You guys do a good job for the most part. Fairly good customer service. However I don't think you are doing the chi-tea correctly. You are supposed to put the boiling water on the bag so it can be drawn then add the milk instead of putting the milk first on the bag. That makes absolutely no sense. And please stop serving cold and Luke warm. I like it hot so I can sip it instead of on gulp. Come on now. I have gone to stores where even 4×4 is hot. Let's keep up the high standards.
The staff at this location are so sweet prompt service They were so friendly definitely made my day! ☺️
Nice people. They take the time to connect with regulars and make small talk. The turkey bacon club was delicious. Running a franchise store is tough and these people try hard.
We ordered and paid for two farmers wraps with bacon and sausage and we never got the bacon this twice that this has happened Iwe are not impressed
Sunday September 1st my spouse and friend decided to have a nice coffee to catch up outside on the patio as it was a beautiful day. However, Tim Hortons clearly hires inconsiderate contractors that were pressure spraying the patio, doors and windows around us forcing us to leave. I wasnt there for a shower. Had he have just asked us to move so he could finish the job, I would understand. Maybe he needs better customer service skills :(
Tim Hortons has gone down hill. Service was horrendous! You place your order and how is there something missing? They have staff who have no place in the service industry. Food looked like a 2 year old slapped it together. You ask for a toasted bagel and it's barely even warmed up in their toaster so you get a thick chewy untested mess. Coffee tasted like it was burnt. Thanks for ruining a Canadian staple.
The only problem I found here was the sink in the men's washroom seemed to be getting plugged because it was draining so slowly. Other than that, the staff was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful and the place was very clean.
Ok so normally of all the Timmies in town this one is the best with great service however today I had one of my worst Timmies experiences in my life there in drive thru. I normally get a Caramel Iced Cappe, an everything bagel and a hashbrown on the side and my partner gets a farmers wrap and iced cappe. The last few times I've gone they've accidentally given me the new caramilk iced cappe instead. today i decided why not they're probably gonna give me that one anyway so I'll order a caramilk since i liked it. and ofc the one time I ask for caramilk i get caramel. Fine, not the worst thing. However more happened. I felt very rushed the entire time which I understand it's fast paced I worked fast food before, but don't act and show you don't actually care ab satisfying customers you care ab meeting times in drive thru. As we get up to the window everyone inside working seems to not know what they're doing. We get our iced cappes and then the windows close and open like a minute later to me being told they don't have everything bagels (you'd think they'd say something at the speaker) and had me pick a replacement so I did. Finally get my bagel (which was surprisingly cut in half as it's hit or miss if this location does that) and we're rushed out without getting our hashbrown. Didn't want to ask in the moment as a line had built up but I shouldn't even have to double check and ask for food I asked for the begin with. I understand working fast food is busy but this was a very disappointing experience that could've been avoided if jobs were done properly. I've been there at busier times and had great service where I got everything perfect and was served politely and didn't feel too rushed but still had a fast pace but the workers today just didn't meet that standard. Sorry for the long review but when this Timmies use to be the best one and now it's service is starting to fluctuate in quality on any given day something should be said.

We just went through drive through for steeped teas. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and Tim Hortons is accessible for the handicapped and elderly!
Some are fast some are slow. But I always stop when on the go.

Its Tims, gets busy on the weekend and in the morning, hot chocolate always seems to taste different, and any hot beverage seems to have been heated by the flames of Hades himself. Donuts are weirdly sized now.

I have to say iv been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 40 years the last couple of years it has gone downhill. The service is pretty good but the food every day my sandwich is different the bacon teaser is overcooked and crispy as hell or not cooked at all the tomatoes are thick and juicy one day the next day theyre thinning crappy one day theres a nice amount of lettuce the next day theres none not to mention the sandwiches Ill put together all terribly I dont know I thought I had to say something after 40 Years of coming here and its just awful the last two years see what the donut series are hard or not cooked I got a bad chocolate milk once coffees arent sure I can go on and on the owner of the store needs to be there or have somebody get that place in the shape I realize how busy they are but Im surprised Im sorry to give the bad review but somebody had to say something or nobodys going to fix it the staff is very nice they just got to do their job better

My order is usually a large french vanilla, or a double double. The FV is heavily watered down, to save the owner $$ im assuming, and the double double never tastes like it should, based on how other locations make it, which is tastey.
I didnt want to be a total jerk and give it all one stars but probably one of the worst Tim Hortons Ive ever gone to. Its funny though, I keep going back
Went here each morning while staying in Port Colborne for the weekend. First day I went in and was greeted by friendly staff, second day I went through the drive thru. Again greeted by friendly staff. Got both orders in a timely manner. Everything was correct. Only complaint is they didnt cut my daughters bagel either time.
Coffee was terrible. Bitter. I ordered the Baileys coffee and couldnt even taste the Baileys Dietary restrictions: Sugar free options.maybe even sugar free hot chocolate with Splenda and a donut with Splenda. So hard watching people eat regular donuts

I ordered three french vanilla and gave me the wrong order that time I didnt check just take my order and gone but later I checked just provide me a hot coffee water means black coffee only, seriously guys. However, on the second day, Provide me with old coffee I know, its not possible but the coffee taste is weird. Even I felt the taste was different from other locations. Totally dissatisfied with this location. I read too many complaints in Google but still not taking any action. Amazing guys keep it up
15 minutes in the drive thru at 7pm on a Thursday evening ya think you could make the coffees right especially if your making customers wait on you.... Go there in the morning rush and everything is right and spend less time in drive thru... come on fix this this is not good for you and the floor inside where workers are is a complete mess

always getting my orders wrong. never have enough donuts. half the trays were empty. waited way too long to get served. some of the staff needs to clean up before working around the food. dont think we will ever go back.

The slowest Tim Hortons in all the land!
Ive had some rather disappointing experiences at Tim Hortons recently. The takeout service has been consistently subpar, and the quality of the food is quite inconsistent its a hit or miss. Whats more frustrating is that about 50 percent of the time, my coffee order is not what I actually asked for. Its clear that the staff is often in a rush, pushing through the long lines, and by the time you realize that your coffee is not right, its too late to turn back. Its unfortunate because Tim Hortons used to be a reliable choice, but lately, the lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction is disheartening.
Perfect stop to stretch your legs, have a snack, go to the bathroom and fill up with gas.
This Tim hortons location in port colborne is hands down the most delightful environment. Their team works together very responsibly and are able to communicate professionally in the kitchen safely. The staff are very friendly and patient, all my orders were served correctly! Walk in orders are served in a timely manner. The drive thru is also great service for when you are on the go. The food and drink is great! This location goes above and beyond! Keep up the good work! If you are in the port colborne area I highly recommend this tim hortons location!
I deleted my previous comment... Now, here it goes again! I just received notification my daughters school was in a lockdown because a student brought a gun to the school. My daughter wasnt answering her phone. I called Tim Hortons because thats where she works because I wanted to know if my child was at work, safe, and she kept cutting me off and telling me she cant tell me anything and I need to talk to my child I COULD NOT REACH HER! HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL STANDING AND MAKING MONEY WHEN THE LACK OF HUMANITY FROM MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN SO EVIDENT FROM THE BEGINNING! I just wanted to know my child was safe. I am so beyond disgusted.

Service was quality kitchen was not, wrong meat on the breakfast sandwich. Menu is smaller, under stocked in pastry s. Unfortunate but not the worst. PS might want to cover the bin of smile cookies if there s people dining less than 6ft away

Staff were serving unmasked customers who kept wandering back and forth along the counter, clearing his throat/coughing. If we hadn t been desperate enough in need of refreshment, we would have left. What part of almost 1500 deaths in Ontario from Covid in the past 30 days is not being understood?

Slowest, most incompetent franchise that ever existed. It should NOT take 20-30 minutes to get a coffee every single time bc staff doesnt do their job properly. Always huge lineups bc this location moves at a snail pace. Im done with this place it wont make another cent off of me!

I bought a coffee this morning and drank it. I felt sick like my belly was full of some sort of cleaner. I called to tell them this and they denied anything could be wrong. Im still spitting up cleaner. Loser manager tryed to save that restruant instead of apologizing. Now my belly hurts. Thanks for nothing.

After 6 pm experience is usually not good. Young staff defaulted on my entire drink order. I will drive across the bridge to Tue east side. They always get it right no matter what time of day.
With 3 Tim Hortons restaurants to choose from in Port Colborne, this is my favorite location. The staff are quick to remember their regular customers and their orders. They work quickly and efficiently both in the drive thru and inside the restaurant to get you your order as fast as possible but always maintaining good consistent quality of all their products, and, on the rare occasion a mistake is made with your order, which happens at every restaurant from time to time, they are happy to fix the problem and compensate you for the error without question. I love the customer service, the clean environment, the friendly atmosphere and the delicious smell of baked goods and fresh coffee that draw you in, especially on a cold day. I am a regular here come here at least twice a day. Great day staff but I have to say my last few experiences after 7:30 pm have been very frustrating. I usually get my order wrong or it takes forever with very little foot traffic to cause a hold up. Today we sat for 6 minutes in drive thru with no one at the speaker, with others in line moving in front of us. Werent told to wait or nothing just no answer so we decided to park and go inside to order. While my partner was inside he said that he had to wait for someone to come out of the back to help the counter, and they were too busy eating and lounging around to help the front. Really getting sick and tired of over entitled bakers never helping.
If I could give this place 0 starts I would .... Not only did I have to go in 3 times giving them a chance to fix my coffee my parents had to go in 2 more times also ... Have to go to a different Tim Hortons so they could fix this Tim Hortons mistakes just sad ....

Went through the drive-through unfortunately they forget to give me my Vanilla Cold Brew. I didnt realize it until I was where I was going and it was too late to go back. I stopped on my way home and went inside to get it and told them about the mistake. The customer service was terrible I should have called they said. Unfortunately I dont know their protocol. They made me feel like I was taking this from them without paying. Definitely not above and beyond

Ive been going to Tim Hortons on an almost daily basis for as long and I can remember. Pull up this morning for a coffee, when I reach the drive thru window they ask me to help them cause they are having an issue with their debit system. I sit there for three minutes as they try to work through the issue. It could not be resolved and since I didnt have cash they dumped my coffee. Pretty rude. Starbucks had the same issue once before and gave me my $11.00 order for free. I wont be going to Tim Hortons anymore.

We are visiting Long Beach and went for a drive yesterday & today along Main St. Found the this Tims, stopped in for a Tea & Coffee. Yesterdays was so good, when we went by today we got 2 teas & 2 coffees. Great beverages & service.

Checked Google map to make sure I wasnt wasting my time, said it was updated by business a week ago and open till 2am..it was 10:00 and they were closed already!!!LIES!!!!!!
Ordered a ton of drinks and food, all done correctly. Got a generous amount of strawberry chill and iced caps (almost filled to the very top!) The workers were very generous and communicated when an order of mine was coming up. I don t usually leave reviews but I hadn t experienced customer service this good in a long time! Highly recommend this Tim Hortons location and props to the crew here! Keep up the good work :)
