Over all i would recommend this to family and other people

Ramada Pitt meadows doesnt even deserve one star. The front desk kicked out an entire wedding party on the night of the wedding. Many family and friends came out to enjoy a child free evening and got ruined by the jerk at the front desk. Not worth leaving my baby for the first time ever to stay here. Worst costumer service ever.

There is a negative review below from another guest that ought to be clarified: Although it is true that a wedding party was unable to stay in the hotel a few nights ago, the reasons why are far outside the responsibility of the hotel and its employees. After kindly explaining that a credit card was required for a pre-authorization on the room and that a debit card would not be suitable (a policy that is nearly universal and properly explained on a large poster immediately visible upon arrival) the wedding party became extremely hostile spewing hateful, racial slurs and unwarranted abuse toward the front desk attendant. Even after my uncle offered to use his credit card for the pre-authorization as a token of good will, which should have alleviated the problem, the party continued their verbal assault of the employee. It was at this point the guests were asked to leave and one male even had to be forcibly removed by his friends. Resorting to providing a poor review of an establishment is childish, especially when the hotel employee did everything in his power to find a solution to the issue. Racist and abusive statements, regardless of the situation at hand, is never acceptable, especially when considering the Neo-Nazi rally that occurred in the US that very same evening. The hotel is clean and newly updated, offering an outdoor, heated pool/covered spa, continental breakfast, attached restaurant/pub and the employees have been helpful and courteous in all my interactions with them over the past two nights. The location is not the most ideal as access is somewhat difficult but certainly not impossible. My real rating would put the hotel at a 4/5 but in order to somewhat average out their skewed rating Ill leave it at a 5/5.

You are looking for a quiet place to rest, this is the right place, you sleep like a baby and you dont feel anything from outside, no type of sound, really recommendable.

Okay I guess

I am very disappointed in our last night stay at this hotel- there was a power outage from 6pm until 2:30am. I understand that things happen, however its how poorly prepared your hotel was and how they responded to my concerns. (Especially when we were told there was a previous power outage recently). Room was clean overall except for the leaking window. I went to the front desk and simply asked for a flashlight as our cells were now dead and we could not charge them- I was told no because they would have to give flashlights to everyone. Not even a glowstick was offered- and I would have happily settled for a glow stick. So instead of sitting in a dark room we took our children and left the hotel for most of the evening. The stairwell was pitch black when we came back after 10:30pm. Completely BLACK until the very top of the 2nd floor. It was horrible trying to manoeuvre the kids up pitch black stairs. My children and I had to literally feel our way up the stairs- running our hands up the walls- one hit his head into the wall as were completely disorientated and scared- it was very creepy. To be honest even I was a little scared. I was exhausted by morning- I didnt want to sleep until I knew we had power as we had to be up by a certain time. I was told in the morning by our fellow teammate that at least we could get a later check out of noon- as that is what they were allowed. So I asked for the same check out time and was told no. Only after I got a little upset over this they reluctantly allowed us until 11:30. On top of it all- they charged us the full rate! I am very disappointed and think we should not have been charged the full amount for this horrible night. There was no temp control and our room was cold. No one slept well. There should have been at least a discount offered for that night yet they said they would discount anything at all. They offered me a discount next time I stay- Yeah that wont be happening.

The pub that is attached to it thats called Samz is AWESOME and super reasonably priced.. the ramada is actually has a pretty budget continental breakfast compared to some places I have stayed. But its food.

I stayed with my family (me, my wife and two children). hotel is a bit far from Vancouver, but there is free parking at the hotel and its easy to get to Vancouver in 30 mins driving. the room was nice and clean with basic cable TV and a phone and wifi. breakfast is included and it is simple but good and fresh. the staff was friendly and my kids loved the outdoor swimming pool and bathtub. i lost one of the room keys, the staff helped me right away, issuing me another one. for the money i paid, it was a very good experience in this hotel. i would definitely stay in this hotel again.

So surprised to find such a classy hotel in Pitt Meadows and for such a reasonable price - breakfast included! Well be staying here again for sure.

Pretty nice hotel. The lobby staff is polite and helpful. They also sell drinks and snacks in the lobby, which is pretty nice when you dont have cash for the vending machine. Pretty much like the snack section at a convenience store. The rooms are comfortable. The beds are really nice and the pillows are a bit lumpy but are comfortable nonetheless. The rooms are kept quite clean and the cleaning everyday is pretty thorough. The TVs are quite new and not locked with LodgeNet or anything, so you can plug in your laptop and watch some Netflix or do whatever else you feel like. The internet is through Ethostream so you have Wireless or Wired internet. The connection seems pretty quick. If youre into gaming, the actual connection is very stable. I have had a few issues where I had to reconnect but its resolved easily enough. In the morning, theres a free continental breakfast. Its nothing special but theres a good selection including mini muffins, fruit loops, raisin bran, boiled eggs, toast, etc. If you have to stay in the area, you cant go wrong with the Ramada.
