These guys are great. We live on the West Coast and come through here (Port Alberni) often. When it's been a long day, and we need something really quick and affordable to eat, we order from here. I usually just call in, but this time I did online. Somewhere between the website and my own user error, the order was wrong. I didn't find out until I went to pick up my pizza. Even tho it was potentially my own fault, these guys made me a new pizza on the spot. They were all very kind and were happy to fix me up. Thank you! :)
I would not recommend returning to this location. The service is consistently subpar. Customers are encouraged to call the 1-800 number to check on their order status rather than simply inquiring in person. Despite appearing unoccupied, staff often leave customers waiting unnecessarily.
Mónica was the the single best person I have interacted with at any pizza pizza, and gave us a great recommendation of the tandoori pizza which we loved!

I recently visited panago pizza and had an exceptional experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect crust and high-quality toppings. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly and attentive. The cozy atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Totally stoked with this Panago location! The crew in there are so accommodating and friendly and the pizzas are always top quality Panago! Lucky is so great! So friendly and helpful, way better than calling the Telephone Numbers. The Daily Combo Deal is the best lunch around! You get it all for only $12 and we never seem to wait more than 10 minutes! ⚡️
Was burnt a bit and no honey like last time, cheese cake was good and still tasted good for the part that I ate. Probably gonna be a while before I consider ordering again. Although it is cheep pizza so ya get what ya get.

Super lovely staff! Came in for a pizza with my partner which was great, love the cheesy garlic bread. Unexpected mini cheesecakes from the staff were a bonus!! Great experience:)

Pepperoni & Pineapple...had last night....was delicious...AND best of all the cheese was browned...the best way to eat moz. And not too much cheese... Occasionally there has been too much cheese - which sounds like it would be good but if not browned to perfection, as it was last night, ..well it just isnt good. Anyway...had a cold slice for breakfast and wish I had more. Thanks for not being a disappointing treat. Will be back for more soon.

Called today @2pm for delivery. Was told it was closed went to website for my home town and shows they are open, no explanation as to why they are closed.

$31 with a small tip for a normal sized , mediocre, nearly flavorless thin crust pizza with cheap mozzarella and a couple toppings on it. I dont understand pizza prices, its bread and cheese mostly. Im going to have to sell my sons Xbox to recoup the cost. Sorry, Kevin

This place just charged my son $2 for using my credit card.... I will be skipping this place for now on....I appreciate you getting back, I thought something was wrong, which is why I wrote the review.... dont worry about it, just wanted to bring it to your attention...
They use a machine on their hand tossed now so, goodbye crust, its all flat now. Ive had extensive discussions with their customer support and got a resounding too bad so please save the canned response.
The restaurant is closed in Alberni, no mention on the site, 45 minutes trying to order. Online, then chat and finally on the phone to tell us that the branch was closed. On Google it was mentioned open until 9 p.m. Lack of consideration for customers.

Vegan pepperoni, cheese, chicken tenders and cheese bread. Four vegan dipping sauces too! It was all delicious.
Great flavours as usual and the chicken bites are awesome! To the guy that posted about his son being charged $2 on a credit card, they only charge that for people constantly buying coin for the laundromat business next door. Its not their business and so they charge the same as a bank machine would. But, if your son was charged an extra $2 for food, that was wrong and probably a mistake. Lots of new people everywhere with the Corona staff shortages.

A computer issue caused a delay on my order. It didnt bother me but the employee was so gracious and offered a freebie. Definitely will go back.

This Hawaiian #pizza was good, as expected. The #chickenbites were a little bready. We normally get #hotwings, and I think we will go back to that. We also got the #cheesebread, and that was scrumptious! I did not like the Italian tomato dip that comes with it though. The #jalapeñoranch is much better! They were pretty busy, and there was a line and a wait, but the staff was efficient.

Worked for panago for 2.5 years. Never been quoted or ever delivered 1 hour and 25 minute delivery time i was just given .The product is great, but not worth that. The phone operator was wonderful. Panago has been a desert of deals lately.
