BK has some of the best fast food burgers you can get. And where I am, I can only get BK at Walmart or in Nanaimo.
Head office dudes: You need to fix all your website links in this listing on Google Maps. They point to the USA websites for everything NOT the Burger King Canada website. Just saying...... Who's not paying attention.....🤔 Not to mention that the Canadian website is showing that the Swiss Mushroom melt is still available to order while in reality it's NOT! Really just a bunch of discombobulated stuff going on atm at BK. Sad. 🙁

Food is pretty standard but I advise staying away from the onion rings. They we’re soft and undercooked. The service was terrible. I waited 10 minutes to order as the only person in line and I felt like I was being ignored by the staff. The atmosphere is okay but almost every table was dirty and the lounge chairs had stains on them. The burgers are decent and the mozzarella sticks are pretty good. However, this experience was very poor and there is a lot of improvement to be made here.
I'm not a big fan of Burger King to begin with for the sake of full disclosure. But this location strikes me as particularly bad, I have eaten here twice and both times there have been issues with receiving the incorrect food, or being charged for more than was asked for. There always seems to be someone at the counter complaining they didn't get their burger, or the wrong item etc. The staff was fairly unconcerned and dismissive, it felt like when high schoolers are left unsupervised on shift and are just slacking off - but they were full grown adults who should know better. Unless you really want to avoid driving 2 mins to another place, or you really love burger king, I'd avoid eating here.
I went to this location with my friends, we are group of 7 people and there are only two employees but they are really fast, serve all our order correctly within 12 minutes. Must try their ice cream and staff are friendly too. Especially the manager he is good guys and super friendly person.
Two workers lacklusterly attending the till. As I approached there was a notice informing they had been missing many items photo included. Despite this I went in to order having heard of the newly advertised cheese melt whopper. As someone who doesn’t frequent this location I am lacking knowledge on the product. When I spoke to the cashier he payed half attention and had lacked an understanding of the English language. When asked what this new cheese whopper contained as I don’t know, he said “The same ingredients as a whopper” Again. I don’t shop at this location. He then got annoyed when I said I don’t know what that has either. He just stared at me blankly. I ordered the burger just stating I don’t want onion or mushrooms as the photo showed that. He then corrected me to say it’s actually “caramelized onion”. I found customer service to be of the poorest I’ve ever received from a fast food place. And that’s saying a lot. This particular location is not held in clean regard. And the burger was completely underwhelming as they used bread slices as the bun and BigMac rip-off sauce with cheese. I will not be returning to a Burger King anywhere because of this experience. Completely abysmal.

Terrible service here. I walked up to the counter and wasn t served. Stood there for 12 mins. One guy appeared to be busy but wasn t doing much. Another employee was sweeping but he swept the entire seating area slowly. It took him the entire 12 mins to sweep the place. Clearly moving slow on purpose. So I just walked out. This is the second time this has happened here. I m here working from Alberta so just be an island thing.

Normally I dont post reviews, but this time I was with Fam, and it was quite late and we were heading back to Victoria. The staff was really helpful and cooperative for us to stay longer as were after the long day hike, relaxing and delicious meal. Customer service is the key for any venture, and the staff at BG did a great job

It was whopper wendsday and they had one guy on staff. He was quick and provided great service and prepared my burger with great condiment ratio and fries fresh out the fryer.

Just getting the 2 for $9 deal, as I usually do. Always get the same across the island. 2 impossible bugers for $ 9 VIc, $10 Duncan and Nanaimo, and up here they dont know what im talking about, and its $11? The manager and employee say that doesnt exist. Please please teach your managers and employees about all offers and not telling your customers we cant offer that. Like making me sound ridiculous. This is a franchise and all offers should be the same on the island and province. Dissapointed today with your service and pricing!
Worst food I have ever had and the worst customer service as well I ordered my food and got my drink they had no ice which okay it is what it is I asked for no pickle no onion and to add cheese, there was no cheese the smallest tomato I have ever seen and something I didn t order, a bunch of long black hair!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would, the definitely don t even deserve one, the girl behind the counter was very unfriendly or personable wouldn t even make eye contact with you let along great anyone coming up to her till to order last time in visit this Burger King the whole experience was disappointing!

Good food, went there yesterday bought a poutine the gravy was a bit off. But when there is only a few staff on shift cant really complain when people dont want to work during the pandemic so it is what is is. Thanks for keeping the location open at least!
Food was ok. They are way understaffed! Only 2 staff at lunch. No table cleaning and they are run off their feet. Long lines up. You need to staff appropriately. 2 people can only do so much.

The best sumptuous BK burgers.. the guys at Thanksgiving Monday did a tremendously better job than any Burger King Ive been to, so much does need to be told. This team is perfect! This is a parallel universe Wal Mart restaurant. Usually they have a McDonalds restaurants in there, but here in Port Alberni, they have a Burger King - so its very special. Take a moment to appreciate it.

I love BK but everytime I go here the people working are moving at the slowest pace imaginable. They forget to give me my receipt every time and seem to never smile. Love the food tho.
Dont come here looking to relax enjoy your food and use the wifi as they have wifi but its not for customer use and they wont give you the code. Food tastes flavorless and bland even by burger king standards

Gave simple instructions to not add tomato & bacon to my friends burger but still managed to screw it up , ( issue with bacon) such incompetence and untrained staff. Had to cancel the order because we couldnt wait for another 10mins

Fresh nuggets and fries for 3.99 cant beat that!! Food tasted like it just came from the deep fryer. Good alternative to mcdonalds. The coupons for here are pretty cheap its awesome. Even staff are friendly.

Absolutely disgusting food here Chicken burger patties are dark and white meat mixed together wich looks grey and tastes like a dollar store patty. The burgers are terrible aswell . And if you want bacon on it , its twice the price for your burger lol... why ? 5 dollar burger = 10 with bacon ...are you serious why cant we get an EDO or PITA PIT or something healthier and better tasting food in port . We dont need more garbage food. The only good thing about this place is that its always empty so you usually dont wait for your food. YUKK ID RATHER HAVE A BIGMAC.

Staff is efficient and the quality of Burgers are best in the Port! There meal deal is steal of a deal!! For years A&W and Macs is just crazy expensive comparatively. After 8 PM for $5.99 for meal. Will be sure back again with family!
