My recent visit to Port Moody branch was disappointing. Despite paying a tip, the service was terrible. Extra charges for tomato sauce were unexpected, and basic amenities like napkins and seating were lacking. No garbage bins made the dining area messy. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Its the worstest service ever and on top of that the girls who prepared the pizza do not put gloves. I asked why you dont put gloves when you make pizza, she said she washed the hands which is a lie. This place should be closed!

I ve ordered from here plenty of times, but never again. There have been too many instances of terrible delivery service from rude people. I live in a high rise and several times I ve been asked to go downstairs to meet them, and if I request they come up, I m given attitude. On more than one occasion items have been forgotten, or the pizza is damaged, either do to them dropping it or showing no care when transporting. My most recent order, and now last, the driver forgot the drink and said he will run to the store to grab one for me while cursing out loud. Before he left I paid him as well as gave a tip, he then requested I meet him down stairs when he returns with it (really??). The worst part was, when I opened it, it fizzed all over the place and on the floor, because obviously this clown shook the bottle. If you keep employing such incompetent people then you will continue to lose business.

$35 without tip for a single pizza, and they gave us the wrong dip, never going back

Decent Pizza but terrible customer service. I went there for a taking out pizza and wings but the representative was very rude.

The pizza is as expected but the pizza is never ready on time. Doesnt matter if you order pick up asap or at a specific time, its always late. This is hard with a 2 year old in tow and really frustrating. Thats my gripe about this location.

Placed an order for 5:35 pm on Wednesday, they did have it ready until 5:50 while multiple other orders went out the door.

Terrible pizza. Pizzas always covered in bubbles and the driver rang my doorbell on a zero contact call on arrival delivery while my baby was sleeping. When he actually called me on the second time when they had to resend my pizza because almost my entire pizza was a bubble I told him to leave it st the door but inteas he stood there and handed it to me. Same guy. Second pizza was also covered in bubbles. I think between the two pizzas I had 5 sluves of pizza that were good enough to eat but EVERY SINGLE SLICE HAD BUBBLES ON IT. This new owner is clearly worse than the last New owner. Its really sad to see how downhill this panago went after Vaughan sold it. That man took great pride in his restaurant. Those pizzas never would have left the store under his watch. Its a real shame.

Unfortunately, every single time I have ever picked up from this location the service is insanely slow. I always show up at the intended pick up time, and I always wait 10-20 minutes longer than I am supposed to. The customer service is lacking as well and the workers are quite rude. After today, I will not be ordering from this location again.

Weve ordered delivery from here a few times, pizza always shows up quickly, fresh, hot and tasty. But not sure why they dont seem to honour the no contact delivery option...

Panagos protocol is no gloves while making pizzas. Customer service said that this is true and they rely on proper hand washing prior to touching the pizzas. They dont even have gloves available. I will not be going to any panago ever again.

We ordered a large Ham and Pineapple Pizza from the Panago at Sutter Brook in Port Moody. There was no taste of Pizza , cheese was not even tasting cheese, the suace had flat taste. cheep food material. I think, Panago should send those people who work there to a training class and teach them what a simple pizza should made of . Or review their menu and make sure they really have a quality food material and correct recipe. I do not recommended this store to pizza lovers

For average pizzas, the service here is way too poor to be tolerable. The guy at the counter (appeared to be manager/owner as he was not in uniform) spoke to me in a vile, condescending manner. I almost walked out but decided to proceed with the order. I had to repeat my order not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. I literally only ordered 1 pizza. Had to repeat the name for the order multiple times as well. when he noticed I did not give a big tip, he literally snatched the card machine away from me and scowled at me from behind the plexiglass. Not sure what I did to deserve such contempt from a service staff, maybe because I am a senior gentleman. In the end the food was not great. The pizza wasn t toasted well, there were still chunks of hard mozzarella on top. Last time I m coming to this branch.

So impressed with my delivery man. I think it was the nicest most genuine delivery ive ever received! I wish i had tipped him more! I ordered the food to arrive at 7pm and it arrived at exactly 7pm. The pizza is delicious and i am really happy. What a lovely person. I will order again just because of that experience

Burnt pizza? Seriously? Can HQ just shut down this location and then we can have a real pizza kitchen? To anyone considering this place, look elsewhere. I could have had three gourmet pizzas from a certain nearby grocery store compared to the BURNT product I bought from this place.

Quality of the pizza at this Panago location is poor compared to other locations I ve eaten at. Pizza is consistently overdone and seems like it s been sitting around for a while. Not very enjoyable.

Panago provides a variety of pizzas with different toppings. Instead of the usual tomato based sauce, you have the option of having pesto instead. Cost of the pizzas a bit on the higher side. You also have to pay for any dipping sauce.

Im blessed in that I have a Panago very very close to where I live. The quality of the food is always high. Delivery associates are always very friendly. The process to order online is super easy. I sometimes wish they were open later. But other than Panago is probably my favorite pizza joint!

Ordered a pizza. Showed up 30 minutes late. That happens. But, it was only after I gave my tip and sent the driver on his way did I notice all the toppings had slide off of the pizza into an unrecognizable rolled up blob in side the box. Tried to salvage it only to find that the toppings had dirt on them. Called the restaurant. They said it would take another 40 minutes to an hour for another pizza AND only in-store refund not money back. I thought under the circumstances that maybe they could lift their little pinky finger and bump my order ahead of the others they were working on. But I decided not to. Only because I didnt want to put anything in my mouth from this store. I told them they could keep their $30.00 and $10.00 tip I figured it was 30 minutes late because they were washing the bathroom floors with it before sending to me. Overall attitude was typical of the retail world today. In three words -they didnt care. Probably hung up the phone, laughed and spat in the next suckers order. Order at your own risk.

We always have problems with his location being super cheap on toppings. The cheese does not cover the pizza! We get a very skimpy looking pizza that you can see the bottom of. Today I finally complained and I had this abrasive manager come from his back office and challenge me on the quality of the pizza! Saying they measure to a tee and maybe other locations over portion. Basically said to have the cheese cover the pizza (like a normal pizza should), you need to ask and pay for extra cheese. No thanks. I finally got a replacement, at the cost of having to argue with this rude man! Never again. Have never had a problem with other panagos, just this one. DON T order here!!

It s very seldom I eat pizza but I can tell you the last few times they were disgusting and I vowed that i wouldn t ever order pizza again. Anyway I just moved and had no food in the fridge so randomly picked a pizza place. I have to tell you that this pizza was delicious I m going to say that is the best pizza I have ever had. I totally recommend this place, quick, friendly and delicious!

We order online from this Panago frequently and I find its the easiest and fastest route. We always get our order before the 40 minute suggested time frame unless its a busy night for them which is then 40 mins. I like that they deliver and theyre open late. Every Christmas, they offer us $5.00 off our next pizza! The driver has forgot part of our order once before and when we called the call centre, it was rectified quickly and the driver came back and we also got the salad taken off our bill! You can pay every way at the door, its convenient. I find the staff friendly. I cant get enough of the cheesy bread, maybe thats why i keep coming back. They could put a few more ingredients on the pizza; more cooked tomatoes! :)

Pizza tasted good but the prices seem high. Had a coupon that helped with the cost. Would go again if I have another coupon.

I honestly have had great service here for most of the year Ive lived here Yet tonight it took close to 30 min longer than I was told , the box was smashed in and the only reason the cheese didnt cover the top of it was because it was ice cold when I got it! I wouldnt have cared if it took a long time to get it as long as it came fresh

Never again Panago! They have screwed up at everything that a pizza joint can screw up, including extremely late delivery times, cold pizza, wrong items sent, rude staff, a creepy delivery driver, and expensive prices. They are cheap with toppings, especially their low-quality cheese, and have you deal with a call center handling all calls - so if they screw up your order or delivery, youre being transferred between rude customer service agents who couldnt care any less, as there is no direct # to any store. Major fail.

Received some of the worst service in recent memory while ordering panago from this location. Was told an incorrect delivery time, after waiting for over an hour I called back and was told that the order had not even been processed yet. I asked for some compensation and they would only offer a $5 credit on a future order. What a joke I will never choose panago again.

Incredibly incompetent and rude staff! The past THREE of our 1 pizza orders in a row have been completely messed up. The manager is extremely rude and implies all mistakes are our fault and refuses to fix them or offer recompensed even when you show him your receipt as PROOF it was his idiotic staffs fault.

I have ordered from them about 5-6 times, 3 of those times the order was messed up or something was missing. I ordered pizza tonight and it never came! Unacceptable service, complete crap.

I had one of my best pizza ever at this location! I highly recommend Panago.
