I concur with the positive reviews. Great food and service. The portion of food was decent! The side dishes were yummy. The fried chicken half & half was flavourful, crispy and tender. The non spicy seafood tofu stew was so nice. The soup was delicious, full of sweetness from the seafood. The spicy cold noodles with grilled pork was good too. We left with our belly full and happy. This place will be our go to place for Korean food :)
Had a great dine in experience. The food was great! Chicken was crispy and moist. Service from the waitress was excellent. She took the time to explain some of the menu items. We can’t wait to be visit again.
GOOD GOOD food, great GREAT service, free parking. I recommend the (beef) rib with cheese. Holy moly. It was worth the wait.
Wow. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I've been wanting to check this place for quite awhile. I finally got to find a date to go with my friend who has never tried Korean food before. The food was amazing, and super affordable. The waitress was very attentive and nice. I ordered a bibimbap, and my friend ordered the terimayo chicken, and we shared the yangyeom and soy garlic freid chicken. They even gave us a free bowl of Korean steamed eggs. Also, on that day, they had 20% off for customer appreciation! I really really recommend this place!!
Excellent food! The soy chicken was the best. Overall their food and service was impeccable, though they gave us packets of ketchup for extra haha
Super friendly staff, professional and efficient. The food is GREAT as such the price, one of the go to place when you just wanna grab a quick but also decent dinner, 100% would recommend!
I really recommend, the portion and flavor is so good. I ordered in person but the place look so nice and clean. All are very friendly
My GF and I ordered a regular sized portion of 1/2 yangnyeom and 1/2 soy garlic. It was really good and a large portion for regular size. I actually thought we accidentally ordered the family size at first. We also ordered the spicy cold noodles and a steamed egg dish which were also excellent. Judging by the other reviews I guess there was some drama around advertising but I wasn't even aware of a deal. So I think if you just go there for the food you won't be disappointed. Also the service was good if a little unsure of themselves but it's a new restaurant so that's to be expected.

The rib and kimchi stew was amazing and the grilled pork chop slices were perfect.
Nor the name or the look of this place from the outside is very eye catching or appealing. We went inside and was greeted warmly. Inside decor is not really appealing either if that is important to you, however my friend and I tried two different meals and they were both very tasty. You also get a 25% discount if you dine in. I mean there s not many places that you can get a nice meal like that for $10. I mean, you get a meal at macdonalds and you re looking at $14. I will certainly be back

Just got back from eating at the resturant. This Korean resturant has excellent custumer service. I got there Bulgogi meal with side dishes and it came to about $30 and it was filling. I Highly suggest dinning in as the interior is pleasing.

Tried once, will not be returning. Friendly server, chicken was crispy but lacked flavour. Same with the ribs. There are better tasting fried chicken in Tri-Cities.
Very tasty chicken and Korean rice dish !! We walked by and the restaurant just soft opening today . Owner were very pleasant and polite welcome and served us . Although there were limited dishes we could order ( due to not officially opening up for business yet ) , we had some bonesless chicken and Korean beef rice with lots of small cold vegetables dishes. There were all so delicious!! Very happy we found this place in Port Moody . Will definitely go back again !
Bogus ad. I went there on the 14th after seeing this BOGO advertisement ( which for 13th - 14th of October). When I arrived, they had posted a notice stating that the offer had expired. If your ads are misleading to your customer please put them down. Will never go there
They had a BOGO ad but didnt honour it even though I went on a day which was valid. Couldnt order online and they didnt bother picking up phones either. I definitely wont be back.
They would not fulfull their promotion posted on their own Facebook page. Very dishonest & false advertisement.
I took my family there for a sit down dinner. They wouldnt seat us although there were tables available. I wanted to give them a try but doubt Ill be back.
Very dishonest!!! I walked by at 5pm to place an order because they were advertising for two four one special but they refused to take my order saying they received too many orders already. They still have this two four one offer on the Facebook!
Saw their ad for BOGO on Oct 13/14th, placed an online order 14th morning, waited three hours then they declined my order :(. Tried ordering on the phone but the number was never working. Also tried placing order in the afternoon for 7 oclock pick up, of course got declined again. And soon after that they locked down the ordering site so nobody could order anymore. Not an honest place and would never go there.
Rib and Chicken is my no. 1 choice restaurant since they had only one in Langley. I am truely a fan regardless the recent bad reviews about grand opening promotions. 2 for 1 deal has been really tough to satisfy everyone. I am just happy that the restaurant open near my neighborhood. I will wait and go when they are less busy after the grand opening promotion period.
Based on the reviews, we lucked out and were able to get the BOGO offer on Friday right before they stopped accepting orders. Only original was available at the time. As others said, online ordering wasnt available and the phones were busy and took multiple tries. Friend who had it said it was the in the top 3 for what is available in the tri-cities (Chico and Pelicana are the other two). The order was fresh and came with some fries (not enough for it be considered an individual portion but nice to have). The chicken itself was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Definitely worth a try once once they get more organized.
New chicken place in the neighborhood but didn t even get to try it! Tip: if you are advertising a BOGO, you shouldn t turn customers away or stop online orders. Disappointing as we get Korean chicken all the time and wanted to try it out since we are a couple block away.
We had a take out order of family sized spicy chicken and the regular garlic soy chicken. I was impressed at how fresh and large the chicken pieces were! I liked the flavours and especially how meaty it was. A lot of other chicken places have smaller meat chunks and you end up eating a lot of fried batter and sauce. This place was the real deal - good quality cut of chicken and coated nicely without filling you up with excess batter.
Had pork back ribs, slivered onions, gteen onions, julienne carrots in a Korean garlic sauce to die for., salad and rice was so amazing. I ll be back. I can t understand the negative reviews when they only opened a week ago, bound to be some glitches. You will not be disappointed. Heather C. Went there for the 1+1 ( BOGO ) Deal. There was a sign on the door saying promotion was over. But I was there on the last day of the promotion. I was really disappointed. Got there at 5 PM. I would go back if they were honest and honor it. I live near there. What a shame!! Update on above negative review above..... Justin Lee from Marketing Department contacted me regarding the problem. He sincerely apologized and I am satisfied with that. I have since bought a big meal from that location and I can honestly say it was tasty, good value and the ladies behind the counter were friendly. I will make this my go-to place for Korean Fried Chicken. Recommend this place.
It is an awesome new place to go to have korean fried chicken, bbq ribs and korean food. You never forget the tasty food at the ribandchicken. Try it!!! You will have the happy tasty food experience *^^*
I used to go to Rib & Chicken often in Langley City, but Im so glad they opened it in Port Moody as well. My husband and Is favorite chicken in the Greater Vancouver area. Its especially nice because its 3 minutes away from Rocky Point Park, where you can drink.
Speaking from a non-bogo related standpoint, the food is excellent and is deserving of a good rating! We ordered the half /original chicken with fries on Uber. We were extremely pleased with the portion sizes and taste. Would possibly revisit again to try freshly eaten on site. Do not hesitate to give this place a try if youre basing it on the negative bogo feedback as it does not reflect the quality of the food served. Happy to see a new k-chicken spot to come to in the area!

Had the half-and-half order for lunch and it was enough for my wife and I. Very tasty, will be back again! Great addition to the community.
The steamed egg was seasoned just right and soft, making it a great appetizer, and the French fries were plump and fried just right without being too salty, so they were delicious. Seasoned chicken tends to get soggy due to the seasoning, but the seasoned chicken in Ribs & Chicken was also crispy haha. Even though it is boneless, the portion is very large~~ Its not sticky and has a nice texture on the inside ^^ Parking: There is no separate parking space. street parking
Ive been eating here weekly since opening. Absolutely love their food. The Yangnyeom chicken is to die for. Staff are always super friendly with generous portion sizes. Highly recommend! Parking: Lots of street spots out front.
