The fortune cookies were stale and the Wonton soup tasted like water…I tried to call them 3 times to let them know…they sent me to voicemail each time….
My parents get food from here all the time, very nice workers, very delicious food but they seem to always forget the red sauce
We used to come here all the time and it was great. Our regular Chinese place in welland closed and I was dying for some good Chinese food. Decided to make the drive back to poco. I ordered the combo plate with the chicken balls with a wonton soup. The soup was good. I’m almost positive the chicken balls are the no name ones you get at the grocery store. The sauce was more jello than sauce. They put my egg roll on top of the rice so when I got it home, it was soggy and fell apart when I picked it up. The chicken fried rice was just brown rice with nothing in it at all. No chicken, no veggies no soy. So disappointing
Tip them 10$ and they don’t remember I need soy sauce after I litteraly begged for it on the phone. They corrected the hiccup, but then proceeded to bother me -the next day- by calling me on the phone while I’m working, demanding I come take my tip back. As many other reviews and restaurant owners point out about this place ,very rude. And the food’s (lack of)quality isn’t worth putting up with it. After all was fixed, said and done.
We were pleasantly surprised that most of the food we ordered was good, especially the chicken balls and sauce. The chicken rice was good but could use some vegetables added. The egg rolls and spring roll were ok. I was somewhat disappointed with the beef black bean with rice noodles. I’ve had this dish so many times in my life I’ve lost count so I know when it’s good and when it’s not. This one is definitely not a winner for me only because I don’t like their choice of noodles which I’m not even sure were rice noodles. Authentic wide rice noodles should be the choice rather than the skinny ones used here. Not sure why they thought these were a good choice unless they are trying to save money but then makes it unfavourable for the customer. I would rather pay a couple of dollars more for the right noodle than waste my money on a bad choice. Still, the beef, veggies and sauce were tasty.
I've ordered from here many times over 100 dollars spent and enjoyed, however complain and I quote "you don't eat here no more." All it was is I live on the east side of town so of course there's this stigma that I'm trying to rip them off not the chase. The two orders of lemon chicken an one of General Tao where dry'n'crispy and very little sauce everything else was good called to rectify it and they tried to take the food back, thus breaking rules that existed before Covid. When told to call the cops because I refused to give the foul food sitting in my green bin they very threateningly said "We don't need them my husband is on the way." The best part the food they sent looked worst than what I had originally complained about quite literally floating in water. Clearly done in spite just look at pics and keep in mind its not sauce.
Our go to Asian food restaurant. Great food, the Special fried rice is a super star as is Tai dop voi. They use gravy that is gluten free so bonus for those who have an issue with gluten. Prices are reasonable.
Food portions are huge. Everything tasted great. Our first time here and we will be back again for sure. Our new favorite Chinese food place.
The worst Chinese food I have had in a while, never again
The Chinese food was delicious, and wonton soup, it reminds me of the Mandarin restaurant in Niagara Falls. Parking: One parking spot.
Poor quality. I was not impressed with the food. It was like frozen entrees from No frills.
Great food. Love it
Decent food. Ready fast. Reasonable prices.
They lost my order and then tried saying i didn t order ; after another employee already pulled up my order and verified. Said it would be prepared next as they were very busy waited a hour and finally left without my order. Staff was fairly rude about the whole situation , food is decent but it s run poorly and without taste
I used to go to this place once a week for years but not anymore. My last order, I placed an order for two combo plates. I got home and they completely messed the order up. When I called them to rectify it the owner was arguing with me about how that s what I ordered until a few minutes later where she said that she was wrong and to come back and get the right one but to bring back the old one. After driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant all they said was sorry ,nothing else, and handed me the right order. Then they took the wrong order I brought back into the kitchen. I don t know what happened to the food or to this restaurant as it used to be amazing but not anymore.
The food was not good..all cold had to heat it up myself...not going back.
Great food and very friendly staff.
Typical small town Canadian/Chinese food. Hit and miss, but mostly miss.
Always delicious
Ordered vegetable noodles. Trying to chew on something that taste and feels like plastic wires. Wake up! Learn how to cook! Go to school or something. Vomiting emoji. Never again.
I love getting takeout here! My parents love it and I love stopping by, nice people who run it!
Awesome fresh flavorful food! Vegetarian options: Fresh delicious veg!! Dietary restrictions: Able to make gluten free food when asked.
When called told delivery would be at 3:15, then that came and went was told 20 more min. That came and went and was told on the way it was another 20min. Then was told $2.00 delivery and it was $8.00 . A $10.00 meal cost ne$20.00. The rice was hard. Absolutely disappointing and sorry to say wont get it again!
Went to pick up our take out order after 30 minutes wait and the waitress lost more than a half dozen. Needs a new waitress at the phone. Go somewheres Else not worth your time going here.
Great wonton soup, love thier Shanghai Noodles (Curry Vermicelli on the menu). Pricing is ok, but right now everyone is increasing. Super friendly service. They have a generator, and were open during the last power outage. Will definiately be back. I believe they also have delivery.
Avoid the beef, as tough & chewy as leather!. Ordered various dishes including szechuan beef and beef chop suey. Both beef servings were as tough as cowhide. Such a disappointment with company over. Ended up throwing both beef dishes away
Food used to be good but now this place just went down hill food just taste horrible now I will never come back to this place again and I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for some good food to eat anytime
Love this place! It definitely is way better than Golden Lotus
Wonderful food, friendly staff. My go to place for the last 12 years.
I don t understand how this place is a 4.2 star?? We ordered $100 worth of food which was our mistake I admit. We should have tried just a little bit to see if we liked the place. Opening up the boxes and containers on the table and just by sight alone I was disappointed . It all looked very pale, undercooked and boring. After taking a few bites of food I knew we had made a mistake. It is very bland. No seasonings, nothing in the fried rice other than the meat. And to be honest can t really say it was fried, more like some soy sauce on white rice and some meat bits on top. The chicken wings were undercooked, the fried wontons were barely fried, they were still soft and the pan fried noodles were nothing more than boiled noodles in a box. All in all I would say it wasnt edible. I can t say it was good or great or even just ok. None of us went back for seconds, in-fact all of us left food on our plates, which never happens with Chinese in this house. Now I have a lot of leftovers that no one wants. There are many great Chinese food restaurants in the Niagara Region, this in my opinion isn t one of them. The staff were very friendly and it was clean inside but sadly their food was not a 4.2 star. The 1 star I gave it was for the staff and cleanliness inside. I cannot give the food any stars.
Great food
Best take out around!
excellent value great food
Not the best anymore. Always liked this place but now I dont know. Food just wasnt good.
kung po beef was terrible. tasted like rotten compost from what I believe to be the old veggies used in the dish. the mini corns looked grey and old. its listed as spicy, but was bland. ruined the meal since the sauce would touch other dishes on the plate.
Great food as usual. Quite a long wait on NYE but worth it.
Good food. Clean, fast pickup and delivery. Amy is polite and friendly. I will definitely go back there again
Great food! Love the service and also the delivery!
The best Chinese food around and the nicest family owned restaurant in PC
Was great this little jem.of a place
Extremely kind owners and fabulous food.
Best Chinese food I have had in awhile....Deluxe Dinner for 2 is a great meal at a great price!

Best in town! Service is amazing, food is always cooked to perfection.
Good Canadian Chinese Food
Great food and some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered!
Tie pink is my favorite restaurant excellent kind person to serve you
Im from Toronto and love this family owned restaurant. Ive been going there for years when at my summerhome. The food, service, staff and plentiful dishes are impeccable and are reasonably priced. A must try!!!
jeff is too cute to not give a 5 star
I have no idea what happened to this place. This used to be such an awesome steal. Food is bland, and I think they have raised their prices. I understand Covid has affected so many industries but I paid over $100 for just a few items
Very fresh. And very tasty.
I like the food but one time me and my sister and our socially awkward selves stood waiting for some one to notice us for 20 minutes, never got to order, thats on us tho. its like the only great place after the old one closed. The foods great but sometimes wanes in quality, maybe they were just busy.
Good food
Tasty food, quick, friendly service, and reasonable prices. Whats not to like?
food just ok at best.
Good food portions good service good prices
Local, family owned and operated, good food, reasonably priced
Service is jot great, the egg drop soup is very good. But they dont tell you when they dont have ingredients for items you order. Example I ordered sesame seed chicken, and they brought it out and put it on table with out a word. But no sesame seeds, when I asked she said we ran out. No Apologies or anything.. never have drive is we want either for the kids. They have been out of milk ,ice tea, and root beer.
All 4 of us got violently sick, food was not good or up to quality.
Good food, resonably priced, good service!
The food is always good and the service is fantastic
Great food.
The food is always good and reasonably priced. I prefer them over any other Chinese restaurant here in Port.
My family has bin going here for years love there food soooooo good
Great food and good service. Temporarily only doing takeout due to the covid virus.
Love the food here. Ready quickly after calling
Best food in town been going for over 17 years
Food was terrible rice was soggy lemon chicken was salty dry garlic ribs were unseasoned and hard egg rolls were over seasoned it was overall the absolute worst experience I have ever had beware if you order here the food is disgusting
You guys, I just moved to Port. Order some zas for the moving crew and everyone left but my bf. We chilled for a bit and then too lazy to do groceries and cook anything so he offered to order something via delivery for dinner. This place delivered so they fit the bill. Ordered. Food came quick. Delivery guy was so nice. A good sign as a newcomer. Food was fresh. Best Chinese Ive had in a long time. And Ive lived in lots of cities. No comparison. My bf and his family will be visiting this weekend and theyve offered to get take out for dinner and Im like oooohhh yeah... Im thinking Tie Pink for dinner!!!
Good food and fast service take out was 20 minutes and there always happy
Very tasty
Great service and food was excellent and plentiful!
We had the deluxe dinner for 2. Very good lots of food.
ONLINE PRICES ARE 25-40% lower than current menu, and have not been updated for several years. Order was late. Food was very good!
Great food, huge portions
Good food & good service! Handy location with easy on-street parking.

Always a great experience. Service is always so friendly!

GOOD PLACE GOOD FOOD
We absolutely love Tie Pink. Never been disappointed. I had to laugh at a few of the bad reviews about Tie Pink. Before you believe someones poor review, click on their name and see that they dont give anyone a good review. Not saying from time to time any business can error but that happens. I will continue going to Tie Pink as well as my family will. You can not go wrong with Tie Pink.
Shanghi noodle and chicken soo guy = bomb dot com , 2 thumbs up

Best Chinese in town. Dont let the decor fool you, excellent consistent quality, lovely owners.
Rice was soso the rest was all quite good. Good prices as well.
Great, fresh and cozy
Good is the best anywhere and service is always tops
I love Tie Pink restaurant. They make quality food every time I order. The wonton soup is unlike any other wonton soup Ive had before, and my favourite part is always the crunchy little noodle things that come with it. I also love the crispy egg rolls. The last time I stopped into the store, the cashier gave me a tulip. She had others she was just giving away for free. It was so sweet!
Only place I like to go in Port Colborne. The Bobo tray is really cool when you go inside to order it. Daughter loves it. And Amy is absolutely amazing! Always happy and cheerful :)
Very good food made fresh
Havent been here but its fairly busy I have heard great things about this place there food is really good
Always great food and service. Ive never been disappointed.
The food is ok .
Best egg roles in town
Dinner for two. Won ton soup, eggroll, chicken chop suey chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken balls. $22.00. You cant go wrong. With tea, taxes and tip $35. Service is good. The place could use some sprucing up. We dont go for the atmosphere just good food at a good price.
The, best, food, period. Full stop.
Food was great large portions and fresh!
I love this place!
Great service from Amy, super polite, new furniture, great price, big portions, good food!
Great food, great prices, great service. Whenever Im in town I need to make a stop here!
From take out experience. Pretty good compared to any other Asian food place in Port. Not bad food but smaller portions then I would like. Great customer service, got a soup and when I got home the lid had broken off, called the store and they ran one done to replace it no charge.
Went to a Birthday Party there for the first time. The food was great and the atmosphere was really nice. The spring rolls were amazing.
Love the food. Everything is homemade. Delicious.
Great service delicious food just as I remembered as a kid
Our go to place for Chinese food. Reasonable prices, large portions, owners are friendly.
Absolutely wonderful
Nice exptations always met
Go here for your run-of-the-mill Chinese takeout. Service is usually good; never had a mistake, although sometimes delivery takes a long time if theyre very busy. The free honey garlic wontons that come with big orders are like crack cocaine.
Great food
Bo Bo tray was great! Dinner for 2 came with so much good food, ended up taking 2 containers home. Will be back for more
Bobo platter is delicious
Its the best Chinese restaurant in Port Colborne. You can eat in or take out. You can call and order food for pick or delivery with a fee.
The best Chinese food in Port Colborne and surrounding areas. They have fast and very friendly service. Free delivery for anything over $25. General Tao chicken is a MUST !!
Fast courteous service
Great people and great food and peices
Great take-out experience. Well priced. Hearty portions.
Laughably this place is rated a 4.5
The owner is a goof they completely messed up my order and instead of fixing it he said if I want it fixed I d have to pay for the other dish as well. The food wasn t good either
Very good food and cheap prices.
Horrible service
I havent been for few years and was really impressed with food taste and quality. The value was incredible too. I highly recommend this local gem.
Amazing place amazing food. AMY is such a gracious owner. Best food around
food is nicely done! just love it.
Consistent goodness...best around
Great service and quality Chinese food. A truly local favorite
Very bad experience we had there. We chose this place nov 5 for my birthday party because we heard good things about this place. Where do i start.. they had run out of a huge selection of drinks. the server was horrible. She didnt seem happy at all.. she rolled her eyes at us on more then one occasion that my 11 year old daughter caught on to as well as myself. I own a restaurant my self for the past fifteen years in fonthill. I will never be back.. i as a owner myself would never stand for a waitress that treets customers like that. but i will say the food was good. There are a few more chinese food places in port we will be going to..
Freindly staff, great food. A nice lunch menu, and great prices.
My husband and I ordered delivery and were displeased, The chicken balls were to over cooked to being d-r-y-y-y /crunchy,and there wasnt any sweet and sour sauce with it, the chow mien was either way over cooked or heated up leftover chow mien from earlier in the day, it was horribly soggy and mushy !!! ...what was good was the wonton soup and the delivery time of only like 20 minuts, maybe there was a reason it didnt take long. I never comment but this time I felt the need to . Sorry !
Friendly staff and great Chinese food. If you dont know what an item is, theyve got a photo of it on the table.
The best general tao chicken in the niagara region
