Get the kare kare ramen! 🍜 so good Staff is nice a brother sister duo I left there filled and satisfied. Food and drinks are affordable. I feel like it’s pre Covid :)
The bubble tea here is great. They have regular bubble teas as well as fun combinations with fruit in the drinks. However the service definitely could be improved. They seem to be understaffed and always only have one person working which creates a delay from ordering to getting your drink or food. During the long weekend they only had one person working and it took 45 minutes from arriving to getting 3 bubble teas which was a bit too long.
Came here 1st time. Got a Signature BBT, portion was massive and the flavor was good! They have Dairy-free beverage option as well. Good service and clean place

They have a wide range of options if you are looking to customize your poke bowl. Same with blended drinks and bubble tea. They look equally tasty. The poke bowl was definitely worth its value. Taste is great. I got the Irish earl grey bubble tea and it was so flavourful! Will definitely recommend that one. Staff is amazing. The male staff that served me was extremely accommodating, friendly, and patient with me as it was my first time there. Lots of space to sit and eat. 10/10 would recommended giving them a try. It’s a pretty good place to get poke in the area. Their menu and drinks will probably get you going there a second time.
The food is so yummy! Bubble tea is the best too. Staff is accommodating and friendly! I want to try their halo-halo next time. ♥️🤤😋

We ordered 3 signature bowls that were supposed to have mango in them. Ours did not...
We ordered a few signature bowls to go but a lot of toppings were missing, rice was so bad and not enough sauces. Overall the food was really bad. Service was great though.

It was our first time & will definitely come back! The Poké Happy Hour (free milk tea) was a delightful treat! The Small Poke Bowls with tuna & scallops were satisfying. My son will try their Mac & Cheese & Chocolate drinks next time! :)

Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the bubble tea. Asked for half sweet milk tea and for $8 it literally tasted like sweet lukewarm milk. Will not be returning.

Awesome experience. The freshest ingredients combined with innovative toppings and a delicious vinaigrette made for a really tasty dinner. Staff was very patient an friendly, and provided helpful suggestions to someone new to this type of cuisine. Their original Ninja bubble tea also really hit the spot. Will definitely come back. We were pretty happy to find out there is a Ninja location in Poco since we just moved to the area. We are regulars at the Coquitlam location, typically order there 3 times per week. What a disappointment we ended up with when our online order got cancelled the same minute we placed it, we thought it must be a mistake. We drove there to find out what happened and order in person. The gentleman behind the counter with his all attitude showed no interest in placing an order. He really didnt want to be bothered by any customers and the only desire was to end that working shift as soon as possible. Im not sure if the staff gets overworked with no breaks, or something else going on.
Best bubble tea I ve ever tasted. Life changing. Can t wait to have kids so I can take them here. I m 21. 11/10

Super cute poke place. They were so nice and the options are great.
Most things are good here. Their poke and their bubble teas are good, as well as their kale smoothies. Their Taho (shop-made fresh tofu), however, was not great. Maybe it was just this batch, but it was sour, and had a skin(?) on it that was mixed through the drink.
Really slow location, I waited 20 minutes for my drink. Drink was delicious though
We came in and had two bowls and a smoothie-one person working and he was just moving and making sure all of us were taken care of and was polite to all customers. The food tastes soooo fresh and the restaurant is so clean

Ninja has the best boba I ve found in greater Vancouver! The staff is always helpful, whether it s helping you get all the discounts that can apply to your order or concocting a new custom drink. And the shop s vibe is very chill, definitely a great place to take a break! Parking: The strip mall location has loads of parking available Kid-friendliness: I bring my kid here often, the mac n cheese is a big hit with them and there is a high chair available for little ones.

The best boba Ive ever been to! lots of selections and the workers here are extremely nice. They have good deals if you load your card up.
They serve a filipino soft tofu dessert called Taho. If you re familiar with it or like Taho, please DON T BOTHER. The texture is poor, not the right consistency for a taho and it has a slight tinged sour taste (like vinegar or is it really vinegar??). I don t think they know the actual process of making this tofu dessert unfortunately.
Ordered Arnibal bubble tea. It s supposed to be Assam milk tea with brown sugar. Instead, they put some brown sugar in cup then dumped some 2% milk. I caught them and said that s not what I ordered. Then they put a tea bag with milk powder in the mixer and made me a new drink. It costs $9+. I don t know who would go back for that. Also, the servers are a group of teenagers who do care.

I had a chance to visit this location today; I had not been there for a year but the service is still wonderful and the food is excellent. For the first time I tried the Ninja Bubble Tea... I have never had this type of drink before and lets just say, I am going back for more!! Fresh and delicious; just another great addition to an already great place! Thank you!!

The best poke bowl I ve had! The tuna and salmon are very fresh and firm, perfectly seasoned, and their sauces are so tasty. If you like spicy mayo or anything spicy, their mayo has a nice flavourful kick and you have the option of adding chopped chillies. I m also a huge fan of their calamansi, mango, and chia seed tea. I don t like overly sweet things and their teas are perfectly balanced. If you re a fan of coconut jelly, this is also probably the best place to get it. Most coconut jellies I ve tried have a chemical aftertaste but Ninja s just taste right. No aftertaste, just pure coconut. Don t sleep on their Mac and Cheese. It s legit good. Makes it hard to decide between having a poke bowl or the Mac and cheese.
Delicious bubble tea and poke bowls. I only wish the shrimp tails are not attached in the poke bowl
