I have oder pickup 4 M double Coffee from 10 Am on Wednesday Give for my friends. 4 friends has stomach -ache all the day . What happened with coffee. Please check all water.
This Tim Hortons will not take drivers at the window when they are closed and what I mean by drivers I mean truck drivers. They do not respect us. So stay away lousy service ignorant
Horrible customer service! I go everyday before work. And I always get the same lady. And I don’t even know why she treats customers the way she does. But I’ve been handed my coffee aggressively, yelled at, rushed. It’s not a one time thing either it’s every morning. I’ll make sure to get the name next time, but something needs to be done.
Second time I got french vanilla with oil in it and had a weird taste.
No napkins in my drive through order again. This happens quite regularly and if i do get them they are scrunched and so is the bag. It looks sloppy and always makes me wonder about how my order is handled when it is being prepared. I know it can be busy but this happens when it is not also.
Please start strring up your steep tea right way all the sugar is at bottom. Ordered a steep tea triple triple again today and like everytime sugar stay at bottom they don't even bother to stir it properly.
This place has gone down hill since the Philippino staff is no longer working here. New staff is unorganized, rude, always rushing you out but VERY slow. Waited in the drive through line up for 25 min this AM. Bring back your old staff
I swung by Tim Hortons today, just needed to use the restroom. The cleaning lady had just finished up, so it was good to go. But the staff made me wait half an hour, saying it wasn't a public restroom and I'd have to buy something first. The manager, Michelle, even argued with me. Just because some folks mess up the restroom doesn't mean it should be off-limits to everyone. This is the second time I've found it 'under cleaning'. I'm planning to report this to the city as well. The reason why I am saying is because it is an emergency as I work on road all the time and they were still arguing with me to go use somewhere else. Just in case if someone have a kidney problem in which they need to go to washroom on regular hours during the day and what if something happens to the customer would the manager be held responsible? I have attached the video of the washroom and you can see it as well. For their information yes I was also there to buy myself lunch.

Had a very bad experience on my birthday oct 25 6:15pm @timhortons prince albert 1512 2 avenue west. One of the girl crew in drive thru is very unprofessional, her voice is angry when she ask my order and keep repeating the question what is my order and what size, maybe she couldnt hear me and when i finally got my order at the window i checked it and it was wrong so i asked to change it ofcourse because i got a wrong flavor of timbits then when she got it she threw the box of timbits on the counter top and get a new one while shes walking back through the window she whispered and says what are we looking at?! Like what the?! Ofcourse were shock! thats why we looked at her because were not expecting that she will throw the food..we just cant complain at the main office website because they didnt give our receipt. So annoying and bring bad vibes to the customers. If shes not happy with her job then that job is not for her.. seriously she dont have manner..

I went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich, donut and hot chocolate, for the sandwich I said Just sausage and cheese on an English muffin when I got it, it had an egg on it as well, that wasnt the issue, before I came back around I was going to ignore the egg and eat it anyways, but soon as i took a bite, my entire mouth, tongue and throat started to burn and all i could smell was acetone or nail polish remover, I told staff about both the wrong order and the chemical I could taste/smell and he told me next time order the simply sausage and was argumentative about it, and the reason my mouth was feeling like it was getting burnt was the butter I can still taste the acetone and smell it, thats definitely not any butter I had before.

Couldn t get drink order correct. I wanted an XL decaf coffee with one quarter French vanilla. She filled cup with French vanilla. I explained 1/4 French vanilla. I wanted decaf coffee but was told she didn t have any left. Hmmm. I have an idea, make a new pot.

Went through drive thru today, got two iced coffees, and two items for lunch. Got to the pick up area and was so forced to get my atuff and drive thru. I mentioned that they forgot ome iced coffee the server said no you only order one. (When we cleary seen it on the screen as we ordered) He basically forced us to keep driving thru. And once we Stopped i was opening my habanero chicken wrap and the thing wasnt even rolled probably and had a rip through the whole wrap. Sure i understand its a drive thru and you got numbers to keep low..but they need to take time to make sure things are done properly. So i got ripped off a ice coffee and pretty much needed a fork to eat my wrap. Very disappointed
The security guard is very.....idk. I cant quite put my finger on it but I dont like the vibe....

Quite disappointed, I visit this store quite often and stay there few time. I often order coffee and time spend working on laptop at the store. But today the security girl came to me and said that I couldn t stay there more, I had few minutes to leave because I stay there about 2 hours. I came to ask her for sure about this and she said that s the store policy, every only stay 30 minutes at store. I was happy and left. When I was home, I called Tim Horton customer service and ask again for this policy because I had never heard about it. The representative said that there is no policy for how long a customer can stay at store. How can you be not professional like that under Tim policy? She was quite rude to me.

Im not a fan of Tim Hortons, but I do like their steeped tea.
They do not care about lobby guests. They focus exclusively on drive thru and ignore lobby customers. They always make you wait long times and its only ever one person. Absolutely terrible place to go if youre on foot. Plus, they dont even have seating. Terrible Tim Hortons.

I went to drive through early in the morning and there was this guy named SARABJEET I guess...who didnt answer first and then after waiting for some time he started taking orders but just because I changed my mind he started being rude and said come after deciding even though there was no line up or anything.....
Drive thru mostly, no inside dining, lots of transient hanging around drive thru coming up to vehicles asking for change.

I feel so sorry for these guys. The staff try to do well, but they have to pretty much shut down the dining room and washroom (key access) because of the many vagrants who pretty much occupy the parking lot. Theres another location in PA, and though I didnt visit it, it might be a better stop to sit down, use the washroom etc.
No sitting area. If u hope to sit and have a breakfast do no go here.

What a waste of a parking lot. This place is total garbage. Who thought up this drive thru line up???? Open near the busiest intersection in town with your tiny little puny one window drive thru? What! Absolutely brain dead. No inside dining. Brain dead idea. Just lost a good portion of customers who like to sit and talk. Dumbest place in town to waste a half hour in a line up to get your drink and microwaved food.

EXTRA LARGE DD ever morning.
We pulled in for a coffee and a break and were surprised and very disappointed to find they closed all indoor seating. Lots of room but tables and chairs piles high. No reason - just a management decision, and no sign posted indicating TAKE OUT ONLY.
Coffee is good, baked goods had like a dozen Flys landing on everything. 9 am stroll in and theres fresh cookies on the counter along with like 10 Flys landing on them. No thanks.

Went through drive-thru last night at 10pm and I asked the employee for a chicken sandwich. He said no they dont have those at night - okay, whatever- the speaker box and his thick accent made it VERY hard to hear and understand him- so I asked if I could get a grilled cheese panini and he YELLED at me saying NO YOU CANT HAVE IT RIGHT NOW! I was beyond embarrassed and my boyfriend wanted to leave so we drove off and didnt order anything. Terrible customer service.
Faster than the last time I went right into the establishment. Usually it seems drive thru is their main priority when getting orders out fast which is understandable but that dont mean you sacrifice the business that come in the doors and order right? All are important and it seems they strive for both services now. Good on the managers.....I think....well all staff too, there. HAGD to all

Had to use drive-thru as lobby was closed, sadly the vehicle I was in was too big to use drive thru, but staff was accommodating and let me walk up to the window to get my drinks. 10/10 would visit again.
Ordered lunch on my way to Prince Albert natinal park. Sandwich and wedges were dry. Food was not fresh at all. Other thing all the staff spoke in their own language even when they were dealing with me.
A window server got my order wrong at the window, then yelled at me when I pointed out the error.
We bought two honey cruller, 2 double double coffee and chicken wrap and BLT. We are so disappointed, because crullers were sticky and not fresh. Felt like uncooked. Simple double double were also little bitter. I love all menu in tims but sad today when I and my husband were really hungry

Order a triple triple with sweetener and get a coffee loaded with sugar, three sugar plus three sweetener. Come on Guys. Also asked if they had dairy free whitener for my coffee? what does that mean umm do you have any milk or whitener that has no dairy? No only 2$ or chocolate milk! Wow isn t this a restaurant that specializes in coffee?!

Service was fine. Not happy about these paper straws though. They arent any better for the environment like people think. They arent able to be recycled because it takes a special machine to break them down which most places dont have. There are other options to help the environment
