Placed an order online cancelled it last min after my family has been waiting 45 min. Get your shit together pita pit. Last I tried to order from this place Service : 1/5

I love this place. First time there. Fresh veggies cooking on the grill, toasted pita oh yeah buddy and fruit for the smoothies delicious.

Says its open until 9pm, its 840 and its closed. Disappointed

From the food to the service, we had an above and beyond experience at Pita Pit this past weekend. We stopped in with our kids and the staff was incredibly thoughtful. They gave our kids a free cookie, played with them while we ate, and were overall so welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality, Pita Pit! Kid-friendliness: They were very welcoming of our children who were crawling around and playing. They also gave them a free cookie :)

Food is always excellent - made fresh to order. Somewhat disappointed that they seem to run out of rice later in the evening.

My first time and last time there. I ordered the rice bowl . The rice was disgusting. I can not imagine how they get away with selling the rice bowls for 14.00 dollars. I will never ever go into that establishment again. The rice looked like it had been there for the entire day. Rice is not hard to make. Rice was bloated and mushy. Made me want to pwek . P:s I would never feed it to my dog. I don t hate my dog . lol

I was working in town for the week and stopped twice to eat here. The first day my stomach was hurting and thought the food didn t sit me well; decided to eat there again because I love pita pit but this time I payed more attention to how the were cooking the meat and they used the same spatula to chopped all their meats. The cross contamination is crazyyyyy!!!!! Do not eat here!!

Me and my girl would go there all the time the manager is amazing at her job but there was these two younger white girls they can u sweat and when u speak and grabs the wrong topping and the other likes to wear PJ s to work all and all it was the worst experience every at pita pit we will not ever go back the best kicker was after we ate them I looked at my girl and said so wanna order more food lol

This was my first time ordering from the Pita Pit in Port Colborne. I had the beef brisket, with assorted toppings and the garlic aioli wrapped in a pita. It was delicious!!! Pita Pit will be my go to place when I want fast food.

Excellent food and management

Says open till 9:30, open sign was on, came in at 9:15 and was told they were closed. When I asked if the time was wrong and mentioned the sign was still on the girl said oh and walked away. Cool ok. Left and went elsewhere.

Always go there and order the chicken caesar pitas and Im never disappointed I love this place one of my favorites for sure

Ordered for pick up today and they didn t put any sauces on my pita! Do you know how dry falafel is with no sauce?!? Had to throw it out. Not a huge deal because mistakes happen, but when I picked it up, the two girls working were standing around eating and talking in the back. I don t have any issues if you want to just go to work and chill with your friend, but at least make sure the order is made correctly! Really disappointed

Thought Id give it a try because I hadnt been to this location before. I get pita pit a lot at other locations. Ordered a small chicken wrap and they literally put four of the smallest pieces of chicken on it and even the toppings they barely put any on. I also got a falafel wrap a small and they only put two of the rounds in it when I know its normally 4. Then i took a bite of it and it definitely tasted off. Definitely wont be back. Could of got twice as much food for the same price at subway.

Very personal and friendly. Excellent choices and the food is first class.. we eat there as a family on a weekly basis..

I just tried to grab a pita for lunch. Waited 15 mins inside didn t get to order I couldn t wait longer. The young girl working appeared to be alone I felt bad for her. Why doesn t she have any help? I saw 4 people walk out including me while I was there. That s about $60 in sales lost in 15 mins. Not ideal.

Service was quick. Food was equally as good as service. Thank you.

I worked in hospital nearby. I always come to this location for my lunch, but they never have rice for my bowl. They always says that wait for 20-25 min. I can t wait that long because i got only 30 min break. Sometimes I go after my shift around 7:30 in the evening and manager said they don t cook rice after 7 because they have to throw at the time of closing at 9pm. I am really disappointed with the service and I just want to let the higher authorities know to please check upon them.

Very slow service, and quality of food was also compromised.

Same story again. Went at 7:45 pm and no rice. Girl working there told me they are out of rice. It s the same story every time. I work at a store near by and stop to get my dinner but always have switch for something else. Sometimes they don t have drinks sometimes you have to buy small because they don t have large. Owner should over see employees.

Came in on April 27th around 7:00pm with one employee working. Waited 15 minutes in line with two person ahead of us, and at the last, they told me that they have no rice at all. Not worth the wait. Need to improve their service.

Staff was quite rude and unhelpful. Asked them a question about smoothies and they shrugged me off and answered quite apprehensively. The pita I got was kinda cold and not fully cooked, I asked for it to be extra toasted and it didn t seem like it was toasted even in the first place Quite a disappointing visit, I should ve gotten to the A&W next door

Their service is great, friendly staff and their rice bowls and smoothies are delicious . I always come here for my dinner and I will be. Thank you for serving the healthy food

What a Great restaurant??? DELICIOUS FOOD, FRIENDLY STAFF . I have been there couple times ig more than that and always got an accurate Order. Their smoothies OMG, I just loved them . Definitely going next time and gonna Suggest my Friends. Just because Covid-19, Im so scared to eat outside but truly like this restaurant they are following proper procedures, so not frightened anymore .

We stopped here on the way to grab some quick bites about a month ago. This being a new location was really clean and looked great. The staff was courteous and nice to talk to. We ordered the Chicken Pita, the Black Bean Pita, and the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, and everything was so good. If you havent already tried, you must try their Strawberry Banana smoothie. Hope to stop here again on our next trip.

Disappointed and feel ripped off! Stopped in to get a pita, but when I got to the vegetable station I noticed that my pita looked like the small size. So I double checked that it was the large size I ordered and the server confirmed yes. When I got to the end of the counter I could see the larger pita behind the counter so I inquired a second time and the server stated that those were the whole wheat larges, and that I had a small size because they were out of large in white bread pitas. They should have informed me at the cash and I would have switched, and there were two opportunities to rectify the situation when I asked twice. Instead, I was mislead and served a small size after paying for a large. I would have complained and asked for a refund, but the store was at capacity due to social distancing and I didnt want to inconvenience other customers waiting in line on their lunch break. Maybe think twice before taking them at their word...

Recently visited the place while driving back from the lake with family. Nice & clean, warm and friendly, very attentive and specially kind to kids. My kids loved the chocolate Banana smoothie and Pitas. Overall a great experience and a much needed healthy option addition to the city of Port Colborne. Although I wont mind if they also have Yogun Fruz ice cream. Franz

Just had my first rice bowl. Was excellent. I have been going at least weekly since they opened. The service is spectacular. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good fresh food and friendly atmosphere :)

Recently made my first order from the Port Colborne Pita Pit online and picked it up in-store. The manager called me a few minutes later to make sure the order was correct as one of the staff members thought they had made an error while preparing it. I have never had this happen before. It felt really great to know they cared enough to make the effort to call. Highly recommend.

This is one of my regular places to go for something to eat in Port Colborne. The staff are very friendly and the food is always good. I am so happy they opened here in port! I have a good experience each and every time I visit. I would recommend this pita pit to everyone. Everytime we go in the place is very clean. My friends also go to this pita pit with me and they always enjoy their experience as well. the new rice bowls are absolutely delicious! And their smoothies do not disappoint. All this with some amazing pitas, you can t go wrong!

I give this Pita Pit 5 stars because the two people that served us my friend and I were polite respectful and very covid-19 friendly. They kept their hands clean between each customer that they served. They even stood six feet or more apart from each other. I would recommend this place every time. And the food was great

The prices are way to high for something small not worthit at all
