This was the second time I ordered a steak stromboli with no mushrooms, and for a second time they have put mushrooms in it... Went back was polite cause I understand things get busy , but the owner was right rude and disrespectful wont be getting my business again

We had a Panzerotti and a Stromboli , I cannot tell you in words how good the food is and the price is amazing , I could not eat it all so lunch tomorrow , I can t wait to order again , we had take out but my husband said the inside was a little piece of Italy , 5 stars all the way , if you live in port , you must go !!!

Food is amazing. Portions are huge. Prices are fantastic. Tonight was our first time ordering from here and was utterly amazed. Wondering what I want to order tomorrow.

My husband and I are new to Port Colborne and are trying out the eateries to support local businesses. Mulberry s is our new favourite restaurant! We ordered subs (chicken parm for my husband and meatball for me). They were DELICIOUS! The buns were lightly toasted, packed with meat and cheese, and they were huge! My husband picked them up, he said the restaurant was clean and he received great, friendly service. We definitely recommend.

Matt the owner is the best! Awesome food every single time and prices havent spiked since Covid like everywhere else. There is nothing on the menu I wouldnt recommend! 5/5 all day long.

I have only had the pizza here. It is always delicious. Staff very courteous. A staff member even carried my pizza to my car, as it was tricky for me using a cane. Prices are reasonable. Parking can sometimes be sparse

In town for the weekend on vacation, found great reviews so we thought wed stop here as a family. We ordered and then they told us they only had 1 serving of meatballs. It appears online to be a restaurant when really its a fast food place. Guess again, it took 25 minutes to make PLAIN spaghetti with noodles for my Daughter who was starving, so we ended up waiting to get atleast her a meal. My advice, if you and your family want a nice meal, drive 20 minutes into town-dont bother going here unless you wanna wait 30 minutes for 1 of you to have a proper meal.

Food is fantastic! Sometimes your told a wait time and it is longer. I dont love Their hours of operation, especially on the weekend. Really wished they opened earlier because I would go more often.

Husband got us pizza as they were offered at 16% off.. quality ingredients, tasted great. Only thing I disliked was how greasy it was- we had to take paper towel to the top, otherwise it would literally drip grease. Would still go back though and recommend to people.

I come from niagara falls a few times a year to grab a steak strombolli from here. SO good! Never have i ever questioned the portions or prices. You get what you pay for and then some.

Absolutely ridiculous when you order a pizza at 4pm for 630pm pickup and it s just going into the oven when you get there. This guy is going to be late for his own funeral.

Made a pit stop and ordered 2 panzorotties. They were the best we ever had. We liked the added touch of mozzarella cheese baked on top so crispy. Have already shared how wonderful our dinner was. We will be back.

I m new to ordering from here and the food was great, ordered two Panzerottis from there and called for it to be done at 6:10pm but when I arrived, they weren t done. The front girl was sweet and told me about five more minutes okay, good then I waited about almost 30 minutes after the time that was planned for pick up, I wasn t so impressed and it wasn t that busy either.

Always good pizza subs and Stromboli s I ve never have been disappointed in this place I would recommend anyone to eat at this place for lunch or dinner

Ordered a tray pizza with bruschetta bread and everything was fantastic! Bruschetta bread had a little bit too much onion for my personal likings but lots of garlic which I love! Pizza was cheesy and saucy and the crust was perfectly crunchy! Probably some of the best pizza Ive ever had and the lady on the phone taking my order was so sweet and even when I got there late the food was still hot and they were very nice about everything! Will definitely order again

Pizza Slice - would get again Steak sub -would recommend - delicious Garlic knots - would get again Buffalo chicken stromboli - wouldnt recommend - huge portion but dry and too much bread/dough, would be better if the chicken wasnt breaded

Best panzarotti on the plant!!

Drove from the falls to try the pizza & do not regret it. The pizza was so good and I didn t expect the panzerotti to be as big as it was ! Well worth the trip, I will definitely be back !

Best pizza I have ever had. Great staff, always friendly and kind. The food is consistently great. The subs are also delicious. Cant beat the prices. This is the only place I order pizza from anymore.

1st visit but very impressed with the size and flavors of tge panzerotti. But was too big for one meal. Which is a good thing.

Called and placed an order. Showed up 5mins early to pick it up and was told 10 or 15 mins longer. Went back 15 mins later was told another 15 mins because it hadnt been started yet. That put me at an hour after I ordered. I would have preferred to been told it would take an hour and I wouldnt have ordered but gone somewhere else instead. Ended up being a waste of time. Really sad as I had a great panz from there before.

Tend to make a sloppy pizza its good but could be cooked a few more minutes

Order at 5pm. Was told one hour. Showed up at 6pm. Waited 5mins for someone to even talk to me. Was told it would be another 10 mins. Finally by 730 our order was ready. Very poor time management at this restaurant.

Called last Thursday to order and assorted sub and was quoted 45 minutes so I cancelled my order today I ordered another two assorted Subs at 8 p.m. I was quoted a half an hour so arrived at 8:30 p.m. and the gentleman said its going to be a few moments and I glanced around the counter and noticed the subs havent even been started yet so I just decided to cancel my order again trying to support local is very hard when a simple submarine sandwich is an hour wait I work in the restaurant industry so I am aware of lack of Staffing and as well as the high demands from customers however very frustrating and discouraging!!!!!! I have been a frequent customer throughout the year so this is definitely not a fluke Ive had similar situations happen but always willing to give a second or third chance I think some time management in the kitchen needs to be considered or reconsidered I should say again very disappointing I always look forward to your sandwiches

Best pizza in town!

First off I would like to say that I love the food, the pizza is always great and the stromboli are something else. Unfortunately I have had several unpleasant experiences, as have other reviews that I have read with unacceptable wait times. Tonight for example, I ordered 2 party trays at 4:40pm to be picked up at 7pm. That is almost 2 1/2 hours to make 2 trays. I waited 17 minutes to get my pizza. Even arriving at 7pm I was told 5min, and waited 17. Unfortunately I will kot be going back. This was not the first time I have had to wait well beyond the time I was stated.

Love the fluffy tasty dough with homemade sauce & sweet cheese 17$ base 24 slice party pizza! Usually add homemade chicken with anchovies & Pineapple with sweet cheese over toppings! Fried same dough Panzoritis where not to creasy with baked melted cheese on outside! Owner Matt rocks!

By far the BEST pizza and spaghetti in Port Colborne !!! CONSISTENTLY as ordered !! LARGE portions, VERY reasonably priced and ready in a timely manner !! Keep up the good work !! Us OLD People in Port Colborne remember how good Joeys Pizza was !! Well now all the younger generations can enjoy what us OLD people did loooooong ago. The PERFECT PIZZA!!

Great pizza! Plastic utensils were too flimsy for cutting the panzerotti. Panzerotti was good so it was worth the effort but please get better utensils!

Hands down the best pizza in town. I grew up in this town in the 90s/00s and Super Marios was always the spot, after the new ownership it was never quite the same. These guys nailed it and filled the pizza void the town had until they opened. Terrific people, Terrific pizza. Absolutely outstanding. I love coming back to town now and then to grab a tray to bring home to my family.

Finally a great pizza in Port Colborne love it ! Now I can stop diving to Welland. For the people who complain about waiting time just order early Remember if your waiting must be good lol also nice and Curtis staff

Three times in a row I have showed up at this place and our food hasn t been ready! Tonight I showed up 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and was told that it would be another 15 minutes. Last time.

Friday night order was quoted for 1hr on a single tray at 5pm. Totally normal wait time when busy. I gave them til 6:20 to be safe. When I arrived the place was empty. The pizza still wasnt ready and by 6:30 when I politely asked the remaining time I was met by an rude gentlemen (baker) who said fine ill take it out right now!. Pizza was 30mins later than expected and undercooked. Other staff were polite but quiet, tension felt in the atmosphere possibly due to the previously mentioned baker? Ingredients were quality. It was an odd experience considering the high competition for pizzerias in Port Colborne. As this was my first experience Im undecided between trying again or simply going to one of the other 6 places in the city.

2nd time ordering after a friend told me about this place. Its now the best pizza in the welland-port Colborne. Its the classic Rose city . I will order again and again.

Great pizza great price im happy

I waited 2 hours for a pizza and when the guy showed up told me he only expected cash which was never told over the phone the man who delivered the pizza never asked me if I wanted change for my cash just took the cash and said have a good night did not deserve the tip at all. The pizza was great but the unnecessary wait and lack of pricing knowledge is the reason for the 2 stars. Probably not going to order from here again.

Bad customer service. Never answers the phone. Owner seemed like he was out of it and did not care. Too bad decent pizza very similar to most Welland pizza.
