Terrible, I ordered delivery and the drive put the tip in himself for the pizza 1. Isn’t the tip optional (I always tip) 2. Pizza pizza adding their own tip, very cringe 3. That should not be a way to train your employees, I almost brought it up, I should have. I asked for my receipt because the delivery driver was acting suspicious and I noticed the amount charged was way over the price I thought I was paying on the 1 large pizza I bought. Saw the receipt (after I asked) and noticed he tipped himself 25% of the order… 1 star review, what kind of practice is that?
Amazinnnnng pizza in my 20 years of having pizza pizza this branch is the best !!!! The staff was super amazing and kind ! The chefs got magic in his hands the pizza was so yummy and perfectly cooked !!! The stpre was clean
Wings were dry but crisp .. not saucy like I thought since I said Buffalo style , and pizza was still dry even with “extra sauce” request . Although pretty flavourful .Probably not going to order again .
Great specials. We are regular customers. They have been adding new items to the menu. My daughter's love the popcorn chicken poutine, and I occasionally grab a panzerotti. They have a few different wing options, and some veggie wing options too!
It's nicely renovated. The bathroom is always a mess. It's a standard pizza pizza. Creamy garlic dip is the best imo.
What an amazing pizza! Just loaded with lots of love from peopl suwho work here, they are kind, humble and friendly who will serve food from pure heart . We live in niagara falls and have pizza pizza right next to our house but we drive to port colborne to eat pizza specially made by sukh. Amazing pizza! must try ✅
Ordered via online and received a pizza missing some toppings, called the customer service line which was a nightmare (corporate), however did finally get a hold of someone who offered to make it right with a new pizza - Store employees were great, they even apologized for the mixup. Pizza was amazing!
2nd review: Sorry but i have to change my review. I went back a few times and the quality was good but you are only as good as your last sale. This pizza was filled with bubbles and burned and ugly like someone with big boils. Dont forget that when it comes to food preparation its all about 1. Preparation and 2. Presentation. And the worst part is that when i called to make the complaint they had me holding for a long time and the music belongs to the funeral home. Terrible. review: Bought a slice of cheese 🧀 pizza and it was awesome. Lots of cheese and soft dough. I was impressed. It may easily become my go to place for pizza 🍕. Keep up the standard.

Ordered food through Skip. Got garbage instead. Missed half what I ordered. Other half was hard as rocks. Didn t even get a refund from Skip bcuz they started I received the items regardless of the fact I couldn t eat it!!!!!

If I could put less than 1 star I would. We just ordered some pizza or lunch and all seemed normal until my fiance bit into a literal BOLT in his slice. Lucky he didnt swallow that, or break a tooth.. Do better !
Good service
Took my order wrong and then asked me to pay for the mistake and then re deliver an hours later my missing order. Received attitude and rudeness from customer service reps. Will never order from this company again. Pizza I got also tastes bad.
Tonights stuffed crust pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni and green peppers was delicious, sometimes hit and miss with pizza pizza but awesome one tonight!
Food is good but someone smokes who works there and the whole store just stinks of cigarette smell and its disgusting

I m new to port Colborne so I went in the pizza was absolutely amazing the guy working I think his name was Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and the deals he was very nice will 100% be coming back to this place for lunch.
Never taste pizza but yes garlic dipping sauce is awesome. I purchased it a lot of times.
The place was nice and clean. The employees were nice and friendly. We got there super late and they were nice about it and understood we had been on the road for awhile. I ve been to this Pizza Pizza location 3 times now and not a single slice of pizza has been made ready to order. Every Pizza pizza i go to in Niagara Falls or even out of the city always has fresh pizza ready to be served. This location never has slices to be served, or it s a 20 minute wait so they can cook a whole pizza and give you a singular slice. It s very unprofessional for someone working to not want to do their job, including making pizza when asked by customers. That was the 3rd vist and the last for Pizza Pizza in PC

I love their pizza and the fact that they do vegan options, but the service is horrible. It s a universal experience at pretty much every pizza pizza I ve been to. Every time I place an order they re out of something and they won t make the pizza unless you call them back. Well, good luck with that! We re always on hold forever. Something needs to change in the system to stop this from happening. Either omit the missing ingredient or pick up the phone!

I just moved here and normally hate pizza pizza Im from the city but this pizza was amazing best pizza Ive had here in town Im shocked because in the city it was always a horrible experience so I was nervous but this the best pizza pizza Ive ever had will definitely be back :)

There is hardly any sauce on the pizza. I dont know what pepperoni you are using now but it absolutely awful. Not pizza pizza standards. The chicken wings taste like they have been frozen for months. I was so exited to get a pizza pizza in Port. Will be going back to the old pizza joints in town.
Not happy with my pizzas I order 2 large they both r under cook. Its like eating raw chicken. They didnt heat up the oven properly and put the pizza on cold oven. Its problems with all pizza pizza across this region. They should not get any star.
As pizza joints go this is definitely one of my go too.

Ordered pizza through port colborne location for my spouse working at the gas station, had to get delivery. The pizza was really bad, was too hard and felt like the dough was so old, the Mediterranean veggies has 3-4 toppings options, but the one I got just had more black olives and the sauce was not spread properly. The pizza delivered was like rock

Had come to get a veggie pizza. I dont eat meat due to religious reasons. The guy making my pizza, picked up meat with his hands and didnt change the gloves while starting to make my pizza. He was very rude and instead of doing it the right way he handed the refund to me and asked me to go.

You know, this a good place for what it is. Downfall of their cheap pizza is that literally all their toppings are extra charge now
You guys are awesome! Honestly I ve always ordered online for delivery and I have to say that the driver always follow my notes and my orders are always correct! Super Marios or Christophers is one million times better
Pizza was perfect and the toppings were generous. Probably one of the better pizza pizzas I have been to.
