This location is ridiculously understaffed! I waited 20 minutes to be served because the girl working was swamped! SPEND MONEY ON MORE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!

Jasmine is amazing host. Keep doing the good work.

I prefer this location over the other Subway in town.

Dont go around dinner as they only have one worker and it takes 30 mins to get a sub like quit being cheap hire workers u charge more than enough to afford it

Was in Sunday night last week. Bread is always fresh and sub is always perfect. Just want to say tho there was someone infront of me that was pretty rude to the server. Maybe try being a little nicer to them. Thats free you know.

So disappointed port colborne subways not open until 9am. Slackers.

The women working was very dismissive of customers and refused to make my sandwich the way I wanted or my friends. I think she either needs a break, sleep or attitude adjustment. Wish her and the store all the best if that is going to continue though.

I visited there Tuesday night and I have worst experience which I would like to share. The Girl working there from Niagara falls was so rude, she don t even have a manners how to talk with a customer. Sorry to say but you guys have good food but you lost 1 customer because of bad customer service.

Kinda disappointed, I ordered 2 subs and received one as a 6 inch instead of the 12 inch. I called the number listed and some random elderly man answered who had no clue what I was talking about. So I decided to drive back and advise them of the error. When i got there all they did was give me the other 6inch half, and she also kept the receipt so I could not send a review to the company. Now by the time I got back home everyone else was already finished eating and the first half was somewhat soffy.not satisfied!

Waited well over 10 mins and only have 30 min lunch horrible time to leave your store, and probably not even something your allowed todo you lost a loyal customer and post won t let me show photo of sign on your door saying back in 10 minutes

The lady Kept asking me if I wanted cheese when I said no cheese, she must have asked me like 7 times, very annoying

Had to keep repeating myself. They didnt make my husbands meal right either.

I came to order around 9:40 pm and i was asking about breads the worker told me that we are about to close.. it was like dont ask but i liked to eat subway and ordered.. it was the worst subway service ever!!!

I have been to so many subways in Ontario considering the number of cities I have stayed in. It would be true to say that this Subway has surprised me with the friendliness of the staff and the freshness of food. The last time I was here, I had issues with the Subway app payments not going through and the shift in charge offered me a free cookie for the trouble around it. The thought of doing that matters :) Most staff at other subways are just working for their minimum wage, this place is surely a different culture :)

Every time I come here the owner treats me poorly. Today instead of hello first up the cashier said What do you want. Kept asking me for cheese when I said no cheese. Asked for bacon, would not listen. Gave me barely any chicken and when owner tried to tell me more chicken is double meat. Sick of poor management here and will never return. I am just a human trying to eat lunch. Some people think they are better than everyone. PS: owners wife did add more chicken as she made me the same wrap last night. She is very nice.

Clean subway, the lady was pleasant and made good sandwiches. Some subways cheap out on veggies on your sandwich but this didnt.

Went there, place is clean and good staff. Bathroom was not clean though, I went to wash my hands and it was not clean.

Absolutely disgusted with service here. One person making subs while another does nothing and line up out the door. Have been a loyal subway customer guess its time to switch to Archies.

What an awesome subway. Freshest one I have ever been too. The girl that served us right now was very kind and courteous. Very clean as well. Each time Im in the port, Ill be grabbing a sub here.

Truthfully I dont know the girls who work nights but they make some bomb subs. As for quality and such. Its subway we all know what its about. Eat there dont eat there but this place is alright.

So slow ....I order a vegetarian sub and he puts so little veges on I end up always having to say more plz. Cause its a vege....it is a $1.65 for extra cheese does that not seem a lot I just have to stop going to the Main St. Location I am always so disappointed
