Great experience. People are very Helpful and into customer needs.

Disgusting price gouging and corporate greed in a time like this. Its not on mcdonalds, but this specific chain and the owners.

Mcdonalds now has the game pieces for the Monopoly and the employees are pulling the stickers off and keeping them for themselves

Foods usually cold not fresh. Or overly salty. Greasy burgers. Going at night is best..the night crew. If you ask for fresh will cook it fresh.

I dont know the name of the girl taking orders this morning in DT around 8am but she is phenomenal. She wasnt in backbooth because Marilyn was taking cash (Marilyn is also amazing). She is amazing and needs a raise!!! I used to be ASM at this location and Ive never heard someone so polite and thorough at any Mcdonalds Ive ever been to. Keep up the good work.

Up again, down again. This outlet seemed to improve a good deal in recent months. But, rather suddenly, about a month ago, service speed fell, quite a bit. Its taking a long time to get service at the front counter, and, after ordering, even simple orders seem to take an inordinate amount of time to fulfill.

The staff here were extremely rude and abrasive. I calmly asked for my coffee 3 times after they basically ignored me for 10 minutes or so. Missed the coffee then ignored me again when I asked. The meat head manager raised his voice and told me to calm down? When he was the one freaking out? They were the ones the screwed up? This location just lost a customer. A well paid, paying customer. I dont go to McDonalds to pay someones wage and get treated with such ignorance and disrespect.

A bit inconsistent.. sometimes forgetting or getting a few things wrong in orders, but no worse than any other fast food location really. The staff and management here are quite pleasant, and do truly care..and will do something if you bring things to their attention. Overall.. decent, and they do well despite their small size and busy drive through.

Rude manager, not helpful I am visiting from Vancouver, and i have never meet a worst manager than this one. The manager working at May 2, 2023, 1:30pm, let me be specific, mcdonald please retrain her.

Friendly staff, used a coupon had a nice egg McMuffie and hash brown. You know its McDonalds we all know what McDonalds is.

When I was in Port Alberni with no place to go as I didnt exactly know where I was as I got left in Port Alberni, I hung out inside McDonalds for the day.. staff noticed me, but never said anything, until later in the evening when the night time manager or supervisor named Jordan came up to me to ask me if I was okay and mentioned his employees told him Ive been there for several hours (over 8 hrs to be exact) and I told him my situation and he was nice enough to let me sit inside after the dining area was closed and wait until my ride could pick me up later that night. I am sooo thankful for him and making sure I stayed safe and warm until my ride could get to me (which is someone that drove from other end of the Island to get me after they worked all day). I am thankful he never kicked me out, instead he had a heart and wanted to make sure I felt safe, as he knew I was unsure of exactly where I was and didnt know the town.

Getting tired of the inconsistent quality of food and coffee its an easy job to make food and drinks properly very disappointed with McDonalds lately

Workers are rude and try to ban you if you ask them to correct the order. Tell me Im taking too long n holding up the line when the rude worker was the one who couldnt get it right not me! Its not nice to see people who are rude to you no matter how hard you try to be quick n politely ask for your order. Smh

The operation at this McDonalds runs impressively smooth. The staff here are very professional, its amazing!

Not a huge fan, meat wasnt properly cooked at times, (happened 3 times) when asked for no lettuce on my food, Ive gotten lettuce on the food (11 times)

Shoutout to a young lady who worked at drive thru on a day I can t exactly remember who paid for my large fries through HER app herself because the line in the drive thru was chaotic and ridiculous. Should have asked you your name so I could properly thank you but you know who are and I thank you again for making my day.

Four times in a row ordering a skor mcflurry 99% vanilla ice cream with a couple specs on top of skor mix. Same for my gf mcflurry as well both are not mixed up at all. Just vanilla ice cream with specs of mix put on top.

The night shift crew at McDonald s on Redford needs better customer service. I order a meal with 2 drinks, i got to the window and payed and when I was handed the food, part of my order was missing. I told her kindly that I ordered the meal and she ignored me and called her manager over saying how I didn t order the meal and scoffed me away saying she didn t do anything wrong. I asked if I was able to get the rest of my order and to pay for it as if it was apart of the meal but she said no that I had to pay full price as is it was my mistake and there was nothing she could do about it. Even when I got to the window I was not greeted just even when I said hello.

Disgusting attitudes towards their own employees, there is a female morning manager that consistently harassed other employees leaving them in tears, terrible display of authority, all managers should go through sensitivity training, I ll never eat there again after witnessing such horrible treatment of excellent employees

They need more staff. The manager is pulling double duty taking inside orders as well as drive-through. they cant keep up with service. Just the sign of a dining town.

Service is extremely slow in the lobby and it takes 25 mins for a muffin and coffee.

It was the best McDonalds double cheeseburger yet :) The kids were happy with their Happy Meals too. We had extra time and stayed to play the Hasbro game from the Happy Meal in the restaurant- a fun school night :)

waited awhile for them to give the person in frount their ice coffee. i told them and i repeated that i wanted a dry bun no condiments. they ended up putting everything thing on the plain cheeseburger i ordered. frys were cold and soggy as well.

It was either policy or the night shift staff that sucked at being flexible with customers. In the past, Ive successfully gone through the drive thru on a bike multiple times. Not once did I run into questionable issues until now. To sum it up: The night shift denied my already-paid-for food just because I was on a ebike. Luckily, my mom was already around to pick me up, so we drove around the drive thru to get my food. 0/5 customer service.

A good McDonalds for food. But access to the toilet is complicated. You have to ask the seller to open the door for us. We asked to eat there and we received our order to take away.

This McDonalds must be the worst run store in BC. Understaffed poorly trained employees. I waited for over 20 minutes for two simple sausage egg McMuffin breakfast orders. Surrounded by unclean homeless begging for everything from cigarettes to money. And in the end was served to Quarter Pounder meals thanks for nothing dummies.

Have to repeat your order into the intercom between 3-6 times because the lady is multitasking and not really listening when your ordering. Just get used to repeating yourself often because Tim hortons lineup is a much longer wait, Ill tuff out repeating myself over n over and the homeless knocking at my window demanding change in the drive through here.

I love McDonalds for my morning coffee. Sometimes they dont always have what I want but I understand that the demand for the popular items is hard to keep up with. I really like the mini doughnuts they are cute and very tasty also big fan of the apple pies yummy I miss the other types of pies I used to get think they were blueberry and cherry . But again supply and demands right. Overall the staff is friendly and always smiling I am so satisfied with the service I get there thanks all keep up the good work.
