2817 Murray St #1, Port Moody, BC V3H 1X3, Canada
Local brewery offering housemade beer in a laid-back, industrial-style tasting room with a patio.
I love this place. Not only is the beer amazing, but also all the tasting room employees are extremely attentive. Brooke, Jackie, Kiera, Phil, Mack and others are so friendly and really care about the experience of each and every customer. I have seen so many customers come in with obscure wants and the staff always bend over backwards to meet their needs. I can honestly recommend Yellow Dog Brewery Port Moody to anyone who wants a great tasting beer served by great people who are always available for great conversation!
A bright and lively spot, Yellow Dog has a large taproom with outdoor sections in the front patio and large backyard. We arrived mid-afternoon on a rainy Saturday and the brewery was almost completely full. Definitely a spot you’d want to hit early if you were looking for a table. The beers are pretty standard - lots of pales and IPAs, nothing super stand out.
Yellow dog has great tasting beer and open space for sitting. They won couple of bc beer awards. Worth it to check them out. Taste clean and nice beers. Chase my tail is pretty good! Limited parking space and street parking you need to pay now.
Great atmosphere, good beer and fair price for the space and comfort. Sometimes the line was a bit long but nothing that compromised the positive experience. Great choice!
My fav beers being an IPA, Pale Ale type. Wide open space, relaxed atmosphere, backyard outdoor seating. Wide selection of drink types. Super cute 4 oz glasses for higher octane offerings.
Edit: less than a week after my first visit, I’m back with my husband. We sat on the patio in the back and there were some many children it looked like a birthday party. Bad parenting meant some were running around screaming. My Lager was good once again. We shared a Mama Said pizza. Nice afternoon except for the feral children. My first time here and it was great! I had the Jessie’s Amber Lager and it hit the spot. We got a table in the back and it was long enough to fit our large group. Not much interaction with the staff other than ordering my drink. I look forward to my next visit as the first one was so fun.
Yellow dog is a great place to hang out and have a few drinks. I've been here a few times now and always had a good time. The bartenders behind the bar are very friendly and helpful in making selections and offering suggestions of their menu. Had a few beers and a few cocktails and everything was very good. I would definitely recommend this place if you are In the area. I also have a great selection of cocktail menu and the margarita was really good.
Summer weekends get very busy but I came on a weekday and it was quiet. They have decor that fits their theme. They've embraced the industrial look! The place is kept pretty clean and tidy. Most beers they have on tap are brewed in house and they have a good selection (like sours, IPAs, pale ale, etc.). They've got an outdoor area in the back which I prefer over the front patios of other breweries along the strip. It's a bit more private. Though there is a train that runs in the back pretty frequently which can be loud and annoying if you're having a conversation. Would recommend overall.
I m not sure who the owner is but after having been at both the Penticton yellow dog and the Port Moody one. It s clear to see where the owners priorities(and money) stand. Port Moody is looking pretty sad and could use some love for sure. The staff there are amazing and are clearly working their asses off. Hopefully they re being treated just as well.
A good place to hangout. At the weekends is always crowded and noisy but the tase of beers are unique.
The best place for a beer in Port Moody! Not only is the selection fantastic, but the staff truly make the experience unforgettable with their warm, friendly service. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming it s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy great company.
I ve always liked their beer but their brewery was a huge disappointment. Paid $8 and received less than half a glass of cider. No food other than chips and pretzels so I m left wondering why I drove this far for a cold dank environment without food and the worst deal on cider. At least I had a decent IPA but it was an experience that we won t be repeating.
Great beers, nice atmosphere. Very crowded on the weekend.
Love the atmosphere.
Great seltzers and beer but sadly there are always parents there that let their little kids run around screaming like its a playground. Staff let it happen. I mean, its poor parenting of course, but come on.
Great beer! The backyard is very cozy!
Just wish they didnt make you wait so long
Play Dead IPA.
Great backyard patio area
I came to my friends birthday and was not drinking, and wasn t alllwed to join my party even tho I wasn t drinking because I didn t have ID. But they allow children to run wild in the back yard. I was very disappointed in the staffs manners, as they made me immediately leave the table infront of all my friends, and ruined my friends birthday party. I of course understand the need for ID if someone is buying and consuming liquor, but as I was very clearly just there to enjoy to my friends birthday with out alcohol. It was a very embarrassing experience for someone who was trying to enjoy a sober afternoon. I will not be back to support this place.
I like yellow dog beer. However, there are couple of things that affected my rating. 1. The patio at the back has rats coming out when it starts getting dark. I dont know where they come from... neighbours? 2. Theres a bad smell coming from one of the neighbours warehouses, its hard to tell which side. Otherwise its fine.
Good variety, lots of seating. Friendly staff! Hard to find parking.
So tasty beer
I had a flight and it was great for its price in Vancouver. Backyard patio was perfect.
My family and I do an annual trip to the breweries for my brother s birthday and have been doing so since he turned 19. He is now 22 years old. Over the weekend, we came to the breweries as part of our tradition and my brother was turned away as he was updating his BC Drivers license and had a paper copy of it along with credit cards and school photo ID. This was not enough, and we were saddened to hear. I will be transparent here haha, my dad was trying to talk to one of the servers to get him to away his decision just because he wanted to his son to have a good time. I ended up going over and apologizing on his behalf and told server we understood and would comply. Before we left, another server came up to us to apologize and tell us that they would have served us no problème and that they were sorry about that other guy. Everything was fine until we got to Moody Ales. We were harassed at Moody Ales. My brother, who did not even attempt to purchase anything there, was threatened to leave or show his ID or go sit with a parent. The staff at Moody Ales told us that an employee at Yellow Dog had gone into a group chat with the other breweries and told everyone on the block not to serve him. I think that s a little odd to be honest. I think that most of the breweries would have seen his ID and refused to allow it without that particular man going into a group chat and talking about my brother leading us to get harassed and falsely accused of illegal consumption of alcohol. Anyways, we ended up leaving the Yellow Dog, because their staff was just staring at us and peeking at us to make sure my brother was not drinking. He didn t drink after they didn t serve him so it made us quite uncomfortable so we left.
Beer factory! Come and try
Yellow Dog is our go-to local brewery, love this place. Cool servers, quick service and a wide selection of beers on tap.
Not as good as they used to be. They only sell light coloured beers. Asked for a darker beer and they refused to offer it. Not impressed with selection and hate the obsession with IPA. IPA is way to bitter. Not going on a long boat ride to India so dont need a strong bitter beer.
Good selection of draft beer
Mystic Chicken is where I was, awesome sandwich.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Yellow Dog Brewery. I purchased a T-shirt from their merchandise section, and after just one wash, it shrank significantly. I reached out to them on Instagram to explain the situation but received no response. Taking it a step further, I visited the brewery in person, hoping to resolve the issue directly. Unfortunately, the attendant I spoke to was unhelpful and refused to exchange the shrunken T-shirt. It s shocking and so frustrating that a business would treat its customers this way, especially when it comes to quality and customer service. I had high expectations for Yellow Dog Brewery, but this experience has left a bitter taste. I won t be returning and certainly won t recommend them to others. They need to improve their customer service and product quality if they want to retain their customers.
The yellow dog is the jackals brother. The yellow dog is the jackals brother
I had a disappointing interaction with one of the Yellow Dog employees in early August, 2022. I complied with his request to move my car out of their lot, when I walked back to the brewery I saw that someone had parked illegally, inconsiderately & at such an angle that they were blocking all manner of vehicles in the lot, I then asked the same Yellow Dog representative, What about this person? his reply was I didnt see him, otherwise I would have yelled at him too. Seriously? Thats the best response you can muster? Youve got a make, model & colour of a vehicle, not to mention a license plate, Im fairly certain anyone with a modicum of common sense, initiative & effort would have walked into their brewery & quickly determined who the driver was. Hypocrisy at its finest! I had to give 1 star to post this review, but its definitely a ZERO for lack of effort, lack of consistency & lack of respect. Needless to say I will never go back.
I can t believe you can t bring a dog to this brewery anymore. 0 stars. As it s a dog brewery.
I ve had 6x more margaritas than I am comfortable to admit to. The margaritas here are just so bad. I spoke to the bartender, and they said oh it s alcohol. Like vodka. I am surprised they re selling it as margarita. And the tender had the audacity to voice it like it was normal and I was uncultured. I ve probably had more margaritas than the average person this summer than most in a year. How do they serve it without mentioning it? I tried it too
Pretty biased as it was my first brewery experience in the Port Moody brewers row. Since its inception its been nothing short of a great time there. The Chase my Tail is still my fave. Top tier.
I really love the patio, its a lovely space. But unfortunately the bartender left a bad taste in my mouth. As I was getting the next round, the bartender asked to see the ID of the person I was buying for....after they took my money. Without seeing ID they wouldnt give me my drink. I dont understand why you would serve someone without checking all IDs. We did what they asked and no one was even close to being under age. I just dont understand why you would take payment without confirming illegal drinking age. The whole situation felt weird.
By far our favorite spot on the row! The best ambiance, fabulous outdoor space (love that it s in the back - I ll take the train noise over the road noise) and awesome drink offerings! But unfortunately it loses a full star for their bathroom situation alone. Their bathrooms always feel gross to go into, and from what I have seen I don t think there is a change table in any of their bathrooms? Not that I would want to change my kid in there anyway but as a family friendly spot, this little tidbit is for all the parents with young kiddos!
They dont allow dogs. And its called yellow dog. Seems weird to me. They should call it No Dogs and change their logo.
We ordered a cerveza negra lager, but even complaining it was outdated we had no expression from the bartender, who only tried to not believe in us. Disappointing behavior, hope next time he should offer a better trade.
Their regular beers after amazing and they usually have on a few interesting cask brews. The new tasting room is big and open, and the back outside area is still great. They just asked me to update and I still go here ask the time and theyre great
Excellent, Flavourful beer choices with kind & hard working staff to help the paying customer.
OK beer, awful service, very disappointed.
It is a good place to taste dark beers, IPAs, lager, pilsner and pale ale.
Yeh dawg
We have come to this place few times before and everytime I brought my dog to the patio area in the back with no problem. Apparently now they do not let your dog in the patio and if you have a dog your option is the only 3 seats they have at the front (we were a bigger group). It makes no sense to have staff dog pictures in reviews but not let my pom come in super disappointed and will not be back!
I celebrated my birthday here. Delicious fresh beer, atmosphere of a real pub.
Tasty brew bear
The best beer
Amazing beer and a great outdoor area. Perfect end to a sunny day.
Great place on a row with several other pubs. I like that yellow dog doesnt focus on wacky beers, just good microbrew with a modern take.
Dangerously awesome place.
One of the must-see places that I recommend for beer lovers who visit Vancouver. Their High Five Hazy IPAs iconic and taste like no other beers go there and have fun with your besties.
Great beer, nice ambience.
Very good beers. Tasted all of them and loved most of them
I tried the IPAs, my favorite is play dead
Today, Yellow Dog gets a 5 star rating. The IPA I had was great. Not too hoppy. Plus I love the atmosphere and 25 Celsius indoor temp on a cold and rainy day.
Fantastic beer and great outside patio! Live music on Thursday!
Had the flight and was surprised it was only $10. There are also a food truck that serves delicious gourmet pizzas in the twin sails parking lot, I recommend it.
Love the atmosphere, great beer - mainly IPAs.
Absolutely love this place. They have a constantly rotating puppy batches selection and seasonal selection of beers, on top of their core beers. You can come here every week and always try something new. The staff are phenomenal - extremely friendly, always helpful, always ready to help you select a new beer of your liking. The beer is rock solid and the atmosphere is always lively enough to be energetic but never chaotic. Just a great hangout overall, I really like it here!
Yellow dog and they don t allow dogs in the backyard too bad, the beer is good.
Great beer, great location, friendly service.
Yellow dog beer is my go to beer when I m in a pub. All menu is reliable, the atmosphere also recommendable.
Great bear, location and staff. Finding the sitting is a bit challenging but it sounds fair considering the popularity and the quality.
Awesome selection of beers one of the best on brewers row, super awesome friendly staff always a great place to be
Friendly staff, lots of seating. Decent beer
Good beer, but they just dramatically reduced the size of their pints . Not worth it
Great staff , excellent beer , cool vibe in the brewery. The factory is next door and you can have a gander of it on your way to the washroom.
Great vibe. Have beer here and get food from anywhere!
This is my new Hoppy Place! Great atmosphere to chill and unwind while sipping a Cold one, or two! Liam was a Great host. Very Knowledgeable in All of their Refreshments. Love the Squirrel Chaser and the Retriever! Cheers Liam and Best of Luck with the new Food truck!
Great beer, great live music, perfect backyard patio. Forgot how much i love this place
Fun place to enjoy a great craft beer on a sunny summer day!
Great beer and vibe... until a rude blond server wanted to take her day out us. We were standing and cheerfully chatting amongst ourselves beside our table, completely out of the way on the patio and making friends with the table next to ours. She went out of her way to approach us and coldly told us to be seated. Someone had broken a class on the other side of the patio moments before and I guess she needed to take it out on someone. Left our full beers. Will go to a friendlier place next time since we dont get much time to relax and socialize.
We had an amazing time at Yellow Dog Brewery, until we didnt, which put a damper on my fiancés surprise 30th bday. My fiancé and I were arriving for 3:30PM so we had some friends arrive around 2-2:30PM to enjoy themselves and grab one of the longer tables as we were over 10 people. Everyone was buying drinks and continued to when we arrived. All of us were quiet / hanging out at our table. We were not loud or disrespectful to any other guests around us. One of my fiancés friends was definitely targeted unfortunately by the Yellow Dog staff. He was denied a drink at the bar when he was absolutely fine and practically sober. This is where it all started. I grabbed myself a drink at the bar, and couldnt finish it, because I had to drive, so I gave it to our friend to finish. Shortly after one of the bar staff came up to us and said that he needs to leave and that we have all been there since 1:30pm (false), and we explained to them why everyone showed up early but they didnt care. So I asked if we could finish our drinks and then leave and he said yes. A few minutes later another lady, supposedly the manager, (extremely disrespectful by the way), was so rude and said he needed to leave and that her employee told us false information that we could finish our drinks. Really terrible communication on their part. All in all, if you want to come to this brewery and spend lots of time, dont bother, youll get kicked out. It is beyond me that our friend was cut off, he was completely fine, our group was quiet, and we were all buying drinks. It is not like we were sitting there drinking water and not giving them business. We wont be back.
I would give it -3 if I could. There s so-called order desk is the phone number that never deliver anything. Their so-called sales team is the phone number that never answers anything but a voicemail there and the front staff at the tasting room no nothing so I guess they must be going out of business. Never seen such a pathetic operation.
I love high ceiling buildings in general, this place is alway packed. The most important is the beer, delicious and very fresh. Bring your friends, and come enjoy the beer : )
They have a cute patio where you can sip on drinks under the shade of the trees. If you are sitting inside though its HOT and the chairs are uncomfortable stools. Not a fan of the minimum 18% tipping which pops up large in every transaction, as if the prices arent high enough already.
Great beer and seltzer, a local favorite!!
Very good selection! Very nice atmosphere as well!
Cool space with great beer. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Kids are allowed. Parking is difficult to find when Rocky Point Park across the street is busy. Food from the several food trucks outside are allowed to be brought in.
Great beer and service! disgusting washroom
Stylish place, to relax and hang out with friends, with a good and tasty variety of beers, it has a back garden in case the weather is good, and in front with food trucks with several options, all in the Rocky Point Park area .
Chill place to hang out and grab a drink with friends. Dog themed drink names and a really big patio with lots of lights. Be aware of the patio tables though, since some are at a slant and our drink spilled, but they were able to pour us a new one right away. When you go on, you order a drink and pay before finding a seat. There is a small section for stylish clothing and caps. You can order flights or just tasters of beverages which is very convenient if you don t want to commit to one beverage.
So so good!!!!
We had a very unpleasant experience at the yellow dog this afternoon ! We are from out of the country and are visiting our family who live locally in Coquitlam and Port Moody. They invited us to join them for some drinks at this brew pub. When we tried to order a second round, the staff were extremely overwhelmed and the line up was so long that my husband went next door and got himself a pint and me a margarita. he brought the drinks back to the table where the rest of our family were sitting, not knowing this wasn t allowed, one of the yellow dog servers rushed to our table, rudely and angrily reprimanded us and then unceremoniously picked up our full (expensive) drink glasses and rushed off with them, probably spilling out the contents to return the glasses to the pub next door. I have never experienced such rude inconsiderate behavior and horrible customer service in my life.
Awesome beers, great service! Sweet Spot to hangout
Great place Great beer So, you can have a Great Time with Yellow Dog
Chill vibes. Self serve. Good beer. You dont need anything more from a brewery. Go to place for locals. Highly recommend. Try their IPA and fruity beers.
Always a great selection of beer. The outdoor patio has tons of seating
Decent beer, bike unfriendly
I love coming to Yellow Dog, great brewery and cute patio. I do however feel bad for the male bartender, he seems to be the only one breaking a sweat, constantly moving. While the other female bartenders work without urgency or care. One in particular is more interested on being on her phone texting on the To Go side of the bar instead of working.
Very pretty brewery just by the park. Me and my other 20 friends went there after dragon boating to get some ice cold beer. The vibes , atmosphere and drinks are above and beyond. Very clean n sophisticated place. You are allowed to bring your dogs too n sit by front table on roadside with them
Great beer, and even better service!
Honestly my favourite place on the row. Great beer, fun vibes and amazing staff! They re always super friendly and give the best recommendation, especially for newbies to craft beer. 10/10 place!
The outside area has a very good atmosphere. You can bring you food or snacks there as well, which a lot is people would get from the food trucks outside. Will definitely come back.
Always great! Patio area is great (dogs only inside FYI)
Great atmosphere, awesome selection of beers.
Lovely patio, great beer selection.
Great beer. Nice ambiance. Dark lager recommended.
Great place to check out. Lots of space and great beer and a great atmosphere. Would definitely come back.
amazing, friendly and fun staff! Kiera was super kind over the phone and was delighted when we told her about our bunny, Mackenzie and Jackie were also very fun and friendly and gave Amelia some nice pets! Beer was also amazing as always (for the humans)
I visited for a beer. There are a variety of flavors, so order one so you can try a variety of flavors at first! I dont know the name Next, order a large beer and enjoy it!
Great beer. New outdoor area. Did a great job. A new bunch of seasonal beers to try.
A group of 11 us were in on 11-10-23 on the Friday and had the most wonderful time. Most of us have known each other since Elementary school and of course High school. Some of us hadnt seen each other in over 30 years, so all the memories and stories come flying back. We all Graduated together from Port Moody Senior Secondary School in 1987. So weve been getting a group of us together of late, because were not getting any younger as Ive been telling them all. So the group is starting to get bigger and bigger now. Some come all the way from the Cayman Islands and Australia now. We were a very close group of friends that always had each others backs and always did things together. Some in the pictures met in high school and got Married and still together today. Not many people who met in high school can say that. Anyways long winded I know, but what better place to get together than a great local place in Port Moody than Yellow Dog Brewery All of us had a great time and would like to thank Yellow Dog Brewery for having us and treating all of us so well Thank you
So many great beers and huge patio! Just be prepared to wait at peak times as theyre always busy. At least when Ive been.
Nice staff and great patio and open space during the summer !
Great experience for groups with tasty beers
Tasty brewery place. Nice and chill place. Good vibe. Chill staffs.
Always excellent service and great tasting beers
Visited last night for the first time. Lovely and warm inside and not too busy. Great beer, lots of choice, and friendly service. Ordered from the pizza truck outside, which was delicious, and ate inside.
Yummy. Chill.
Oh we just tried to go to YellowDog for a beer again and wonder why we ever do I absolutely love Yellow Dog beer and have frequented this place often as we live in the neighbourhood. I think they have a great thing going... However, I just tried to sit down and have a beer with my gf alongside my 2 year old son and was told my son could not move; that he must stay seated at all times. When I stated that thats not really possible, that I could keep him at the table but bot perfectly still, it wasnt good enough. It felt discriminatory and so we left. Unfortunately I now have a bad taste in my mouth regarding their handling of this situation. We are now and Parkside and feel welcomed and well served.
Love this place. Best pale yale in the world.
Cool place! Very unassuming entrance, opens up to seating area. Lots of taps - most are active with mostly their own brew -- including cider and (now) selzer - but no lagers. 4/12/20 oz in house; 32/64oz To Go. Selection of food trucks outside as well as snacks inside. I had the Shake a Paw smoked porter - dark, smoky - nice!
Loved it!
Liked the place. My only comment is that the selection isnt huge, especially for the non-beer fans
They don t allow dogs lol
We ordered a keg of High 5 Hazy IPA for a work event. The event was only 2 hours so it was very disappointing to discover they gave us a broken tap. After 10-15 minutes of trying to get the tap working we gave Yellow Dog a call. The employee who picked up the phone let us know that they did have a broken tap and we must have gotten that one. I asked if they could deliver an unbroken tap and was told that is absolutely not an option. They suggested I go pick a new one up from them which meant I would miss half the event and no beer would be served for half the event. Fortunately, I was able to borrow a tap from Dageraad who not only had a robust, operational metal tap for us but they also sanitized it on the spot. Much nicer than the crusty, unsanitized, broken plastic tap Yellow Dog supplied. Overall I was very disappointed in the customer service from Yellow Dog and I would not trust them to supply beer for another event.
This has been our go to Port Moody brewery since it opened. Love the back patio, the spacious tasting room, the excellent beers and friendly staff. Very kids friendly/welcoming to kids.
Mackenzie and Kiera were outstanding today. Some of the best service I ve ever seen at a brewery in my life! Will definitely be back. They were on top of their game the whole night and it was a great time! Great experience!
Kiera and Makenzie were outstanding. They provided the best service and I will definitely be back there soon.
Did not enjoy the beers at Yellow Dog. I much preferred Twin Sails and Parkside.
Yellow Dog supplied a keg for a recent corporate event with a non-functional tap. On top of that, the tap was clearly unsanitized and was grimy from previous use. Avoid for your corporate event needs.
Nice chill atmosphere. They also had a food truck outside which your allowed to take in food from. A good selection of beers.
We ordered a flight and highlights were the Shake a Paw on nitro and Play Dead. A couple things struck us as odd. Firstly, dogs arent permitted on the patio or in the taproom. Its a dog themed brewery and you cant bring your furry best friend along for a beer??!! Setup a front patio or challenge the city to change the laws/restrictions on allowing dogs to enter the taproom. Second, when I asked who the yellow dog is and what the story behind the name was, the explanation from staff was it was the owners dog or something. Would be nice to see the brand carried through all levels of the taproom experience. Service was cheerful and we would go back. Excited to take the dog toy we purchased home to our pup.
Tastiest beers in brew street.
Great local brewery with a nice selection of beers brewed on tap. They also carry other alcoholic beverages like cider and selzer for those who prefer another option. Always lots of food trucks around and food is allowed inside. They have upgraded their patio outback and it looks great. We come here with friends and kids to hang out, great option for families.
Branding on point! Love that you sell collars with a bottle opener!! And of course that you are pet friendly. Outdoor area is very, very nice!
One of my favourites. Love the IPA
The only non dog friendly brewery in Port Moody, and they have dog in the name. Beer is okay
Friends and I stopped by during our bike ride. Enjoyed some pints, friendly staff and the beers were enjoyable. I would recommend this place my family and friends!
On my top 5 breweries in Canada, so far the beer is top notch
FYI, Not dog friendly.
#Esquimaltsfinest enjoys yellow dog #cancerJEDI #canceravengers #assemble here. Chapmann Cheung SFU alumni and coach (support community)
Yellow dog is my favorite Brewery and so glad I live 5 minutes away from them! You will be surprised to know that their dog friendly! Who knew?
Been going here since they opened and love it, the beer and staff are top notch
Popular spot, friendly people, choice of beers, lots of covered & outdoor seating - more than most others in the vicinity. Many Food trucks close by & they ate happy to hear you being your meal in. Good vibes!
Quality at its finest
Beer was good 5/5. Music was so loud, I saw multiple people leaving because of how loud it was 1/5. We asked the staff and they say they can t lower it because it is an event.
Cool place, love the patio!
Great place!
Nice place FOOD TRUCKS CLOSE Beer Good Little Loud Although Great hangout for younger people.
Enjoyed the beer, some good options. Eager to return again.
Nice and chill back yard and good selection of beer. The only thing I wasnt happy about is that they sold me a pack of 4 sour beers for 28$ and I just saw the same thing being sold at BC liquor store for 18$!!!
Nice place with a beautiful patio. Beer isnt that great though
Amazing beer and great service by the staff!!
Avoid this place at all costs. The staff are a bunch of stuck up losers that hate their job and life so they take it out on the patrons. This place is the worse
Great
Very busy. Speedy service, very clean, helpful staff. Good experience, thank you.
A pity I cannot give this place 0 stars Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a blond female staff member. I had just arrived and before I even ordered a drink she screamed in my face alongside others I TOLD YOU ALL TO MOVE OUT OF THE WAY AND I WILL NOT SAY IT AGAIN . Not sure exactly who she thought she spoke to before but it was not our group. Regardless, this is no way to speak to a customer. Zero excuses she was nasty Absolutely disgusting behaviour. There is no shortage of jobs in BC so if you hate your job that much, go find another one. If I was the owner I would be mortified. There are at there 17 people I know of from Friday that would never return here. Take your business elsewhere
Fantastic!
We always have a great time here. The atmosphere is so nice, inside and out. The garden has a really great vibe - I love when the train comes by. Always find a nice beer to drink, but I do wish they had some amber ales/honey lagers on tap!
Has to be the best brewery on the row , golden ale is a cracker , only shame is no pups at the time ( Just happy didnt have murph with me) but still a great haunt beer garden is awesome in the sunny days
Great experience at Yellow Dog today! Staff were very kind and the Golden Ale was delicious. My friends and I had a wonderful time in the backyard area!
Amazing place to have fine beers. I loved the patio specifically when train passes. Also you can have really good pizza from truck who parked outside. I had tried 12 beers and all of them were good but not special or I can call signature. I give them 4 .
This yellow dog is located just a walking distance from the Port Moody train station. There are quite a few breweries here but if you re looking for the familiar yellow dog around this area, we ve got one here. The interior has a dim aesthetic but if you re looking for something s little more bright and beautiful, there is an outdoor patio at the back. I will say though that since we are at the back, you will be distracted by the incoming trains that come by. Other than that, there is some shade in the corner by the blueberry bush.
One of the best breweries! High five is my to go beer
Love their beer
Just the name Im giving 5 stars never been
Good place for casual gathering.. all beer flavors are fantastic. Need brings own snacks..I brought Korean style chicken and spicy rice cake stew.. good pair with beers..
Cool vibe w vegan beer options
Great beer, friendly, very relaxed atmosphere. You can bring in your own food.
Great feeling whenever visit
