The workers here are amazing and the food is well made. One of the staff here made my experience amazing and this is one of the most high quality subways I've ever been to!
Terrible making of sandwiches. Ordered two 12 inch subs, and got the skinniest looking sandwiches I ever got in my experience with subway. There was barely any meat or veggies. We finished our sandwich in less than 2 minutes… awful making of sandwiches. I recommend going subway near Home Depot instead. Am sorry but that’s the truth.
Asked for extra bacon on my sub and the lady gave me the least bacon I’ve ever seen, plus she said I had to pay extra for it which made me furious.(not because I had to pay extra but because she gave me the two smallest slices of bacon I’ve ever seen) My friend got extra avocado and she did the same thing! Only a sliver of avocado paste for extra money, what a cheap restaurant I am never ordering from here again, I could’ve made it fresher at home. So disappointed.
I went in with a coupon and they said okay yes we can do that I told them what is on my sub and then she didn’t even scan the coupon and said “it doesn’t work for turkey”. Like she should’ve said that when I showed her my coupon of what I wanted. I’m very upset too because the coupon never stated anything about it in fine print of no turkey. She was full of cřap, rude about it AND she kept my coupon. I understand if it’s busy BUT the customers should never have to have their stress out on them. Not impressed.. the bread was also very stale and tomatoes looked very dark and not at all fresh like subways supposed to be. Same with the lettuce. Not impressed at all….. you guys lost a customer… NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! Make it yourself it will be cheaper, and not expired food and no rude workers. This kinda ruined my day.
I walk in.. one employee eating lunch.. he watches me stand at the counter for 10 minutes.. says nothing, doesn’t move, doesn’t ask me to wait … nothing. Unacceptable. Worst service i have ever received in my life at a fast food restraunt. The workers was either high or such a bad worker that he was barely able to do his job, the girl working put the dirty bins next to my sandwich instead of finishing my order and cleaning up after i left (there was only me and 1 other person in the store) the lady behind me got charged for soemthing she didnt order and i didnt even get offerd a takeout bag, dude just walked away after putting my food down and punching in the numbers for me to pay, waste of time and money. The store didn't even have tables in the middle it was so weird. Never again.
I ordered simple vegetable sandwich all dress no hot peppers. With spinach and extra South west sauce and sweet onion with cookies. There was no spinach understandable. No sweet onion sauce 🤔 I wanted cookies no cookies 🤔 on top of that no change in the cash to give me back so I even loose money. Honestly very bad experience. I've worked in subway before at 6h30pm you shouldn't be missing cookies and have no sauce. I usually give good reviews but this time I was really disappointed in the service I got.
Been to an Subway after a pretty long interval. Ordered 12” footlong of choice and Subway as it was and is. Found this place to be spacious and well lit. Enjoy.

Pay attention that they actually put the right amount of cheese. The series sandwiches have double cheese. This location always shorts on meat and never puts the right amount yet we pay for it.

Wow everything is bad, beautiful beast air serves us! The sandwiches are empty.... The tomatoes seem to have thawed for the 7th time in 5 years, Subway is in disrepair Total closed your restaurants where your employees are paid decadently! And at $38 with tax 3 x 6 in base its disgusting
Dont take the coupons, if you take the special turkey sandwich for $5 there are two slices of turkey with little cheese, dont put the usual quantity of other Subways, never

The sandwich maker was handling cash and with the same gloves he went on to make my sandwich, It was gross. The restaurant itself is plain and is lacking options on the menu.
You got a better chance at getting more toppings at the Arabian desert .. lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions all looked rotten and extremely unhealthy and when I asked if I want a different toppings, clerk literally just said that s all you get right now Word for Word. The owner of this place is lucky. I got better things to do or I would call my attorneys and make sure they close before the next iPhone release. Horrible spot .
Ordered the Southwest steak and avocado bowl 2 days in a row. First day I was told cheese was not included as per the boss. Showed the employee the website description and the picture on their menu clearly showing cheese! The next day Im given a bowl only 3/4 full despite requesting veggies and lettuce multiple times (come on Subway the bowls are more expensive than sandwiches with no bread, the last thing you want is to be stingy on salad!). Also no more avocado in their display, I ask him to either charge me less since its usually an extra but should be included in this bowl. Im told I have to call the boss. After noticing the crowd behind me he decides to charge me for a chicken bowl instead.

Blatant example of understaffing. The guy was alone at the front with the line of people from lunch. But hes a pro. He passed the entire line without making anyone wait. I tip my hat to him. Well done!
The staff were fairly friendly, however the food was not great. All of the stuff, especially the lettuce looked old. While I was there they had to replace the emptied lettuce with a new one, however that one looked old and on the verge of going bad as well.

GO ELSEWHERE. Thursday lunch rush, only 1 employee, does not speak French. System for accumulating points that doesnt work (or the employee doesnt want to do it) Ridiculously cheap on vegetables, I had to ask for 3 extra cucumbers to get a full row. And then finally I got given the wrong order so I didnt eat what I had paid for. Bonus: the owner doesnt care at all because she doesnt respond to the complaint email.
How is subway inc not checking on this location.i gave them so many chances and its garbage every time.this IS NOT A REAL SUBWAY.absolute garbage,Uber eats should stop using this location.watered down soup watered down sauces not fresh and new owners havent got a clue.

They litteraly put 3 slices of cheese in a 12 sub. When I asked to put more they charged me 2$ extra for the 2 slices of cheese. Terrible.
Suppose to close at 9h30 pm.... which is verry early for this type of restaurant... I couldnt make a pick up with skip because they decide to close it ... I walk from work to go there realising it was already closed 10 minutes in advance... restaurants becoming lazier and closing earlier and earlier... service is reduced while price getting more expensive

The food was good, but the poor lady working all alone had a bunch of Uber Eats orders coming in and was stressfully apologizing to the people in the restaurant, I felt super bad for her, but it took super long to get to me and there was only 1 personne in there before me. Short-staffed = Bad service unfortunately.
If I can put 0 star I would ,the cheapest subway I ever went to he had a hard time stuffing my subway with any toppings plus he added the butt of the lettuce 20$ for 2 6inch and a drink not worth it at all
I typically love subway but not at this location, the guy working there(probably owner) is so cheap with the ingredients its painful. I asked for extra ingredients and he starts off by putting like 3 of each.. it was honestly ridiculous, when it came to the chicken he scooped 2 half scoops into a 12 inch instead of 2 full scoops. Message to the owner - being this cheap wont save you anything, youll just lose any potential return customers like myself, I wont buy anything from this location.. A shame because he was a nice man.
The lady working there today Nov 09, 2021 @ 1:30pm is one of the hardest working people at Subway Ive ever seen. She was the only employee working at that time. It was busy, hectic, a knife dropped on the floor, customers making their stupid requests, line up... And through all that she kept her cool. Subway is lucky to have her .
