Ordered a medium pizza for takeout yesterday - it was horrible Pastry so very thin- could not even hold it, not even a round shape, skippy on toppings

Toppings literally seemed like they re dumped and not evenly spread customer service wasn t great we usually eat from Freshslice other locations but this was the worst one yet. They didn t really care about the customer. Wouldn t go there again.

This place has the best food service and the atmosphere around was very cosy. Although it was busy when I visited the store but still I was given the best service and my pizza was ready in few minutes which was served to me by the manager (Sehaj) it store was so clean and was organized properly. The staff was very friendly and polite

The quality of the food was below average, and the cashiers attitude was quite unwelcoming. Despite there being no other customers, they seemed impatient and rushed while taking the order, which made the experience less enjoyable.

It s a very nice place to dine in as well because it s very clean and well maintained. The service this location is terrible. Absolutely no care for anything. They always look angry and as if this is the last place they want to be. They don t explain their deals or combos. They have no clue how to make a customer feel welcome. Not to mention they drop utensils on the floor, pick them up, and continue using them like nothing happened.

They were very generous with great prices and gave us cups for our party!!

I absolutely LOVE the unlimited topping deal - just amazing! I get the gluten and dairy free pizza - I have avoided pizza for years since discovering gluten and dairy allergies - I d not bother eating FAKEZZA (I mean, come on! What s pizza without gluten and dairy?!?) - the fact that you can load on the toppings with the special deal really makes a difference but also - THIS GLUTEN FREE CRUST IS ACTUALLY TOLERABLE (amazing!) and the vegan cheese is also quite good (for someone who hasn t eaten real cheese in years tho so take that for what it s worth ) the staff are lovely and they are open almost 24 hours sooooo grateful for this Fresh Slice

I went to the Port Moody Freshslice location recently and had a great experience. I went in a bit late and even though the store was closing soon the person working gave me very good customer service. The person working was Kanwal and not only was her customer service excellent, the pizza she made was one of the best I have ever had at Freshslice. I order from Freshslice a lot so that is saying something! Thanks to Kanwal for treating me so well and thanks to the Port Moody location in general!
