Worst pizza in town. Flat and doughy, very chewy, tastes off. I've had way better frozen pizza from the store. I don't even understand how their pizza can be so disgusting and taste nothing like every other pizza hut I've been to. If you really want pizza hut just drive to Parksville, theirs is way better.
Just ordered and it just straight up sucks! I worked at pizza hut in early 2000s and it was awesome. Now like other chains it's just brutal. They didn't even put a topping on i payed for and the rest of the toppings were hardly there too including the cheese and the sauce. Last time they get my money. Chew to u hut!
Said the food had arrived then about 35 minutes later it was actually here. Very cold
So I’m writing this from the toilet and not only did I have the absolute worst pizza of my entire life it’s been the worst food experience I’ve ever had…. The pizza was completely under cooked floppy and soggy and within 30 mins of eating it I got the worst case of explosive acid diarrhea I have ever had I’m literally stuck on the toilet now … why did I expose myself to such horrible food you ask ? Well it was 9:30 and after a long day at the beach my wife and I were hungry we decided that Pizza Hut was a good option because after all it is a billion dollar company with a long history we thought perhaps they would provide a quality pizza but boy were we wrong … worst pizza I’ve ever had I would never force my worst enemy to eat here on top of the waste of $40 I now have the worst diarrhea and stomach issues I’ve ever experienced…. Please pray for my sweet wife I worry about the next 48 hours she might have to go through because of this place THANKS PIZZA HUT!…. This place should be out of business immediately
We always get our pizza from Pizza Hut. The staff is friendly, the pizza is always good.
Pizza was very undercooked. The inside was gummy and raw. Super gross.
Worst ever I would leave no star since I never got my food at all after 2 hours waiting. Power went out on my side of the city so decided I would order lunch at 12 pm order was placed online and was expecting to be delivered between 12:55-1:05. I waited till 1:20 and still no food so I decided to call to make sure it was still coming. The lady answers the phone asked my name and quickly told me it would only be five more minutes till delivery which was great because I was super hungry. I'm a fairly patient person so I waited to call back till 2pm and the same lady answers the phone and said oh did you call pizza pizza like no lady i spoke to you. Then she asked my address puts me on hold comes back and says oh we didn't get your order. Then why when I called ab your before you told me five minutes. I will not be ordering from them anymore I will stick with pizza factory where the order's actually get ordered. Poor poor service and extremely disappointing after waiting 2 hours for food that was never coming.

I called in an order for 3 breadsticks with cheese. When I was told it was going to be $47, I said forget it, I ll just make something at home. Half an hour later, a delivery driver showed up and we had to pay $47 for an order that I never even ended up placing. I called Pizza Hut. They were no help. They said, sorry about that. No bueno!
Good service
Seems like every time we order there, they mess something up... tonight, we paid for wings and got half of what we paid for. Also ordered a chicken salad, and there were maybe 2 tiny little pieces, and we got no dressing.
The delivery driver hit my car as he was backing out almost ran over my passenger. Manager said he would fire him then back tracks his words when i asked how would i know if he really is fired. Worst place ive been to by far.
Not sure what the complaints are about. Stick to ordering pizza from this restaurant and you wont be disappointed. Tasty and that delicious Pizza Hut crust!

Snow bound and still open
The pizza was really greasy, it tasted old like it was just warmed up, the cheese in the stuffed crust wasn t even melted, the pizza was so thin, the cheese on the pizza was clumpy, overall the pizza was nasty and awkward delivery service.
Cashier who took my order today, younger guy, super friendly and polite, food was hot and good no complaints here
Delivery driver said the debit machine wasn t Working and asked for e-transfer. That seemed suspicious. Did not even check machine to see if it worked wouldn t you make sure you had a working one before leaving the store? I am not impressed. Pizza soggy. I would leave 0 stars if possible.
Pizza hut is reasonable priced take out food that is a go to of mine . Fast and friendly service and its always fresh ingredients . I recommend pizza hut . Always good !!!

Its Pizza Hut. You know what youre getting. Interestingly, even though its a chain and the pizza should be the same everywhere, I swear their pizzas are better at this location than ones on the mainland. Interesting.
If you want something quick, this is the place to go. Tried the Alfredo sauce instead of Tomato. Very good alternative. Just adding to my review of many moons ago..... They dont let you pick a sauce now for certain pizzas. We like to order it with no sauce, and you cant even get that any more. Will have to branch out and see whats out there

The pizza we ordered today was very tasty and satisfying. If I could, I would give it 6 stars. Has the other pizza restaurants ( our last two pizzas from different restaurants were incredibly poor, mediocre at best) beat by a mile. Very satisfying!!!!!!!!!!! We had tried other pizza joints but they do not compare favourably to Pizza Hut!!!!!!!!
Amazing work came from Edmonton ordered 3 pizzas today. Makes all Edmonton Pizza huts look like dog meat. They did Amazing here wish other stores did the same. Great job

Visited for the first time today. Cashier was a super friendly younger guy. Ordered a large thin crust with lovers supreme toppings. Picked it up within 15 minutes and it was hot and delicious! Pretty much no grease

Pickup is excellent the cinnanabons are to die for.i suggest pickup but thats just me I like my food fresh and hot as possible.. a little pricey for chain gang pizza but its delicious none the less

Delicious stuffed pepperoni pizza !
The pizzas we got were both super soggy and greasy. It really took away the taste of the pizza itself. Also the employees were very uninterested and disrespectful, they talked to each other and to a big group of friends in a complete different language while we were waiting for our order to be ready.

Pizza is still good, always has been. Staff issues make it challenging for some to place orders, and have them be done exactly as requested.
Quick service, easy to use ordering app
The pizza was ready within 10 minutes of ordering and tasted good. The small shop is more suitable for take away as there is only a few and uncomfortable seating areas.

Never ever call and complain cause I m usually starving by the time it gets here tonight they screwed up or there online site glitches and gave me the wrong pizza ! Thought we would try the 10 buck deal and get our son a stuffed crust cheese pizza. His pizza 20.95 for 1. Ours was worth the 10 bucks. Got 2 dips. Paid 40 buckaroos in the end. Next time Dimitris for sure twice the toppings and almost same pizzas for less. Had pizza hut from Brentwood Bay earlier in the week and way more toppings. Hmmm ....

Worst pizza we have ever eaten! The crust was soggy even on the top. Couldnt cut thru the crust even with a steak knife. Toppings were hard to find. We have ordered from here many times before but Will never order from here again!
Service was friendly and efficient (never had to flag my server down for a refill etc) but the pizza was a bit of a disappointment. The toppings were not all that flavourful and it was obviously made in haste as well, since they were not remotely close to being evenly distributed. Could have been a bit more understanding if the place was packed, but I was almost the only patron inside and only saw two deliveries go out the whole time I was there.

The pizza was the worse restaurant pizza I have ever tried. There was simply very very little topping. It was the Wednesday special, WEDNESDAY CANADIAN. There are 3 topping besides cheese. We ordered extra sauce. Every topping, cheese, sauce and all, was very scarce. Web order and it was ready on time for pick-up. NEVER BEFORE & NEVER AGAIN!
