The service to slow the waitress are so busy helping other tables but not mine my chicken are so dry and I found I chicken drumstick in my plate really bad service for to expensive dinner and I have food poisoning also in this restaurant

I had wanted to visit to have dinner and brunch for many years. My husband and I thought it would be a great date night, and it was! Everything was fantastic and the sunset was beautiful we enjoyed ourselves so much we went for brunch, it was buffet style lots and lots to choose from. This place will not disappoint.

Went here for a wedding recently. We had the back room upstairs near the bar and the staff were. Super helpful. The bartenders were amazing. The food was amazing. Overall really had a good experience here.

The Loft was a wonderful experience and surprise! My wife and I were hungry for something small and stopped by on a whim. The menu, the service and staff were exceptional. Our waitress, Gracie was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in all respects. This will be our go to dining place from now on. I can t wait to experience the pistachio crusted rack of lamb. Ambiance galore!

Very nice atmosphere and good food. Excellent service. Nice to have good restaurant in Maple Ridge instead of having to drive to Langley or further.

The service was good, but we did not enioy the $70 3 Course Holiday Dinner. The west coast chowder was too salty with a bone found in one of the salmon chunks. The grilled blade steak sauce was also too salty and the texture of the chocolate mousse tart was grainy.

Breakfast with Santa is a tradition for our family. We always have a good experience when attending this event. The entertainment was a terrific singer.

We came for the Brunch With Santa. Food was great, Santa & the Singer/Guitarist was fabulous. The serving staff were there right away with coffee & tea, and then we never saw them again all meal.

We had the NYE 4 course dinner. From the moment we arrived, it was excellence all the way. The serving staff was so polite, courteous and went above and beyond to see to your dining experience. The live music created an atmosphere of joy and romance. Are plan is to return for a Sunday meal.

Been here years ago for Sunday Brunch it was GOOD...thought Id check out there Happy Hour it was the 1st week after New Years so Im not going to comment...

Breakfast buffet was super delicious! Beautiful views from the loft. Best you can get with buffet dining.

We had a Christmas party and it was great

Extremely disappointed. When we first arrived we waited to be seated and then we re told the table with black chairs was ours and to seat ourselves. Then we sat and waited for 7 minutes for any service. Our appetizer was great. The The Lofts food has gone down in quality since Covid. The menu is more limited. No dine out Vancouver this year. My steak wa a supposed to be medium rare was just medium not juicy at all. The daily vegetables were over seasoned some were cold some were hot. I asked for asparagus instead of the potatoes and half were mushy. The service was slow. Even though they had lots of staff. We will not be returning.

The food and drinks were good, but the service was a little lacking. After the main course was served our waiter disappeared. The bread refills we requested never came and neither did the fresh ground pepper. If it was busy, I could understand, but it wasnt.

We were given a private area. We were supposed to have 10 adults and 4 children but we had 7 adults and 2 children. The selection of food was amazing! Breakfast with an omelette station, lunch and dessert! The variety was fantastic as was the food. The waitress was continually checking on our drinks and removing dishes. We will definitely book there again.

This place is a gem . Our family really enjoyed the food it was delicious. We walked out on the balcony and what a breathtaking view . The waitress was attentive refilled water and coffee as needed .Overall 10/10 . Vegetarian options: There was vegetable , rice , tons of fruits , we did the brunch Dietary restrictions: There are so many choices . I m sure it hits every dietary restriction. Parking: Lots of parking available Kid-friendliness: We brought the kids and no issues Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator and plenty of room for a wheel chair to get around

My husband Darrell and I went for a romantic dinner last Saturday night we had a nice seat overlooking the course and were attended to promptly by our waiter and served our wine it was 6:30.We enjoyed our wine and conversation and after 20 minutes ordered our dinner, all was well, at around 7:20 our meals arrived and delicious ten minutes later some very loud Karnatak music , you could not talk and you could not eat slowly or savor your food we just wanted to run out! No dessert or after dinner drinks , we packed the rest of our meal up paid and left! I think it was poor planning on the part of the manager and I am not sure we will be back!

Great Easter brunch. However highly disappointed in mothers day brunch.

I had my friends rehearsal dinner at this restaurant, and because we had a big group of 16 people, we had a shortened menu. The menu was personalized with their names which was nice, and everyone raved about how good the food was. We overlooked a beautiful golf course and the only thing I could point out being not phenomenal was that getting our food did take awhile. BUT we were a group of 16 people so Im sure they did their best. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for places to eat in this area!

The most amazing experience !my husband and I were unsure of trying this place because of some of the bad reviews but let me tell you the negative reviews are nothing like what we experience!!!!! Dylan was our server .He was so attentive & nice. The food was delicious. We tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and also ordered the prawn pesto ,for drinks We ordered the broken golf cart and was satisfied with it. The view was so beautiful and relaxing.Overall great experience highly recommend for a date night.

Normally we go to Langley for Sunday brunch, this time decided to try The Loft at Pittmeadows. That was a big disappointment. Food looked like hospital food and not hot enough. There was only one other family there to eat the whole time I was there. There were just few options and not appetizing. Nothing was tasty. I would not go back for sure. Too expensive for what it was. Very disappointed

One of Metro Vancouvers few restaurants that doesnt just serve glorified cafeteria food. Real food - meat and vegetables, etc. -with professional wait staff in a lovely setting.

Excellent golf course, but we went for dinner at the Loft. Dining was fine indeed, food was fresh and outstanding. Nice and quiet so you can have conversation. Will return as regulars.

Amazing food, from appetizers to dessert! Our waiter Sai was phenomenal. I couldnt decide what to drink and he offered to surprise me, he did this later for dessert too, did not disappoint! Best calamari Ive ever had. The fresh halibut with split pea risotto was absolute, mouthwatering perfection. Getting married at the golf course, which there is a beautiful view of from the restaurant here, in September and cant wait for the food!

We had a great time and food when we went out to dinner with friends

The menu is limited about 4 appetizers and about 8 mains. We shared the pork belly and calamari. The appetizers were tasty and the portions were a good size. My wife and her friend had the chicken for their main course and said it was excellent. My friend had the salmon and said it was tasty but it was a small plate of food. I had the lamb and I had expected a rack for the price but I was served 4 small pieces of lamb. I actually left hungry. I have had dinner at the Loft several times and it s always been excellent. But this time I was a bit disappointed on the portion size of the lamb.

We went for a Christmas party and have to say the food was excellent. The service was right on and the decor inside was festive. My only downgrade is the lack of ambiance for the outside, very plain and industrial. Food : 5/5

Really good Mothers Day brunch. All good items were good to great and service was excellent. Only two small issues. Mimosas were too sweet for my taste and the bacon was quite a bit too flaccid!

After a group dinner on June 18, it was almost comical how awful everything was. - the commutation just to book a table of 8 was almost offensive, they did not call back after a few messages, I reached out on Facebook messaging service, at first didn t know what I was talking about, then confirmed my booking with a . I received a call the next day and they changed the time the last minute. - they forgot to bring us out bread - never asked us if we wanted drinks, we d have to wave down a server from the gaggle of employees standing around chit chatting at the bar. - quality of food was poor for what you pay, it came cold, undercooked, and I m pretty sure the mash potatoes were from the brunch buffet. Overall, one of the worst dinner experiences I ve had and I recommend you take your money elsewhere.

The food was amazing! Everything tasted delicious and the presentation was excellent! However, the service was horrible. The girl that sat us, refilled our water and checked in on us was great! Unfortunately, she wasn t our waiter. We ended up waiting 15 minutes for our waiter to take our drink orders and another 25 for him to bring them! We only saw him 3 times! It wasn t even busy. Sadly, we will not be back

This is my second time coming to the loft and the first time was really good, unfortunately this time was a disappointment. I ordered the lamb and they asked how I wanted it cooked and I said medium. It came to me very rare. I don t like to send food back but the lamb was barely warm in the middle so I did. When it came back it was still rare. The waitress, who was lovely, told me they remade it. It was not remade because the one piece I had bitten into was still there. She was not impressed that the kitchen staff lied to her and neither was I. At this point I lost all trust in the kitchen staff to not tamper with my food if I sent it back again so I just gave it back to the waitress and asked her to remove it from the bill. This review would be a one star if not for my first visit to The Loft but I m not sure I ll return.

Loved our dining experience so much, we decided to get married here.

We went for dinner last Sunday night. The service was fantastic and the drinks were delicious. We had truffle fries and they were the best . We ended up packing our dinner to go as it was a but too hot outside, but enjoyed it when we got home. Cant wait to go back.

Service is always great, drinks are good, but expect golf course food (not a bad thing, just not over the top amazing).

Great service from the staff, but the food can be a bit hit or miss. Their duck is quite nice, but their risotto is a bit bland. Their fish is pretty good, Max the linguine vongole is just okay.

This bistro would do great in an inner city school. Cafeteria food is not my thing however I m sure there are plenty of hungry, hormonal 17 year old football players that are absolutely craving a steak that you can break your teeth on.

Played a Christmas gig on Sunday

The Loft is one of our go to spots in Ridge Meadows for good food and quality friendly service. Weve been going for over 10 years and have never had a bad meal. Views on clear days are lovely. Special occasions, larger groups, and girls night out all fit in with this mostly adult crowd. They deserve far better than their current average 3.9 score. Pitt Meadows is lucky to have them.

If youre looking for a good Sunday brunch, search elsewhere and save your money. The selection is lacking and the service was slow, food was average at best.

Wow! My Salmon was delicious!! The orders going to other tables looked amazing!!! The service was mainly on point ... had a delay in my drink coming. Must have taken longer to boil water. They did have a large party there. The washrooms very clean. Prices reasonable considering the quality of the food.

Unfortunately... our first visit will be our last. My husband ordered the beef dip... that was very salty, and the fries were loaded with pepper. I ordered the salmon with rice and veggies my one piece broccoli, one piece of cauliflower and one slice of red pepper was slightly disappointing. And the salmon looked/tasted like it was processed and out of a vaccum sealed bag. I don t like to complain, but since our visit was over $100. I thought I d be honest about experience. The staff was lovely and friendly. And we did not have a view of mountains.

Lovely place for a wedding

Some of our favorite entrees are gone now, as the menu changes seasonally. But their house salad is one of the best Ive had! And we do love their buffets (omelettes are ) on Sundays and on special occasions. Also, they seem to have one exceptional waiter, Tom.

Went here for Easter dinner with the family. It was easy to set up a reservation and there was no problem in getting us seated and drinks out in a timely manner. Pretty darn good service for a busy weekend. It is more of an upscale restaurant but not to exorbitantly priced.

We were there for the Sunday Brunch. Great view while eating. They had an omelette station which was good. They had a lot of pasta items for their brunch and breaded items. Fruit pickings where mediocre, almost like the had a fruit tray from Costco and put it out. Would I go again? Probably not.

Dinner for 4 adults annd 1 child. Started with a very long hair found in glass. 2 of 5 entrees served then we were told they ran out of kids meal. This is something you normally would tell guests waaaay before serving entress. ALWAYS FEED THE KIDS FIRST. 5 min later the 3rd entree served was the wrong dish. 4th entree served was incomplete....which they knew but took 10min longer to serve the asparagus that came with it. What a disaster.

Good service, need a better selection for Brunch

First time at the Loft last night and we wont be back anytime soon. The food was good but the service was beyond slow. We had to make multiple requests for beverages. Our reservation was for 6:30 and we were still there at 9:30. The server was pleasant but run off his feet. Not a good first impression.

Had a golf tournament and the course is great. The Loft put on an amazing BBQ dinner afterwards. First class show

This was a pleasant experience. The Loft has a great view on a sunny afternoon. Four of us, two burgers and two soup and sandwich specials. Lots of tasty fries, nice fresh salads, the soup was good, and the sandwiches were all fresh and tasty. Combined with good service, it was all you could ask for. And the prices were fair. We will return.

Second time at this establishment and it will be the last. Went for dinner with a group of friends and the service as well as the food was unacceptable. It was as if we were stuck in a corner and forgotten. It was not that busy so that is not an excuse. Had the turkey dinner. It arrived lukewarm after a very long wait. No gravy as was stated on the menu. Vegetables were just warmed basically raw. After waiting forever for the 3 courses: Soup, main and dessert. We sat for a very long time and had to ask the waiter 3 times for our bills. They came one by one, and it was to be frank a totally painful experience. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.
