“Why is the scanner always broken at Tim Hortons, and the staff don’t seem to make any effort to scan my card at another register? It’s frustrating to load funds on the app just to find I can’t use it in-store or though drive thru, not to mention not getting my eligible points or offers. When I ask for help, it feels like no one wants to find a solution. Disappointing experience for what should be a convenient, customer-focused brand.”

Nasty morning staff. Interesting how only the students working at night know anything about kindness and customer service. Morning staff is atrocious and nasty and will hurry and physically “shoo” you out of drive thru with their hands. The wraps were soggy and falling apart. Gross. The manager on duty got defensive when addressed on her wraps she made, while having no problem saying she’d “speak” with the drive thru employees, obviously incapable of leading if she can’t admit she was also in the wrong. Terrible Tims.
Everytime I come visit this location it's always clean and the staff are extra friendly.
One of the best Tim Hortons around and we always make a point to stop here when that way in Niagara. Order is always made right and service quick and friendly. Hamilton owners need to send their workers here for training Keep up the good work 🙂

Breakfast wraps and sandwiches need to be grilled or toasted correctly. Cold English muffin, not toasted. Cheese cold. If it was once I’d let it pass. It has now happened over 20 times! I usually get the wrap but because it always comes cold and grilled for 3 seconds (which means it’s cold). I am willing to bet it would happen every time, but I decided not to waste my money and make it at home when I have the time. This is not a complaint. This is objective information to help make things right.
In all of Niagara Region, this is the best Tim Hortons, a true work horse, thank you!!
So when did tim Hortons become The Brick and start the up selling .... pretty sad when your up seller before you even get your order taken.... we as customers will tell you what we would like .... if you want to up sell go sell vacumes door to door or work as a furniture sales person . Enough is enough.....its just coffee
Person in front at drive thru orders a bunch of food at 5am no where to escape or choose to leave. Made me late for work when I had plenty of time. 15 minutes in a drive thru is unacceptable

This is the first Tim Hortons in months that actually properly toasted my bagel and put cream cheese on right. As well our drinks were made perfect. This was also our first time at this Tims but we will make sure to stop here when in this area in future. Thanks to the very polite young man that served us with such positive energy. This was Monday May 27th just before 2 pm.
Worst customer service. Argumentative when they get the order wrong. Like I ordered wrong but they got it right. Never going back.

Busy place but service with a smile and quick - despite the amount of people coming in. Loud and busy but to be fair we arrived at lunch time.

My mom and I visited the Tim Hortons Drive Through, and ordered Coffee, 5 packs of hockey cards, and of course, 10 Timbits.

Very friendly customer service on Feb 20 2023 at 330 pm by the 2 young girls serving the in store area not only did they give me great service but I noticed they gave a elderly couple great service by bringing coffee too the table for the couple plus the girls were very attentive and were constantly cleaning the area and making fresh coffee while greeting every customer in a freindly manner. When drive thru was not busy the drive thru associate open a till at the window to help other customers in the lobby. Great customer service

I just got coffee and 2 tim bits for my dog. They love it when I bring him through the drive-through. Parking: Not many spots left. Very busy. Always busy. Wheelchair accessibility: Adequate handicap parking.
Coffee was fresh and hot.Baked goods were plentiful and delicous.Bathrooms were clean.Dining area on this visit was in need of tables being cleaned and floor needed to be swept .A few team members were nitpicking at each other over length of break.Seemed whoever was in charge didnt have control of there staff.

Fast service usually...but....dont go there on Sundays. Waited at the front of a big line for five minutes and even with 13 employees behind counter, I eventually gave up and left empty-handed.

Went on my lunch today to get potato wedges witch are okay But I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee made with milk and extra base and it s just a normal iced coffee with milk No vanilla or extra base The past 2 times I ve gone this has happened.

The worst service. Every single employee was standing talking at the drive through window while 2 were making coffees. One finally noticed me standing at the counter started to head over and changed his mind once he got there, shifted direction and let me stand there some more. I m glad the 2 cars in the drive through got so much attention that I couldn t get my coffee before work, I had to leave before I was late
This is one of the better Tim Hortons out there. The line up is always long (beside the arena) but the staff is always friendly and the qualty is pretty consistent
Got sick after getting steep tea from here last night
This is one of the better Tims in the area. Occasionally Ill get a bagel that hasnt been cut, but the coffee is never burnt, the staff is always nice and my order is always right

Every time I get a hot chocolate from here it tastes watered down. No flavor. Ive got one enough times to know that this seems to be your permanent mixture which in my opinion is unacceptable. You need to at least be giving people what they paid for. $2.60 for a big hot cup of somewhat chocolatey water.

Usually the food is decent but at times the wedges are burnt to a crisp and are not even edible, Ive sat in the drive through multiple times for over 20 minutes, they dont even carry enough stock to make half of the food they offer better off going to a different location

Tims coffee is always consistent, its the wait time in line and/or the grumpy factor of the server that really determines the experience here. Tims in Crystal Beach is always the slowest of the slow... and usually the servers are surly. It was a nice day, I would be surly too if I had to spend my day slugging coffee. Parking: Not great parking.
IT S CLOSED!!!! Update your information!!! We were out late driving around trying to find an open Tim Hortons, and this one shows on Google as being open 24 hours. So we went out of our way to get to this one, and when we got here, the whole place is closed! Even the drive-through! Please update your info so people dont waste their time like this!

Update on August 27th 2022. This Tim Hortons location is the best and it stands out over any other location thay i have visited all over Ontario. Always very clean and well maintained. I havent seen a Tim Hortons so well stocked like this one. This Tim Hortons location always have all my favorite donuts and timbits available. Even the ones that you cant get anywhere else. They serve the croissants and the donuts in a individual box instead of a bag.... this is amazing. This way the topping will not stick to the bag.... very thoughtful. The beverages and food tasted amazing. Fully recommended Kudos to the Management and staff members . I wish at least one of the Tims in Guelph would be at good as this one. Parking: Lots of parking available at their premises Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair parking and accessible entrance
I usually only review places that were exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. If you cant tell from the stars, this place rocks. Ok ok, I know, its a Tim Hortons, BUT, the staff is fast as hell. The food and drinks were FASSSST, (I cant say enough how fast, I was shocked!) everything was the perfect temperature, and tasted great. The customer service and politeness alone gives this place a top rating compared to other Tims, but the speed...well this is, in my limited experience, the best Tim Hortons in all of Welland at the least.
I have been going to this LOCAL Tim Hortons for years and never a worry. Thus time was different. I have ordered the loaded bowls every day for dinner, and I have never been denied my request of NO RICE. Until now..!!!! I was told that they were not allowed to modify. So I asked if I were to order a BLT with no tomato, would they not modify that for me? They have not had a problem, modifying my bowls previous times. So why now? Any other Tim Hortons I go to will gladly modify my bowl. So I am spreading the word that they may not give you what special request you may have.. Good Luck....
Longest wait times ive ever encountered... was sitting in drive thru for over 20 minutes, the other day i had a girl that made my food and screwed up my order and was incredibly rude about it as well

Absolute trash. The crispy snack was soggy and disgusting. I think Tim s needs to go back to the board room And rethink those new flaky snack things. The white hot chocolate was just water and there was blood or something gross on my god Dam cup. This Tim s is the worst so far. Didnt get what I ordered through the drive thru. Should have checked bag before I left, but felt rushed as the lineup was long. Thats 2 mornings in a row they got my order wrong. But they charged me for it!!! Not happy

Yet another Tim Hortons. Behold!!! The bathrooms were stagnant and unkept, as were the baristas. Very impressed, I strongly recommend bringing the family.

Very impressed with Timmie s this year. We always went to McDonald s for coffee and tea and food, but McDonald s has been lacking so we tried Timmie s again after years, and I am very happy with it all. My teas have been right and I love the new sandwiches. Way to go Tim Hortons..
