Everything the 4 of us ordered was served hot and delicious by a friendly faced waitress.

Food was good and service was nice. I got the meat and two and paid $6 for the salmon. The salmon was very good and well prepared but considering I could ve bought twice the amount of salmon for $8, it seemed a little overpriced. I would Go here again as the food was good and the server was very good even if a little Overwhelmed at the lunch crowd so it seemed.

Pulled up at 8:30 p.m. sign on door stated 10:00 p.m. closing time. Chairs were placed on tables and staff cleaning up. Went in to find out what deal was. Was told by personnel they were closing at 9:00 p.m. due to having no customers. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will NEVER darken door again and will make sure everyone I ever speak with knows of this HORRIBLE place of business .. Doors will not be open long with customer service like this!!!!!!!!!

Always good food and service. The catfish is excellent! Salads are also very good. We eat here often and it never disappoints.

Dont get the brisket sliders. At least 50% of the little chunks were fat. The sweet potato fries werent fully cooked. The flies were annoying. They need airlocks at both outside doors. But our waitress Stacy was excellent. Parking: Right in front.

Went and got a haircut today and stopped in for a to go order for myself and my service pup, he gets a burger when we go out from time to time for a treat. Ms. Kelsie greeted us at the door with a smiling face and was more than happy to take our order. She waited by the kitchen till the food was ready and brought it. On my pup s meal box she had even handwritten a smiley face with the words For the pup on it that s personal touch right there. Got home and my pup ate his cheeseburger and fries and is now taking a nice nap. The food was excellent and the people are great! If the managers/owners read this, give Ms Kelsie a pat on the back, she earned it and me and puppy will be back again.

Beer is ICE COLD. Kelsey was our server in the bar and shes great! Had the fried catfish platter - delicious! We didnt expect live music and enjoyed a great band, too. This was just what ya want after a long day of travel. Putting it on our list of places to stop when coming thru again.

The Cobb salad with grilled chicken is scrumptious. Update July 21, 2024 We just went in to Sidelines Grill - Pleasant View, TN and although the door says they were open until 10, the first waitress looked at us and said, What time is it? and ran back to the kitchen. A moment later a different waitress comes out and says bluntly...Kitchens closed. I said, But, your door says 10... She said, We close at 8 on Sunday. Then a different person from the kitchen followed us out the door to her waiting ride, cussing and fussing about us as we were discussing where else we could go get a sit down dinner in Sunday in this town... No, maam. I know customer service ... that is not it.

Food was good once we got it. We were a party of 2 ordering a standard hamburger with tots and cheese pizza, so nothing super customized. We saw three tables who came in after us get their orders before us. Not many sit down restaurants open in a small town on Mondays which is why we came here.

Every single time Ive been here, no matter what I order, its absolutely delicious. Theyre usually busy so service can be a bit slow at times, but it is well worth the wait.

Stopped in based on a recommendation from the front desk of the hotel we stayed at. The pulled pork was awesome and our waitress was friendly and attentive. If you re looking for comfort food, music and a hometown atmosphere, you re in the right place.

Everything is good here. My favorites are the Southwest egg rolls and tots! The club sandwich and the fettuccine chicken Alfredo are my go tos everytime!

It was very quiet and almost closing time on Sunday evening but the staff were very friendly and service was quick.

This place is terrible. I try not to write 1 stars, but this place deserves it. This is the 2nd time weve been here and received either terrible or no service. Our 1st time was awful, but I get it. Some people have a bad day. Came back tonight to try again, and either we are ghosts or the wait staff is blind! 4 tables, us being one of them and 3 servers. They are cleaning tables, chatting, and greeting a guest who clearly came in after us. I try to support local as much as I can, but this place isnt it. I feel like its one of those must be a local to get service places. Which is great for them! But as a new person to the area, dont waste your time. There are a lot better local places with great service and food.

We were eating here quite regularly, but will not be. The last 2 times we have been here most the food is cold or under cooked. Tonight I ordered meatloaf, Mac and cheese, and sweet potato fries. The meatloaf was hot, Mac and cheese was not even luke warm and the sweet potato fries, well, they were hot, some were not cooked all the way through and others had been reheated. We did get there about 7:20 pm and they close at 8, still our food should not have been like this. The last time we went we had trouble with cold food, even the meat. We told waitress each time. Its not waitress fault. As we were leaving we ran into people we knew, the young boy sitting with them ordered biscuits with his meal. They were so hard you could knock on the table with them and wouldnt come apart. Something really needs to be done.

I came with my mother on a school trip. We were served by Tiffany, and she was amazing. She was very friendly and understanding about our bus situation and the rush we were in. I overheard her being kind and patient with some elderly customers as well. If it was me paying, I would have given her a bigger tip. Not only that, but the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Lots of love from Iowa!

The pizza here is great. Ranch is great. The lack of stars is for how dirty it gets. No one hustles to prebus or help the bar clean up. Bartenders love to slam your glass into the ice and also not clean up. Togo, yes. Sit down...depends on the day March 2024 update. They still slam your cocktail glasses into the ice. Bartender 101 dont do. Yet they think theyre the best BTs in PV. Also, great place to go if you want to hear bar/mngt/wait staff arguing with each other. Smh

I ordered grilled chicken, mac n cheese, and green beans. The chicken and green beans were hot. The Mac n cheese was not hot like everything else.

Stop after traveling and had sandwiches for diner, had great service, food was good.

Place is dirty. They just remodeled a year ago and it has not been clean since. The new management should step up their game on cleaning instead of gossiping about customers or other staff. Management just stands around on their phones. Pick up a rag and wipe something off.

This a a great little place. The service always is above most major chains. The food is delicious and you never leave hungry. Definitely will come again.

We each ordered a meat platter. The chicken was the smallest chicken breast and dry. The meat loaf was full of peppers.

We have eat here for dinner and supper. Tried most of the stuff on the menu. Good food, good price. Not had to wait for a table Mon - Thurs. Would highly recommend this place to eat.

This was the first time I had been here, the place was extremely busy and there was hardly no place to sit. The bartender was ok, could have been a little friendly (just a little tip from one bartender to another 30t years). We had the cheeseburger, fries and pulled pork and fries. I have to say that there were the best fries we have had in a long time. There were about 8 or so of us and out of all of us that eat. Thought the fries were the best, also the portions were big. You got a lot of for what you paid. The prices were pretty good also. We just had a good time when we rode there. Thanks for great food with great family.

Found this gem on our way home. Grabbed a quick dinner and loved it. Awesome club sandwich and shrimp alfredo. Jessie was the sweetest server. Attentive, quick service, hot food, and just as described. They had karaoke on the other side. Very clean. Easy parking. Ample seating. Would go back if in that part of town again. Finely recommend for laid back, family friendly, good eats. Reasonable prices.

Nice place to come for some food and drinks. Had fried mushroom app (picture), I had chicken sandwich, hubby had BLT. (sandwich pix didnt turn out) all food was good. Servers were very good and friendly. Prices on menu are reasonable. Hampton Inn recommended them because they are close which was nice after long day in car.

Dining area is cold and drafty in the winter. Service is slow but friendly. Food portions are on the small side and is usually barely warm. They do have live music a couple nights a week.

We sat in the bar area. Our waitress had short hair and I didnt catch her name, but she was AWESOME, VERY ATTENTIVE, AND DIDNT FORGET ANYTHING. The grilled chicken club was the daily special and it was very good and I love their French Fries as usual! It was a 5 out 5 for me today!! Thank you for good food and good svc!! Rare in pleasant view sometimes. Took an hour an my order was wrong. What i got was good but what i ordered was better. Loaded tots and a philly extra pay sandwich. Its a french dip without the sauce. So....

Went with family on a Sunday afternoon. Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. Waiter was on point with refills and assistance. I had grilled chicken with bbq sauce, green beans, baked sweet potato and corn bread. The corn bread tasted homemade. It was all perfect. Would definitely go back.

My husband and I went there to eat on Memorial Day (5/29/23). The Monday vegetable special was onion rings, and the side special was baked potatoes. Sweet! I ordered both of those with my meal. Our server was a bit scattered and seemed to forget about us, however, she did seem to be the only one there. The main problem I had, and the reason I couldnt leave five stars, is because when she did remember us, she told me that they were out of baked potatoes. Then, while I was trying to decide on another side, she told a table near to us, dont worry, you can still get your potato skins. When she came back, I asked how that was possible, and she said that the potatoes needed time to bake, but the skins are much faster to cook. I asked, well, can I just get potato skins? She said sure, but did not say there would be an extra charge. When I got my food, there was two tiny potato skins, that together would make up maybe half of one potato when put together. When we got the bill, I was charged an extra three dollars for those two tiny skins. To be fair, their menu does say that they would be an extra charge to swap out. But when I am swapping them out FOR a baked potato, that I assume would have all of the same toppings, they were barely HALF what the baked potato I would have gotten would be, I think that is a bit ridiculous. I asked the server about it, and she said, oh, well you swapped, so thats the policy. I didnt bother talking to the manager, and I still left my usual 20%, I just calculated it as though that three dollars had not been charged. So in general, food is good, worth five stars, but policies are very petty and do not account for real world situations.

The waitress was rude. My daughter got food poisoning and I ordered a tall Tito s and tonic that was very weak and they DLL charged me! I will never go back! I also will tell everyone I know!

This was our first visit. We were on our way home from vacation and stopped here for dinner. We ordered the fried mushrooms app. The mushrooms were large and delicious probably the best I ve had. I had the club sandwich with tots and my husband had the fried pork chop with fries and coleslaw. Everything was prepared well and our server Corey was an excellent waiter.

In Pleasantview TN, you arent spoiled for choices when you want to eat out - but Sidelines does beat all the restaurants around. My favorite dish is the Meat and Two/Three meals picking the fried chicken, fried okra, and mashed potatoes. Very healthy meal with protein and a green vegetable They have a bar side and a standard seating side. Both have good service. We stop here frequently after church on Sunday

Ribeye steak is extremely overpriced for what you receive and doesnt have much flavor! Its only about inches thick and over half of it was fat and gristle. This is the 2nd time Ive tried it thinking the first time was just a bad run of steak. And $12.00 for 4 cheese sticks is absurd. They even charged me .25 cents for extra ranch dressing for my salad. I wont be back to this location or the Ashland City location either. Both Sidelines Grill locations just arent what they used to be folks! Quality down and prices up! Sad, but so true!

Canned green beans, canned greens SWIMMING in grease. The chicken breast was good though.

Second time we have been here. Were from AZ and have friends who live close to here and this is our go-to spot for food. The mozzarella sticks are HUGE and the people are always nice here. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I am 65 and I look it and me and my daughter after a family reunion in Nashville came home and she wanted to spend a little time with her mother,... Me! She picked this place instead of Swezeys she said the drinks are cheaper. We went to Sidelines Grill, We are sitting outside and we ordered and I could not get a rum and coke because I had no ID on me. The reason was I was picked up by my daughter because I am OLD for a family reunion to meet my sisters to meet in Nashville to eat at lunch and I did not have to drive. After the gathering me and my daughter came back home and wanted to hang out for a while and she picked Sidelines . We order and I cant get a drink because i did not have my license with me because i did not think I would have to need it. But I am a old grey haired wrinkly women and I could not get a rum and coke. I will never go there again. Trust me I do not look like I am younger than 21. My daughter that was with me had her ID and she is 45. I will never come back and I will make sure living here for 30 yrs and lots of friends I will tell them!!!! That is just stupid.I am 65 for crying out loud. It all boils down too some waitress that was on the side saw this and snitched She was in her 50s lady with a bun. They will never get my business ever again nor any of my family.

11/11/23 was horrible. Ordered steak medium, received it rare. Still cold in the middle.. my father ordered his medium well and received his rare also. He asked for his to be thrown back on the grill. They brought it back within 2 minutes still rare.. grill cook sucks. Beer was cold

Been to this one and the one in Ashland City several times foods okay seems like they needed to change the oil the fried mushrooms aint what they used to be and my wife had to kill a fly she was eating her salad would love to give you another chance I understand were all trying to get employees to work but it would have been better if it oil was better and we didnt have to kill flies while we ate but our waitress was awesome very sweet young lady thank you

Members of our group had salmon salad, pizza, chopped steak and fettuchini alfredo; it was all great! Our service was quick as well! It was a little chilly in there as they have lift up glass garage doors for summertime dining and they dont insulate very well in wintertime, so if you get cold easily, you may want to wear a jacket while you are there. Enjoy! They have entertainment too...from kareoke night to a band playing!

Food tasted great as always - I recommend the catfish or fried pork chop. Service was also good.
