Excellent pizzas in the town. I ordered their new handcrafted pizza( cheddar bacon ranch and fajita chicken ) and i loved it. I suggest everyone to try their new handcrafted pizzas. It comes with different style and crust and topped with good amount of toppings. Apart from food i also liked the excellent customer service. Parking: Too many parking spots and Esso gas station too.

Friendly staff eger to take your order. Food is always hot and fresh. Definitely worth checking out.

I ordered 19 large pizzas for our school trip and they delivered it to the park. The pizza was on time, hot and exactly as I ordered, the delivery guys where friendly. They gave a good discount for the large amount we ordered. Would definitely order again! We all enjoyed it!

Disgusting. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time I ordered a few weeks ago and the guy dropped the dip on the floor then picked it up and put it in the box. I should have known it was a dirty place. Tonight we ordered then went and sat back in car. Watched one guy take his hat off and scratch his entire head then went to the back of the kitchen. Whatever.... he is gonna mop the floor anyway. So I ignored it. Then watched a guy come from kitchen with gloves on, and go into bathroom. HE CAME OUT WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON!!! Used sanitizer outside the door then went back to kitchen. I went in and demanded my money back. At which time he said he was gonna wash his hands. HE STILL HADNT CHANGED HIS GLOVES!! Never going back and Id advise anyone who does to watch extremely close!

Be warned. Driver did not ring doorbell claimed to knock on the door and left the pizza on the front step and a freezing cold night.

Wanted to try pizza hut because there are not a lot of options in Dover. The service was good the pizza was cooked well but the price is more expensive than the other options like Dominos or harbor pizza.

I have never had better restaurant made pizza then from The Hut. The front desk worker, Jaime, was super nice, and dashingly beautiful. Very friendly staff, shout out to Chris, Dhaval, Parth, and Mayanak. Honestly an 11/5.5, food was amazing, definitely coming back.

I don t have words for this Pizza Hut! The management is good and friendly! I ordered pizza from this location last couple of time and pizza was delicious. I will definitely recommend this specific Pizza Hut . Next time my wife doesn t feel like making dinner I know where I might be driving to!

This is the first pizza hut that doesnt have extremely greasy pizza, and it consistant with the toppings. I absolutely love the staff (all of them) they always make sure to greet me and take a few seconds to have a conversation with me. I highly recommend this pizza hut.

Nope did not like the pizza .. its to thin and not very good sauce..it should be home made instead .

Ordered pick up. Got there and the order was screwed up. But to their credit, they fixed up the mistake. Unfortunately, its not the first time they made a mistake. Other then that, the food was good.

Been ordering here every month for over a year, got 2 pizzas and it looked like they got 8 slices and put them in a circle. No cut lines matched. The crusts didn t match. And when we called to get a refund the manager told us that it was our fault and we wouldn t be getting a refund. He got angry over the phone so I said I d come in with pictures and he still refused. Considering these company s make millions of dollars a day I didn t think it would be a big deal to ask for a $50 refund on poorly prepared food but that s the last time we go there. They clearly don t care about customer service as they say they do

We arrived at the port dover location on sat oct 24 at 10:25pm....we just got out of vehicle in front of pizza hut....we were on sidewalk....hand almost on door....a person came and locked door and then turned off the open light..... Their hours are posted....suppose to be open until 11... This would have been our first time there....but its our first and last time.. Very very poor service...if your not going to follow the hours you posted, you should change them to fit your personal schedule... Very poor way to run a business...

Really great service and friendly staff! I love the pizza topping options and the pizza itself. The only thing I dont love at times is how greasy the pizza is, but I guess that is to be expected with pan pizza.
