We find the service great the food it always hot .

Very fresh food and not a very long waiting time

Have now had MULTIPLE instances of them messing up my order with no avail to fix it. Consistently missing items or messing them up

Getting very expensive for a fast food outlet. I am finding Burger King more affordable with better quality food.

I have gone there a couple of times and each time they get my order wrong halfway down the road we got to go back and exchange it

i asked for a shit ton of ketchup and got 2 packets and a sweet and sour which i said i didnt need, sometimes it feels like mcdonald s employees have earplugs in

I love this Mcdonalds! I ate 6 mcnuggets in one sitting.

It took 20 minutes to get our food by the time we got our order our food was cold, there was no workers at the front poor customer service!.

I think this is a good and clean McDonalds. The staff is friendly. It has mobile order pickup, 2 drive-thru speakers, kiosks to order at inside, and a huge parking lot.

Made fresh good timing. Hot and delivered.

I mean as far as the food goes it s McDonalds. We all love it and pretend we are too healthy to eat it. I dont go often but the staff are always friendly and my order is always hot fresh and correct.

Double charged.

Every McDonald s offers a sub-bun/ lettuce wrap option. It is a lettuce wrapped burger for people who can t tolerate gluten. They substitute the bun for lettuce. I have never been charged an extra $1.60 for this so I politely asked why I was charged for a cheaper substitute. Long story short, the manager refused to listen or try to understand my question. Extra bonus (fries were old and cold)

Came through the drive through and the employee was extremely rude to us. We had a couple questions about the menu and the response wasn t an answer but was extremely abrupt and rude. Got to the window to pay and very unfriendly. The employee that gave us our food was kind. Forgot to give us straws as well so had to run back in afterwards. Chaotic experience. 1:45pm April 28

I miss the old McDonalds, back when it had playground like stuff to keep the kids entertained. Now my kids have been getting annoyed looks from elderly folks because they have all this excitement from being there. They do like the food but also like to run around the empty areas of the restaurant and only sometimes meet new friends. I think it was Mccafe that ruined the child friendliness of the chain. Back when it was a young business, it had so much more colour to the building that made it just pop. Now, the only noticeable colour is the yellow on the signs outside. Parking: The parking lot has more than enough spots to fill up the restaurants seats even if it is one car per seat. Kid-friendliness: Its not the same as before. The staff is very friendly, but other customers seem annoyed when kids have fun. Just to remind anyone who would get annoyed of kids, this is the chain that invented the Happy Meal that is for children. Wheelchair accessibility: They have three or four wheelchair parking spots right beside the entrance to the building, so I would say it is accessible for handicap folk, but like most places, it has its limitations to how many spots they can put on reserve.

Very fast, on the main road, very convenient, there is a drive-thru and you dont need to get out of the car, but the womens restroom needs improvement, there is no hand drying equipment, two hand dryers are not working, and there are no paper towels. I dont know what the mens restroom is. It wont be better. Parking: There is a large parking lot

Typical McDonalds, but over all good service, hot food . Bacon was cooked well and my coffee tasted good

This place is bad even by McDonalds standards. Everytime Ive ordered the food has been awful. The chicken big Mac is probably the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my body

I drove 1 hour to this McDonalds to try the new chicken big Mac. I spoke with the manager and he was knowledgeable about the patty being a new creation, different than the OG mcchicken. Staff is very friends and some of the best quality McDonalds I have ever been blessed with. 12 minute wait on the apple pies but well worth it.

A staple for along trip home from Tofino.

Food was mcdonalds food and the restaurant was clean. I did a long drive and stopped in to change my little ones diaper and grab a quick coffee. To my surprise the only change table available was in the womans washroom.... no change table in the FAMILY washroom or in the mens. I then had to find somewhere else to change her comfortably. I feel insulted that they think that dads dont change diapers and send the presidents that only woman may change a babies diaper. I am frustrated that McDonalds would hold such horrible values for a family restaurant :)

Worst service ever! Couldnt bring my order out after 16 minutes of waiting because BOTH managers were on break during a rush. I got half my frys and they were cold because they sat on the counter!!!!!

Management is great. Typically friendly service and correct service. Slowly improving on food service but still lots of errors or food left under heat lamps way too long.

Food: its Mc Donalds, what you expect when you go there. Environment:. When I actually do go in this location they keep it clean. Service: the worker who took out order in drive through was not friendly but not rude, repeated out order back which was correct. When we got our food and dug in at home we found we were short on fries, drinks were wrong, special order for no onions was ignored and in fact it looked like they had put extra onions on it and no sauce given for nuggets. Unfortunately I could not make it down to get order corrected like the lady had said I could do but happily provided correct order the next day, I still got onions on my burger but not nearly as much as the first set had. The lady I spoke to on the phone was quick and dismissive and didnt want to have a conversation just seemed more interested in getting me off the phone. Overall this is something I have come to expect of Mc Donalds in terms of service and food, I make a habit if checking my bag before we pull away usually and was disappointed I hadnt this time. A good reminder to the rare time I actually go is to check my bag to ensure order is correct.

I never thought I d feel inclined to leave a review for a McDonald s, but I was so impressed with the speed, quality and friendliness of the staff I had to review. Best McDonald s I ve been to since 1999.

Its McDonalds if youve been to one, youve been to em all.

July 4th approx 315 pm. Went thru drive thru and ordered 10 pc nuggets, requested they be made fresh. Order taker said yes. When I got to window, i was handed my order, which surprised me because I expected a wait, which I was ok with, as I had asked for fresh nuggets. Person at window didnt know if they were fresh or not, sounded like the person who took my order, and his response to me asking was, I dont know, Im not the cook.....my question seemed to fluster and irritate him. So, obviously, he didnt tell the kitchen I requested fresh nuggets, the nuggets were definitely not fresh..(i have worked at a couple McDonalds in my time, I know) Your staff needs to listen to their customers requests, and inform kitchen of them. In past visits, I have gone inside and tried to order at the counter, only to be ignored, as priority seems to be for drive-thru, app orders, skip the dishes, or people who order through the kiosk.

Usually I dont have problems but this was bad. I went with my friends and our fries were raw. First we asked if my friend could get new ones because they were uncooked and they dumped hers (size large) out and gave new ones. Some were still raw bug not many. Then mine (size mini because it came with happy meal) and they wouldnt give me new ones. The lady at the till (same lady) said its just new oils and wouldnt give me new ones. No maam new oils wont make the inside and outside raw and hard.

Clean McDonalds where the word fast food is taken literally: there is a time limit of 30 minutes for consumption in the restaurant.

The curbside pickup option on the app is ridiculous. They will cater to the drive thru time and time again before bringing you something as simple as an Iced Coffee. Frustrating. Parking: Tons of parking, even for larger vehicles or trailers. Kid-friendliness: As always, super friendly kid spot. Wheelchair accessibility: Great access for the wheelchair community.

Somehow forgot the iced coffee I ordered which was impressive since it was the only thing I ordered, but they swiftly made it and it was made correctly.

GO TO OTHER MCDONALDS ON REDFORD The McDonald s on Redford is consistently better quality and the workers are more friendly. I remember working at this McDonald s on Johnston and the manager was better than everyone, or at least thought so. Anyway it s worth the drive to go to the one on Redford

Good clean place Parking: Easy and lots

Asked to pull into parking spot 1, no issue, I waited for 2 sets of cold fries, one was supposed to be a large and was not, a luke warm burger and for some reason they gave us 6 straws for 2 drinks.

Ordered a coffee, guy at the drive thru window thought it was funny to add a whole stack of lids on top. I m talking at least 6 that now got wasted for a fun joke. Not only is this wasting money for the company, it s just stupid. Next visit, a few days later, we went inside, and the man at the till was receiving a lot of mobile orders, and said to us I can t believe the amount of lazy people in this town Not impressed

I enjoy their breakfast sandwich.

I always love the egg mcmuffin no bacon no cheese. The muffin toasted perfectly, egg not overcooked. I wish a vegetarian option was offered. I know I can order without meat but it seems to me we should get a little discount for not having the expensive part of the meal. I love McDonalds coffee but again why cant a non dairy option be offered. Im allergic to dairy so always need to carry my own non cream which is a pain.

I know there isn t much you can expect from McDonalds, but I just went to this location at 7pm (not even late at night) and had to throw our meal in the garbage. The fries were soggy and old (my husband also found a hair on it) same with the chicken mcnuggets. I made the mistake of asking for extra sauce because there is usually barely any and they gave me a disgusting burger smothered in sauce. It was a lesson, never ever going to a McDonalds ever again. I wish I had taken a picture before I threw it out, also a waste of 30 dollars I could ve spent at the old alberni drive through

Horrendous experience! November 8, 2021 at 3:45pm. 3 large fries 1/2 full, two icecream cones dumped into a cup as a liquid and a slimy burger that looked like it had mold on it. When I asked what was wrong with the food, I was told they dont know what happened. PATHETIC!!!

Please ice cream would be nice. but I have been there about 4 time since summer and no ice cream.!!
