First and last time at this Torinos, loved Laval and Cote Vertu... but this one... please avoid.... first off, they were extremely un organized.. the girl at the cash couldnt communicate properly, they constantly were mixing up orders. I had ordered at another place that was more busy, ordered and finished my meal while my wife was still in line. The worst was when I asked whats happening, the worker gave me attitude. Good luck guys you have too much competition to act like this.... by the way the meat was too dry!

Even thought it was 8:30pm and getting ready to close some items not available, but what we got was good. macaroni, salad, rice, beef, poulet and sauge tasted good. The girl and Guy closing were great.

Made an Uber eats order for pickup. Still had to wait for them to prepare the order while I was notified that the food was ready for pick up on the app. Items were missing from the order and potatoes were undercooked. Honestly the whole meal looked rushed and I ended up throwing half of it in the trash. The chicken was the only good thing.

The food is too oily, lacks good taste, too greasy, no wonder Poulet Rouge is packed, their food is light, yet delicious. I suggest to change the oil, ingredients in making the couscous and rice, refine the recipe, it feels like an outdated taste.

I was treated disrespectfully, I come, I place my order, I go to the cash register, without listening, the cashier tells me this is not where the order is placed maam with an unpleasant tone, I told him say that I have already ordered, he changes his behavior, he starts to complete my order, one of his colleagues tells him to leave my order and take care of the order of the people who came after me, the latter completes my order, leaves it to serve 3 other people who arrived after me, I wait without saying anything, the girl who was grilling, comes to ask me if I was angry, I tell her I have reason to be angry, she tells me that Theyre busy, she yells at me, asks her colleagues to help me so I can leave here.

Stopped by this mall to charge our car on route to Montreal - luckily found this halal place within the mall and it didnt disappoint!! Chicken and beef were so moist and flavourful and the rice was amazing!!! Definitely an amazing restaurant. The lady serving us was also so friendly and delivered great service!

Went there in Feb of 2024 on a Saturday. Unfortunately, it wasnt great. I waited 10-15 mins in line, even though there was only 2-3 customers in front of me? Most importantly, there seems to be some miscommunication issues between workers and customers bc not only i had to repeat my order twice to two different people, at the end I still got something different from what I originally ordered (and it was more expensive). When I tried to let them know of this issue and repeat what I ordered, they dismissed it and let me know that, in fact, i ordered something different. Even if we dont take all previous issues into account, the food I received was not worth the price. Rice, two salads, two tiny pieces of chicken and three slices of beef. They charged 19$ for that googie bagoogie. Like, sir, this is McDonalds? I dont get their policy and I would only recommend this place to people who enjoy the feeling of being ripped off.

I had the shrimp salad which was sooo flavourful!! I would literally go back to that mall just for the food. The owner and her sister are the nicest people, they took the time to explain the menu and added a little gift for my daughter. I wish them the best!

Lacks of customer satisfaction service.

A person who works in this restaurant is a big disgusting person. When a woman asks him if the meat served is Halal, he replies I am Halal . Very good humor worthy of an uneducated person. For this lack of respect alone, I decided to just leave. To the owner, clean up.

Came to Grillades Torino to try for the first time and It was a good experience for me. I ordered the #7 Chicken beef and merguez with two sides and one main side. Here is my review for Grillades Torino Fairview. Pros: A) It s pretty much fresh since everything there looks fresh and well made. B) The food tastes really good and it s a good Arabic food. C) The lady that I had that day was kind and very nice she was also alone so I tipped her at the end of the meal with Cash. Cons: A) Service seems slows as she was one working during the lunch rush. There should be at least one or two more. B) Soda fountains were not working that day so only canned and bottled drinks. C) Prices were a little bit high for me and I feel that she should add a little more food. D) They need to be blinngual workers and know more about the food industry. Conclusion: The Lady that day deserved a tip as she was one and for sure this is an underrated restaurant in the mall. I will be back to try their other foods again.
