I ordered my pizza for a pick up. When I got there I saw my name on the board and it said Ready. I proceeded to ask for my pizza and guess what! They inadvertently gave my pizza to someone else ! No problem for the staff, they proceeded to make another for me and delivered it! Excellent customer service. A great big thank you to the gentleman at the store who so graciously apologized and delivered the pizza with a smile. Thank you!

I dunno whats with the bad reviews but so far I havent had any problems here. The pizza was great and loaded with cheese which was nice as half the places you go and get extra cheese it seems like you dont get any extra at all. The half price pizza on Mondays was also an awesome deal. Ill be going back for my free, pizza rewards pizza.

There is not really much of an atmosphere as it is not dine in. Service is good. I have had an order mistake and the store was quick to make it right, which was greatly appreciated.

Really is the best dominos in Niagara region. Dont usually like pizza too much but this place has been super consistent and all the staff are kind. The kitchen is kept clean and the food is always what youd expect from a Dominos. No nonsense here, the pizza is good and prices are great. Much better than other dominos restaurants in the area.

Honestly super cheap on toppings I always get double cheese and pay a fortune for it and there is barely any cheese on it tonight was their last chance for me if I order double cheese I shouldnt see the bottom of the pizza ridiculous when I get from any other dominoes its swimming in cheese as it should for the price!! Wont be back

For the most part Ive enjoyed their pizza since they have opened, untill last night. They were too fast in the delivery and the pizza was not cooked enough and for some reason my pizza was wet and soggy on one of the slices. Made me suspicious of how it was prepared.

Good pizza

Paid for pizza and was told it would be 20 min. Went had a beer at another establishment. Came back to find they misplaced our pizza in the chaos now waiting another 10 minutes for our pizza. Manager was not a very pleasant man. Poor girl had to deliver the bad news. Terrible business moral standing here waiting. Nothing offered for compensation. Do not recommend.

Good pizza, great customer service and great delivery service.

Forgot things in my order 2 times in a row which required me to drive to the location to pick up the things YOU forgot. Why the heck do I pay for delivery if I have to come pick up? And no apology or reimbursement either times. At least for the delivery. Come on.

First dominos to every let me down. Had to open my cheesey bread to see if there was even any spinach (which there barely was). Had way less cheese on my pizza than ever before. Also a waste of time paying for extra of a topping; can even notice the difference

Ordered a couple times, it was okay, the last 2 times I got pizza that look liked it got dropped 6 feet, and it looks like it was cut with nail clippers. Come on guys! But Every Pizza is good with a Cold OV!

I used the app for a $75 order last night, and everything was delicious and made perfectly, delivered in ~30 mins. Prices are excellent and the quality is there. Im really happy that a Dominos opened up in Port and you can tell the staff care.

The food is good dont get me wrong but the presentation and carelessness with the food is unacceptable honestly. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant so we order half with no cheese because they dont offer a alternative. This is happened to us twice now where we have got our pizza and it is cut into random literally slices on top of one another.pieces. And the pieces rnt even in there spot

Wow all along I never had a good impression about Dominoes pizza but I was impressed with the taste, price, and time of delivery. My pizza was not burnt up and looking distasteful like they do at pizza hut. And the cheese bread was amazing. Keep up the good quality Dominoes. I shall be ordering soon again.

The pizza took 10 min longer than they said. I went to pick it up at the time i was told. She said that it just came out of the oven. 5 min later it was still in the oven. 5 min later i recieved it. It was not that hot. I also witnessed an upset customer come in. He felt his pasta was not properly made. Their was no parmesan cheese on top. He was informed that it does not come with the cheese on top. He informed her that they did it in Fort Erie. She then told him to go there then. I will not return.

Very fast service. Owner apologized asked if wish replacement pizza for 2 missing ingredients! I said as single person could not eat all that so he politely offered $15$ credit on next order! Thx to all essential services!
