I ordered a pizza meal online at 5:55 p.m. On the order confirmation it is indicated 30 minutes or it is free. I arrive at 6:25 p.m. (30 minutes later) and one of my pizzas is being prepared to go in the oven. It wasnt ready until 6:40 p.m. The franchise manager never wanted to honor the guarantee saying that it was up to PizzaPIzza to sort it out. Anything, since when do you have to ask the head office to complain. This franchisee is rubbish and doesnt comply with company policies and he told me he knows how to do business, hahaha!... no confidence in him! In addition, the kitchen employees did not wear hair nets or hats. I had to call customer service to mention these two points. Waste of 25 minutes of time to get reimbursed!!!... If you want to use this banner, avoid the one at 950 boul St-Jean, Pointe-Claire, QC. Obviously the meal was a little cold because the other dishes had been ready for a long time...

My 18 year old son loves the PIZZA PIZZA pizza with pepperoni. Often we have it delivered by exception as we are actually out of their delivery zone. We have been faithful customers for 12 years, so they dont mind going out of their way for us. Delivery is prompt and the drivers are courteous and professional. They have great chicken wings and poutine as well. Long live PIZZA PIZZA!

February 2024: I tried this location for the first time because of the positive reviews on Google. Here is my review I ordered a Large All dressed Pizza and gave a 10% tip. The food was good. The pizza was cooked well and it was delicious because there were spices on the pizza. Customer service was good. I asked for 2 forks and knives cause I was eating with another person. The guy did not give my receipt after I paid which was odd. There were 2 employees although they should remove the metal bracelet around the wrist because of cross contamination and avoid wearing AirPods because it s a distraction and a kitchen Hazard. The Washroom was a a little surprising There was a subway wrapper on top of the toilet cover and the toilet paper was placed in a weird place near the toilet. It kind of made it weird and gross. The store is quite small so if there s a lot of people there are no seats to eat your food. The restaurant needs to be better in terms of climate change zero waste and zero pollution and automatic technologies and hopefully customers here need to be better in general. Other than this Pizza shop is decent and I do hope to comeback and order from here again. Thanks Pizza Pizza Pointe Claire.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at pizza pizza in Saint jean QC. I must say the atmosphere was so calm and the services they provided that was up to the mark. And also there was one boy Ravi and a haryanvi guy who helped us to decide the meal as we didn t know that place and menu. Then the way Mr. Ravi treats the customer was commandable .Also,The taste was really amazing and delicious.I never forget the crispness and crunch of that pizza. I was impressed with the value for this money definitely worth it. I highly recommend trying out pizza there .

They change their price just to make you order more. Asking for the gourmet mince at 8.99 then he tell me i need to order at least 2 pizza to have at that price wich is a lie. I ate at 3-4 different location and ask them about this politic and they confirm to me it wasnt true at all. What a scam!!

Hello, I m writing this email to say that I purchased 2 slices of pizza and fries. The pizza that was given was cold and service was so slow. There is no order in the kitchen and no sanity either . The staff is using there phone and making the food at the same time and the team has no care for the line that is piling up at the counter.

Pizza Pizza has consistently managed to ruin my dining experience. Every single time I order from them, I receive undercooked pizzas that lack the toppings I paid for or, even worse, the completely wrong order. Their customer service is an absolute disaster. They promise to send replacement pizzas, but those promises are just empty words. After countless follow-ups, Im still left pizza-less. But the misery doesnt end there. The store staff and the manager seem to think arguing is an acceptable response to their mistakes. They refuse to acknowledge their errors and provide no resolution. Its astonishing how poorly this business is being run, and its not just bad food, its a complete waste of money. Steer clear of Pizza Pizza unless you enjoy disappointment and frustration.

*Update**** Unsure if there was a new management or new owner, or my review changed them but I ve seen a big change in their service. My co-workers also started ordering online instead so they can get their food quicker and I did it and I was very impressed. I m happy their getting better and happy to see their improving. Thank you! I ve been going to have lunch there and their service isn t great. Everyday I go there, it s always someone different and telling me different things. 1 day I had a box full of onion rings, the other day I get 8 onion rings. 1 day I get a small box of fries, the next day they tell me they don t give it in a box ? They re very inconsistent and their workers are slow and confused. I used to love it here, unsure what happened with the old staff ? Hope they get better!

This has to be the most fresh, efficient and friendly pizza pizza location that I have ever been to. They served me with a smile and provided me with excellent service. Their pizza and wings were amazing quality and it shows that they really care about their customers. They are also one of the only place open until late in West Island. Great for late night food option. Will definitely return back for more!!!!! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options available. Happy to see they accommodate. Parking: Many parking spots available without any worries.
