Table wasnt even setup when our food arrived....no cutlery...napkins...nothing...we ordered an appy less then 5 mins after our main order & it didnt come out till we were 2/3rd finished our meal....also the surver was in our face to collect the cash...we didnt even get a chance to get it all out of our wallets before he grabbed it and repeated change for a 4th time....

Confirmed they were showing UFC when reserving a table. When the time came for the fight to start management did not change the channel until asked repeatedly. Over an hour into the fight management finally attempted to illegally stream the fight on the pubs TV s! The links did not work, everyone in the pub was not happy! If they had paid for legal commercial viewing this would not have happened. Illegally steaming fights for your commercial business and also not even being able to show the fight because you could not find a reliable illegal steaming site is laughable. Everyone in the place started watching from their phones and left early! What a joke and huge waste of time!

The name is deceiving - it sounds like a fast food joint but its actually a nice casual restaurant with cute decor and amazing events!

Had the spicy thunder chicken burger and was disappointed. Just a regular chicken burger with hot sauce. Too much fries on the plate and the TV was super loud. The server was friendly and accommodating. Maybe I will return for a redemption meal, however it was not worth the money for me.

We went for salsa night, band was good but the service was terrible. After bringing the food our server didnt show up to our table for about 45 minutes, we wanted to order more drinks but after waiting and waiting we decided to go to the bar and order the drinks ourself. Even tonpay the bill we have to look for her all over the place. The worse was to find out little on the fine print of the bill that a 18% gratuity was already charged. I mentioned to the server that we were only 2 people, and she replied that the 18% was charged to everyone!?!?!!! ..

Great place in beautiful location. Love this place. Kristina is very kind and attentive waitress. This place have a nice patio with nice view but need some work to make it better. Renew dried flowers, clean up from stuff, set up music - that will make more attractive and enjoyable. Parking: Tons of free parking available at the back of the building.

We re regulars at the Wings location in Burnaby, but this was our first time visiting this spot. As expected, the wings were fantastic highly recommend the Jakarta Heat if you like a tasty kick of heat! However, while we understand its a sports bar, the TVs were blaring so loudly that our server struggled to hear us, leading to repeated mix-ups with our order. Although it was a bit frustrating, they eventually sorted everything out, including the bill. Great food, but the noise level definitely needs some attention.

The food was delicious but the service was terrible. We were charged a mandatory 18% gratuity as we were a party of over 8 our waitress left at some point with out telling us and no one was assigned our table (according to the Bartender ) it took us over an hour to get our bills. No one cleared our empty plates or empty glasses . Our table stayed dirty for over 1 1/2 hours . It wasn t until I pointed out the lack of service that something started getting done . There were two other tables of 2 people so it was NOT busy at all . There were 2 staff I could see standing at the bar most of the time . Both the bartender and waitress spent all their time talking to a friend and each other . It was a Very disappointing experience. Will not be frequenting that Bar again .

Went for lunch on a Friday, only 2 customers on the restaurant. Server gave us the menus while she was talking on the phone , did not even remove the phone from her ear. Took 35 min for wings and a sandwich. Had to go up to the bar to refill our drinks . Did I mention we were the only 2 people in the place . $60 bucks for all around lame experience.

Had such a disappointing experience here, will not be frequenting again. The service was terrible, the waitress made so many mistakes, didn t inform us about the daily specials, my partner was given a coke instead of his beer, we were overcharged as the server didn t know her job. The food was just about average, we spent $93 for a meal for 2 and it was not worth it at all. Port moody has better restaurants with much better service and these guys need to up their game and definitely provide adequate training to their servers as the minimum gratuity is 15%

We were served by Lizzy (blonde) or atleast thats what she said her name was. We go there pretty much every week and the service usually is amazing. But tonight the service was pathetic. We felt so weird sitting there since we could feel she did not want to be there. Ruined our mood for the night. We asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and I asked are you sure? And then she said well im not the manager but Im the incharge!! She never returned to our table. Asked for water and straws, never received it. No wonder the restaurant was completely empty. Never ever coming back here. Thank you Lizzy for ruining our girls night After we complained to the bartender Mateo, he took over and 5 stars for his service.

I dont usually leave reviews for places but the girl that served us last week was amazing, I believe her name was Liz or Elizabeth. From the moment my friends and I were sat at our table, she was very kind, funny and interactive. She was very patient and understanding of dietary restrictions at the table when ordering and was very nice to chat with. I asked her how long she had been a server and I was surprised because I would ve guessed she d been serving for double the amount of time than what she shared. The food was really good as well! I will definitely be coming back and will be requesting her again!

Been here a couple of times and had Lizzie and Kira serve me a couple of times. For wings, the food was pretty good and I really like the way they set up the pub. Several times I had Lizzie, she was attentive and very courteous. There was a few miscommunication from my part but she was very understanding and definitely made sure we felt at home. Kira was very quick and made sure everything was taken care before leaving us. Overall, I really enjoy this pub and the staffs has been nothing but professional to my experience Looking forward to coming here for more game nights!

Honestly used to go to the location on north road before it shut down. but been here twice and the wings have tasted not great. Plus theve changed the rules for wesd and Sunday wings.

Great place to grab a drink with some food. Wings are always flavorful and a wide variety of other dishes. What makes this place special is the service, Manu is usually our server, her hospitality and kindness keeps us coming back. Well run joint, definitely recommend!

Was quite empty when we came in, we had a great server but food is wayyyy too overpriced. We order 1 wings(10pcs), juice, coffee , moza sticks and burger with fries bill totals to $63??? Not coming back for sure.

Also, if her bf is at the bar you may not get the attention that your 18% (after tax) included gratuity deserves. Great spot, very NOT great service. Will probably visit again! But another location! PS although a Saturday Evening the restaurant was not that all that busy with multiple empty tables around us.

Bonless wings are just frozen nuggets, and they charge you extra for regular wings with bones, I dont understand that. I dont recomend this place. Its quite expensive for what you get.

They served us stale wings without even bothering to heat them. They knew very well that they were serving us stale wings. They said they couldn t take it off the bill but could give us credit. They gave us a coupon that expires on February 29, 2024. When I showed them, they said there was nothing they could do and offered free food instead. They tried to give us their stale wings as a charity, which I refused. Terrible management with no clue what to do. A place I don t want to visit again, though unfortunately, kids like it.

The resteraunt is beautiful on the inside and clean. Wings and ranch were solid. Blue cheese dressing was okay. Ginger beer tasted watered down. Many mistakes with my bill leading to being overcharged by $10. Not likely to come back.

Ok, that was fun It was our standard spot to watch UFC for the last 6-7 months, we reserved a booth to watch UFC 300 (300!!!!, not just a regular round) and here we go.. No UFC broadcast for one and a half hour, servers were calming us down that they will fix this soon, but as a result just NHL match but come on, the entire pub came here to watch UFC. After one and a half hour the entire pub is watching broadcasts from their phones.. Management tried to fix it but no results, such a shame. Anniversary event completely ruined, pack of friends completely dissatisfied and frustrated. Food and beer is alright, though, but customer trust is completely ruined after this night. Ahooooy (if you know what I mean) and cheers.

My wife and I joined a group of Friends for an event at Wings in Port Moody. The venue is roomy. The food was good (we had 2 plates of wings - different types). Even though there were a lot of us, the staff and kitchen kept up. Well done Parking: Parking off the Lane behind the building.

I recently visited WINGS during their happy hour, excited to indulge in their signature wings along with other menu items like the onion burger and the $10 kids menu. However, the experience fell short of my expectations, leaving me underwhelmed and questioning the hype surrounding the establishment. Firstly, the wings, which are presumably the highlight of the restaurant, failed to impress. Despite the restaurant being named after them, they lacked the flavor and quality I anticipated. The taste was mediocre at best, and they didnt deliver the satisfying crunch or succulent tenderness I crave in good wings. Moving on to the onion burger, it also failed to leave a lasting impression. While the concept sounded promising, the execution fell flat. The burger lacked the bold flavors and juiciness I expected, leaving it tasting rather bland and uninspired. Even the $10 kids menu, which often serves as a reliable gauge of a restaurants overall quality and attention to detail, failed to salvage the experience. It lacked variety and innovation, presenting standard fare without any memorable twists or standout dishes. Overall, my visit to WINGS during happy hour was a disappointment. Despite its catchy name and presumably enticing menu offerings, the reality didnt match the hype. The lackluster wings, uninspiring burger, and forgettable kids menu left me questioning whether the restaurant truly deserves its reputation..

I finally convinced my finace too eat hot wings with me today. We made the wall of fame eating the hottest wings. They are called Bobby. Honestly they could make it hotter lol. Come and try the wings. Sunday and Wednesday is cheap wings. $12 a pound check it out

Always love the wings at WINGS. Our local wings closed down so we need to travel to Port Moody for our wings. Needless to say, the Bobby isnt hot at all. They need a hotter sauce. If you can dare to try it.. let me know we made it on the wall of fame today.

WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. Clueless

We visited the Pub for the Packers v Dallas game. Everything was really Good. So, we decided to came back for the Packers v 49. Well, surprise surprise, according to the manager, the placed was reserved for an event (just a few tables with the reserved sign. I could see that there were customers in other tables). The manager asked how long we would stay there. We said until the end of the game. The manager just said that he didnt have room for us. No options, No alternatives. We were only two. The place didnt have a sign saying anything about no tables or chairs available. He could sit us a the bar, or put us on a wait list. Because, the manager attitude was poor in customer service, we decided to go to Jon B. They were full, but they gave us the option to wait for a table. Mr Manager, dont reject people, try to make then happy. We were there for an NFL game. 3 hrs. minimum of consuming food and drinks. If the place was full booked (and it wasnt) put a sign saying that it is closed, otherwise people will assume it is OPEN

Visited Wings on Sunday evening, chose our seats and were immediately greeted by Vincent who was our server. The restaurant had a great vibe with multiple big screens to watch the game. Vincent was amazing, friendly and answered any questions we had. Food came out quickly and was very tasty. Will definitely be going back.

Small portion of food, overpriced even at happy hour, I wouldn t recommend this Wings location. I went for happy hour. Ordered wings plus fries, fish taco and chicken burger. I m so disappointed that there are only 5 wings from the wings and fries set ($12). I expect it to have 8 pieces given that the place is called Wings. The fries portion is 3-4 times the wings. It should really be called fries and wings instead. Wings are small and fries are too salty. Fish taco ($5 each) is ok but there is too much salad style veggie on it. I can t really taste the fish given that the veggie is quite distracting. Also, there s no lemon with fried fish taco, which is a down point. Chicken burger with salad is a scam as it costs $17+$2 to substitute fries with salad. It is pretty overpriced for that to cost $19 at happy hour. Burger and salad are meh. I would say A&W burger is even better than that and at a fraction of the price. Overall, bad food and service is meh as they don t even refill our water at all. Food is salty and saucy so we have to chug water after.

We booked for Valentines day 2 adults and I child. We arrived on time for our reservation, the place was hardly half of its capacity, so not busy at all. We got a big booth maybe for 6 to 8 people, I assume theres was not a smaller booth by the time we arrived. We order a mozza-stiks which was delicious, and 2 cabernet house wine 6 oz each. we were almost done with the cheese sticks when we had to ask for napkins and cutlery. Then we order mac & cheese with veggies and BBQ heat boneless and instead we got chicken strips with fries, then they have to bring the right order but no veggies. Then we order parm & hebs wings which were delicious but little bit dry. Definitely they are a must. We finished all and we order Maple bacon boneless- super tasty, by this time the veggies were not on the table yet so we have to ask for them. The wings were $12 and 14 boneless (regular price $18.50 and 21 for the boneless) if you order any drink which is a great promo. We got our food complete and we tipped only 10%. Pretty sure next time the service will be better. Definitely a place added into our list for meetings with friends and family. We will be back pretty soon!

Decided to try out Wings for a new lunch spot as it s close to work. The restaurant was absolutely dead inside other than 2 other tables, the Service was slow, food was ok but honestly pretty mediocre but I guess that s what I get for ordering a burger at a Wing restaurant? I was really hoping it was going to be better as there isn t much for new eats in the area. I ll probably try it again, but only for lack of options.

Ordered takeout from Port Moody location, 2x burgers, 1 beef dip and an order of wings. All food was extremely bland, had no flavor at all. Ordered 2 dipping sauces for the wings, they were not packed in the bags. Nobody finished their food, shouldve cost nowhere near $100, very disappointing, wont be going back.

We had a great time. It was my sons 10th birthday party and he wanted to go to wings because he loves chicken nuggets and fries. The service was great, our server was awesome! The chicken and fries were delicious, the spinach artichoke dip was great. The fresh-baked cookies with the kids meals were delicious and the cookie in a frying pan was too.

Called on January 17 to confirm if the business was open due to the snow as we didn t want to trek all the way there to find out they are closed. The lady on the other end said I don t know . I than repeated the question if they are open for regular hours due to the snow or not and she than snapped at me saying I m really busy and don t have time for stupid questions and hung up. If that s the customer service I get for a simple call I can t imagine how horrible the service must be for dining in. Skip this place and go elsewhere.
