The pizza was lacking topping and cheese. I asked for double pepperoni and clearly was not double based on the advertised image. And the chicken bites were not cooked enough. And last time, got 3 mediums and was also lacking toppings and were all piled into the middle with a very large crust, 3 inches wide. Also was missing the chicken on the butter chicken. Will never go there again due to lack of quality and consistency.
overpriced pizza for what you get. really cheap with the toppings. the owner wasn't pleasant to deal with either. customer service matters… hit up dimitris up the street!!! they know how to make real pizza for the same price and they treat you with respect
Ordered through the website, website is slow and clumsy to navigate. Food was made very quickly for pick up.. they said 25 mins and it was ready in 15 mins. Food was fresh and hot but very lacking in any flavour. Food was bland and lacking in toppings. 3 of us ate it and none of us cared for it. 1st time ordering here as we wanted to switch it up and try something different but we won't order here again. Overall I appreciated the quick service and the front of house staff were friendly but the food wasnt good enough to make us come back.
Delicious!! This is our place whenever we get a craving for good pizza! It’s always consistently fresh and tasty. I love Papa Johns pizza because the crust is made fresh to order and not too greasy like some other pizza places. The owner is always friendly with a smile on his face and eager to help!
Edit: the owner personally delivered our latest pizza on 4/19/23 because the last two orders had issues. He said he personally wanted to confirm quality standards were met. That's going above and beyond imo. Edited from 3 to 5 stars for great service. That's a lot of crust on this Shaq a Roni.

Very cheap with toppings. Use to order from papa Johns in Calgary years ago and it was amazing. Now not so much.
I have ordered pizza here atleast 10 times since theyve opened. I havent ordered pizza that many times in 10 years living in Port Alberni. Out of the 10 times I have ordered it, 9 of the times it has been amazing . Ingredients, taste., enough said.

Nice store, decent service. Why give away free garlic brusher dip and tiny pepper and charge so much for simple extra pizza sauce dip? I dont get it.
been trying to order online here for awhile now and can never order. gets to checkout and there is info that is asked to be put in but there is no way to do it. frustrating

Pizzas was filled nicely with toppings, not Greasy with nice light crunchy dough. Was quick to deliver and delivery person had a smile and was personable . Would recommend to friends and family

have eaten at papa johns before but corporate needs to look at this place no phone skills and not knowing anything about coupons, won t even try again!!!!!!!
Good pizza, phone operators didnt know the menue, had to guide them to my house, and even after a 20%tip they had the audacity to put my mf pizza on the friggen ground. Cleanliness is a 100% basic standard of any food business, next time I see them put ot on the ground Im gonna loose it. Also The pizza wasnt in the bag, it was just the box exposed and on the filthy ground.
I enjoyed the pizza and the staff seemed very friendly. Its amazing how fast people are to complain and put down a new business in a town where we struggle to attract new businesses. They are new, give them a chance!
Very good pizza! The Workers are very friendly, its a great atmosphere inside the restaurant, pizza comes out fresh and quick! Very good, Ill be back all the time
