Ordered 2 large pizzas Won’t order from that location ever again . Hardly any toppings . All I tasted was the bread , cheese is burnt.awful .
The second time this has happened. Ordered pizza for game 7 of the Stanley cup. Order was taken and was told one hour. At an hour an fifteen minutes I called. They asked me what’s your address again? I said why don’t you tell me what you have. It was incorrect but the right street so I figured it would just be a few mins. Kids are starving and getting cranky. 45 mins later still no pizza. I called the store and suggested that the pizza should be free and he agreed. When the driver shows up two hours and 15 mins later he said we ll give you 10 percent off. Not a chance. Extremely disappointed with this whole experience and will never get pizza from this chain again. Never once did the actual driver call me. Ordered pango and it was at my door in 25 mins. They also just called me to give me a 10 dollar credit for any delays the other day when it was wasn’t delayed. So many better pizza places to order from dont go here and if you do be prepared to possibly wait over 2 hours and we’re talking about pizza here. 🤣
Good honest slice of pizza. Whether it's a quick slice as a snack or whole pizza for family dinner, you get your money's worth. The cheese and sauce is solid, not too sweet like most. The crust is thick but yet airy. Never had a bad pizza from here. Service is quick and knowledgeable.
Papa Leo’s Pizza is so good! The staff is friendly and always happy to accommodate requests. For instance, I am g/f (celiac) ask them to take out the G/f pizza early!! Most pizza places burn the g/f pizza because it is so thin. It is a learning curve. Let restaurants know so they can improve! Be kind. Also, if you want to make sure they have specific slices of pizza call them in advance ~they will make sure they have it. All you have to do is ask them! I find errors here are uncommon, but if you ever have any, let them know and they will fix it! We are Pitt proud here and love this pizza joint!
Great little pizza place you are able to buy singular pieces of pizza to try out different types or if you are on a budget it's also awesome. They have full size pizzas also and lots of selections The staff are absolutely wonderful they are very quick and eager to help. The location is in a very convenient area I'd like to add as it's in the same parking Lott as 711 great job pappa Leo's and staff 5 stars all around I will be coming back soon 🙏
Great little pizza place. Grabbed a Pappa Leo’s favourite for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. It was ready in 15 min for pickup Staff was kind and courteous If I’m in the area again I will go back

Excellent quality Pizza here with a reasonable price. $5 for 2 large slices (and a pop) is a great deal, and they always have great quality pizza. Their Hawaiian is awesome - love the way that you get ham in every bite. (they layer sliced ham below all of the toppings - covering the entire slice!) Their Buffalo/Barbeque chicken pizza is my favorite, however I have not seen this offered as a 'by the slice' option. Maybe something to try sometime???

1 hour before closing, staff member says theyre only selling by the slice. I call BS. Its not like I wanted delivery, I walked in! 9pm on a 10pm closing. As soon as I exited, he turned out the lights! Not impressed... will be voicing this complaint too.

Not bad for a conventional thick crust pizza. Prices for a full pizza might be a bit out to lunch considering the competition near by, but theyre super convenient for grabbing a few tasty slices for lunch.

Absolutely terrible gluten free pizza. As someone who is celiac, I have limited options for pizza. The last few times I ve ordered from there, the crust has been burnt to a crisp, hard to eat and way over cooked. Celiacs, don t go here for pizza. It s a 1 star

Our group ordered 10 pizza, 6 varieties, and they arrived only 10 minutes late. Everyone of our group of 30 enjoyed them. They were hot and tasty and the delivery person was polite and helpful. We would recommend.
Very good pizza and crust. I recommend doing a pickup or as I do. I go to store and order and is usually 10 to 12 minute wait from taking your order to in your hands and out the door. This pizza is really good fresh out of the oven, 30 mins old not so much.
Finally after many years figured out that I need to order extra pizza sauce!
Hello, my names Logan, and to be honest, this is the best papa Leo s ever. The people are always curdious, respectful, exciting , and over all are great employees, the owner is also very pleasant! They are very nice people to create a friendship with!
Good pizza, but service is not great. Pick up when you can. Last night we ordered delivery, and it just never showed up (this is the second time this has happened). They forget drinks and dips almost every time we order delivery, and say that they will credit us on our next order. Never happens.
Why is the other papa Leos so cheap with toppings and the doe is so flat and small but I come to the Pitt meadows location and its waaaay way better

The pizzas are good and friendly service when you are at the restuarnt but i cant say the same when calling to place an order the kid who took down the order needs to learn how to speak more politly to clients.

So we prdered the Big Kahuna double ham double pineapple topped with mozzarella... well it should be named zero kahuna with double the pizza sauce half the ham hard bits of pineapple and wheres the mozzarella. Not from here so didnt have any experience with this place but it was garbage. Qlso ordered a beef taco pizza it was half decent little to no sour cream on it but decent ish none the less! Also after knocking the delivery guy jist tried to walk into our hotel room... creepy and not cool. All around terrible experience!

Normally pretty good but whoever thought putting a paper plate between the pizza wasn t thinking! bought 2 slices and didn t notice they put a plate between the slices got home and didn t eat the pizza for about 30 mins, went to grab a slice and the paper plate had ripped off on to the bottom of the top piece, and on the top of the bottom piece, I don t normally like paper as a topping nor did I ask for paper. no pizza for me. Pretty hangry now.

DONT EVER GET PIZZA DELIVERED. I waited an hour and half for ONE pizza that never showed up I finally called and asked about it and they said they rang my doorbell and knocked on my door AND called me....hmm I dont have a missed call AND I DONT HAVE A DOOR BELL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Update.....juust asked my landlord if they knocked at their door and NOPE no knock....hope the delivery guy enjoyed a free pizza
Was in Ridge Meadows for a ball game tonight. Needed something to eat on the way home so I took a chance, pizza is awesome and the staff was great. Definitely a great pizza joint.
Best pizza store in B.C.! Always fresh ingredients, super friendly stuff. If you want to try best pizza this is the store to go to!

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I didnt think this would be achieved on one visit. Forget it. I was going to let the first slight pass. But then my pizza doesnt have the toppings I ordered. Forget it. Forget the children left to operate the kitchen with a lack of competence. Forget the disregard. Forget this place. I have my place I like locally and its not Papa Leos.

Staff are too young and do not pay attention to the customer! Ordered delivery and took an hour 30 minutes. Called and told us we ordered for pick up... WRONG we always order delivery and this time was no different! The thing that has be so upset is that the manager blames me!!!!

Not impressed at all. Delivery today was 50 minutes late. Pizza was tasteless. Crust, chewy and doughy. Hardly any sauce at all. I would estimate that for an entire medium pie, two tablespoons of tasteless, bland, unseasoned sauce was used. Well lets be honest, there was so little of it so thinly spread that it was impossible to really give the sauce an honest assessment. Pulled up the cheese and toppings on one slice and hardly saw any sauce. I wont be ordering again.
