Great food, but its noticeable how the chicken seems to get smaller and smaller lately.

Seemed very confused. Left the drive thru window and waved me to front from sidewalk then asked questions about my order. Didnt get the large portion but wasnt charged for even though I asked for it.

Chicken was juicy and crispy, but the seasoning of the chicken tasted off from other Popeyes locations. There was a strong taste of what tasted like garam masala that was quite off putting. Service was good

Watch there delivery Drivers drop all the chicken on the ground and scoop it back up and take it in. I stopped eating as soon as I seen that.

Placed a pickup order via phonecall, got there 5 minutes late and they had already given my food away. Took 20 minutes for them to remake my food on my lunchbreak. Excellent food, poor management.

I love popeyes. Such a friendly and positive atmosphere. Staff was doing thier job by helping me to get best deal of the day. Clean place. Hygiene was reallly good. Will come back again for having best experience and will surely recommend others too.

I went there at 10:30 and they were closing at 11. Ordered 20 pieces of Chicken and they refused to make it because on the clock in the store said it s 10:45 and they said it takes 20 minutes for chicken to cook.

Just got the chicken. It was good, and I would buy again. Probably get the spicy next time.

They didnt even have tomatoes, 2 other ingredients and also didnt have half the sides that were on the menu. They told me through the drive thru while I ordered so I just left. Why even open if you dont have half the ingredients or food available. Thats never happened to me at any other restaurant. They also didnt serve girl dinner which is being advertised all over the internet so I was extra dissapointed since it was the only reason I went there.

Radio was blaring like super super loud. Like could barely hear each other talk. Had to go outside and make a phone call. But asked the lady if she could turn it down while we were there and she kindly said l. Of course no problem so that was nice. Chicken was awesome. And hot hot. Fresh cooked.

Every time I go to order an apple pie they literally mess it up and give me some weird speciality pie! On Friday around lunch time I visited the store and ordered 2 apple pies to find out that they were speciality pies. I love Popeyes, but I am getting upset with the laziness of the employees. How hard is it to mess up on apple pie

Terrible service ( considering they stand behind counter talking in different languages as they keep glancing at you while you wait for your order. The n they are so busy talking to each other they dont give you half your food!

Horrible. I highly dislike the Prince Albert location. Dont get me wrong, we love Popeyes in other locations just this location is the worst of the worst. They ALWAYS mess up our order. We love getting home to find out half our food is missing after we asked them if everything was in the bag/box before we left the restaurant. Our bad for not digging through the entire order before we left the restaurant. Then when we call to talk to the supervisor on duty, they offer us 2 sandwichs to make up for it. I just want my money back at this point.

Went in waited 10 minutes no one served me. Went through drive through couldnt understand the person. Went back in waited 10 minutes again to be served paid extra for white meat only got one piece. How hard is it to get a order right. The place is to hot to eat in...

Absolutely love Popeyes. Must be made fresh tho and they never argue about doing that so perfect no complaints about the service. Some of the guest had spent allot of time in there without food tho so Im not sure what that was about. But the manager was very polite and friendly.

Popeyes Chicken is doing something right. The quality and freshness of the food is always spot on. Other fried chicken joints do not seem to have what it takes to compete. On this trip I had the 12 piece nuggets meal, served hot with fries. It was delicious and I think I will be back sooner than later. Parking: Great parking

Terrible. The slowest service I ve ever experienced. The chicken has clearly sat under the heat lamps too long; dry stringy chicken. And half the sides are unavailable and the ones they have are greasy and gross. Too bad because Popeyes other places has always been good.

The food was delicious. However they dont seem very organized. Ordered online, went through the five thru. Waited 20 minutes at the window, was given the wrong order, they took it back and parked me. 10 minutes later I went in and asked for my order and they looked at me with confusion because they thought I already had my order. Another 15 minutes and I finally had my food. How much time do you have to waste today?

My experience was somewhat displeasing. First, I had to call for an employee to come take my order. When she came to the till I ordered two meals. Then I am informed that my food wont be done for another 10 to 12 minutes. Which isnt long. Fair enough, but first let me tell you about the chicken and fries that sat under the heat lamp uncovered the whole time it took to place my order, until our chicken was almost done cooking. At which time she took the fries to the back. What she took them to the back to do what with? Im guessing they reheated them by re-frying them or how ever they cook their the chicken. The other meal was spicy wings. I wasnt aware that my wings were ghost pepper wings, which is something Im not able to eat as hot peppers dont agree wirh me. I wish the lady wouldve informed me they only had ghost pepper wings. Now, getting back to where I left off earlier. They took the fries that had to have been reheated again and then had the nerve to still box them up with the chicken strips. I dont know about anyone else, but I like my fries hot and fresh. Not heated back up and then boxed up for my displeasure. Myself and the other person I was with ended up just getting a burger at McDonalds instead of eating what we were given. Im sorry to say all this. I understand the costs of things are high thanks to inflation but come on. People like their fries and chicken fresh. Not reheated or kept under heat only to be served later. Maybe it was because they didnt want to do their jobs and cook and were lazy. Idk. Parking: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Lots of spaces to park in. Close to other businesses and restaurants to go experience. Plus they offer drive through Kid-friendliness: They offer a kid friendly atmosphere and Ive never had troubles when my kids and I went their to eat. Wheelchair accessibility: They had a wheel chair designated parking spot out front so that was a plus

This was my first time here. I ordered the chicken sandwich with Cajun fries combo. Apparently they have no fountain drinks so they charge you an extra dollar more for a bottle drink thats smaller than what youd normally get. The bag the food came in was almost see-through due to the grease content. Ive been to Popeyes in other cities and none of them were even close to that greasy. Its like they took the fries straight from the fryer and put them into your bag without shaking of the excess grease. Sub-par experience from one of my fave brands.
