We enjoyed a dine in experience. Everything was excellent. from our entrées, which included pasta and sandwiches to dessert. Port Colborne s best kept secret.

Stopped in on my way through town. The Breakfast sammy on croissant was amazing and their carrot muffins look (and taste) like theyre straight from a fancy cookbook.

Went in the other day, it s a cute looking shop. They had many options. Which for me, makes it hard to decide. I asked the girl working for suggestions and basic questions about the product. She wasn t very knowledgeable or willing to take time to help me. Maybe it s just a one off. I m willing to try it again, and will edit if better. But I found the service awful. What I ended up getting wasn t very good. The cookies were dry and hard.

I loooove sophia s deserts. Her butter tarts are amazing. My family ordered cupcakes from her for a holiday party and everyone raved about them. Such a hit in our town. Highly recommend!!

I have stopped by the cafe on a few occasions and never been disappointed. The treats in the valentines day box certainly did not last long, the family gobbled them all up. Also a fan of the pizza dough

Most places Ive found, you can either get a cake that looks great or tastes great. Sophia does both. You can tell that she has found something shes passionate about and I will keep coming back for it. On top of that, I love their pizza.

I picked up some cupcakes (oreo and chocolate) they were extremely dry, unsure of how long they had been sitting. I found the portion size small for the price. Very unfortunate as I love dessert places.

Great place! Lots of options to choose from and amazing work! Don t believe only one side of the story, don t believe the lies that are being told!

i just went there for the first time with my sister and boyfriend and we had a great lunch! the food was amazing we all got sandwiches and the bread was to die for. we finished up with a few cookies and they were so delicious for a great price! she even had just recently made peanut butter dog treats that i m excited to give my puppies at home! overall great experience highly recommend if you re in port colborne :)

Cute little place in Port Colborne! Butter tarts and the cranberry lemon scones were absolutely amazing!! Very helpful with assisting a lady i support who has dementia making sure she was safe! Will be back for sure!

Stopped in for a hot drink and sweet treat with my daughter. I had read about Sophias new bakery/cafe in the newspaper and it did not disappoint! Will definitely return :)

I just had the best hamburger of my life. Served on scratch made Focaccia bread, I accepted Sophia s offer of everything on it? which included fresh toppings and I am so glad I did. I don t want to oversell my experience only to set others up for disappointment but I also owe Sophia a fair review. Frankly if someone doesn t agree with my review the problem is theirs and not Sophia s! Five of us were stuck at a construction red light out front and it was serendipitous that one of us called lunch break right in front. Lots of free parking located immediately across the road behind an Instagram worthy Port Colborne signage. Sophia s Sweets is understated from the street. Sophia serves all kinds of home made style baked treats from behind her glass counters. There are coffees, a mix of canned sodas and a nice selection of sandwiches. Homemade meatballs included. I expect my beef patty was prepared onsite from fresh. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Others in our group added pastries to their meals, one stating his butter tart was the best he s had. We aren t pushovers. We often ride as a group and will ride miles just to have a destination specific pastry or burger. Indoor and outdoor seating. This place is a hidden gem and it deserves our support. Foodservice is a tough gig and this restaurant is a cut well above.

The roasted veggie sandwich on focaccia was fantastic. The pastries were even better. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped in as we we were driving thru to go thru the Rainbow Bridge...what a wonderful place...the service... the food the atmosphere....everything was excellent....will definitely return when out that way again
