Ordered and paid for a pizza from the States to be delivered to a friend in Port Colbourne. Door Dash (Carla) delivered it and I was COMPLETELY destroyed. Contacted Pizza Hut and was completely dismissed and the buck was passed on to Door Dash.... I get it. But Pizza Hut needs to screen their drivers... This was also opened on a live stream and people from around the world have seen it. This is unacceptable. Please screen your drivers better.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza, small Caesar salad and some chicken bites the other day.. The pizza was great, however the chicken bites were covered in some sort of white sauce (which was not what we ordered and made them super soggy), and my husband and I were the only ones who ate the Caesar salad in our family and we ended up getting extremely sick because of it. I’ve never spent so much time in the bathroom after eating out….. I’d recommend the pizza, but not the other items I ordered.
I have ordered several times from this pizza hut. the last 3 times have progressively been worse. This last order was 14 wings in medium buffalo sauce. The wings were very soggy and drenched in a watered down hot sauce. I also ordered cheesy pull apart bread. It wasn't even fully cooked. the cheese was even hard is spots. Very disappointed with any so called quality. For the expensive price of this food it should come perfectly well done and not watered down. Never ordering food from the port colborne pizza hut again. I caution everyone. This business will not last long in a town with several pizza and wings places.

Absolutely amazing spot to grab not only personalized pizzas but pastas and desserts as well! All for wonderful prices and the service is absolutely incredible. The staff is so friendly and kind, I will definitely be continuing to return to this establishment.
Staff lies saying items are ready, take your money and make up wait. Cinnamon buns weren't even cooked

We had a vegetarian pizza for the first time, it was really good in taste, nice, soft and delicious, never had this kind of pizza from other pizza stores. Definitely go second time.
We ordered two small pizzas yesterday and got so sick from them, I m in so much physical pain today. Both our pizzas were overly greasy, they were soggy not crispy. Vegetarian options: One person got the beyond meat and one was just cheese and we both got extremely sick, it must be either the oil/grease, the sauce or the cheese
Anytime I have got food from here it was good. They have some decent pizza and wings specials that seem cheap but the small pizza is more like a personal pizza. I was a little disappointed with that but it was still delicious.

Do not care to give them business again, As drivers/employees act as if they own the store (indian students perhaps) Bad experience as I was on business call on phone and indian driver disturb and refuse to serve, and why were they all 2 cook girls and that driver on my single order gossiping in circle on my order lol i left so angry i through the order away. Indian drivers/front desk customer service should not act as owner or manager. Note customers are always right. PSVR report was issued..

Placed an order on sunday which was delivered incorrectly ( pizza sauce, missing items etc ) When i called to make note of these mistakes i was made to feel like an inconvenience and told the girl i was speaking to not to worry about it. A male employee called back a few minutes later and stated that they were busy and to call another time to have my order replaced... (which was fine ) Upon reordering today, my second, replacement order was STILL incorrect ... and i was made to pay for delivery ( I understand its not the delivery drivers fault, but this is something that the company should have covered at that point ) Deeply disappointed in both customer service and quaily / detail.

The pizza I ordered was on time and the delivery driver was decent. As to the order being correct, thats another story!! I ordered a pizza and bread sticks online from the Port Colborne location as the system kept telling me a pizza order wasnt costing enough for delivery. What a pain!!! When my order arrived it was pizza alone. I asked the delivery driver about bread sticks and was told read the receipt which showed pizza alone! So much for pizza cost alone not being enough! I will take this up with the Port Colborne store Manager when Im in town vs phone or internet as person to person gets far better results!!!!!
Ordered 2 pizzas and a side. One pizza was made perfectly as ordered and it was simply perfect. The one they they goofed up! Put wrong sauce. For the side they added cheese which was not asked for (kids loved bit!!). Pizza hut always great place for pizza lovers. But they need to pay attention to each orders. Coz with these kind of foods we dont like go back for complain...either we through them out or eat them ASIS. I hope they improve on the promise.

Customer service would be 5 stars, unfortunately this place was the last nail in the coffin for pizza hut pizzas. The best description i can possibly think for this was oil soaked paper towel topped with burnt pepperoni and cheese with cheese rolled along the outside.... We couldnt even get through two whole slices without having to go brush our teeth with the amount of oil this pizza had in it. And the boneless wings? Not even going to bother. Im not sure they were even chicken... So long pizza hut, youve gone so far down hill i cant justify ever returning to any of your stores.

I love this location, the customer service at this location is great. They are helpful and service is really fast. They always have walk in and pick up special and yes also pizza of the day. I also feel the pizza they make is much more delicious in Comparison to the other pizza places in town. The pizza here is actually well topped unlike others around port. The manager is an amazing guy, really easy to get along with and always friendly. The Price is honestly worth the service. Online ordering, timely delivery, they dont mess up your order, and honestly just overall a well put together pizzahut and a good addition to our town.

I have yet to have a problem! Great cheese, lots of toppings, always ready in under half an hour, online ordering... The list goes on an on. Totally worth the few extra dollars for that kind of service. I hope they are in town for a long time.
