Crazy prices for the amount of food you get. We ordered a spicy Chicken Caesar salad and the chicken was smaller than the palm of our hands. Save the $23 dollars for this salad and get something else from another food truck. The chicken wings were good, but again $18 for maybe 10 pieces is a bit expensive.
It's pretty bad. It doesn't seem like they actually smoked their meats and seems like they just use liquid smoke and wet braised it in a slow cooker. There is no texture or bark. They could have also used an oven to slow cook their meat and then reheated it by slathering bbq sauce on it which made the meat taste more boiled. The bbq sauce is like ketchup. Our experience echos a lot of the bad reviews on google. Wouldn't get their food until they start caring, it's too bad as train wreck brewing and its predecessor fraser mills fermentation make good beers. To top it off, their prices are high as well.
The food and beer were amazing. I chose to sit on the patio which has a bit of a reclaimed minimall parking lot feel because, well, that's exactly what it is. The patio is spacious and airy and would be perfect for a group of 4 to 8 but as I was on my own it felt a bit like a picnic in a parking lot. We tried their brisket poutine, since a lot of people liked it in the comments. Sadly it definitely did not live up to our expectation. 1. Almost no cheese, and the very little that was in the plate was shredded and very mild. No flavor. 2. The added bbq sauce is very sweet and tastes like ketchup, nothing like bbq. 3. The first have no crunch and felt slightly undercooked. They were tasting good otherwise. 4. The brisket... Nice flavor but very strange texture. It's almost as if they boiled it to heat it. No bite to it, and the bark was wet. The portion was generous, but it will be my last time. Not worth the high cost for such a disaster, especially since they have a real pit. Only saving grace, the brewery next to it.
I just ordered a brisket burger, Mac & cheese & mini donuts from these guys, and I called in before I made the order to ask them to add cheese on the burger, they said it’ll be an additional charge of 2$ I said sure. Order comes, bag felt sorta light, I was like no way this is my order. Nonetheless no brisket on the burger, no Mac & cheese, only a regular cheese burger. I call them to tell them that I’m missing items, she basically insinuates that I’m lying and says “ no it was a brisket burger” I’m telling you there’s no brisket on this burger… and I’m missing the Mac and cheese. I have no reason to lie. And the rather rude tone in her voice was quite condescending. I have no reason to lie on you or your business. I actually enjoy the Mac and cheese that’s why I’m upset. Please be more respectful towards your customers next time. Having an “oh well” attitude won’t get you far.
Ordered the smoked brisket sandwich...very dry and chewy with little to no flavor. The mash and gravy was cold and the gravy tasted like a knock off white spot gravy. Very disappointed 😞
We were excited to find this BBQ truck. The service was awesome! No complaints there. However the food was very sub-par and expensive for what it was. We got the brisket sandwich with a side of mac and cheese with one and a side of mash and gravy for the other. The sandwiches were super dry, the mac and cheese was mushy & tasteless. The gravy tasted pre-packaged and the potato mash was half lumpy half smooth. Sorry, but we won't be back
Lots of the food in general lacked proper seasoning. Potato salad had almost no flavour, and wasn’t salted. Mac and cheese could have used any sort of seasoning as it just tasted like processed cheese. Meat was dry and under seasoned and had to lean on the runny and over sweet bbq sauce. Incredibly disappointing lack of talent here in the seasoning and prep of these dishes. The quality of the ingredients seems high but they were prepared in such a way as to leave the food nearly flavourless.
Mac & cheese brisket is a banger

I thought that the only negative thing that happened to me that day was the sad expression on the faces of the girls working in this diner, but it turns out that was just the beginning, after their food I had a close friendship with my toilet for two days, I think , during this time I lost ten years of my life.
I always order a pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, beans, and a caesar salad. It never disappoints!
4 of us shared 1lbs of brisket, 1lbs of pulled pork, large fries, large mac & cheese and large beans which easily could have fed 2 more people. Everything we had was phenomenal.
This place needs to figure out their hours. Just wasted so much time, and fuel coming down here in my 5ton (working) to see they are closed!! Lazy business owners.
Genuinely I would rather eat 10 mcdonalds burgers and keel over and die before eating a single item from this menu
The food was horrible, menu was misleading no flavor, meat didn t even have salt I would not recommend them.. waste of money considering I just came from rib fest.. women serving at the truck yeah inadequate customers skills

The brisket poutine is dangerously good, honestly all the poutines are great. Love the wings as well, but I love all wings.
They took over an hour from when I placed the order for them to tell to tell me they are out Mac and cheese and brisket. What a joke take your business elsewhere
Ordered poutine today, the fries are hard and soggy its quite bad with respect to the price.
Really good barbecue, I got the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket meal. For sides I got Mac and Cheese, potato salad, & mashed potatoes with gravy. The Mac and cheese was well like by my partner, the Potato salad was a bit watery and the mashed potatoes were cold. I 100% recommend coming here for their barbecue. (Food truck location)
Ordered off Uber eats a while ago. It didn t come very hot since it s a bit far but it was still good! Not your typical saucy American style BBQ but my husband and I still enjoyed it a lot! We taste more of the meat since they put the bbq sauce on the side rather than having it smothered on top. I m originally from the states so Texas BBQ is pretty big there of course. I recommend this place but don t expect your BBQ to be saucy and mega flavourful as it is more of a simple dry rub BBQ with a side of BBQ sauce.
Gets the job done but probably better after a few brewery beers. Tasted a bit bland and lacked flavor. The portion was generous. Tried pulled pork poutine.

I sat on the patio that was nice, shaded, nice atmosphere, and good people watching. I shared a beer and a cider from Fraser mills and they were both really good! My partner and I decided to split a sandwich and a side. We got the pulled pork and slaw and were very dissatisfied with the claims of best BBQ on wheels . The bun was quite dense, the sauce was very pasta saucy and thick. There was not enough sauce to counteract the dense bun. The slaw was completely unseasoned and had the taste of cream cheese. We used to order from here a lot, then the food changed. The meats were dry, sides lack seasoning/flavor and the fries taste like theyve been cooked in old oil for too long. Too bad.

Ordered from skip the dish pulled pork meal and brisket meal you would think it would be sandwiches. Who orders a box of pulled pork? I wouldnt have been too disappointed if the taste was good. Fries were over seasoned and meat was below average. Macaroni was worse than KD.
AMAZING!! We ordered a feast on Uber Eats. Although it took a long time to get the food it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!! brisket and ribs were super moist and tender, no chewing required. All of the sides were phenomenal! The sauces and desserts tasted homemade. My brisket mac and cheese was about 10 pounds lol! If youre craving authentic slow cooked BBQ, you definitely need to try. You gotta eat here!! I will definitely be ordering again.

Yikes. There s not enough beer to make this place taste good. Nice enough guy but food is rough. Meat looked and tasted like it had been around a really long time.
