Subway in Pleasant View

Ladies were kind of rude. Sandwich was over toasted so it was dusty. I paid extra for extra meat and it was less than they normally would do.. I ordered online so that was my bad. But just super disappointed in how well they did cause I love Subway. Might drive farther for a different Subway next time

Subs are fresh and restaurant is always clean.

Clean af, not greedy with the meat, white faces.

I would give it higher ratings if I child use my subway app and coupons, but they dont participate in any coupon programs.

These guys give Subway a good name! They are always adequately staffed so that there is generally no waiting in order to get your food. The ingredients are fresh and the food is prepared quickly and with care. The employees are attentive and friendly and act like they want to be there. As far as Subways go, this one is among the best that I have been to.

Nicest Subway experience weve had. Food delicious and fresh. Clean, attractive and well-staffed. Just off the highway exit.

Ordered a sandwich with double meats and cheese. Turn around time at the window was great. But when I got home I noticed that there was not double meat and cheese. Called into the store and the lady at the window answered. She told me that she watched the sandwich being made and saw the double meats. How did you watch the sandwich being made when you were at the window where I was? So besides being a liar she gave me the options of dealing with it or driving back out there to deal with a manager. Easier to deal with the loss of a 20 dollar sandwich versus another 45 minutes of driving. Will never come back here. If I could I would give it 0/5 stars.

I have the subway in pleasant view several changes on their food and once again they are serving old meatballs. I tried to call them and no answer as usual. Friendly workers but poor management (owners)

Brand new location, the gentlemen working were all attentive and courteous and the food was fresh and tasty.

Always soft bread unlike the one in Joelton. Pleasant view store is a good experience every time I go!

This store never accepts the coupons I get in the mail, every time I try to order in the app, I get frustrated to find my 6.99 price will only work if I pick a store 10 miles away.

I drive from Nashville to Clarkesville daily and sometimes pop in at this subway. I haven t had a bad experience yet. I love the fact that it s drive-through and I don t have to get out of my car and my sandwiches have always been exactly right each time.

Only eat Subway when theres nothing else around

Oooof, $27+ bucks for a footlong combo and a wrap.....before the tip they ask for. Tried to tell me but were giving 30% more meat and extra cheese. Sure didnt look like it, though. The telling part is that the same order is cheaper right down the road. They dont take coupons either. The guy has to pay for that new building, and the 3rd liquor store we dont need, I guess. Sad Small City left. They had way better sandwiches but couldnt keep workers. BTW, what am I tipping for other than to help the owner keep his avg pay down? Its counter service. The employees are always really nice, though. I think they get it, too. At least the one Ive talked to about it did. If we had a Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns, this place would be out of business. I just dont see the value anymore.

This is a very good subway. If youre in a rush or just want good service & a comfortable environment to dine in. Its decently a subway to try out. Parking: 10-20 spots Kid-friendliness: Its a sun way with plenty if tables & booths. Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty sure the curb has a small ramp for wheelchair & handicap folks.

I dont typically write bad reviews over wrong orders, but what is going on with this Subway? Not once, but TWICE now Ive gotten home to find my sandwich is not only missing cheese, but also has random sauces and veggies I didnt even ask for (even triple checked on the screen to make sure they any werent added after the first time this has happened). You get charged $30 for only two sandwiches and they cant even get them right. Absolutely ridiculous that this has happened more than once within a week. So sick of paying their ridiculous prices and then driving 20 minutes home to discover that they cant even read their orders correctly. Maybe they just dont care and slap whatever random condiments and veggies they find out of pure laziness.

We ve been going to this subway for years but the other day, a worker named Brian completely made my day. I was inside for about the second time since I ve been pregnant, and he remembered me from the first time and went and told the guy actually making my sandwich to make sure and heat the meat hot for me It just was really nice that someone else was invested in the health of my baby. Thank you.

The best subway Ive ever been to and the ONLY subway Ive gone to for about 2 years. I work in Nashville but live in Clarksville so I stop by in passing. The food is always fresh, the customer service is always top tier and they have an employee who memorizes my order.

My son knows this drive-thru to be the best Subway anywhere. And he likes to eat Subway like three or four times a week so hes an expert! White bread, Turkey,v provolone toasted mayonnaise, black pepper, lettuce, and tomato.... every time baby!

The only downfall was that. The ac was blaring on me. For my husband. Didnt seem to bother him nor anyone else. I thought it was just a bit cold.

Clean inside, friendly employees, great sandwiches. The best little pizza, like a pan pizza and you choose what toppings and the price is the same

This is the best Subway around and is one of the best places to eat in Pleasant View. The staff is always kind and the food quality is consistent. The new location is the cherry on top. Thanks guys! Food

Place stays clean been there 3 times in two weeks. Staff is awesome, have no complaints about the place.

First, I ordered from store 11722-0 (ASHALAND CITY, SYCAMORE SQ) and they called me back and told me they did not have the bread I requested for the 4 sandwiches and cancelled my order and informed me that it would take several days to refund my money!!!!! REALLY!!!! YOU TOOK IT IMEDIATELY WHY CANT YOU RETURN IT SO? I KNOW YOU WILL BLAME THE BANKS BUT IT IS REALLY YOU!!!! So, I had to reorder everything from store 24027-0 (PLEASANT VIEW) because it could not be transferred. Then they called me and told me that they only had two of the loaves of bread that had requested! No real sorry or any thig from the store! Just thats the way it is! Take it or leave! If you dont like it cancel you order! Not to mention that this store charges more than other Subways locally! Why is it that we are supposed to settle for whatever we get than what we should get! Your teenage staff have NO TRAINING IN CUSOMER SERVICE!!! THEY DONT CARE!!! THE STORE OWNERS DONT CARE!!!! SUBWAY DOESNT CARE!!!!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING! AND FYI, WILL BE POSTING MY THIS ON YELP AND GOOGLE!

Always a great experience

This subway had by far the best tasting food out of all the other locations I ve been too. It doesn t matter if it s 20 minutes till closing or 5 minutes after opening, the food always looks so fresh and well prepared. Excellent meal prep and excellent presentation of food every single time! I challenge all the other locations in the country to be this good.

The staff at the Subway in Pleasant View are always nice and professional. And the orders always are done correctly. And are delicious.

This is by far the best subway I have ever been to and I have traveled to 42 states and love subway. Staff is above and beyond which makes the food taste so much better.

Service was good but am not impressed with the BBQ. Not one of my favorites.

. We called to see if there was any specials this store will honor so they told us they had 5 dollar foot longs but only if you order on line. So at this moment we watched thier signs go out the one in the window and the one above the store so we start to proceed to order on line but thier web site told us this store may be closed.so we Stiles called back and they did say they closed at 830pm .we said thanks tou an asked why they couldnt just honor the 5 dollar again we were told only on line and they stop that at 815pm...so they lost business since they could be honest and said they when it was asked twice.. if you are asked a specific question about your product it could been included on the rules like on line and up til 15 minutes befor closing...very dissappointed

My favorite subway so far not just because its the only one by my job but, because they are very fast and good even at busy times. I have ordered online a couple times and its always ready on time wen I get there.
