Exactly want I want my local coffee house experience to be, ambient, social (but not loud), great coffee and great food.

Great coffee, great food choices including wholewheat choices. This is a good place to go have coffee on Monday Mornings. 2024 update, muffins are now smaller and prices higher. $3.35 for a Medium drip coffee.

Staff are friendly and very good at serving quickly and efficiently. The food is creative, but I found some of the flavors not to my liking.

Nice place to take a break. Espresso is not that great and prices are little bit to high comparing to other places.

Caffe Divano at Port Moody is a coffee shop I visit relatively more often than other coffee shops in the proximity. Apart from rich and aromic gilbraltar (cortado), they also have matcha cookies made of almond flour which I didnt find from many other cafés in Vancouver! Their staff are very friendly and helpful too. The only drawback is to find parking nearby. Street parking nearby is always full!! Dietary restrictions: My favorite is the matcha cookies made of almond flour that maybe more eatable for diabetic population.

This is my favorite coffee shop for many reasons! The baristas are always so friendly, thoughtful, and provide excellent customer service. The coffee is so delicious and high quality. I usually get a mocha and also love their wheat-free fudge brownie and Tuscan breakfast wrap (to die for). Everything always tastes fresh and the mocha is always made to perfection. Its a busy location but they manage to have your order ready within minutes. I am so impressed! I also appreciate the new additions to each of the tables to ensure everyone gets to enjoy this beautiful spot. Thank you to everyone at Caffé Divano for making this a special and memorable café for me. I will always come back.

A very cozy place with delicious food. I only wish it had a few couches and a gluten-free option, but otherwise perfect!

Always a great place to relax, have a coffee/tea, share a snack and connect with friends. Their rooibos blend tea is especially delicious!! Also, because it s close to a vet s office you get to chill with soooo many dogs Parking: Usually ok except on weekends. May have to drive around a bit to find a spot on the street!

I love their baked goods, and they have options for everyone! It would be wonderful to see some choices with less sugar and butter or oil. The staff are generally very friendly, though theres occasionally a lady who, while clearly professional, comes across as a bit serious and loud when taking orders. This can be a bit stressful for me, but overall, its a great place!

Clean, friendly, always tables available. Nice quiet oasis to have a bite and decompress.

My bf loves this place, has only good things to say about the staff. Got a chicken wrap today for the first time, it was ok, but Im picky. Bf loves the food My only real complaint is the sizing. A medium is literally a small... Not ok for the price. If Im paying this much for a medium, I want a medium. Food

Wen there this morning to get a coffee and lady there taking our order and making the americano was super rude and disrespectful.

Although service came with a smile, there really wasnt much service at all. I find it off-putting when spending over $3.50 for a simple drip coffee to then be faced with a touch-screen terminal and asked to go through the rigamarole of a multiple choice option of tipping, or not, before tap-payig. First of all, asking for a tip before services are rendered, to me, is repugnant...for 1) I had a 30 second exchange of words for a $3.50 drip coffee, for 2) its touch-screen and tap-pay, no cash exchanged, no change calculated back, and 3) the young lady who took my order immediately went back to jibber-jabbering with another young lady behind the counter, both of whom seemed to be doing nothing in particular, especially not getting me the coffee I was just asked to tip them for. Service-wise, the place is terrible, but when a third young lady, from behind the espresso bar, did eventually present my simple drip coffee to go, the brew itself was quite good.

Staff were lovely, not impressed with the food: small hot latte drink is very small, got no sleeve for this size so drink was doubled cupped but still very hot to hold - tasted fine. Crostata was under cooked, the pastry dough was not cooked through. Giving the staff the benefit of the doubt that they would probably let me exchange for something properly cooked but took food to park to eat.

Food/drink was okay. Nothing exciting though. But I liked it enough to go back and try more. And I hope I can find something I really like here because the atmosphere and location are great.

Great coffee sandwiches and sweets

I went to this place all the way from burnaby, they used to have in bby but changed now to Gaby&jules, and dont have tomate slider vegetarian sandwich I like it. So I drove there, it was so busy, the latte was the worst I ever had, she made another one, (which was nice from her) but still not good, and the place wasnt that busy anymore. Not woth my drive there and they didnt have one of tge best vegetarian sandwich

Cold 7 dollar mocha, insane price on everything and a long wait.

Nice local small coffee shop. Great for coffee and tea, the food is nothing special. Surprised they close so early. I would recommend being open until 8.

One of my favourite coffee shops around! The food and drink are all well made. Perfect spot for studying or meeting with friends. Also very nice location so you can take your coffee to go and walk along the shoreline trail.

the best foam art of a dog was done in my hot chocolate. blueberry bar and cranberry orange scone tasted great, and everything was reasonably priced. will keep coming back for more :)

One of my favourite activities is introducing my friends to Divanos Spanish lattes. Every single experience it s like they re seeing colour for the first time. The atmosphere is wonderful, the employees are fabulous. And the FOOOOOD. Ugh. Can I have the quiche recipe? I could live there gladly.

Sure its a little expensive, but the employees are so nice, the food is good (I recommend the turkey, and brie) and the coffee is also good. I do wish it were a little less busy, but thats not the fault of the cafe.

Of course I am going to give this caffe 5 stars. Atmosphere is great. Staff are all awesome. They have an excellent selection of gluten free baked deliciousness! They also offer me all the dairy free and sugar free options for my lattes that I love! I often have lunch there too. They have delicious paninis and I adore their kale and quinoa bowl. A must try for locals and tourists alike.

Great and friendly cafe nestled in a quiet and nice neighbourhood. Was great to have a breakfast wrap and latte while sitting out on the patio. Staff were super friendly.

Overall, it is a nice cafe to get a good panini (my breakfast panini in a pretzel bun was a bit soggy after a very soft variety of cheese melted completely) and a coffee (cappuccino was rather too weak, milky in the large size, will try a smaller one next time). The servers didnt understand that I wanted to eat in, get a proper coffee mug and a plate for the sandwich. So, a bit more attention would be good, but the issue was solved when I mentioned it. Ill give it a try again with some other options. A big issue is the slow WiFi (~2 MBs down, 1 MBs up). Thats not good enough to work from here. Update: Went in a second time and it was much better with other options for food, strong coffee, service. Ill keep it still at 4 stars with one drawback being the slow internet. I saw many people working there, tough. Might not be an issue for everyone.

The cafe was not super busy and I ordered an extra hot vanilla latte quickly with no wait. Coffee was received quickly, however, it came not filled to the top (filled about an inch and a half below top of cup) and was luke warm. Considering I specifically asked for extra hot- it was so underwhelming for the price of the coffee. Would not order again.

If you have never been, get the Gibraltar. This place is up there with Bliss in Peachland as far as Cafes go. Phenomenal.

There coffee and food is so good! There Peanut Chocolate Butter Bar is the best! I always have it with a coffee in the morning before I leave to work! Dean is professional, kind and friendly. It s always nice to chat with him every time I walk in the shop!

Visited the place today with the family. The one that seemed to be the owner was very rude to my kids and me . Would never visit this place again.

Used to love cafe divano but this experience was horrible! Called before hand to see if they had any vegan, gluten free options and was told they had multiple but not a bunch. Go into store to find they have ONE, and when I asked them if they had any other options, one incredibly rude employee from the side spoke over them to tell me to read the tags, I then decided against food and asked if the pumpkin pie latte was gluten free, hoping they could simply check the purée can (as most places have) instead they just shrugged and went who knows? It s hard enough being on a restrictive diet but having unknowledgeable and ignorant employees who aren t willing to be flexible at all is entirely disappointing. I felt completely unwelcome here. Parking: If it wansnt bad enough to have a horrible customer service experience, their parking is so incredibly limited we had to park on the side of a crowded road wayyyyy down from them in the pouring rain

HOT CHOCOLATE WAS AMAZING. The chia pudding was delightful, too~ Quick and friendly service with a peaceful atmosphere; Great place to have breakfast on a rainy morning :)

The decor in Cafe Divano is very tasteful and warm. Being nestled in a suburban neighborhood makes this an inviting place. The coffee was well prepared and the sandwiches are scrumptious.

Went there for the first time yesterday after a friend mentioned it. Park car around back in lot or park bike at bike stand by side. The coffee was much better than the usual chains. The baked goods, wraps and sandwiches looked amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sit in where it s cool or outside in quiet street covered by trees. Amazing.

This is one of the best cafes around. The coffee is excellent, the bakery goods are all fresh and perfectly done, particularly the muffins, and the staff are genuinely friendly and efficient.

Would post 5 stars if the sandwiches were just a bit cheaper. I think 11-15 bucks is a stretch in my opinion. Otherwise its always such a pleasure to hang out at this establishment on my break. The staff are always so very friendly and they make the best coffee.

1 star simply because they dont have wifi for its customers. I mean its 2022 and communication for friends and business is all happening over the net. The environment is nice and the place is clean. Coffee is good. But come on gang... no wifi????

Cashier kept getting our order wrong and was whispering so we could barely hear her. After waiting 15 mins for my simple food item theyended up getting it wrong (surprise). Went back in andall the staff avoided acknowledging me until I had to go almost behind the counter. Told the girl they gave me the wrong item despite charging me more. She told me to go around to the other end and talk to another person. That person kept moving back and forth so i had to as well to get their attention. That person didnt even apologize for their mistake and pretty much just tossed the item on the counter. When i asked for it to be heated up they got visibly annoyed and behaved like it was a chore. Service has gone downhill significantly

Closest coffee to Shoreline Trails. The service is great and there is plenty of choices if you are hungry or curious.

This is one of my favorite shops and Im a bit of a coffee shop connosseur. Not only do they offer great coffee and baked goods, they have a great variety of lunch options. Thats not the best part though. The staff is so friendly and accomodating that it makes the place feel like an oasis.
