I ve ordered from this catering service twice now, on Saturday and today. First, I must mention the wonderful experience I had during the phone call. The staff was so kind, compassionate, and polite that my wife said she wanted to get out of the car when we arrived just to personally thank the lady for her positive energy and kindness. Now, regarding the food: I ordered Ghormeh Sabzi and Lamb Shank. I can t adequately describe the quality, flavor, and authenticity of these dishes they were incredibly delicious! This delightful experience encouraged me to order again today through Uber Eats while working from home. Despite the distance from Burnaby, I was concerned that the food might lose its quality or arrive cold. However, the kebab and Gheymeh I ordered arrived hot, flavorful, and of excellent quality. The lamb was tender and well-seasoned, the rice was plentiful, and the Gheymeh was perfectly cooked, with a nice crispy tahdig. Thank you for your outstanding prices and the high quality of food that would typically cost much more elsewhere. You provide such great value!

The food is good especially for the price.

it is cheap if youre not particular about quality, but if you are I wouldnt recommend this place at all. They try to compensate with oversized portions of rice but even the rice, wow, you can almost smell the artificial yellow coloring they use instead of saffron. I wouldn t return.

I bought grilled chicken from this restaurant today, but unfortunately it didnt taste the same as before. The food was very poor quality and the inside of the chicken was completely white. I will never buy from this restaurant again.

Very generous portions for the price. I think I paid 13 something for the Koobideh before tax. It was super filling and lasted me both lunch and dinner.

I had a large order for my party but unfortunately the quality of food is not as good as before as it s been a few years that I always order food for my parties from here. A person called Amir was preparing my food, he was very rude and I didnt have a good experience last time. Because of Amir, I talked to the restaurant manager about my problem, but they didn t do anything to solve the problem.

I recently visited this restaurant and was shocked by their unsafe food practices. They served extremely hot food in plastic containers, which is a huge health concern.This is completely unacceptable and dangerous. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values their health.

Great food and unbelievable prices

This is the second time in two weeks that Ive had issues with the food quality. Previously, I ordered food for family and work parties, and it was always good. However, on these recent occasions, the food was disappointing. I ordered two Zareshkpolo dishes, which were excessively oily, two Jojeh dishes that were dry and tasteless ,the rice was undercooked and one Lamb Shank that was acceptable. Additionally, every time I called to place an order, I had to call 3 or 4 times before someone finally answered. Im unsure about the North Vancouver location, but the Port Coquitlam store has consistently provided poor quality food and service. I will no longer be ordering from them.

We ordered ahead for a surprise party and were told to be there on a certain time to pick up. We had to wait 40 minutes for the food to be prepped. Poor customer service.

Many time when I go later evening they don t have bred and onion which doesn t mak sense that Persian restaurant say we don t have onion. Other thing they are ripping off the customers when I don t want the rice with food they only deduct 1$ dollar when I buy extra rice they charge 4$. This is ridiculous actually the people who works there are nice and polite, these are all about owner ship

Went here with my family to get some food and it was the biggest mistake we ve ever made. We ordered the chicken wings with rice and all the chicken wings came raw. There was blood inside when i took a bite and it was visibly raw. We went back to show them the raw chicken and they refused to give our money back. Thankfully, another customer was behind us and he also pitched in and told them it was wrong for them to ignore the fact that they gave us raw food, took our money, and are now refusing to give back our money. They eventually paid us back but we shouldn t have to argue for what was rightfully ours. never going back again, and you shouldn t either.

Not fresh anymore

Great quality, nice and friendly staff!

I called and ordered 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, and the person on the phone assured me that the food would be ready on time. However, for the third time in the last two months, I had to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes at the restaurant to pick up my order. I understand that they are busy and that it may take longer for orders to be prepared, but when a customer orders ahead, its because they dont want to wait they want to pick up their order and go. The restaurant should ensure that they provide customers with an accurate pickup time. If youre busy and the order cant be ready in less than an hour, just let the customer know. But most importantly, make sure that when the customer arrives, the order is ready and properly packed.

As its name says, there is no place to sit and eat, but the service and food are great. Delicious kebab, although sometimes they dont have all the food on their menu available.

Do not come here if you do not speak farsi. I ordered online and it said ready for pick up in 15 minutes. I went in after 25 minutes and watched as everyone else who came in after, and spoke farsi, got their orders. I was ignored each time I politely asked to follow up on my order (they dismissed me with not finished when I hi I ordered online). They only checked on my order when I asked to cancel and refund after 50 minutes. They then found my order which had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. Nobody had followed up and they were all chit chatting while I waited. I was there long enough to observe a caucasian woman and asian man be told they had to wait 30 minutes while others speaking farsi ordered and got served right away.

Amazing Persian take-out location. I ordered Fesenjan for work the next day, and it went above and beyond my expectations! The portions were massive for the price, and it was delicious even after sitting in the fridge all night and being microwaved. I havent had much experience with Persian food but I must say that Persian stews from this place are amazing!

******** I ate this food yesterday and I didnt go to work today because I have a severe heartache I bought almost three kebab presses, with the delivery money, I paid about 50 dollars, I paid 60 dollars, with the tip and everything, but what came is you can see .

If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered online for food to be delivered at 1pm. Food was not delivered until 1:30 which my lunch was already over by that time. Manager argued with me that when you choose the delivery time online that it is when the food is ready even though the email stated that it would be delivered at 1pm. Was very rude and hung up on me. Then when the order did arrive it was the wrong order.

Today, I prepared a barberry press from your restaurant, but unfortunately it was full of oil and the quality was awful. I will not order food from your restaurant again.

Its been few times that we had kabab from this place and been OK so far. But yesterday we got Koobideh and Barg from them and it was just so delicious and Im happy that seems like the quality has been improved over time. Please keep it up and we will come for more.

If you want to have salt and oil as a meal, yeah sure order here! The quality was AWFUL! Can t believe that much oil is still served in a single meal! For your reference I ordered zereshk polo and mahiche with rice. Don t know where in the world they put chips with the chicken of zereshk polo! This picture is taken after we discarded some of the top oil to be able to eat it. We called them to let them know the quality, but they just hang up the phone! So sorry to see such a customer service and such a meal quality .

This food store is very organized and on time and they make delicious food

BE AWARE: do not tip in this establishment as the owner does not share tips with any of the restaurant workers. Last time I was there, I ordered lamb shank with rice and it was so watered down. Absolutely disgusting and I will not be coming back. Not to mention I found mouse droppings on the packaging for the utensils that I got for take-out. Can t believe that Health Canada inspectors allow this place to operate.

I always remember the good behavior and customer orientation of the women who worked hard in sales and accounting, but recently a middle-aged woman was hired whose behavior is not at all according to the standards here. Last time I saw them arguing with a customer when a respectable Afghan gentleman intervened and ended the discussion and this time I experienced his disgusting behavior myself. Talking about the Iranian model does not work here and the customer is always right. This and please explain to them the day of hiring new people. I deleted the previous years five-star story and wrote this instead. In addition, I have been your regular customer since the opening of this branch until now, and if I experience this kind of behavior here again, I will definitely reconsider where to buy Iranian food.

It was our first time ordered here and the chicken bone in kebab was actually wings but the manager did not accept it. Literally they did not care.

It s still good ; however food quality has changed a lot. I wish you could keep quality the same when you opened the restaurant. Seems you re changing your chefs frequently . What I most like us Kobide . It s not the same at all . Even in short period of times taste is changing . One day it s to salty , one day it s too spicy the other day there is so much turmeric that you can see colour is yellow. Today it s just taste which is not really delicious. I like every customer expect consistency of food quality . Good luck. I ordered the food at 6:18 pm on Sunday evening the person who answered the phone told me the food would be ready in 45 minutes, which I picked it at 7:00pm, the food was cold and seems to be sitting there more than 25 minutes. It appears that there is a lack of attention to the expectation that the food should be served hot at this facility.
